The research carried out has the aim of examining the role of job analysis in an organization and its influence on employee performance. Job analysis is a procedure used to determine the demands and duties of a position as well as the characteristics of individuals who are suitable to fill the available positions, so that this job analysis can increase employee effectiveness and performance. The method used in this research is a literature study by reviewing 30 journals related to job analysis and employee performance. The results of this research also show that there is a positive influence between job analysis and increasing employee performance. Other influencing factors in ensuring individuals are matched to appropriate positions such as job descriptions and job specifications play a very important role. Apart from that, this research also found that job analysis also influences increasing employee job satisfaction, which will also increase employee performance. The suggestions in this research are the need for regular updates to job analysis, job integration into human resource management, and also evaluations that impact job analysis on employee performance.

This paper discusses efforts to maintain the trust and reputation of the Medical Tourism industry in Indonesia. The industry has grown rapidly in recent years, with many international patients coming to Indonesia for medical treatment. The success of this industry relies heavily on consumers' trust in the quality of medical services and the protection they receive throughout the treatment process. Medical ethics, licensing and consumer protection regulations play a key role in ensuring that international patients receive safe, quality and ethical care in Indonesia. Medical ethics regulations will regulate the behavior of medical professionals and direct the standards of care that must be adhered to. Licensing functions as a mechanism for monitoring and controlling the quality of medical facilities and existing medical practices. Meanwhile, consumer protection is important to ensure that patients' rights are maintained during the treatment process, including the right to accurate information, transparent procedures and fair dispute resolution. In the context of Medical Tourism, reputation plays a central role. A good reputation will attract more international patients and help build long-term relationships with satisfied patients. However, reputation is also susceptible to negative changes due to bad patient experiences or violations of medical ethics. Therefore, efforts to prevent, manage and recover from adverse situations are very important in maintaining the industry's reputation.In the Indonesian context, harmonization between medical ethics regulations, licensing and consumer protection needs to be improved to create an environment that supports the sustainable growth of the Medical Tourism industry. The involvement of all stakeholders, including governments, medical institutions and medical professional associations, is key to achieving this goal. By maintaining service quality, high medical ethics, and effective consumer protection, Medical Tourism Indonesia can continue to develop and maintain a good reputation in the eyes of the international community.    

Ineffective communication and negotiation can have negative consequences for the company, such as loss of customers, decreased product quality, and decreased trust with customers. Therefore, companies must have effective communication and negotiation strategies to increase business success. This research aims to analyze how communication and negotiation strategies can increase business success. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, data collection techniques through literature study. Analyzing data using a qualitative analysis approach, this research concludes that in increasing business success, communication and negotiation strategies play an important role. Effective communication allows companies to interact with customers, partners and other parties more effectively, thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and business reputation. Meanwhile, good negotiations allow companies to reach profitable agreements with other parties, such as business partners, suppliers and customers. Therefore, companies must have good communication skills to interact with other parties and effective negotiations to reach profitable agreements

As a country with an overcapacity prison composition of 265,897 people, Indonesia ranks seventh with the most prisoners in the world. In response to this, the government has made several efforts to reduce the density of prisoners, one of which is by providing remissions. However, granting remissions is actually seen as less effective and actually creates differences in the development process in Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Another problem is how to overcome the dilemma of granting remission to prisoners from the perspective of the national legal system. The research method used in this research is a juridical-normative research method with descriptive analytical research specifications which analytically describe the applicable laws and regulations both at home and abroad and legal theories linked to research problems. Analysis of legal materials uses qualitative juridical analysis. The results of this research indicate that the background to the policy of granting remissions to prisoners needs to be tightened so that it can fulfill a sense of justice for society. Apart from that, regarding the policy of granting remissions to prisoners, it is necessary to consider the legal framework of similar policies implemented in England, Ireland or Canada because the tightening of remissions in these countries has resulted in not all prisoners getting remissions or parole.

The aim of holding these mentoring sessions is to enrich the spiritual dimension of geography students by strengthening their faith and piety towards Allah SWT. The primary benefit of this effort is that it can help students overcome various challenges and difficulties encountered in their daily lives. In the context of religion, Majelis Ta'lim activities play a very important role. These activities convey and teach religious principles to participating students. Through Majelis Ta'lim activities, students receive spiritual guidance that helps them develop strong character, integrity, and a deeper understanding of religious values. This service is carried out using lecture and question-and-answer methods, and it is expected to benefit geography students by creating a harmonious environment that supports their academic and spiritual development.

In this study, it is investigated how the optimal capital structure can impact the value characteristics of coal companies and whether the capital structure will have an impact on firm value through the mediating variable of profitability. The data collection technique used panel data from leading coal companies and applied regression analysis method to test the influence between independent variables, mediating variables, and dependent variables. The research findings show that there is a significant influence between capital structure and probability characteristics, with the mediating variable of profitability playing a significant role. The findings can provide valuable insights for coal company management in adapting its capital structure.

Catholic young people (KMK) or commonly called Catholic Young People (OMK) are the next generation of the nation, especially in the Catholic Church, these young people play a very important role. In the Catholic Church, young people participate more. The problem here is that young people's participation in deepening their faith in this environment is very lacking. From the formulation of this problem, the aim of this analysis is to understand the extent of participation of the young Catholic generation in deepening their faith in the MDKS Parish environment, using qualitative methods involving interviews with parents of the young generation at St. James. This research also involves literature analysis which includes books, journals and articles relevant to the research title to be discussed. Findings from interviews with key informants show that the lack of young people's participation in this matter is often caused by the large number of school or college assignments that have to be done, as well as by the influence of sophisticated technology. This phenomenon shows that young people tend to be fixated on their own digital world, which sometimes makes them forget their responsibilities as members of Catholic Young People (OMK) or young Catholics. The conclusions of this research illustrate the complexity of the challenges and opportunities faced by young Catholics in their participation in deepening their faith in the St. James, MDKS Parish.

Through in-depth analysis of extracurricular activities, we can gain a better understanding of their contributions to students' potential development. This research aims to provide insights into how extracurricular activities play a crucial role in shaping the character, skills, and talents of students at MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal.This study employs a qualitative approach with a focus on phenomenology. The research location is at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal, located in Sumatra Utara. Data were obtained through interviews with the school principal, teachers, and members of the change agents. The implementation of extracurricular activities in developing students' interests and talents requires careful planning. Discussions on the analysis of extracurricular activities at MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal encompass various aspects, ranging from the types of activities, student participation, influence on character formation, to skills and talent development.Extracurricular activity supervisors play a vital role in planning activities and ensuring their implementation aligns with the intended goals. The success of extracurricular activities heavily relies on collaboration among the school principal, activity supervisors, and students. With extracurricular activities in place, MTs Negari 4 Mandailing Natal has witnessed significant developments in students' interests and talents, providing positive impacts not only for the students themselves but also for the educational institution and the surrounding community.   Keywords: , , , 

Education serves as the main pillar in the effort to develop human resources, continually evolving in line with the progress of time. Within the realm of education, English language learning plays a crucial role. However, the process of English language learning often faces challenges, including low levels of student motivation. This research explores the use of gamification with integrated chatGPT as an innovative solution capable of boosting student motivation and making learning more engaging and effective. Adapting previously proposed methodologies, this application is web-based, developed using Laravel, and tested using Likert scale. The testing yielded a satisfactory average result of 83%, with a 15.64% increase in user scores. The findings of this research provide a positive contribution to enhancing the quality of English language education in Indonesia, particularly at the Junior High School level.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of fostering correctional children in LPKA Class 1 Kupang in an effort to prevent recidivism. The research method uses a qualitative method with an empirical legal research approach, sources and types of data in this study, namely primary data obtained from interviews and observations at LPKA Class 1 Kupang and secondary data obtained from literature studies, then processed by checking and correcting, then analyzed descriptively qualitative. Research results obtained: The optimization of the implementation of coaching for correctional foster children at LPKA Class 1 Kupang in an effort to prevent recidivism is carried out through personality coaching including spiritual guidance and counseling, fostering the nation and state, fostering arts and sports. While fostering independence is carried out through educational coaching, and skills coaching. In addition, reintegration and integration coaching is carried out including assimilation, conditional leave and parole. The implementation of the coaching process carried out on foster children at LPKA Class 1 Kupang is not free from various inhibiting factors including: infrastructure facilities and lack of quality human resources. Suggestion: It is expected that the LPKA Class 1 Kupang needs to improve adequate infrastructure, prepare the quality of human resources with various expertise that supports the implementation of the coaching process and cooperate with stakeholders and outside agencies, both government agencies and non-government agencies so that the coaching process can run optimally so that it can prepare foster children before returning to society. 

Single parents face stressful challenges that detrimentally affect individual well-being and disrupt family dynamics. This research reveals various strategies for coping with stress, including emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, and seeking social support. Through a qualitative approach, interviews with six single parents uncovered diverse strategies, such as emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, engaging in positive activities, participating in spiritual practices, and relying on a strong community role. Their perseverance in meeting family needs, providing quality education, and maintaining well-being demonstrates inspirational determination. The research highlights the crucial role of social support and perseverance in responding to the impact of stress on single parents, influencing overall family well-being.

The role of the younger generation in improving quality in the agricultural sector has a very crucial role. However, nowadays soil fertility in Indonesia is decreasing day by day as agricultural land use becomes more intensive. So that young people's insight regarding environmentally friendly cultivation techniques through organic farming needs to be added and strengthened to create progress in the fields of agriculture and food security. The aim of this service activity is an effort to increase the younger generation's understanding of organic farming through counseling and creating demonstration plots for organic vegetable cultivation using vegetable pesticides and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to increase agricultural products and stabilize the economy of the surrounding community. The activity method is carried out through counseling, socialization and direct practice through making demonstration plots. Counseling about organic farming and its impact on the environment. The demonstration plot focused on the correct working methods and techniques in organic farming through the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and vegetable pesticides. Following this community service activity program, it shows that the knowledge and skills of the younger generation of farmers have increased regarding organic vegetable cultivation and the impact of organic farming on the environment. fine motoric development is the development of motion that includes small muscles with eye-hand coordination. Fine motor development in children is related to the movement of the body, namely, muscles, nerves, and the brain each have a very important role. To determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use with the tendency to nomophobia. This study is a type of quasy experiment with a pretest-postest quasy experiment research design with a sample of 16 respondents. Based on the results of research that has been done that the influence of lego game intervention on the development of fine motoric TK Miftahul Az-zahra desa cihea. In addition, how to give lego games for 4 days with a duration of 30 minutes. Statistical test results based on the results of collecting data on fine motoric development are summed into a MAP (Mean Arterial Preasure) so that it can be concluded a significant effect on the provision of intervention lego games with p-value 0.000 which means p-value <0.05, therefore Ho rejected and Ha accepted that there is an effect of giving lego games on fine motoric development of children in kindergarten Miftahul Az-zahra cihea village. From this study shows the effect of lego play treatment to increase fine motoric development in preschool children P-Value = 0.000 t test. Which means that Ho is rejected and the sample supports the existence of a meaningful influence.

This research aims to identify and describe the impact and benefits of the role of companion on the development of MSMEs in Kabonena Village. The role of MSME assistants will be analyzed using the four roles and skills presented by Jim Ife and Frank Tesoreiro (2006), namely the facilitative role, educational role, representational role and technical role. The type of research that the author uses in this writing is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely: observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies related to the research problem. The results of the research found that through a facilitative role, MSME actors will have the enthusiasm to run a business, the group is facilitated through various ideas and concepts in running a business, and there is a personal approach for each group member when there are problems within the group. In an educational role, the mentor will increase the awareness of all group members regarding the importance of the business they are running and provide information that is important for the development of their business. The third, in the role of accompanying representation, will help the group in using the right media in developing their business, building working networks with other parties, and sharing knowledge and experience. And finally, the role and technical skills, the assistant helps the group to use computers, and make verbal and written presentations, in running and developing their business.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the role of Business Ethics in building consumer trust and satisfaction. According to several researchers, the trigger factors for gout show that the interaction between environmental and genetic factors plays an important role. Genetic factors that play a role in the occurrence of gout arthritis and the severity of gout arthritis are smoking habits, silica inhalation, bacterial infections, viruses, mycobacteria and the hormone estrogen. The aim of this activity is to understand gout and administer bay leaf decoction to determine the efficacy of bay leaf decoction in gout patients. Health education about gout and boiled bay leaves can increase the knowledge of Kalibuntu Village residents to make all efforts to treat gout using traditional medicine. This outreach to residents can increase residents' knowledge and skills in using traditional medicine in a simple way.

This study explores the impact of religious values on Muslim consumers' behavior toward green financing and eco-friendly products within the framework of Islamic economics. The research utilized a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method, surveying 250 Muslim consumers from urban areas in Indonesia. A structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was employed to measure religiosity and eco-friendly purchasing behavior. The multiple regression analysis showed that religiosity significantly influences green purchasing behavior, with higher religiosity scores correlating with greater engagement in environmentally conscious purchasing decisions. Additionally, the t-test and ANOVA revealed significant differences between Sharia-compliant and non-Sharia-compliant groups, with the Sharia-compliant group exhibiting stronger eco-friendly purchasing behavior. These findings suggest that Islamic principles related to environmental stewardship, such as Khalifa (guardianship of the earth) and Israf (avoiding wastefulness), play a significant role in shaping consumer attitudes toward sustainability. The study concludes that religious values are a crucial determinant of green purchasing behavior and that incorporating these values into sustainability initiatives can effectively promote eco-friendly behavior, especially in communities where religion plays a central role. Policymakers and educators can leverage religious frameworks to foster sustainability and encourage more responsible consumer behavior in Muslim-majority communities.

Ramona Thieme Mercer was born on October 4, 1929 is the author of the middle class theory of nursing known as the achievement of the maternal role. Mercer began her Nursing career in 1950, when she received a Diploma from St. Mary's. Margaret's School of Nursing in Montgomery Alabama. Mercer's theory is an example of a middle range theory, it has a lower abstraction that is derived from other theories so that it can be applied to more specific areas of nursing. A very interesting thing, of course, is when a nurse is able to translate how to develop this theory, it becomes easier to apply to patients. Maternal Role Attainment proposed by Mercer follows Bronfenbrenner's work in 1979 which is known as the bird's nest circle which includes a set of microsystem, mesosystem and macrosystem cycles. The application of the becoming a mother model in providing nursing care to postpartum clients is carried out to help clients achieve their role as a mother. So that the mother can provide good care for the baby and the baby can be fulfilled in psychosocial terms.

The findings show that the bank has succeeded in establishing a strong corporate governance structure, with the active involvement of the supervisory board and audit committee, which reflects a commitment to transparency and accountability. Bank management is considered as a reliable agent, in accordance with the principles of Agency Theory, creating positive tendencies in policies that support the interests of shareholders. In the dimensions of Stewardship Theory, banks actively integrate the interests of customers, employees and society into their GCG policies, showing the importance of a corporate culture that supports management's stewardship role. The success of GCG implementation is realized in achieving compliance with regulations and standards, with transparent financial reports. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat, through its GCG practices, has a positive impact on shareholders and other stakeholders.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.
