The purpose of this study is to determine the Halal Ecosystem and Halal Literacy in the development of Sharia Economic Halal Regulations. This study explains the halal ecosystem as a whole and what is included in the halal ecosystem. In addition, it also discusses halal literacy in Indonesia. Halal literacy is very important for all countries to learn to prepare people to face an ever-changing financial system. People will need a more economical understanding to actively participate in a global economy that tends to change. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis. Qualitative research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery, so it is expected to reveal a variety of information that is thorough and full of meaning, but also does not reject quantitative information in the form of numbers. The results of this study are that the ecosystem needed in improving the halal industry refers to the supply, demand and enabler approaches. From the supply aspect, the existence of the Indonesian halal industry sector (food, tourism, fashion, medicine, media and renewable energy) has prepared various products that can be consumed by the public with a halal label. Government support provided, both as regulators, executors and evaluators, is needed as an enabler component in the halal industry ecosystem. Products from the halal industry itself are experiencing quite rapid development, the halal food and beverage sector, the financial sector, tourism, fashion, cosmetics and medicines, media and entertainment, as well as other sectors such as health care and education.

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Label on Halal Awareness and its impact on Purchase Intention with the objective specifications are: 1) to determine the effect of halal label on halal awareness, 2) to determine the effect of halal label on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, and 3) to determine the effect of halal awareness on buying interest in Samyang noodles. This research is classified as a quantitative research with an associative approach. The research location is in the city of Mataram with a population that is not known with certainty because there are quite a lot of Muslim people who know about Samyang noodle products in the city of Mataram. So that the data collection method used in this research is a survey sample method with the sampling technique is non-probability sampling. Temporary, The hypotheses developed in this study are: 1) Halal label has a significant effect on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, 2) Halal label has a significant effect on Halal Awareness, and 3) Halal awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention on Samyang noodles. The research results will be discussed further. UMKM berperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan menstribusikan hasil pembangunan. Untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, pelaku usaha UMKM memerlukan peningkatan terhadap kualitas produk. Peningkatan kualitas produk dapat didukung melalui pendampingan. Salah satu bentuk pendampingan adalah melalui fasilitasi sertifikasi halal. Tujuan pendampingan melalui fasilitasi sertifikasi halal adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk di Desa Gadingrejo Kecamatan Kepil. Metode pendampingan kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu: komunikasi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan UMKM melalui fasilitasi sertifikasi halal memberikan kontribusi masyarakat termotivasi untuk ikut andil dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk agar lebih baik.

Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat telah dilaksanakan di  Kelurahan Batukota, Kecamatan Lembeh Utara, Kota Bitung, di mana masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah ini Sebagian besar bermata pencarian sebagai nelayan. Ikan merupakan hasil laut terbanyak yang diperoleh nelayan dan dijadikan komoditas jual beli, yang juga untuk dikonsumsi keluarga. Pengolahan daging ikan di daerah ini perlu diperbarui dengan melakukan pelatihan pengolahan daging ikan menjadi bakso dan nugget. Tulang ikan yang umumnya hanya menjadi limbah rumah tangga yang dibuang diolah menjadi kerupuk dengan kandungan utama kalsium dan fosfor yang sangat baik bagi tubuh. Metode yang diadopsi dalam kegiatan ini yakni direct learning dan simulasi yang langsung dipraktekkan oleh warga. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pelatihan adalah terampil dan mampunya warga mengolah daging dan tulang ikan dengan lebih efisien dan optimal.

The number of MSMEs that have halal certificates is still far less than large industries, including MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. Based on these problems, the Accounting Department of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) held a halal literacy activity for MSMEs. This halal literacy activity has never been obtained by participants before. The purpose of this activity is that in the future MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village can improve product quality through halal certification, so that they can survive and compete in the globalization era. This service activity is considered right on target, because MSME products that are not yet halal certified can register through the Halal Center at UM. The UM Halal Center has been officially established since early 2019 which has a role in providing services to the community's needs for halal certification, namely accompanying, fostering, and overseeing halal product guarantees.

. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan mayoritas muslim terbesar di Dunia. Salah satunya yang menjadi pendorong perekonomian bagi negara yaitu industri kosmetik halal. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah sampel mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online melalui Google Form sebanyak 150 kuesioner, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model pada Amos. Untuk hasil yang paling tinggi pengaruhnya yaitu religiosity terhadap consumer loyalty dan hasil terkecil pengaruhnya yaitu variabel halal awarness terhadap consumer loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan  bahwa: 1) halal awarness, religiosity, dan knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer decision, 2) halal awarness, religiosity, dan Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer loyalty 3) consumer decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer loyalty.

This study provides a clear description of the word halal and some activities related to Halal Tourism. Halal tourism which is a sub-category of tourism aimed at Muslim families who adhere to Islamic rules. In addition, it is expected to know that halal tourism is very good for supporting and creating jobs and foreign exchange which is quite high, moreover it is developed with an environmentally friendly sustainable concept. And from this research it can be concluded how big the potential for developing halal food is in Denpasar, Bali.

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah pertama tentang sertifikasi halal dimana pada tahun 2024 seluruh UMKM di Indonesia wajib memiliki sertifikat halal dan go digital dalam operasional usahanya. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui jumlah UMKM yang telah memiliki sertifikasi halal dan telah go digital. Metodologi penulisan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Melalui penelitian kualitatif ini dimungkinkan  untuk diperoleh pemahaman tentang kenyataan melalui proses berpikir induktif. Pemerintah berharap Indonesia bangkit ekonominya dengan  mendorong UMKM untuk memberikan keyakinan pada konsumen dalam negeri maupun luar negeri dalam memproduksi produk-produk halal yang diharapkan makin meningkat dan menjadi yang terbesar di dunia menembus pasar dunia. Tujuan pemberian sertifikasi halal pada produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM adalah agar UMKM Indonesia bisa bersaing di pasar global. Digitalisasi memberikan peluang untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan UMKM, dengan membuka pasar baru. Bila UMKM sudah go digital maka akan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi untuk memasuki pasar global.

The reason for this study is to examine the impact of the religiosity, halal name and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. Religiosity, Halal Label, Word of Mouth, and Purchase Decision are the dependent variables analyzed in this study. The example utilized in this study comprised of 100 clients of Wardah restorative items. Through the distribution of questionnaires, the purposive sampling method was used for sampling. Validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, model feasibility tests (F tests), individual parameter significance tests (t statistic tests), and coefficient tests were utilized in this study's data analysis. determination (R2) using the SPSS software. Word of mouth had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and religiosity had a positive and significant impact. Halal Label had a positive and significant effect.

.Islam allows decorating, but using cosmetics must be in accordance with Islamic law, starting from the raw materials to the manufacturing process, not excessive, and not endangering the user. Along with global trends, the use of these cosmetic products is increasingly widespread in various parts of the world. Because of the high consumer demand for cosmetics. Cosmetics are a must-have item regardless of age and gender. This is a great opportunity for business people. Meanwhile, millennial consumers are a consumer segment that lives at a time when technological developments are running very rapidly, they are used to using technology and the internet to connect with a very large number of other people on a regular basis, at the same time. This generation has significantly more social network connections than any other generation, they have lots of online friends, and are able to improve their psychological aspects when they can engage with their friends. On the other hand, cosmetics sticking to the face and other parts of the body affect the requirements for the validity of prayer, namely being clean from uncleanness. every Muslim should pay attention and ensure that there is no more impurity on the body. The service activity was carried out in the City of Gorontalo Dulalowo Timur for young female students of MAN 1 Gorontalo. The activity methods used in this service are material, practice, and questions and answers. From this activity it resulted that the understanding and practice of young women regarding halal cosmetic literacy and business opportunities in the digital era in the good category 65% and 35% were quite good categories.

Permasalah penelitian adalah proses pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan metode klasik dimana pembelajaran terpusat kepada guru, sehingga pembelajaran di MTs Miftahul Ula pada mata pelajaran Fiqih menjadi pasif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran guided note taking untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa kelas VIII di MTs Miftahul Ula Pematang Cengal.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII berjumlah 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh setelah digunakannya model pembelajaran Guided note taking pada materi makanan dan minuman yang halal dan haram mulai mengalami peningkatan sebesar 77,41% pada siklus I dengan banyak siswa 24 siswa dan 96,77% pada siklus II dengan banyak siswa 30 siswa. Ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Guided note taking pada materi makanan dan minuman yang halal dan haram di MTs Miftahul Ula Pematang Cengal dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahkan lebih dari yang ditargetkan.   Kata kunci: ,

Pemantauan tekanan darah merupakan salah satu kegiatan posyandu lansia yang dilakukan para kader posyandu, Kader posyandu mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar karena kader sangat dekat dengan masyarakat, sehingga pasien dengan hipertensi menjadi lebih terkontrol tekanan darahnya. Peran serta perguruan tinggi STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado dalam menjalankan Tridharma perguruan tinggi salah satunya pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait dengan pengukuran tekanan darah dan pemanfaatan herbal untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan dan gangguan penyakit hingga saat ini sangat dibutuhkan dan perlu dikembangkan, terutama dengan melonjaknya biaya pengobatan. Metode : Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara pemberian pendidikan kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang manajemen hipertensi yang terdiri dari gaya hidup sehat bebas hipertensi dan pemanfaatan TOGA untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Hasil : masyarakat dapat melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah dan mengetahui serta membuat alternatif pengobatan tanaman obat hipertensi.

Efforts to increase economic growth in Indonesia, the discourse that is often discussed is the use of the creative economy concept. In connection with the government's efforts to realize creative economic development and create halal products, the position of the government in increasing MSMEs is urgently needed. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on the latest insights to all parties involved in developing micro-enterprises through the creative economy. The method of implementing the activity consists of several stages. In the preparatory stage the team conducted a location survey, strengthening and determining target locations, and preparing socialization materials. In addition, participants participated in assistance in making halal products. The implementation stage of the program is in the form of lectures or outreach, tutorial activities, discussions and MSME training assistance. The material presented in the socialization is in the form of an introduction to the production process of halal products and provides direction in making halal labels. The results and outputs of the activities after the socialization was carried out, namely first, introducing the production process for halal products to the public, in this case the socialization team provided an understanding of how important the distribution of industrial potential is through the creative economy. Second, provide assistance in the form of making halal labels where at this stage the socialization team provides an understanding that in Islam products cannot contain harmful ingredients because they will have a negative impact on consumers and society.

Pada saat ini banyak masyarakat mulai melihat produk makanan berdasarkan kehalalannya, perhatian masyarakat pada kosmetik dan tempat-tempat yang berbasis syari’ah. Dari berbagai macam merek kosmetik dan perawatan kulit Oriflame menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat.Dari latar belakang tersebut maka dapat diambil rumusan masalah sebagai berikut,1)Apakah ada pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Oriflame?.2)Apakah ada pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Oriflame?.3)Apakah ada pengaruh promosi dans ertifikasi halal secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Oriflame?.Penelitian ini bertujuan 1)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Oriflame.2)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sertifikasi Halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Oriflame.3)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi dan Sertifikasi Halal secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Oriflame di Denpasar.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah member Oriflame yang melakukan order pada consultant Ayu Samira 5377073. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah uji regresi berganda dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows 10 versi 25.Dari hasil pengolahan data ditemukan hasil penelitian bahwa uji regresi beganda adalah 7.324, 0893 dan 0.331, kemudian di dapatkan hasil uji Parsial untuk pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 3.728 dan pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 3.147 dengan hasil Uji F yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antar variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent. Serta hasil dari uji koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 0,318 yang artinya besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari promosi dan sertifikasi halal memiliki pengaruh cukup hingga mencapai 31.8% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Oriflame pada Kalangan Mahasiswa di Denpasar.

Husna Roti is a business specializing in cakes and bakery products that has been operating for nine years in Desa Purwosari, Comal District, Pemalang Regency. As part of a community service program, faculty members and students are involved in providing assistance to help develop this business. The program includes various improvement efforts, particularly in the areas of marketing and human resource management. The actions taken include creating Grabfood and Instagram accounts to expand the digital market, making official stamps, obtaining halal certification, and producing promotional videos and documenting the production process. Additionally, the company profile and organizational structure were prepared to strengthen management. Financial reports and cost of goods sold calculations were also made to optimize cost management. Through this collaboration, the faculty members and students aim to provide concrete solutions to the challenges faced by Husna Roti. With this assistance, it is hoped that the quality of the products and the competitiveness in the market will improve, allowing the business to grow and positively impact the local economy.

This research aims to determine the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses descriptive data. Meanwhile, the validity of the data uses Validity, Reliability, Extended Observations, Triangulation, and Reference Materials. The results of the research show that the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency, is that the management of savings funds is clearly carried out in matters related to good transactions and is managed by taking into account the profits that will be obtained later. Some savers believe that they don't know directly what their savings are used for. Most of them don't feel comfortable asking this because it is sensitive and private. Judging from sharia economic law, the implementation of Eid savings fund management according to Wahbah Zuhaili is halal for the manager (service provider) and according to Imam Abu Hanifah, he believes that the profit is shodaqoh. From this opinion, the researcher concluded that the Eid savings fund management transaction was permissible because the essence of Eid savings fund management was appropriate and fulfilled the elements of the wadiah yad dhamanah contract.

Marriage is a contract that contains the prohibition of something that was strictly forbidden before. This is a relationship between the opposite sex. Thus, sufficient understanding is needed regarding the conditions and pillars that must be fulfilled so that the marriage is carried out in accordance with religious provisions. In Indonesia, the family system—the implementation of which determines whether or not to marry—varies. From here the author is interested in studying mahram relationships that have been determined by religion. The aim of this research is to describe and classify who can marry and who cannot, based on the interpretation of the holy Koran. This research is library research, which is descriptive qualitative in nature by conducting a literature review related to the themes presented. The data is then analyzed and produces conclusions. The results of the research show that the family relationships implemented are in accordance with the provisions provided by the Shari'a. It is not permissible to marry only if it is customary and does not touch halal and haram within a religious framework, so that existing marriages are valid because they fulfill the requirements and are in harmony with each other religiously.

KNEKS memiliki Strategi yaitu Penguatan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah, Penguatan Halal Value Chain, Penguatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), Penguatan Fatwa, Regulasi dan Tata Kelola.memperkuat penyediaan iklim usaha Industri Keuangan Syariah dan Industri Halal dengan adanya kepastian hukum, proses yang mudah dan tata kelola yang baik, Penguatan ekonomi digital. Memperkuat pelaku indistri halal dengan memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan layanan digital baik pembiayaan, pemasaran dan kapasitas produksi melalui penyediaan halal market place, pembentukan incubator start-up dan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk traceability produk halal, Penguatan Literasi SDM, Riset dan Pengembangan. Memperkuat kesadaran publik mengenai konsep ekonomi syariah menuju penyediaan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi tinggi untuk mampu bersaing dan berinovasi melalui riset dan pengembangan.   ABSTRACT The National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) is an institution that functions as a catalyst for economic and sharia financial development on a national and international scale. The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Masalah makanan haram dan halal merupakan perkara besar dalam Kitab Suci, baik dalam Perjanjian Lama maupun Perjanjian Baru. Tokoh-tokoh dalam Kitab Makabe seperti Eleazar serta seorang ibu dengan anak-anaknya lebih rela mati daripada harus makan makanan haram. Meskipun secara mengejutkan tidak banyak dibahas dalam Perjanjian Baru, tema haram dan halal ini pun disinggung dalam situasi yang serius dan dengan pernyataan- pernyataan yang mutlak, baik dari Yesus sendiri maupun dari para rasul. Injil Markus secara spesifik juga membahas soal ini dalam pasal 7. Pembahasan Markus ini, selain mencatat salah satu pernyataan doktriner Yesus yang paling mutlak, menyumbangkan pula alasan-alasan teologis dan praktis yang matang. Haram dan halal menurut Yesus dalam Injil Markus dikembalikan kepada maksud dan tujuannya yang hakiki, yang tidak pernah hanya soal fisik, melainkan memiliki nilai teologis yang intrinsik. Kutipan dari Kitab Yesaya dalam perikop ini menjadi kunci utama untuk memahami dimensi teologis yang mendasari ajaran Yesus mengenai haram dan halal. Rupanya nilai terhakiki dari dimensi teologis ajaran Yesus tentang kemurnian itu terletak pada universalitasnya. Untuk pembahasan kali ini, saya tetap memilih metode analisis naratif dengan fokus pada analisis karakter berdasarkan interaksi mereka dalam percakapan.

The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects
