This study aims to analyze how the integration of traditional knowledge and digital knowledge shapes organizational strategies in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in responding to an increasingly competitive business environment. A quantitative approach was employed by applying variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3 software to 100 MSME respondents. The research model was developed by incorporating three main latent constructs, namely digital knowledge, traditional knowledge, and organizational strategy, which were measured using several indicators relevant to the MSME context. The analysis results indicate that all research instruments meet good reliability and validity criteria, with outer loading values ranging from 0.719 to 0.902, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values above 0.64, and composite reliability exceeding 0.87. Structural model testing reveals that digital knowledge has a strong and significant effect on organizational strategy (β = 0.799), while traditional knowledge shows a very small effect (β = 0.024). The research model explains 66.4% of the variance in organizational strategy. These findings confirm that digital transformation is the primary factor in shaping competitive strategies among MSMEs, while traditional knowledge continues to serve as a foundation for local context and cultural values. Therefore, the implementation of a hybrid management approach is considered effective in assisting MSMEs in formulating more adaptive, innovative, and sustainable strategies.

Video steganography faces fundamental challenges in balancing embedding capacity, imperceptibility, and robustness, where conventional Least Significant Bit (LSB) methods often produce visual artifacts such as flickering. To address this, this research proposes an advanced method named Adaptive Multi-layer LSB, which dynamically adjusts the number of embedded bits in each pixel based on a multi-factor analysis of the video's spatial and temporal characteristics. This adaptation mechanism is evaluated through three primary criteria: brightness level, local texture complexity, and inter-frame motion stability. Quantitative evaluation using Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Structural Similarity Index (SSIM), and Frame Difference Stability Index (FDSI) metrics demonstrates that the proposed method achieves high visual quality, with an average PSNR of 42.15 dB and SSIM of 0.985. These results significantly outperform the non-adaptive approach, which only recorded a PSNR of 38.5 dB. More importantly, the FDSI value of this method (1.25) is much lower compared to the non-adaptive approach (3.40), demonstrating its superiority in maintaining temporal stability. Thus, this approach provides a significant contribution to enhancing security and quality in video steganography practices. This research aims to enhance the imperceptibility of secret messages in video steganography to prevent detection by third parties. Unlike cryptography, which focuses on securing the message content, this method seeks to conceal the very existence of the message by maintaining a visual quality nearly identical to the original video. The proposed approach utilizes an adaptive multi-bit scheme based on the Least Significant Bit (LSB) technique, which intelligently analyzes the local characteristics of each frame, including brightness, texture, and motion. This strategy allows for higher data insertion in areas with high visual tolerance while limiting bits in sensitive areas to prevent distortion. Evaluation results using PSNR and SSIM metrics indicate that while increasing message capacity (from 1-bit to 3-bit) reduces the PSNR from 51.80 dB to 39.44 dB, the method remains highly effective in preserving visual integrity. Overall, this technique proves to be more secure and superior to traditional LSB in balancing storage capacity with high-quality video output.

Steganography is a technique for hiding secret data within digital media such as images, audio, and video without causing noticeable visual changes. In video media, this technique offers advantages because each frame can be utilized dynamically, resulting in a larger data embedding capacity. However, conventional methods such as fixed-number Least Significant Bit (LSB) embedding still face limitations in balancing visual quality, embedding capacity, and resistance to compression or noise. To address these challenges, this study proposes an Adaptive Video Steganography Method based on Multi-Bit LSB that employs brightness, texture, and motion analysis for each frame to determine the number of embedding bits adaptively. The system adjusts the embedding capacity according to the local characteristics of the video: areas with high texture or rapid motion are assigned more bits, while static or low-texture areas use fewer bits to preserve visual quality. After the embedding process, the video quality is evaluated using PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) and SSIM (Structural Similarity Index Measurement) to assess its similarity to the original video. Experimental results show a PSNR value of 45.86 dB and an SSIM value of 0.9441, Thus, the proposed adaptive method proves to be efficient, robust against disturbances, and capable of maintaining data security without compromising visual quality, making it highly suitable for implementation in multimedia-based information security systems.

Steganography is a method to hide confidential messages in digital media so that they are not detected by unauthorized parties. Unlike cryptography which protects the content of messages through encryption, steganography hides the message itself. One popular technique is the Least Significant Bit (LSB), which replaces the least important bit on the pixel with a secret message bit. However, conventional LSB methods such as 1-bit or 3-bit have limitations due to the compromise between insertion capacity and visual quality of the media. This study proposes an LSB-based video steganography method with an adaptive multi-bit embedding approach. This technique determines the number and position of bits that are dynamically inserted based on the local brightness and texture levels of each video frame, with Laplacian operators used to analyze both high and low textured areas. The process includes frame and audio extraction, frame-by-frame embedding, inserted video reconstruction, and decoding using video cover references. The evaluation was carried out quantitatively using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) metrics, as well as qualitatively through visual comparison. The results showed that the adaptive multi-bit method was able to maintain visual quality with a PSNR of 45.23 dB and SSIM of 0.9424, and increased the insertion capacity by up to 2–3 times compared to the 1-bit adaptive method. Thus, this approach effectively balances imperceptibility and insertion capacity on dynamic video steganography systems.

Traditional association rule analysis is effective at uncovering co-purchase patterns but fails to provide a global structural view of the market, which often results in fragmented and isolated insights. This study proposes a hybrid framework that integrates the Apriori algorithm with a Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) in order to validate and contextualize association rules within a single structural backbone. Transaction data from a retail store are transformed into a weighted, undirected product graph using an inverse-support function, and an MST is then extracted to represent the market backbone, while frequent itemsets and strong rules are obtained using Apriori. Experimental results on 236 multi-item transactions show that the MST backbone comprises 10 products and 9 fundamental links, with 66.67% of these links being confirmed by strong association rules, indicating a substantial coherence between statistical and structural evidence. The proposed model identifies 41 Apriori patterns that can be embedded in the MST and ranks them using a new metric, Structural Distance, which enables the categorization of Core Patterns, Bridge Patterns, and Complex Patterns according to their structural tightness. This hybrid perspective distinguishes dense, strategically meaningful bundles from anomalous but frequent combinations that are structurally peripheral, thereby offering a more holistic and actionable alternative to conventional Market Basket Analysis. The validated framework can support various applications, including store layout optimization, cross-selling strategies, and the design of path-based recommender systems, and it opens avenues for future extensions based on dynamic graphs and Graph Neural Networks.

Patient safety is often viewed exclusively as the responsibility of clinical personnel. However, administrative errors occurring during the admission process and documentation stages constitute major contributors to medical risk. This study aims to explore the strategic role of administrative staff in strengthening patient safety culture and mitigating medical risks through effective communication coordination. A narrative literature review was conducted extensively using the Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science databases, covering publications from 2014 to 2024. Data were analyzed using a thematic synthesis approach. The findings identify four main themes: administrative staff as information gatekeepers, the role of health information technologies (HIS/EMR) in bridging communication gaps, collaboration barriers arising from hierarchical structures, and the need for an Interprofessional Shared Governance framework. Administrative accuracy in the early phases of care is proven to be critical in preventing latent errors with potentially fatal consequences. Strengthening patient safety culture requires the integration of administrative staff through cross-departmental training, standardized communication protocols, and non-punitive incident reporting systems. Administrative staff are not merely bureaucratic support personnel but are key actors within the modern hospital patient safety ecosystem.

According to Indonesian law, marriage is a legal act that has legal consequences for the personal status, assets, and rights and obligations of husband and wife. Therefore, marriage requires the free and conscious will of both prospective bride and groom as the basis for the birth of a valid legal relationship. This study examines the importance of getting to know your partner before getting married from a legal perspective, especially as a form of preventive legal protection in marriage law. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach through literature study of statutory regulations, legal doctrine and relevant scientific literature. The research results show that although Indonesian positive law does not yet explicitly regulate the obligation to get to know one's partner before marriage, the objectives of the Marriage Law, the principle of consensualism, and pre-marital guidance policies reflect the importance of the prospective bride and groom's substantive readiness. This readiness is related to understanding the rights and obligations in marriage as well as the legal consequences that accompany them. Thus, getting to know partners before marriage has legal relevance as an effort to prevent disputes, divorce and family disputes, as well as strengthening legal protection for husbands, wives and children in the institution of marriage.

Abstract: Character education has become a critical challenge in secondary education, particularly in learning contexts that emphasize cognitive achievement over affective and behavioral development. Although Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is widely recognized for its potential to foster collaboration and responsibility, character outcomes are often treated implicitly and rarely evaluated systematically. This study aims to develop and evaluate a character-oriented Project-Based Learning framework using a Design-Based Research (DBR) methodology in Islamic secondary education. The research was conducted through iterative design cycles involving problem analysis, instructional design, implementation, evaluation, and refinement. Explicit character indicators were embedded into each phase of the PjBL process and assessed using quantitative and qualitative instruments. Statistical analysis of pretest and posttest data revealed significant improvements in students’ character-related outcomes following the implementation of the proposed framework. Qualitative findings further indicated enhanced student engagement, collaboration, and social responsibility during project activities. The results demonstrate that integrating explicit character indicators into PjBL through a DBR approach enhances the effectiveness of character education beyond conventional instructional practices. This study contributes to the literature by providing a structured and empirically validated framework that bridges Project-Based Learning, Design-Based Research, and character education. The proposed framework offers practical implications for educators seeking to integrate affective learning objectives into active learning environments.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime that has multidimensional impacts on a country’s social, economic, and political life. In Indonesia, corruption cases not only cause financial losses to the state but also undermine public trust in the government and weaken the rule of law. This study examines the case of social assistance (bansos) corruption during the Covid-19 pandemic involving former Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara, who was proven to receive bribes from vendors providing social assistance amounting to tens of billions of rupiah. The study aims to understand the regulation of corruption under Indonesian law, the chronology of the bansos corruption case, and the criminal liability of the former Minister of Social Affairs. The analysis shows that this case not only caused financial losses to the state but also inflicted social suffering on the poor affected by the pandemic and reduced the government’s legitimacy. The prison sentence, fines, and obligation to pay state compensation imposed on Juliari affirm the principle of criminal accountability, while digital-based reform in social assistance distribution and multi-layered supervision serve as preventive measures to curb future corruption. This study emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and strict law enforcement in combating corruption in Indonesia.

This study investigates allegations of fabricated Accountability Letters (SPJ) and budget irregularities at the Tanjungpinang City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Community Empowerment Agency (DP3APM), just as the regional budget deficit reached Rp97 billion. Internal reports and local media coverage reveal strong indications that funds allocated for outbound activities were diverted to purchase clothing and shoes, which were then used for the Proclamation Walk even though the outbound activities themselves never materialized, raising suspicions of fictitious SPJs and a lack of transparency in the management of public funds. Qualitative descriptive methods were applied through in-depth analysis of news documents, official statements, and regional financial management regulations such as Law No. 23/2014 concerning Regional Government. The analysis highlights violations of fiscal accountability principles under the pressure of the local budget crisis, recommending a comprehensive independent audit by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) or regional inspectorates, along with oversight reforms involving the digitization of financial reports to prevent a repeat in other regional governments across Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the adaptive role of a dance teacher in teaching the subject of music art at SMK Asta Mitra Purwodadi, as well as identifying the patterns of collaborative approaches and the implementation of the Deep Learning strategy in the learning process. This phenomenon attracts researchers due to the case of a teacher teaching cross-disciplinary subjects, although still within the domain of the arts. This study employs a qualitative method using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is Bu Evi, a dance teacher who also serves as the music art instructor. The research results indicate that the non-specialist teacher (with a dance background) successfully overcomes limitations in teaching music by performing a role transformation into a facilitator focusing on expression, rhythm, and performance. The implementation of Deep Learning is realized effectively through a kinesthetic approach, where abstract music concepts (such as tempo and dynamics) are translated through body movement exploration, which is proven to increase student enthusiasm and understanding. Furthermore, the teacher implements a strategic collaborative pattern with the music extracurricular teacher, where responsibilities are divided between aspects of expression/movement and the deepening of theory/vocal technique, ensuring talented students still receive adequate technical development. Assessment focuses on performative aspects (expression, tempo, teamwork, and self-confidence). This research concludes that the teacher's professionalism and pedagogical creativity are the main keys to bridging competency gaps, while simultaneously ensuring the achievement of the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum in shaping student character and 21st-century skills.

This study examines Fazlur Rahman’s double movement paradigm as a methodological framework for renewing contemporary Islamic thought. The background of this research lies in the ongoing crisis of Islamic epistemology, marked by the dominance of textual-literal interpretations that are detached from historical context, as well as modernist approaches that often lack strong Islamic methodological foundations. This condition has weakened the ability of Islamic thought to respond to modern social, ethical, and intellectual challenges. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research. The primary data consist of Fazlur Rahman’s major works, including Islam, Major Themes of the Qur’an, and Islam and Modernity, while secondary data are drawn from academic journals, books, theses, and previous studies discussing his thought. Data were analyzed through content analysis and interpretative analysis to identify key concepts, methodological patterns, and their implications for contemporary Islamic thought. The findings show that Fazlur Rahman conceptualizes the Qur’an as a source of universal moral values rather than a static legal code. His double movement method emphasizes understanding the Qur’anic text within its historical context and reapplying its moral principles to contemporary realities. This approach positions Rahman within the framework of Islamic neo-modernism, bridging classical Islamic tradition and modern intellectual demands. The study concludes that the double movement paradigm offers a relevant epistemological foundation for renewing Islamic thought, particularly in Qur’anic interpretation, Islamic law, and Islamic education, by promoting contextual, ethical, and critical reasoning.

A problem that is often debated by both the western and eastern world is the problem of determining the truth of a scientific field or theory. In western science, a thought emerged from a philosopher, namely the theory of falsification put forward by Karl Raymond Popper. In his theory Popper argues that the truth of a science is not determined through justification (verification), but through refuting the propositions that science itself builds (falsification). The study of Popper's falsification has been very widely published and discussed in various writings, especially in Islamic studies and science (science). In this article, the author tries to briefly describe the urgency of Karl R. Popper's thought in the academic field. The method used in writing this article is library research (literature review), using relevant documents, journals, and research. Through this research, it is known that the application of Karl Raimund Popeer's theory of falsification is very important in the academic field. This is evidenced by the concept of falsification which is used to determine the scientific knowledge. In addition, the concept of falsification was used long before Popper introduced the theory. One of them is used by the Muslim philosopher Imam Al-Gazali in defending and proving his arguments and thoughts. In the development of scientific methods, the principle of falsification plays an important role in strengthening scientific theory because it serves as evidence to disqualify other irrelevant theories.
