The development of information technology has transformed civil dispute resolution mechanisms in Indonesia, most notably through the issuance of Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 3 of 2022 on Electronic Mediation in Courts. Despite the normative framework it provides, the implementation of electronic mediation continues to face persistent challenges, particularly regarding limited digital infrastructure, low digital literacy among disputing parties, and insufficient technical capacity of mediators. More critically, when electronic mediation fails to produce a settlement agreement, the subsequent enforcement of civil court decisions encounters serious normative gaps not yet adequately addressed by existing legal instruments. This study aims to identify and analyze the causes of civil judgment enforcement failures arising in the context of failed electronic mediation under PERMA Number 3 of 2022, and to propose normative solutions for the identified regulatory gaps. Using a normative juridical method supported by statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, this study finds that the primary causes of enforcement failure include the absence of clear legal standards governing electronically signed peace deeds, weak synchronization between PERMA Number 3 of 2022 and civil procedural law on execution, and procedural obstacles in enforcing decisions that originate from electronic proceedings. This study recommends targeted regulatory reform to ensure that peace agreements resulting from electronic mediation carry unambiguous executorial force and that enforcement mechanisms are adapted to accommodate the distinctive characteristics of electronic dispute resolution.

Pendahuluan: Kehilangan gigi dapat dikelompokan menjadi 2 jenis, yaitu kehilangan gigi sebagian ataupun seluruhnya. Kehilangan gigi sebagian atau partial edentulous digambarkan sebagai suatu kondisi hilangnya satu atau beberapa gigi, namun tidak hilang secara keseluruhan. Dalam dunia kedokteran gigi salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah partial edentulous yaitu dengan melakukan perawatan pengantian gigi menggunakan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan (GTSL). GTSL merupakan solusi prostetik yang paling umum dipilih karena terbuat dari berbagai jenis bahan, seperti resin akrilik, kerangka logam dan termoplastik. GTSL resin akrilik menjadi pilihan yang paling disukai, karena sifatnya yang ekonomis, mudah dibentuk dan ringan. Laporan kasus ini menjelaskan tatalaksana kasus edentulous partial dengan pembuatan GTSL resin akrilik. Laporan Kasus: Pasien laki-laki berusia 56 tahun datang dengan keluhan adanya beberapa gigi atas dan bawah yang. Pasien menyatakan bahwa kondisi ini membuat pasien menjadi tidak nyaman saat menguyah makanan. Dari seluruh hasil pemeriksaan dapat diketahui bahwa diagnosis kasus pasien yaitu Kennedy kelas I modifikasi I dan Applegate Kennedy kelas I modifikasi 1P dengan rencana perawatan yaitu pembuatan GTSL akrilik. Tatalaksana: Tatalaksana kasus partial edentulous dengan menggunakan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan (GTSL) akrilik ini dilakukan atas persetujuan pasien dengan rencana perawatan yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya saat kunjungan pertama. Kesimpulan: Tatalaksana partial edentulous dengan menggunakan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan (GTSL) berbahan resin akrilik dalam kasus ini mampu mengembalikan fungsi pengunyahan, fungsi bicara dan estetika pasien. Hasil pemeriksaan saat kontrol pasca penggunaan GTSL 1 minggu, diketahui bahwa gigi tiruan sangat nyaman selama digunakan dan tidak ditemukan adanya traumatik pada mukosa rongga mulut.

Seren Village has abundant organic waste potential, particularly banana peel waste generated from banana-processing MSME activities and wood ash resulting from household firewood combustion. To date, this waste has not been optimally utilized and is often discarded, thereby posing potential environmental problems. This study aims to process banana peel waste and wood ash into an innovative, environmentally friendly shoe polish made from natural materials, while also enhancing the economic value and welfare of the community. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the women’s Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) of Seren Village as the target participants. The shoe polish production process includes drying and grinding banana peels, mixing them with a wood ash solution that functions as a natural coloring agent, adding supporting materials, and heating the mixture until a ready-to-use shoe polish is obtained. The results indicate that the shoe polish produced from banana peels and wood ash has a solid texture, is slightly coarse, non-glossy, and has a relatively fast drying time of approximately one minute. In addition, the product shows good resistance to water splashes and does not damage the surface of shoes. The use of natural ingredients makes this shoe polish safer for health. The utilization of this waste has the potential to support MSME development, reduce environmental pollution, and sustainably improve the welfare of the Seren Village community.

The ability to read the Qur’an is a fundamental competence that must be possessed by every Muslim student. However, in educational practice at schools, various problems are still found, particularly the low level of Qur’an reading ability among some students, accompanied by learning boredom. One of the contributing factors to this condition is the use of a single, monotonous, and less varied teaching method. This article aims to examine the problems related to students’ ability to read the Qur’an and the learning boredom that arises due to the implementation of a single method in instruction, as well as to offer practical solutions that can be implemented by educators. The writing method of this article uses a literature review approach and reflection on teaching practice. The results of the study show that a single teaching method tends to reduce students’ learning motivation, hinder active engagement, and slow down the improvement of Qur’an reading skills. Therefore, it is necessary to implement more varied, interactive, and contextual teaching methods, such as game-based learning, group work, and the use of innovative instructional media. Thus, it is expected that students’ ability to read the Qur’an can improve and learning boredom can be effectively minimized.

The issue of plastic waste is increasingly becoming an environmental concern, including in elementary schools, due to its non-biodegradable nature and its potential to cause environmental pollution if not properly managed. This activity aims to implement the Ecobrick method as an innovative solution for managing and utilizing plastic waste at SDN 054945 Desa Dogang, Gebang District, Langkat Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach involving 65 students from grades IV and V through a community service activity. The activity was carried out on July 17, 2024, through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and reflective discussion. The results show that the application of the Ecobrick method successfully increased students' understanding and awareness of the dangers of plastic waste and fostered an early environmental concern. Moreover, previously worthless plastic waste was processed into functional Ecobrick benches that can be utilized within the school environment. This activity also encouraged a sense of mutual cooperation, responsibility, and creativity among the students. Thus, the Ecobrick method has proven to be an effective alternative for plastic waste management and a contextual learning medium in creating an environmentally friendly school culture.

Breach of contract disputes with small claim values are often hindered by the lengthy and costly conventional litigation process. To address this issue, the Supreme Court issued PERMA No. 2 of 2015, which was later amended by PERMA No. 4 of 2019 concerning Small Claims Court. This study aims to examine the mechanism for resolving breach of contract disputes through small claims and its effectiveness in achieving the principles of fast, simple, and low-cost litigation. This research uses a normative legal method to analyze the relevant legal procedures and regulations. The findings show that small claims court is effective in streamlining the litigation process, with a resolution time limit of a maximum of 25 working days, much faster compared to regular litigation, which can take much longer. However, the implementation of this mechanism is limited by the requirement that evidence must be simple, which can be a challenge in some cases. Thus, small claims court can be an efficient and affordable solution for business disputes with low claim values.

The problem of household organic waste remains a major challenge in urban areas, including in the North Rejowinangun Village of Magelang City. High population density and limited land use cause the volume of organic waste to continue to increase and impact the condition of the Final Disposal Site (TPA) which is experiencing overcapacity. This community service activity aims to provide a community-based organic waste management solution through the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots as a method of organic waste bioconversion. The implementation method is carried out in a participatory manner through the stages of preparation and problem identification, implementation of activities in the form of education and direct practice of BSF maggot cultivation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show that BSF maggots are able to decompose household organic waste effectively, as indicated by a reduction in waste volume in a relatively short time and a decrease in potential odor. BSF larvae show stable growth with a high level of waste consumption, especially in media with good humidity and management. In addition to the environmental impact, this activity also increases public knowledge and awareness about the importance of organic waste management and opens up opportunities for the development of maggot cultivation as a productive activity with economic value. Thus, BSF maggot cultivation can be an alternative solution for sustainable organic waste management that is easy to implement in the community.

Islamic education in the global era faces various complex problems and challenges, ranging from conventional teaching methods, varying teacher quality, to curriculum unpreparedness in addressing social and technological dynamics. The globalization of information and culture also significantly influences students’ behavior and identity, requiring digital literacy, critical cultural awareness, and resilience in religious values to remain aligned with Islamic principles. This study employs a library research approach with a descriptive qualitative method, analyzing various books and scientific journals related to Islamic education in the global era. The findings indicate that the problems of Islamic education include the gap between traditional methods and 21st-century needs, teachers’ unpreparedness in using technology, and the lack of integration between religious education and contemporary social contexts. Other challenges involve education management, family and community involvement, and policy-making that responds to global changes. To address these issues, recommended solutions include revitalizing an integrative curriculum that combines Islamic values with 21st-century skills, utilizing technology wisely, enhancing teacher competence, strengthening collaboration between schools, families, and communities, and developing media literacy and inclusive pedagogical approaches. Implementing these strategies is expected to produce students who are competent, adaptive, character-driven, and globally competitive without losing their moral and spiritual identity. These findings contribute to the development of Islamic education that is relevant, adaptive, and sustainable in the global era.

The global reliance on wheat flour has prompted the food industry to seek sustainable local substitutes. Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) emerges as a potential candidate due to its substantial starch content and beneficial bioactive compounds. This study explores innovations in sweet potato flour processing, emphasizing physical, chemical, and enzymatic modifications to enhance its functional properties. The research methods include hydrothermal treatments and fermentation (Modified Sweet Potato Flour/MOSPEF) and their impact on dough rheology and glycemic response. The findings indicate that modified sweet potato flour can effectively replace wheat flour by 30-50% in bakery items and up to 100% in gluten-free formulations without significantly altering sensory traits. This innovation represents a strategic step toward national food sovereignty and improved nutritional quality in the modern food industry, healthier and more nutritious. The use of modified sweet potato flour is expected to strengthen food security and provide economic benefits for local farmers and the domestic food industry.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong transformasi pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk di bidang kefarmasian. Salah satu inovasi yang berkembang adalah telefarmasi, yaitu pelayanan kefarmasian jarak jauh yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk menjembatani interaksi antara apoteker dan pasien. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi apoteker terhadap implementasi telefarmasi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 10 artikel yang diperoleh dari basis data ilmiah seperti PubMed, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas apoteker memiliki persepsi positif terhadap telefarmasi, terutama dalam aspek efisiensi waktu dan biaya, peningkatan akses dan kepatuhan pasien, serta solusi atas kekurangan tenaga apoteker. Namun, ditemukan pula persepsi negatif seperti beban kerja yang meningkat, risiko kesalahan akibat keterbatasan kontak fisik, dan kendala teknis. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya dukungan infrastruktur, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, serta literasi digital pasien untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi telefarmasi secara berkelanjutan.

The management of Regional Government Assets is an imprortant aspect in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of local government administration. One of the problems frequently faced by local governments is the high maintenance cost of official vehicles that are damaged or no longer fit for use, which leads to budget inefficiency and prevents effective asset management. This research used a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research indicated that the disposal of damaged official vehicles was carried out through aucation and destruction mechanisms following the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. The disposal of official vehicles has been proven to reduce maintenance cost burdens and improve the efficiency of regional asset management. Therefore, the disposal of damaged offical vehicles constitutes a strategic solution for achieving efficient and accountable management of regional government assets.

Organic waste is one of the major environmental problems caused by household activities. Improper waste management leads to environmental pollution and health risks. This community service activity aimed to educate and train the community in processing organic waste into ecoenzymes as a multifunctional and environmentally friendly product. The method used included socialization, training, and direct assistance to the community in producing ecoenzymes from fruit and vegetable waste through fermentation. The results showed that the community was able to understand the benefits and production process of ecoenzymes and began implementing them in daily life and agriculture. Ecoenzymes can be used as natural cleaning agents, plant fertilizers, and pest repellents. This activity contributes to reducing organic waste and improving environmental awareness and sustainable agriculture practices.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes ini parenting patterns and the learning process for early childhood. Children are now familiar with using devices for lpay, learning, and intraction, requiring parents and techers to have the ability to guide their childrens appropriate use of technology. Although technology facilitates access to information, unsupervised use can trigger various problems, such as screen addiction, reduced sosial interaction, exposure to age-inappropriate content, and decreased concentration. Therefore, supervision and guidance are crucial elements ini educating children in the digital age. Various studies confirm that regulating device usage time, implementing firm rules, active guidance, and instilling character values are essential for children to use  technology in a healthy and responsible manner Synergy beyween parents and schools, along with improving digital literacy, are key factors in ensuring that technology provides safe and positive benefits for childrens cognotive, social, emotional, morality, and physical-motor development. A comprehensive approach is necessary for children to develop optimally amidst the rapid development of the digital world.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan merealisasikan antena mikrostrip patch berbentuk segitiga (triangular) yang bekerja pada frekuensi 1800 MHz, sebagai penguat jaringan internet di kawasan Kebun Raya Balikpapan. Lokasi tersebut diketahui memiliki kualitas sinyal yang kurang baik untuk beberapa provider. Antena yang dirancang menggunakan dua konfigurasi, yaitu MIMO 8x8 dengan teknik pencatuan langsung dan array 8x1, yang kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan CST Studio Suite 2019 dan diuji performansinya menggunakan metode Speedtest. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa antena 8x8 memiliki nilai VSWR sebesar 1,50, return loss -12,96 dB, dan gain 4,06 dBi dengan pola radiasi omnidirectional. Sementara itu, konfigurasi 8x1 array menunjukkan nilai VSWR 1,24, return loss -19,21 dB, dan gain 6,46 dBi, juga dengan pola radiasi omnidirectional. Hasil pengujian di lapangan dengan tiga kondisi tanpa antena eksternal, antena MIMO dan antena array 8x1 didapatkan hasil bahwa antena array 8x1 memberikan kecepatan unduh tertinggi mencapai 17,227 Mbps, unggah 4,072 Mbps, Jitter 34,9 ms  dan packet loss 14,18 % sedangkan antena MIMO 8x8 memberikan kecepatan unduh tertinggi mencapai 13,77 Mbps, unggah 2,462 Mbps, Jitter 49,9 ms  dan packet loss 18,43%. Kesimpulannya, kedua jenis antena eksternal yakni MIMO 8x8 dan array 8x1 mampu meningkatkan performa jaringan secara signifikan dan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk daerah dengan sinyal lemah. Antena ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap akses internet yang lebih stabil di area public yang sangat luas.

Kecap merupakan produk fermentasi kedelai yang berperan penting sebagai bumbu penyedap dalam masakan. Berdasarkan rasa dan kekentalannya, kecap dibedakan menjadi kecap manis dan kecap asin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan teknologi filling otomatis sebagai solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengemasan botol kecap pada skala UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Permintaan pasar yang tinggi terhadap kecap manis mendorong tumbuhnya industri kecil. Namun, UMKM ini menghadapi kendala dalam hal kapasitas produksi dan konsistensi mutu produk. Salah satu proses yang memerlukan waktu lama dan tidak efisien adalah pengemasan manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diterapkan solusi teknologi berupa filling machine semi otomatis. Teknologi ini mempercepat proses pengisian botol, mengurangi kehilangan produk akibat tumpahan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga kerja. Meskipun memerlukan investasi awal yang cukup besar dan ketergantungan pada listrik, penggunaan filling machine semi otomatis terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi kecap di skala UMKM.

Deteksi nyeri secara objektif merupakan tantangan penting dalam dunia medis, terutama bagi pasien yang tidak mampu menyampaikan rasa sakitnya secara verbal, seperti bayi, lansia, atau penderita gangguan komunikasi. Teknologi non- invasif berbasis sensor menjadi solusi potensial untuk mengatasi keterbatasan metode subjektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau secara sistematis literatur terkini mengenai penerapan Radar MIMO dan algoritma kecerdasan buatan dalam deteksi nyeri non-invasif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020, melalui penelusuran basis data IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, PubMed, Google Scholar, dan SpringerLink untuk periode 2021– 2025. Dari hasil seleksi diperoleh 17 artikel inklusi yang mencakup penggunaan Radar MIMO, UNBC-McMaster, BioVid, Medical Imaging (CT/MRI), Radar SISO, serta studi review, survey, bibliometrik, dan teoretis. Dari sisi algoritma, CNN dan SVM menjadi pendekatan paling dominan, diikuti Neural Network dan metode lain, dengan tren yang mengarah pada penggunaan multimodal untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Hasil penilaian kualitas dengan GRADE menunjukkan mayoritas studi berkualitas sedang, dengan keterbatasan utama pada ukuran sampel kecil, pelabelan nyeri yang belum konsisten, bias populasi, serta kurangnya validasi klinis nyata. Kesimpulannya, Radar MIMO dan algoritma deep learning memiliki potensi besar untuk deteksi nyeri non-invasif. Namun, penelitian lanjutan perlu difokuskan pada pembangunan dataset yang lebih inklusif, standarisasi pelabelan nyeri, serta pengujian dalam konteks klinis, dengan memperhatikan aspek etika dan privasi agar teknologi ini dapat diimplementasikan secara luas dalam layanan kesehatan.

Meningkatnya ketergantungan pada sistem komunikasi digital telah memperkuat kebutuhan akan metode yang andal untuk melindungi data sensitif dari akses tidak sah. Studi ini memperkenalkan mekanisme keamanan terintegrasi yang menggabungkan enkripsi ChaCha20 dengan steganografi citra Least Significant Bit (LSB), yang menargetkan perlindungan data berbasis citra digital. ChaCha20, sebuah cipher aliran modern yang dikenal akan kecepatan dan keamanannya, digunakan untuk mengenkripsi pesan teks biasa (plaintext), menghasilkan ciphertext yang sangat aman. Data terenkripsi kemudian disematkan ke dalam citra sampul — khususnya, logo universitas — menggunakan teknik LSB, yang mengubah bit paling tidak signifikan dari nilai piksel untuk menyembunyikan informasi tanpa memengaruhi kualitas citra secara signifikan. Pendekatan dua lapis ini memastikan kerahasiaan dan penyembunyian informasi sensitif. Sistem ini dievaluasi menggunakan metrik objektif seperti Rasio Sinyal terhadap Derau Puncak (PSNR) dan Indeks Kesamaan Struktural (SSIM) untuk menilai fidelitas citra setelah penyisipan data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mempertahankan integritas visual (PSNR > 50 dB) sekaligus memungkinkan ekstraksi data yang akurat. Integrasi ChaCha20 dan steganografi LSB menawarkan solusi yang ringan, aman, dan efektif untuk perlindungan informasi digital, khususnya cocok untuk komunikasi akademis atau kelembagaan di mana gambar logo berfungsi sebagai pembawa konten terenkripsi yang tersembunyi.

This study discusses the relevance and role of hybrid learning strategies as a conceptual solution to the crisis of effectiveness in traditional fiqh learning in Islamic boarding schools in the digital age. The background of this study stems from the problem of declining efficiency and interactivity of classical learning methods such as sorogan and bandongan amid technological developments that demand pedagogical innovation. This study aims to analyze theoretically how the integration of traditional pesantren values and modern learning approaches can be applied without eliminating spiritual identity and scientific sanad. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach through a review of the latest scientific literature on Islamic education and hybrid learning. The results show that a hybrid learning model based on synchronous and asynchronous approaches can increase flexibility, effectiveness, and student participation in the learning process, while maintaining personal relationships with teachers. The theoretical implications enrich the concept of integrating Islamic education and technology, while the practical implications offer an adaptive curriculum model for Islamic boarding schools to respond to the challenges of the digital age without abandoning Islamic values.

Administrasi keuangan adalah dasar utama dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, yang memastikan pembagian sumber daya dilakukan secara transparan dan efisien guna mendukung proses belajar- mengajar. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi seperti spreadsheet Excel telah muncul sebagai jawaban utama untuk mengatasi hambatan administrasi manual, termasuk kesalahan hitung dan pemborosan waktu di bidang pendidikan. Alat digital semacam ini bisa meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 50% di lingkungan kecil, dengan keuntungan seperti penghematan waktu. Namun, di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan seperti SMP di Indonesia, penerapan digital seringkali terkendala oleh kurangnya infrastruktur dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sehingga butuh penelitian khusus untuk memahami dampaknya. Administrasi keuangan sekolah meliputi pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan laporan bulanan yang tepat. Masalah umum seperti proses manual dengan buku besar sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan matematika, penundaan laporan, dan efisiensi operasional yang rendah, khususnya di lembaga kecil seperti SMP. Penelitian Rusmiati (2025) menyoroti keefektifan alat digital untuk skala kecil dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan sekolah, tapi belum sepenuhnya fokus pada konteks pendidikan pedesaan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keuangan berbasis Excel sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di SMP Negeri 2 Laut Tador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Excel meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penghematan waktu hingga 50%, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengurangan kesalahan, meskipun ada hambatan infrastruktur awal.
