Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in organizational life and has the potential to greatly affect performance, interpersonal relationships, and institutional sustainability. The complexity of interactions in educational, business, and social environments makes this issue increasingly relevant for in-depth study. This study aims to examine the development of scientific studies on types of conflict and conflict management strategies over the past six years. The main focus of the study is to answer two questions: what types of conflict are most dominant in organizations, and how are conflict resolution strategies applied in various institutional contexts? The research method used is a literature review with the main keyword “types of conflict,” through searches in several scientific databases. From the selection results, five relevant articles were obtained and then analyzed based on research themes and trends. The analysis results show three main findings. First, conflicts within organizations can be classified into intrapersonal, interpersonal, and intergroup conflicts. Second, conflict resolution strategies emphasize the importance of effective communication, collaboration, mediation, and participatory leadership in creating sustainable solutions. Third, ethical and religious dimensions are also important aspects in building fair and harmonious resolutions. This study confirms that effective conflict management requires a multidimensional approach that integrates managerial, psychological, and moral values. Researchers are encouraged to conduct comparative studies between institutions to enrich their understanding of organizational conflict dynamics.

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) as traditional Islamic educational institutions not only serve as places for shaping students’ character, morals, and spirituality but also hold great potential in developing community economic independence through the management of pesantren business units. These business units are a concrete manifestation of the values of independence, hard work, and responsibility taught in the pesantren’s educational process. The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the role of pesantren business units in supporting the economic self-reliance of the pesantren itself as well as their contribution to empowering the surrounding community. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach on several pesantren that have successfully developed various business units such as cooperatives, agriculture, livestock, garment production, and student shops. The results show that pesantren business units function not only as a means of entrepreneurship education for students but also as a primary source of funding to support the operational activities of the pesantren. In addition, they act as the driving force of the local economy by creating employment opportunities, increasing income, and promoting community-based economic empowerment. The success of pesantren business units is influenced by professional management, strong leadership support, and the ability to innovate and adapt to changing times.

This research discusses the event of the first revelation descending upon Prophet Muhammad SAW in the Cave of Hira as the starting point for the birth of Islamic civilization. The background of this research stems from the social and spiritual conditions of pre-Islamic Arab society, which was in the era of ignorance, characterized by idol worship, social inequality, and the loss of human values. The purpose of this research is to reconstruct the historical, theological, and philosophical meanings of the first revelation and relate them to the relevance of educational and moral values in the modern context. The method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing primary and secondary literature from interpretive sources, historical texts, and scientific journals. The research results indicate that the command "Iqra'" in Surah Al-'Alaq verses 1-5 is the foundation for the emergence of literacy, education, and scientific traditions in Islam. This value affirms the importance of the integration between faith and science as the foundation of civilization. The implications of this research confirm that the spirit of "Iqra'" must be revived in the modern education system so that young Muslim generations can develop critical, ethical, and moral character amidst the current of globalization.

This study examines the role of Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) in the formation of the Qur'anic generation in Indonesia, with a special focus on the Ar-Risalah boarding school as a case study. SIT, which integrates general education and Islamic religion, has been an important educational model since the late 1980s, although its roots date back to the early 20th century in various Islamic institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with field methods to understand how Ar-Risalah boarding schools contribute to forming students with strong Qur'anic values. This study uses a qualitative method. Data in this study were obtained by referring to existing literature in books, journals, questionnaires or interviews. The results of the study indicate that SIT, through programs such as memorizing the Qur'an and strengthening spiritual values, plays a significant role in shaping students' characters. However, challenges still exist in the internalization of Qur'anic values and the application of adab towards the Qur'an, with data showing that only a portion of students truly understand and practice these values. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in more applicable teaching methods and parental involvement and a supportive school environment in increasing the effectiveness of Qur'anic generation education.

This community outreach activity was conducted at the Wahyu TPQ/RA Foundation, focusing on the implementation of religious character education through daily habituation activities for early childhood. The main issue behind this activity is the importance of instilling religious values from an early age to shape a generation with noble morals and Islamic character. The method used was a qualitative method with a participatory approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation during religious habituation activities such as prayers before and after studying, reading short surahs, practicing congregational prayers, and Friday Infaq activities. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in children's involvement in religious activities and their consistency in carrying out positive habits. Children became more accustomed to prayer, their manners improved, and an awareness of sharing emerged through infaq activities. These findings are in line with the theory of habituation (habit formation), which emphasizes repetition as a strategy for forming character. This activity contributes to the development of science in the field of early childhood education, particularly in the aspect of religious character education, and can be a model of good practice that can be replicated by similar educational institutions.

The post-truth phenomenon has posed significant challenges to education, particularly Islamic education, in shaping a young generation that is both critical and religious. Generation Alpha, born and raised in a digital ecosystem, faces an overwhelming flow of information, disinformation, and opinion manipulation that often blurs the line between fact and falsehood. This study aims to analyze how Islamic education can respond to the post-truth crisis by fostering a critical-religious character among Generation Alpha. This research employs a qualitative library-based method, utilizing content analysis that integrates classical Islamic sources on epistemology such as al-haqq and tabayyun with contemporary findings on digital literacy and the psychosocial development of Generation Alpha. The findings indicate that Islamic education should focus on strengthening Islamic digital literacy, promoting dialogical learning that cultivates critical thinking, and integrating strong spiritual values. Curriculum transformation, the role of teachers as epistemic role models, and the support of families and communities are essential in creating an educational ecosystem capable of countering post-truth influences. Thus, Islamic education serves as both a moral and intellectual safeguard, protecting Generation Alpha from the crisis of truth while preparing them to be critical, adaptive, and religious Muslims in the digital age.

Education is important for the progress of a nation, therefore education must have the right methods so that education can run smoothly and achieve its goals. Educational methods must be appropriate to local environmental, social and cultural conditions, efforts to carry out appropriate education can be applied, so that educational goals can be achieved. As a teacher, you must be able to master educational methods, therefore the methods used by a teacher must be appropriate to the class conditions at hand. The importance of the method applied is one of the success factors in efforts to achieve educational goals. Islamic philosophy has its own perspective in assessing education, success in mastering various kinds of knowledge alone is not enough to be a factor in educational success. The education expected through Islamic education methods must reflect a form of step in perfecting noble morals. Scientific intelligence cannot yet be used as a benchmark for educational success, therefore educational methods must be in accordance with behavior that reflects the Islamic values contained therein, so that the knowledge obtained can be balanced with Islamic character and behavior which prioritizes the moral values contained therein.

Prayer (shalat) is the central act of worship in Islam and holds a fundamental role in nurturing the spiritual life of Muslims. However, in practice, challenges often arise within society, particularly regarding the accuracy of recitations, movements, and the cohesiveness of congregational prayer. Thus, the urgency of understanding correct fiqh shalat remains crucial to ensure the quality of worship and strengthen ukhuwah islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood). In response to this need, students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, through the National Community Service Program (KKN) in Surabaya, organized a community engagement activity under the theme of Kemuhammadiyahan, namely a congregational prayer competition involving members of ‘Aisyiyah. The aim of this activity was to internalize Muhammadiyah values, enhance the understanding of fiqh shalat according to Islamic teachings, and foster a spirit of togetherness through an educational and participatory approach. The competition was assessed based on prayer movements, recitations, and group cohesiveness. The results revealed active participation and high enthusiasm from the participants, who not only competed but also learned to improve the quality of their worship. This activity successfully created a positive religious atmosphere, strengthened bonds among community members, and affirmed the role of KKN as a medium of community service that integrates religious education, Islamic propagation (dakwah), and spiritual development rooted in progressive Islamic values.

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the personality, morals, and spiritual values of students. In the Islamic perspective, education is not solely focused on the mastery of knowledge but also includes the cultivation of noble character, the strengthening of faith, and the enhancement of religiosity as a form of devotion to Allah Swt. Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren), as traditional Islamic educational institutions, have a strategic role in instilling these values through religious activities, the teaching of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning), and the habituation of virtuous behavior. Pesantren serve not only as centers of learning but also as institutions for character formation and spiritual development. However, the forces of globalization and modernization bring new challenges in the form of cultural, technological, and informational influences that often conflict with Islamic values. Therefore, pesantren are required to develop adaptive, innovative, and relevant educational strategies that align with contemporary needs without losing their Islamic identity. One effective approach is the implementation of Islamic counseling, a process of psychological and spiritual guidance grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Through this counseling, students are expected to strengthen their faith, enhance their religiosity, and develop moral resilience in facing the dynamics of modern life based on strong Islamic values.
