This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management at the micro–enterprise AMANAH YOGURT, located in Candimulyo, Kiringan, Boyolali. The business employs 11 workers with specific task divisions: 7 in packaging, 1 in production, 2 in marketing responsible for promotion and advertising, and 1 supervisor who monitors the production process while also assisting in production ac,tivities. The daily production capacity reaches 500 packs during peak demand and 350 packs under normal conditions. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach through observations and informal interviews with the owner and employees. The findings indicate that AMANAH YOGURT has implemented performance management through the application of production SOP, clear task distribution, informal evaluative communication between the owner and employees, as well as consistent adherence to hygiene standards and product quality. AMANAH YOGURT products have been distributed across Java Island, Bali, and even Mataram through bus logistics, travel services, and direct delivery for nearby areas. Halal certification and BPOM authorization further enhance consumer trust and strengthen the competitiveness of the business.

This study discusses the implementation of the CEISA 4.0 System (Customs Excise Information System and Automation) in managing Manifest Inward and Outward data at PT. Surya Samudera Indah under the supervision of the Batam Customs Office. The research is motivated by the need for efficiency and accuracy in customs processes in the era of digitalization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of CEISA 4.0 in supporting customs supervision and services, as well as to identify the challenges encountered during its implementation. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the implementation of CEISA 4.0 has had a positive impact on the speed and accuracy of manifest data reporting, particularly in document validation and tracking processes. However, several technical barriers such as network disruptions and system errors, as well as non-technical obstacles including limited human resource competence and lack of coordination between the company and customs authorities, were identified. The implications of this research highlight the need for system optimization through technological infrastructure improvement and human resource capacity enhancement to ensure CEISA 4.0 functions more effectively in supporting the smooth flow of national and international logistics.

This study discusses the delivery process of Full Container Load (FCL) from the Container Freight Station (CFS) to the Container Yard (CY) at MTKI Port (Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia) by the shipping agency (EMKL) PT. Elang Sriwijaya Palembang. This FCL delivery process is a critical stage in the shipping logistics chain as it ensures that containers fully loaded from the stacking warehouse can be placed in the port's stacking yard safely and in accordance with procedures. Shipping documents and administrative completeness are also vital components that must be fulfilled to ensure the container transfer process runs smoothly and complies with Port regulations. The purpose of this research is to identify the stages of the FCL delivery process, the parties involved, the obstacles faced during the container transfer process, and the solutions implemented to overcome them. The results show that the FCL delivery process involves several steps, starting from the issuance of shipping documents, administrative inspection, and coordination with port authorities, to the actual transfer of containers to the CY. Furthermore, obstacles were found in the form of administrative delays, limited loading and unloading equipment, and coordination issues between the EMKL and the port operator. This research is expected to serve as a reference for EMKL companies and related institutions in improving the effectiveness of the FCL delivery process, thereby supporting the smooth flow of goods at the port and enhancing the efficiency of Indonesia's maritime logistics activities. The methods used in preparing this paper are field research and library research methods.

In the rapidly evolving digital economy, the ability to anticipate transaction surges is a strategic asset for marketplace platforms to maintain operational efficiency. This research aims to build an accurate daily transaction volume forecasting system thru the implementation of an Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipeline and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) predictive modeling. The dataset used is sourced from dataset_olshop.csv, which includes transaction history for the entire year of 2025. The ETL stage focused on data cleaning and handling missing values, while time series analysis began with the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) stationarity test, which yielded a significant p-value of 0.000006. The parameter model was optimized using the auto_arima algorithm, which determined the ARIMA(2,0,0) configuration as the best model. The evaluation results of the model show fairly stable performance with a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) value of 2.002 and a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 1.704 on the test data. Research findings reveal a consistently higher purchasing pattern during the mid-month and end-of-month periods, with an average of 5.52 daily transactions, compared to the beginning of the month, which saw 5.48 transactions. The 30-day forecast results provide valuable insights for online store managers to proactively adjust inventory and logistics workforce allocation strategies. This research concludes that integrating data engineering techniques and statistical analysis can provide predictive solutions for the dynamics of the digital market.

The BIMP-EAGA Vision 2035 (BEV 2035) marks a significant paradigm shift in border management in Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on integrating a more inclusive, open, harmonized, and resilient system. In this context, sea-based border crossing posts (PLBN) in Indonesia, such as the Sebatik PLBN, the Serasan PLBN, and the Miangas and Marore Border Crossing Stations (BCS), play a strategic role as maritime connectivity nodes connecting Indonesia with neighboring countries. The transformation of these PLBNs faces several challenges, particularly related to the disharmony of CIQS (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, and Security) regulations between countries, technical obstacles related to non-conventional vessels (NCSS), and inadequate port infrastructure. To overcome these obstacles, strategic measures are needed, such as revising cross-border trade agreements, increasing quarantine capacity and facilities, and strengthening maritime logistics networks between countries. Furthermore, the development of a sustainable blue economy in border areas is crucial to ensure that the PLBN functions not only as an administrative checkpoint but also as a key facilitator in driving economic growth based on maritime resources. Within the framework of the BIMP-EAGA Vision 2035, the Integrated Maritime PLBN is expected to reduce dependence on informal trade and improve the quality of life of border communities by accelerating connectivity, developing the maritime economic sector, and opening international market access for local products. Thus, the PLBN must transform into a catalyst for inclusive and environmentally friendly economic development in Indonesia's border regions.

This study examines the role of the General Affairs (GA) Division in ensuring the effectiveness of administrative processes and facility management at PT. Panorama Indah Permai (Saloka Theme Park). The research was conducted during an internship program from September to December 2025, during which the researcher was directly involved in daily operational activities. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained through direct observation, administrative document analysis, and informal interviews with GA personnel. The results show that the GA Division functions as a critical support unit responsible for logistics management, documentation control, meeting room preparation, and operational vehicle administration. Several challenges were identified, including inconsistencies in documentation, high workload during peak operations, and limited digital integration. Despite these challenges, the GA Division plays a central role in coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow continuity. This study reinforces the relevance of operations management, office administration, facility management, and organizational communication theories in practical workplace settings. The findings imply that improving digital administrative systems, enhancing coordination mechanisms, and standardizing procedures could significantly strengthen GA performance and overall organizational efficiency.

The maritime transport sector plays a vital role in international logistics, including the transport of special cargo such as live cattle, which requires specific administrative and operational handling. PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara Belawan Branch, as a ship agency company, is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of ship services from arrival to departure at the Port of Belawan. This study aims to analyze the flow of agency management for special cattle cargo on the vessel MV Gloucester Express and to identify the coordination efforts carried out with relevant agencies to ensure service efficiency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collected through field observations and literature studies. The results show that the agency flow involves three main stages: pre-arrival, arrival, and departure, with a focus on strict animal health documentation and coordination with the Quarantine Office. The study concludes that while the process generally runs well, administrative precision and real-time communication with the authorities are critical factors in preventing delays in unloading live cattle.

Aceh Tamiang Regency is an area with a high risk of annual flooding. This emergency condition often triggers a surge in environment-related diseases such as skin diseases, respiratory infections, and diarrhea. The success of managing health crises heavily depends on pharmaceutical logistics management, especially the availability of essential medicines and ease of access for refugees at evacuation points. This study aims to analyze the extent of medicine availability at community health centers and health posts, as well as to evaluate the barriers to medicine accessibility for flood victims in Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study uses a qualitative/quantitative descriptive method (choose one) with a case study approach. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with pharmaceutical logistics officers and surveys of flood survivors. Secondary data were obtained from the drug stock reports of the Aceh Tamiang District Health Office. Analysis was conducted on variables such as drug types, stock amounts (Buffer Stock), and distribution channels during the emergency response period. The results of the study indicate that the availability of drugs in the initial disaster phase tends to be (state the prediction, e.g., sufficient/limited). However, accessibility is often hindered by damaged road infrastructure and uneven distribution to remote posts. There is an urgent need to strengthen the logistics early warning system so that the types of medicines available match the disease patterns that emerge after floods. Although medicine stocks are generally available in central pharmacy warehouses, geographical constraints and distribution coordination are the main factors hindering accessibility. It is recommended that local governments map out alternative distribution routes and provide disaster-specific buffer stock of medicines at the sub-district level.

Flood disasters are recurring hydrometeorological hazards that significantly impact social, economic, and environmental conditions in Tulungagung Regency. This study aims to analyze the flood disaster mitigation communication strategies implemented by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Tulungagung Regency and to identify the roles, challenges, and implications of both internal and external communication in flood disaster management. The research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of BPBD Tulungagung Regency, the Head of the Emergency and Logistics Division, the Head of the Prevention and Preparedness Division, and members of flood-affected communities. The findings reveal that BPBD Tulungagung Regency has attempted to optimize disaster communication during the pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster phases. The effectiveness of these communication efforts remains limited due to several challenges, including inadequate communication infrastructure, varying levels of disaster literacy among community members, diverse geographical conditions, and insufficient coordination in internal and external communication. Pre-disaster communication plays an essential role in improving community preparedness, communication during emergency response supports timely and accurate decision-making, and post-disaster communication contributes to recovery processes and the strengthening of community resilience. This study concludes that optimizing disaster communication requires integrated information systems, improved human resource capacity within BPBD, and active community participation through community-based communication approaches to sustainably enhance resilience to flood risks.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of enforcement actions undertaken by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) in Indonesia in 2025 against various forms of unfair business practices. Using a juridical-normative approach combined with an analysis of recent market data, this article examines the KPPU’s strategic response to the challenges posed by the digital economy. The study focuses on the enforcement of competition law against cartel practices, algorithmic collusion, abuse of dominant positions, and anticompetitive vertical integration, particularly in the logistics and food sectors. The findings indicate that 2025 marks a significant turning point in Indonesian competition law enforcement, characterized by a shift toward more aggressive and data-driven supervision. Strengthening enforcement authority, particularly in the execution of fines, along with the adoption of algorithmic audits, has enhanced the KPPU’s ability to detect and deter anticompetitive behavior. These measures aim not only to preserve market efficiency and fair competition but also to ensure that national economic growth is not concentrated among a small number of dominant firms, thereby promoting more equitable opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The development of the digital era has triggered a significant transformation in consumer shopping patterns, which have now shifted from conventional retail to Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce). This article analyzes the phenomenon of changing consumer behavior driven by preferences for speed, practicality, and time efficiency, with the COVID-19 pandemic as the main catalyst. The study highlights that the success of Q-Commerce is highly dependent on Logistics Service Quality (LSQ), particularly in terms of timeliness, courier interaction quality, and order condition. Despite offering convenience that disrupts physical retail, this business model faces serious sustainability challenges, including high last-mile operational costs, difficulty achieving profitability leading to the closure of several market players, and intense competition from hybrid retail models. In addition, traffic safety issues and increased carbon emissions are highlighted as social and environmental impacts. This study examines the implementation of RoRo ship services in Indonesia, highlighting the implementation of RoRo ships and the current national logistics framework potential strategies, particularly in the 3T region. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology that includes a literature review. It utilizes secondary data from previous studies, comprising books and original scientific reports published in articles or journals. The findings indicated 1) The use of RoRo ships has gone through progressive developments, like the government's initiative on “Sea Toll” designed to support the logistics sector, particularly in 3T regions. 2) Enhancing the logistics framework through the integration of National Logistic EcosIstem (NLE) alongside the Internet of Things (IoT) to increase logistics efficiency that is rapid, effective, and clear. Nevertheless, these initiatives faces challenges. Consequently. The proposed strategies focus on improving growth center development through logistics integration (shipping, port management, and intermodal) and implementing digitalization in logistics document processing.

The goal of this research is to explore the relationship between stock prices, liquidity, profitability, and leverage. This study focuses on transportation and logistics companies that were registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. A quantitative approach was taken, utilizing secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of companies that were active during this time frame. The sample comprised 45 data points, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables include leverage, measured with the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability, assessed through Return on Assets (ROA), and liquidity, evaluated via the Current Ratio (CR). The dependent variable for this research is the stock price. The findings from this partial analysis reveal that liquidity significantly and negatively impacts stock price, with a t-count of -2.264 and a significance level of 0.029. However, the correlation between stock price and profitability was found to be insignificant, indicated by a significance value of 0.071 and a t-count of -1.853. Similarly, leverage does not significantly affect stock price, as evidenced by a t-count of -0.657 and a significance level of 0.515. Nonetheless, when considered collectively, the three factors of leverage, profitability, and liquidity do influence stock prices. According to the coefficient of determination (R2) test, these three variables account for 13.9% of the volatility in stock prices, leaving the remaining 86.1% to be attributed to external factors not examined in this study.

The digital economy and e-commerce are rapidly transforming global markets, driving efficiency, inclusivity, and innovation. However, these developments also produce unintended consequences, particularly regarding environmental sustainability. This study aims to examine the relationship between digital transformation, the expansion of e-commerce, and their impact on carbon emissions and socio-economic outcomes. Using bibliometric analysis and VOS Viewer to map and analyze research trends from leading academic databases, this paper identifies key themes, knowledge clusters, and research gaps in the intersection of digital economy, logistics, and sustainability. The findings indicate that technological advances foster economic growth and greater accessibility but simultaneously contribute to rising energy consumption, logistics intensity, and carbon footprints. These results highlight the dual nature of digitalization as both a catalyst for inclusive development and a driver of environmental pressures. The study argues that an integrated policy framework is crucial to leverage the benefits of digital transformation while mitigating its environmental costs. It emphasizes the importance of green innovation, sustainable infrastructure investment, and inclusive e-commerce practices as key strategies for ensuring long-term socio-economic resilience. Ultimately, the paper contributes to the policy discourse by positioning innovation, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship as complementary rather than competing forces, thereby offering a pathway for future digital economy development that is both equitable and sustainable.

This study used a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as the data collection technique. This study examined the institutional factors causing long dwelling times at Tanjung Emas Port and mitigation efforts. The analysis revealed that the main root of the problem lies in the lengthy administrative and goods inspection (customs) processes, particularly in the red, yellow, and green inspection lanes. Obstacles include the lack of data integration (such as PIB and SPPB dates) between the Semarang Container Terminal (TPKS) and Customs, as well as incomplete documents by service users. A significant impact was felt on imports, where dwelling times were longer due to complicated quarantine and customs inspections, while exports were relatively unaffected.

This study aims to explore the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for immigration services at TPI Tanjung Priok Port and examine its impact on service effectiveness in Indonesia's maritime sector. The research employed a qualitative approach to analyse the gap between formal SOP guidelines and on-the-ground practices, examining internal and external factors, including resource limitations, technological constraints, and inter-agency coordination issues. The findings reveal significant disparities that lead to both positive and negative discretion amongst frontline Immigration officers, influencing service consistency, efficiency, and transparency. Negative discretion results in procedural deviations that compromise reliability and potentially foster corruption, delays, and inefficiencies. In contrast, positive discretion emerges as adaptive responses indicating weaknesses in SOP design or infrastructure. The study concludes that enhancing frontline officers' competence, motivation, and accountability is essential for achieving desired outcomes, whilst integrating technological solutions such as digital documentation and real-time monitoring is vital for streamlined, transparent, and accountable procedures. Improving SOP adherence, coupled with better resource allocation and inter-institutional cooperation, can significantly reduce vessel turnaround times, lower logistics costs, and bolster maritime competitiveness. The research advocates for dedicated training programmes, supervisory systems, and technological innovations to ensure SOP compliance, minimise discretion-driven deviations, and promote accountability, thereby optimising maritime service delivery and supporting Indonesia's strategic maritime development objectives.

This Community Service Program was conducted to enhance the competencies of supervisors in the logistics and transportation division of an international cargo company through leadership training tailored to the characteristics of Generation Z. The program aimed to strengthen participants’ capabilities in managing workplace dynamics, improving team communication, and promoting more effective performance through a flexible leadership approach. The training was held on November 18, 2025, at the company’s head office in Bekasi and was attended by 16 supervisors. The methods used included material presentations, group discussions, case study analysis, and an interactive question-and-answer session. The results indicate an increased understanding among participants regarding Generation Z work behavior, appropriate leadership principles, and more adaptive management strategies. This program is expected to provide sustainable benefits for human resource development and to enhance leadership effectiveness within the logistics sector.

Minang Rua Beach in South Lampung possesses significant tourism potential that has not been optimally utilized, primarily due to the lack of creative promotional events and limited community skills in event management. This community service aimed to enhance the capacity of the local Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and youth in designing, managing, and promoting tourism events effectively. The method employed was a participatory training approach that included lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice covering creative event design, logistics management, budgeting (RAB), and digital promotion strategies. The training activities were met with high enthusiasm and active participation from the community members. The participants gained new, practical knowledge and skills in event planning and promotion, as demonstrated by their active engagement during interactive sessions and simulations. The improved capacity of the local community is expected to foster the independent and sustainable organization of creative events, thereby enhancing the destination's attractiveness and increasing tourist visits.
