The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. The methods given are: 1) Introduction technology for preparing material components with a spinser (a combination of spindle and serkel machines); 2) Mini introductions cold press; 3) Introduction of finishing technology; 4) Training on diversification of processed materials into products mixmedia (mixmedia furniture design / prototype.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information 

Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. The sixth step is Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminaryformof product, Preliminary field testing, revision and Main Main product field testing. Service quality in the Islamic concept can be said that the overall features and characteristics of a product or service that depend on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs and in accordance with Islamic values.21 In this concept Islam teaches that providing services in the form of goods or services. must be of quality in accordance with Islamic values, and do not give bad and not quality because it will only harm both parties. Service quality in Islam is defined as a customer's assessment of the superiority or privilege of a product or service as a whole which is of course based on Islamic principles, the quality of service in Islam provides services that basically every activity related must be based on compliance with sharia which is full of values. -moral and ethical values. Improving the quality of service in Islam is very necessary in order to determine customer decision making. However, it will not run well if it is not accompanied by quality decision making. To maintain the quality of service in Islam is not only the duty of the employees, but all the members involved. Judging from the above phenomena, the quality of Islamic services can be taken into consideration for customer decision making. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Islamic service quality on customer decisions in murabahah financing. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, this study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used the incidental sampling method using the hair formula. The data obtained were then processed with SEM AMOS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the CR value is 3,418 > 1.96 and the probability is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Decision Making in Murabahah Financing.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, incentives, and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The sample used was 82 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data, with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination was 0.685, meaning that the variables of work ability, incentives, and work discipline could explain the variation in work productivity variables of 68.5%. The results of hypothesis testing with the statistical t test show that (1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.    

Cervical cancer is a malignancy in the cervix or cervical uterus. Efforts made to detect cervical cancer include cervical cancer screening with Inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced the interest in visiting the inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) Inspection by Productive age women in Sipahutar Health Center in 2019. The type of this study was the Cross Sectional method. The population in the study was productive age women in Sipahutar Public Health Center. The eligible women were 4408 women and 96 women were taken as sample . The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between age and interest in visiting; education; knowledge; access to information; health services; support of health and socio-cultural personnel with p value <0.05. The variable that most influenceing was the interest in IVA examination visits is access to information with a value of Rp. 95,615. It is hoped that productive age women will increase its knowledge about the dangers of cervical cancer and participate in the early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method at the health care facility.

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.  

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Tujuan dari riset ini ialah mengevaluasi proses belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Context, Input, Process, Product pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Dalam pra penelitian di SMP Negeri 12 Kupang, peneliti menemukan guru belum mengetahui kebutuhan dasar siswa. Guru belum mengetahui latar belakang siswa serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tipe riset ini menggunakan pendekatan context, input, process, product. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pertama, pelaksanaan proses belajar dilihat dari segi konteks tergolong baik. Kedua, perencanaan program, ditemukan tidak terdapat analisis kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran ditinjau dari segi input masuk dalam kategori baik. ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih dalam kategori kurang efektif ditinjau dari segi proses. Keempat, guru melaksanakan pendahuluan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan rancangan yang ada di dalam RPP. Kelima, program pembelajaran perlu dirancang terstruktur sesuai dengan alokasi waktu karena menjadi faktor penentu dalam proses pembelajaran, keluasan dan kedalam materi pelajaran.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

In this digital era, business competition is increasingly competitive. A business is required to conduct continuous evaluation. In today's business world, e-commerce is a necessity to increase business competition and product sales. In the use of e-commerce, buying and selling and marketing activities will be easier and more efficient where consumers will find it easier to buy and sell the desired goods without having to leave the house so as to show the ease of transactions, reduce costs and speed up the transaction process. This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

Fostering students’ creativity in learning is not effortless because the average learning activity is usually less challenging. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of real experiences as a learning stimulus could foster creative solutions, which are marked by the emergence of new, unusual ideas, imaginative ideas, new creations that have an impact on the development of student creativity.

The Company has short-term and long-term. In the short term the company aims to maximize current profits, while in the long term it aims to increase the value of the company itself. This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and CSR disclosure to the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. While, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling with 10 samples which fulfilled the criteria. The data analysis technique used multiple regression linear with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). In this research, the testing variable of profitability used Return On Asset (ROA), company size used total assets, leverage used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), CSR used Corporate Social Disclousure Index (CSDI), and the value of the company used Tobins’Q. The research result concluded that: (1) profitability effect the value of the company, (2) company size did not effect the value of the company, (3) leverage did not effect the value of the company, (4) CSR disclosure effect the value of the company. The use of Fiber Optic as a light emitter in Cocktail Dress is expected to be a new innovation in the development of party fashion. The objectives of this study are: 1) To explain the process of making a cocktail dress using Fiber Optic as a light emitter. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R & D) method. The R&D method is a research method that tests a product to produce the best product by conducting direct trials. In addition to using the method (R&D), it also uses the method of literature, documentation, and experiments. The experiment of making Cocktail Dress using Fiber Optic as a light emitter was carried out at the Laboratory of the Fashion Design Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, st. Sultan Agung, No. 77 Gajah Mungkur Village, Semarang City. The percentage of additional ingredients in making Cocktail Dress, namely: 3 meters Bridal Satin Fabric, 1meter Furing, 2 meters Trikod, 1 seed thread, zipper size 50 cm 1 item, zippers size 25 cm 1 item, Fiber Optic in amount of 0.75 mm-400 m. The results of this study indicate that the Fiber Optic Cocktail Dress has the characteristic that the resulted cocktail dress can shine with the light emitting from the Fiber Optic. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an opportunity for innovation from Cocktail Dress by adding Fiber Optic.

Telang flower is generally used as food coloring amd traditional medicine. The contents of telang flower has many benefits for humans. Also, it is hoped that the use of telang flower in the manufacture of lip balm will be a new innovation in cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to create a lip balm based on telang flower which functions to moisturize the lips. This research uses literature, ekasperiment, documentation, observation, and public teasting methods. This experiment resulted in two products with different compositions. In addition, that the two products have been tested publicly on 20 panelists ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. From 20 panelists who have tried 2 lip balm products. It was found that most pf them preferred products with a composition of 8 grams of teang flower extract, 50 grams of coconut oil, 30 grams of olive oil, 300 grams of beeswax, and 15 grams of ethanol. This can be seen from the public test average calculation score oh the favorite indicator, namely 2,5. Basade on the statemensts above, it can be concluded that the opporatunity to be developed as a new innovation in the world of cosmetics.
