The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews and observations, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively.   This study aims to analyze the financial management practices of the Es Degan Bu Ulfa MSME and their compliance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews and observations, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results indicate that financial management is still carried out simply and does not yet implement written records. Business income and expenses still rely on memory, even though business owners perform daily profit and loss calculations and separate personal and business finances. The main obstacles faced include limited human resources and a low understanding of financial record keeping and the SAK EMKM. Based on the analysis, financial management practices are not fully compliant with SAK EMKM standards. Therefore, the implementation of simple financial record keeping is necessary to structure business financial information and support business decision-making. Proper financial management can help improve business performance, monitor cash flow, evaluate profitability, and enhance accountability. Furthermore, the application of SAK EMKM is expected to facilitate access to financing and strengthen the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive business environment.

The increasing demand for scalable and high-quality digital marketing content has exposed limitations in traditional manual copywriting processes, which are time-intensive and difficult to scale. This research proposes an adaptive AI-driven copywriting framework that integrates a full-stack web architecture with optimized prompt engineering strategies for automated content generation. The system is implemented using React.js for the frontend, Node.js with Express for backend services, and a GPT-based API for language generation. Unlike prior implementations, this research introduces a structured prompt optimization mechanism to enhance content relevance and consistency. Experimental evaluation was conducted using multiple datasets of marketing prompts, with comparisons against baseline GPT usage and manual copywriting. Quantitative results show that the proposed system achieves improvements in BLEU (+18.7%) and ROUGE-L (+21.3%) scores over baseline methods. Human evaluation involving 30 participants indicates a significant increase in perceived content quality, coherence, and persuasiveness (p < 0.05). System performance analysis demonstrates an average response time of 1.8–3.0 seconds and a GTmetrix performance score of 82%. The findings confirm that the proposed framework significantly enhances efficiency, scalability, and content quality, contributing to both applied AI systems and intelligent web-based content production.

The advancement of information technology has driven higher education institutions to manage their digital presence professionally, particularly through quality website management as a representation of institutional identity. Preliminary observations of the Universitas Graha Karya (UGK) website (ugk.ac.id) identified several issues, including inconsistent page layouts, inactive hyperlinks, and irregularly updated content. This study aims to analyze the quality of the UGK website based on three WebQual 4.0 dimensions—usability, information quality, and service interaction quality—and to determine improvement priorities using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 308 active students selected via purposive sampling using the Slovin formula at a 5% margin of error. Data analysis included validity testing, reliability testing, WebQual 4.0 analysis, gap analysis, and IPA Cartesian diagram mapping. Results indicate negative grand mean gap values across all dimensions, with service interaction quality recording the largest gap (-0.16), followed by information quality and usability (both -0.01). IPA mapping identified five indicators in Quadrant I as the main improvement priorities: ease of menu navigation (U2), relevance of academic information (IQ2), clarity of information language (IQ4), website access security (SI1), and ease of contacting administrators (SI4). The study concludes that UGK's website quality has not fully met user expectations and requires structured, user-oriented improvements.

The development of information technology and the internet has increased the use of online marketplaces as sources of transaction and information, including in the used vehicle sector. OLX provides vehicle information such as price, brand, year, fuel type, mileage, and seller location, but the data is presented individually, making overall market analysis difficult. This study aims to design a used car market analysis dashboard based on OLX advertisement data in the Greater Jakarta area using a Business Intelligence (BI) approach. Data were collected through web scraping and processed through data cleaning to improve quality. Market segmentation was conducted using the K-Means Clustering method based on vehicle price, year, and mileage. A Star Schema analytical database was implemented to support data management and visualization. User information needs were identified through questionnaires to determine Measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The dashboard was developed using Microsoft Power BI and features interactive visualizations, including KPI Cards, Bar Charts, Line Charts, and Pie Charts. Results show that the dashboard presents market information in a structured and informative manner, including vehicle counts, average prices, market trends, brand and location distributions, and segmentation results. Black Box Testing confirmed that all dashboard functions operated as expected, supporting faster and more effective data-driven decision making.

This study examines the effect of working capital on firm performance and sustained growth among consumer non-cyclicals manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period 2019–2023. Working capital is operationalized through three distinct proxies derived from Akgün and Memiş Karatəs (2021): the Cash Holding Level (CHL), which measures the proportion of cash and cash equivalents relative to total assets; the Cash Interactive Effect (CIE), which captures the efficiency of converting revenue into operating cash flow; and the Gross Working Capital Ratio (GWCR), which reflects the share of current assets within total assets. Firm performance is assessed through Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Tobin’s Q, while sustained growth is measured using the model proposed by Gerson et al. (2025), expressed as SG = b × ROE, where b denotes the earnings retention ratio. Panel data regression analysis is applied to 225 firm-year observations drawn from 45 companies. The study employs the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) for ROA and ROE, and the Random Effect Model (REM) for Tobin’s Q, as determined by the Hausman specification test. The findings reveal that CHL and CIE exert significant positive effects on ROA and ROE, while CIE is the only proxy to produce a statistically significant positive effect on Tobin’s Q. With respect to sustained growth, CHL and GWCR demonstrate significant negative effects, whereas CIE shows a significant positive effect, indicating that operational efficiency dimensions of working capital actively support long-term growth sustainability. These results reinforce the liquidity management theory and contribute empirical evidence that the structure and efficiency of working capital are strategic determinants of both short-term financial performance and long-term growth sustainability in Indonesia’s consumer goods manufacturing sector.

The completeness of nursing care documentation serves as a primary indicator of hospital service quality and remains a critical component of patient safety, clinical communication, and legal accountability. Despite its importance, empirical evidence from various healthcare facilities indicates that nursing records are frequently suboptimal, incomplete, or inconsistent. This study aims to analyze the complex interrelationships between burnout and coaching on the completeness of nursing care documentation, specifically examining the role of nursing competence as a mediating (intervening) variable at the Dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid General Hospital in Bekasi City. Utilizing a quantitative research framework with a cross-sectional design, this study sampled practicing nurses stationed across inpatient and intensive care units. Primary data were gathered through a validated, structured questionnaire designed to measure psychological burnout, the frequency of clinical coaching, perceived professional competence, and the objective completeness of documentation. The data were subjected to rigorous analysis using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the hypothesized pathways within the conceptual model. The results demonstrated that burnout exerts a significant negative influence on both nursing competence and the quality of documentation, suggesting that emotional exhaustion hinders professional performance. Conversely, systematic coaching was found to have a significant positive impact, directly improving both competence levels and documentation adherence. Critically, the analysis confirmed that nursing competence acts as a vital intervening variable; it effectively mediates and strengthens the influence of both burnout reduction and coaching interventions on the overall completeness of nursing care records. This study concludes that proactive burnout management and the institutionalization of structured coaching programs are essential strategic priorities. By addressing these factors, hospital management can enhance individual nurse competence, thereby ensuring high-quality, comprehensive nursing documentation that supports patient safety and institutional integrity.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills on business success in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. The background of this research is driven by fluctuations in MSME performance, unstable turnover, suboptimal management, low customer satisfaction, and limited practical skills and knowledge. This study utilizes a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population consists of all 3,705 active MSMEs in Aesesa District. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with specific criteria, and the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in exactly 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted via structured questionnaires with a 1–5 Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality), multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination administered through SPSS. The multiple linear regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 12.450 + 0.412X1 + 0.385X2. The partial test (t-test) demonstrates that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on business success (t count 4.120 > t table 1.984, sig 0.000). Entrepreneurial skills also exert a positive and significant impact on business success (t count 3.850 > t table 1.984, sig 0.000). Simultaneously (F-test), entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills have a significant combined effect on business success with F count 38.450 > F table 3.09. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.442 indicates that the variation in business success is influenced by both independent variables by 44.2%, while the remaining 55.8% is explained by external factors outside this research model.

The increasing role of information technology in higher education requires IT governance practices that are measurable, structured, and aligned with digital transformation objectives. Many higher education institutions have implemented various information systems to support academic, administrative, and managerial services; however, the existence of technology does not automatically ensure that IT processes are governed effectively. This study aims to evaluate the Capability level of IT governance using the COBIT 2019 framework in the context of a state university in Indonesia. A descriptive case study approach was applied through structured interviews, document analysis, and observation of IT governance practices. The evaluation focused on eleven Governance and Management Objectives across the EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA domains. The results show that most objectives are at Capability Level 1 (Performed), while only BAI01, BAI03, and DSS02 have reached Capability Level 2 (Managed). No evaluated objective has reached Level 3 (Established). The gap analysis indicates that the highest gaps are found in EDM03, APO12, and APO13, which relate to risk optimization, risk management, and security governance. These findings indicate that IT governance practices have been implemented but still require stronger formal policies, standardized procedures, documented controls, and integrated monitoring mechanisms. The study provides practical recommendations for improving IT governance through risk appetite definition, risk register development, information security policy, enterprise architecture blueprint, service level agreement implementation, and performance monitoring to support sustainable digital transformation in higher education.

Corporate Income Tax payable is an important component of state revenue which is influenced by the company's financial performance and capital structure. The debt-equity ratio has direct implications for taxable profits through the recognition of interest expense as a fiscal deduction. An analysis of financial ratios that reflect the capital structure is necessary to assess its effect on the amount of tax payable. This study examines the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Long Term Debt to Asset Ratio (LDAR), and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER) using secondary data from financial statements of consumer goods industry companies on the IDX for the 2020–2024 period. The quantitative approach was applied through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS and purposive sampling techniques. The results of the partial test show that DAR and LDER have no effect on the Income Tax of the Payable Entity. On the other hand, DER and LDAR have been proven to have a significant effect on the Income Tax of the debtable Entity. Simultaneous testing showed that all variables together had a significant effect on taxes payable. These findings provide practical implications for management in optimizing capital structure policies to improve tax efficiency measurably. Theoretically, the results of this study strengthen the agency theory through the role of debt as a managerial discipline mechanism and support the signal theory that the capital structure is an indicator of information for external parties regarding the company's financial condition.

This study examines the integration of Sound Governance principles within the sustainable tourism policy cycle to address institutional fragmentation and evaluation inefficiencies in developing economies. Using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the research develops a multidimensional evaluation framework aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), analyzing policy performance across five strategic domains: Economy, Social-Welfare, Culture-Education, Environment, and Governance. The quantitative phase utilizes 17 adapted SDG indicators to measure policy efficacy, while the qualitative phase employs semi-structured interviews and stakeholder mapping to deconstruct power dynamics in multi-actor co-management structures. The findings reveal that Sound Governance—specifically transparency and accountability—serves as a critical catalyst for policy effectiveness, significantly influencing destination sustainability through an input-process-output-outcome-impact pathway. Empirical evidence from the case of Penglipuran Village, Bali, corroborates these results, demonstrating that indigenous institutional legitimacy enhances social responsiveness but remains vulnerable to overtourism-driven economic dependency. Notably, the study demonstrates that integrating SDGs into the policy evaluation cycle transforms assessments from mere administrative formalities into strategic instruments for long-term demand stability and ecosystem preservation. These findings position Sound Governance as a strategic intangible asset, offering theoretical contributions to development administration and practical guidance for policy-makers navigating the complexities of sustainable destination management in competitive global markets

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the e-SIDAK application as a tool for recording and evaluating the performance of civil servants at BKPSDM Belitung Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with 12 purposively selected informants, including managers, administrators, and application users. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed thematically using NVivo 12 Pro based on the digital service effectiveness indicators proposed by Pedrosa et al., namely ease of use, simplicity, understandability, consistency, trustworthiness, availability, speed, and usefulness. The findings indicate that the e-SIDAK application fulfills most effectiveness indicators, particularly in terms of ease of use, process simplicity, clarity of information, interface consistency, and service usefulness. The application facilitates systematic work activity recording, simplifies reporting, improves employee discipline, and supports performance monitoring integrated with the employee performance allowance system. However, its effectiveness remains limited in terms of system reliability, service availability, and access speed due to server capacity constraints, network conditions, and the accumulation of data input at the end of reporting periods. In addition, the point-based evaluation system has not fully reflected task duration, complexity, and workload. This study recommends strengthening system infrastructure, developing user guidelines, regulating input timing, and improving the point-based evaluation system to enhance digital service effectiveness in local government institutions.

Sentiment analysis for Indonesian regional languages faces two persistent challenges: labeled training data is extremely limited for most regional varieties, and transformer models pre-trained on Bahasa Indonesia do not generalize reliably to languages with substantially different morphological structures. Prior work on the NusaX benchmark has primarily relied on direct fine-tuning, treating each regional language independently and without exploiting linguistic proximity between related languages as a transfer signal. This paper proposes Language-Similarity-Guided Transfer (LSGT), a sequential fine-tuning strategy that first adapts a pre-trained model to a pivot language selected using character trigram similarity, followed by fine-tuning on the target language. Four transformer models are evaluated across all 12 NusaX languages using the official train/validation/test splits: IndoBERT, NusaBERT, mBERT, and XLM-R. Performance is evaluated using four metrics: accuracy, macro F1, macro precision, and macro recall. Experimental results show that LSGT improves macro F1 in 44 of 48 model-language combinations, demonstrating that the fine-tuning strategy itself is a major factor in low-resource cross-lingual sentiment classification. XLM-R benefits most strongly from LSGT, achieving an average improvement of +0.137 macro F1 and a peak gain of +0.298 on Madurese. SHAP-based token attribution analysis further reveals that predictions rely heavily on named entities and domain-specific nouns rather than sentiment-bearing vocabulary, indicating a dataset-level bias inherited from the original SmSA corpus and propagated through the NusaX translation pipeline.
