This study focuses on the analysis of Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis Affecting Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Job Analysis on employee performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Human Resource planning of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Recruitment of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Job Analysis of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees and to find out the effect of Human Resource planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is to use a quantitative research method. Then the data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate: That the three variables affect employee performance. For the Human Resource Planning variable, the b1 value in the model is 0.893. For the Recruitment variable, the b2 value in the model is 0.742. For the Job Analysis variable, the b3 value in the model is 0.697. So the influence of HR Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance in the model is 75.6%, and 24.4% is influenced by other factors or causes.

The issue of poor scientific learning results, particularly for the water cycle curriculum, is the main emphasis of this study's class V pupils at SDN 5 No. 050728 Tanjung Pura. By employing DoSiAr media, this project seeks to enhance students' learning outcomes in scientific classes concerning the water cycle. Using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) technique, which comprises of two cycles, the research was carried out in class V at SDN 5 No. 050728 Tanjung Pura. Records, exams, and observation sheets were used to gather research data. Indonesia is one of the countries with a high stunting rate. In Indonesia, the strategy to accelerate the reduction of stunting is carried out by involving various figures from the government, academia, the private sector, the community, philanthropy and the mass media, and is coordinated by the Vice President. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation strategy for reducing stunting in Kosambironyok Village, Anyar District, Serang Regency in 2022. The type of research used is a qualitative method. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. The informants who played a role in this study consisted of 2 groups, namely the group of informants and the group of key informants. The results of this study indicate that health workers at the Puskesmas, District officials and village officials understand their respective roles in working together to accelerate the reduction of stunting. It is hoped that all health workers will take an active role with the government in implementing the program to reduce stunting rates in toddlers. The stunting reduction program can be carried out by conducting socialization regarding the process of preventing stunting from an early age and how to overcome it.

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) seen from environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing the IDM from environmental resilience is still less than optimal in underdeveloped villages and developing villages. Although developing villages are better than underdeveloped villages, there are several problems such as potential disasters that have not been handled properly, especially landslides. In terms of economic resilience, developing village communities have a better diversity of livelihoods than underdeveloped villages. Access to trade facilities and financial institutions is limited in both villages, although developing villages have alternatives through BUMDes. In terms of social resilience, access to education and health in both villages is quite good, although the BPJS membership rate is still low. In terms of housing, developing villages have recorded almost equal access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity, while underdeveloped villages have not reached 100%. Access to information and communication in both villages is available, but not yet optimal.

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. The main goal of this study is to assess the impact of sales growth applying the leverage as mediator factor and capital intensity to profitability. The population of study consist of 41 manufacture corporates registered at the IDX which the observation period during year 2019 to 2020. Based on the data analysis and result of study applying Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square or SEM-PLS, the evidence shows that there is no impact significantly from sales growth to profitability. Meanwhile, sales growth has an impact positively to leverage; financial leverage has an impact negatively to profitability; and financial leverage could mediate the effect of sales growth variable to profitability. In addition, capital intensity has an impact negatively to profitability.As the implication, this result recommends that manufacture companies should avoid using debt to finance their operation because it could lead to a decrease in profits.

Increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers through the development of digital learning materials is urgently needed because without developing digital learning materials, PAK teachers will experience a lag in digital information. This study aims to investigate the development of digital learning materials that can increase the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of technology in Christian religious education has great potential to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. This study uses a type of qualitative research and involves literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of Christian religious values in digital learning. The results of the study show that the development of digital learning materials can provide significant benefits in increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. By integrating Christian religious values, teachers can create more innovative and creative teaching methods. The use of technological resources such as multimedia, video, and interactive software allows teachers to extend learning materials and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

The objectives of this study were out find responsiviness patient at the regional hospital Pratama of Pangkep island regency. This study uses a type qualitative descriptive with as many as 8 informant taken by purposively. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out systematicly, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions The results of the study indicate that responsiviness is in service at the regional general hospital Pratama Pangkep Island regency consists of (3) three: (1) the ability to respond to the behavior and good respons. This is seen from modestly, friendliness, justice shown in serving; (2) the speed of service which is based on service time every day and the agility of the officer has not run smoothly in accordance with the stipulated conditions. This is because at the time of service there are still officier who are slow to handle; (3) the accuracy of service is based on service procedures and the accuracy of the officers is good. This can be seen from the accuracy of the officier and there no mistake in the service in other words the officier provides services according to the wishes and services carried out in accordance with established procedurs.

Inflation and unemployment are the two main problems in the economy, when inflation increases, the prices of goods and wages do not move at the same pace. high inflation and unemployment have a negative impact on the economy and stability of the country. He also stated that if inflation is high, unemployment will be low. This study uses a sample of inflation and unemployment rates in Bogor City in 2019-2021 based on the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the influence of low unemployment has a positive impact on the economy and workers, unemployment that is too low can push inflation up. But if the government takes steps to curb inflation, it could reduce unemployment and trigger a recession.

The purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.

Ethics in the banking industry plays a crucial role in maintaining integrity and public trust. This study aims to explore the role of ethics in preventing violations that could damage the stability of the financial system and the reputation of banks. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs case studies and literature reviews to analyze various cases of ethical violations in the Indonesian banking industry. The findings reveal that strong professional ethics can reduce the risk of fraud and moral hazard among bankers. However, challenges such as weak oversight and profit pressures remain significant factors influencing ethical breaches. Implementing sound corporate governance principles, enhancing ethics education, and tighter regulatory oversight are considered essential to strengthening banking ethics. This study concludes that by reinforcing commitment to ethics, the banking industry can increase public trust and support sustainable economic growth.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, the work environment affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

Hospitals in guaranteeing good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Hospital Accreditation is a way of monitoring the implementation of measuring hospital performance indicators. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the importance of improving the quality of hospitals, especially for hospital structures and health workers. The method in this scientific article is to compare cases from several hospital studies that apply the accreditation process and the literature collected at the editing (re-examination) stage. The data is then processed and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The findings from the study of the application of hospitals in the importance of holding accreditation are to improve the quality of hospital services, improve hospital patient safety, increase protection for patients, the public, human resources for hospitals and hospitals as institutions and support government programs in the health sector. It can be concluded that the importance of hospitals carrying out accreditation is to ensure good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Suggestions made for hospital agencies, namely hospitals that have obtained national accreditation status are required to make strategic improvement plans in accordance with the surveyor's recommendations to meet hospital service standards that have not been achieved.

. The purpose of this article is to establish the development of the legal theory and doctrine of Piercing The Corporate Veil in the law on limited liability companies. The legal reform of legal persons can be traced back to two milestones in the history of legal persons, namely, firstly, the emergence of the theory of legal persons, which focuses on the personalization of legal persons as if they were persons, and secondly, the emergence of the corporate law doctrine known as Piercing the Corporate Veil, which is motivated to reveal the legal veil of the persons behind the company, namely, shareholders, directors and managers. The research method is normative law with a normative approach), concepts and cases. The results of this study can be attributed to the fact that the principle of piercing the corporate veil supports the implementation of the GCG to prevent the abuse of shareholder power. The principle of piercing the corporate veil can limit or prevent unlawful acts committed by shareholders, commissioners and directors who exploit corporate opportunities for personal gain or misuse of corporate assets. The conclusion of this study is that the legal effect of the principle of piercing the corporate shield on the liability of the PT, if violated, has the effect of limiting the liability of the company to unlimited liability (unlimited liability) up to the personal assets of the shareholders.
