Match fixing is a serious issue in Indonesian football, as it undermines public trust and damages the sport’s reputation. This research aims to: (1) analyze the legal requirements for individuals involved in match fixing in Indonesian football competitions to receive sanctions from the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) and criminal penalties from the court; and (2) examine the fairness of sanctions, particularly fines, imposed on football clubs involved in match fixing as stipulated in the PSSI disciplinary code. This study employs a doctrinal research method, focusing on written legal provisions and relying heavily on secondary data obtained from literature. The research also applies comparative, case, and statutory approaches. Legal materials are classified into primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, with data collected through literature study. The analysis uses a normative juridical method. Findings indicate that disciplinary sanctions by PSSI are regulated under Article 7, which stipulates that intentional or negligent disciplinary violations will result in sanctions without exception. Sanctions may include playing matches in closed stadiums or banning play in certain locations to maintain security and prevent riots, even without concrete evidence of disciplinary violations. In contrast, for a court to impose criminal penalties, several elements must be met: (1) the existence of a legal subject; (2) proof of fault; (3) unlawful conduct; (4) actions prohibited or mandated by law with specified penalties; and (5) occurrence in a specific time, place, and context. Regarding fines against football clubs involved in match fixing, the PSSI disciplinary code provides only administrative sanctions and monetary penalties paid to PSSI. These measures are considered less effective and fair because they lack provisions for criminal sanctions in the applicable legal framework, leaving a gap between sports governance and criminal law enforcement.

Accurate evaluation of head losses is essential in industrial systems transporting viscous chemical fluids, such as sodium hydroxide (NaOH), to ensure hydraulic efficiency and operational reliability, particularly in chlor alkali plants. This study analyses major and minor flow losses in the NaOH piping system at PT X Chlor Alkali Plant, Porsea, and evaluates the pipe design's hydraulic feasibility. After defining system parameters—including fluid properties, pipe geometry, and the number and type of fittings—technical calculations were conducted to assess flow profiles and pressure losses along two main pipe routes. A quantitative analysis using the Moody diagram and operational data reveals that minor losses dominate, contributing over 75% of total head loss in both routes. The total head loss remains within the pump's rated capacity (18 m), though with a narrow margin. A pipe diameter of 0.114 m produces a flow velocity of 0.79 m/s, aligning with recommended industrial standards for corrosive fluids. The use of Sch.80 stainless steel proves effective in minimizing frictional losses, particularly under turbulent flow conditions. These findings highlight the critical role of fitting configurations and material selection in optimizing chemical process piping systems.

The quality of human resources is an important aspect in regional development, which is reflected through the Human Development Index (HDI). HDI is influenced by various factors, including the economic conditions and education of the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita and Average Length of Schooling (RLS) on HDI in South Kalimantan Province. The data used comes from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) with a coverage of 13 regencies/cities during the period 2018 to 2023. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of R Studio software. The results of the study show that both GRDP per capita and RLS have a significant effect on HDI, both simultaneously and partially. The resulting model has an adjusted R² value of 0.8627, which indicates that 86.27% of the variation in HDI can be explained by these two variables. The classical assumption test including linearity, conditional zero error expectation, absence of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, homoscedasticity, and residual normality shows that the model used has met all the criteria as the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE). Thus, this regression model is valid for use in estimating and making inferences on the factors that influence the HDI in South Kalimantan Province. This finding confirms that increasing education and economic growth are strategic steps in accelerating human development in South Kalimantan.

Inclusive education is an approach that emphasizes the importance of providing educational services for all children, including children with special needs (ABK), in a regular school environment. This concept is based on the philosophy that all students, regardless of physical, intellectual, social, or emotional differences, have the right to receive quality education. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various sources to explore the role of teachers, challenges, and implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that teachers have a central role as facilitators, collaborators, motivators, and developers of adaptive curriculum. However, in practice, there are various challenges, such as lack of training, limited facilities, an inflexible curriculum, and social stigma against ABK. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teacher competence, increase policy support, and synergy between schools, families, and communities in realizing inclusive, fair, and quality education.

This research aims to conduct a juridical analysis of cases of circulation of illegal cosmetic products. The method used is normative-dogmatic juridical research, which focuses on relevant legal doctrines and principles. The approach used is a conceptual approach and a statutory approach, with primary legal sources including the Health Law, BPOM Regulations, the Criminal Code (KUHP), and the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). Secondary legal sources include journals, books, and other references that support the analysis. The results show that the distribution of illegal cosmetic products that do not meet safety and quality standards, as in the case of the defendant Megawati binti Rahmat alias Mega in verdict number 39/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Slr, is a serious violation of health law and consumer protection in Indonesia. Based on the principle of liability based on the element of fault, the defendant can be held legally responsible because it is proven that she distributed cosmetics without a distribution permit containing hazardous substances such as mercury. The Panel of Judges considered that the defendant's actions fulfilled the elements of unlawful acts in accordance with Article 1365 of the Civil Code and Article 196 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strict law enforcement and the application of the principle of responsibility to protect public health from dangerous cosmetic products.

This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and long service ability in badminton among students of SMP Negeri 2 Tondano. Long service is one of the essential basic techniques to master in badminton, particularly in singles play. Arm muscle strength is suspected to be one of the determining factors for the success of the long service technique. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 20 students selected through a selection technique based on specific criteria such as body height and basic long service skills. The instruments used were a 30-second push-up test to measure arm muscle strength and a badminton long service accuracy test to assess long service ability. The correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.22, which falls into the low category, with a contribution of 4.84% to long service ability. The t-test result showed a t-count of 0.95, which is smaller than the t-table value of 2.101, indicating no significant relationship between arm muscle strength and long service ability. Therefore, other components such as wrist flexibility, stroke technique, and accuracy are considered dominant factors in achieving an effective long service.

This paper examines the story of King Saul seeking help from a medium in Endor as a tragic illustration of the spiritual downfall of a leader who was once chosen and anointed by God. In his distress and desperation, Saul chose a path that violated the law, marking his disconnection from God. This action not only shows a serious spiritual deviation, but also reveals the irony that a female medium becomes a means for God to deliver His judgment. It also explores Christian theological views on the practice of séances, including the moral and spiritual implications they bring. By comparing the historical and cultural background of Israel, and reviewing it from a biblical perspective, this paper emphasizes the importance of obedience to God's word and the dangers of involvement in the occult. The relevance of this story to the Christian life today serves as a reminder to remain steadfast in God's revelation and to distance ourselves from deviant spiritual practices. It also invites readers to reflect on the importance of maintaining spiritual integrity in facing the challenges of life.

Customary land is an integral part of the identity and survival of customary law communities, including in the Kampar region, Riau Province. However, along with increasing investment and development, there have been various forms of takeover of customary land rights that have triggered disputes between customary communities and third parties, such as private companies and the government. This study aims to analyze the mechanism for resolving disputes over the takeover of customary land rights in the Kampar region using customary law and national law approaches. The method used is a combination of normative and empirical juridical, data obtained through legal document studies, interviews with authorized local customary leaders. The results of the study show that customary communities in Kampar still rely on customary resolution mechanisms. Meanwhile, in resolving litigation, they often experience administrative and economic obstacles, while non-litigation channels such as multistakeholder mediation and administrative recognition by the local government are more effective if supported by policies that support them. In conclusion, synergy between customary law and national law is absolutely necessary to create fair protection for the rights of indigenous peoples, and it is hoped that there will be strengthening of customary institutions, acceleration of recognition of customary areas through regional regulations, and preparation of integrated mechanisms for resolving disputes based on local culture and national legal certainty.

Sexual Violence against children is a serious problem that requires in-depth attention in the context of legal protection of victim. In the case of Herry Wirawan, involving 13 (thirteen) victims of sexual assault in Bandung, has raised controversy over the reimbursement charged to the state. In it’s ruling, the chamber of Judges of PN Bandung sentenced Herry Wirawan to life sentence and ordered the payment of restitution to the victims. However, there are questions about the legality of the payment of restitution, especially since the perpetrators have been sentenced to life imprisonment, which is incompatible with Article 67 2023 of the Covenant. This study uses a normative approach to analyze this problem, focusing one the case of Herry Wirawan. The result showed a gap between the legal process and the victim’s need to obtain adequate compensation for the suffering they suffered. In addition, there are problems related to the minimality of the claim for restitution made by the victim and the implementation of restitution that is not always smooth. Implementation of restitution in legal practice still faces a minimum victim awareness and understanding of their rights as well as the perpetrator’s ability to pay restitution. The study highlights the need to raise victim awareness, improve law enforcement mechanism, and provide adequate support service. In addition, recommendations for improvement of relevant policy or legal practice are also identified. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the complexity of the restitution process in cases of sexual violence in Indonesia and provide a basis for improving legal protection for victims.
