This study aims to investigate the impact of cleanliness on the learning concentration of male santri Kobong L at the Darul Falah Cihampelas Islamic boarding school. Our research uses quantitative methods in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 27 male students of Kobong L. The benefit of this research is to gain an understanding of the influence of cleanliness on learning concentration. The results show that Kobong L is still not clean because rubbish is still found in it, therefore, it is important to collaborate and maintain cleanliness so that you are comfortable and focused when studying.

Antenatal Care (ANC) is the most important component of pregnant women's health services to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. With ANC, the progress of the pregnant woman's condition will be well monitored at all times and knowledge about childbirth preparation will increase. Based on the background above, the researcher is interested in taking the title Counseling Pregnant Women Through Antenatal Care Services to Prevent Chronic Energy Deficiency which aims to improve and maintain the health of mothers and babies, prepare for the birthing process so that the baby can be delivered safely and minimize trauma that may occur in the child. during childbirth and reduce the number of deaths and morbidity rates in mothers. The data collection method that the author uses is the survey method. The survey method is a method used as a general category of research, one of which uses a questionnaire. The research results showed that the average knowledge score before and after the health education was carried out increased by 42.21 points, which means that the health education carried out had an impact on increasing the knowledge of Health Information Management students about ANC disease in pregnant women who experience CED. The increase in the average knowledge score is possible because health education uses appropriate methods and media such as lectures and discussions. Leaflet media also helps health education participants to easily remember the material. Using appropriate methods and media in health education can help health education participants understand the material

Students who have a feeling of inferiority think they will be useless and look down on their abilities. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, where the students always felt inferior, were easily offended by criticism or other people's words, were afraid before trying, felt less valuable, felt less useful, thought negatively about themselves. This research was conducted to reduce feelings of inferiority experienced by students. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects were students who had feelings of inferiority in class IX which were obtained based on the results of observations and interviews. The population in this study was class IX students. This research sample used a purposive sampling technique of class IX students who had a feeling of inferiority. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon rank test. The research instrument used a feeling of inferiority questionnaire. The results of this research can be seen from the pre-test and post-test with a decrease in each student after carrying out group counseling services showing a value of 0.027 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that group counseling to reduce students' feelings of inferiority has proven to be effective.

Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

A person's preferences in choosing food are very subjective.  Currently, many young people prefer fast food or modern food over traditional food, because they think that modern food is prestigious food, without considering that fast food contains more chemicals which have side effects on health. Method  Data collection is by using a quantitative approach to obtain data in the form of numbers or statistics.  where data collection was carried out using a questionnaire whose contents were statements that could measure consumer perceptions. It turned out that after research was conducted on 23 students, 50% of these students consumed fast food more often than traditional food even though their understanding of chemicals and their effects was quite high.  beside him.  Judging from the results, 95.8% of the students knew that fast food contains more dangerous chemicals than traditional food. A high level of understanding of chemicals apparently does not affect a person's preference for the food they consume, because a person still prioritizes desires.  compared to needs, namely the need for food with few chemicals for health.  

Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. In mothers to reduce pain during childbirth and can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the mother's abdominal wall, improve blood circulation so as to accelerate the process of childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

This study aims to describe the stages of development and feasibility of teaching materials assisted by the Filmorago application for class VII description text material. The use of the Borg and Gall model in this study modified by Sugiyono, namely through the potential and problem analysis stage, data collection, product design, design validation, revision and trial stage. The validation stage included material expert lecturers and media expert lecturers to evaluate the feasibility of the material and the feasibility of the media. The sample of this study was 31 students of class VII of SMP Swasta Musyawarah Perbulan. Data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet for validation of material experts and media experts using Likert scale calculations. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that the product of the teaching material for description text assisted by the Filmorago application gets research results with the criteria "Very Good" with an average of 90%, with the results of the material expert validator of 85% with Very Good criteria" As well as the results of the media expert validator of 90% with the criteria "Very Good" The results of the product trial received a score from the teacher of 96% with the criteria "Very Good" and a student assessment of 90% with the criteria "Very Good". Therefore, class VII description text-assisted teaching materials are very feasible to use in learning.

This study's objective is to examine the influence of servant leadership on turnover intention and the impact of organizational affective commitment as a mediator between these two relationship constructs. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology by surveying restaurant employees in Surabaya using questionnaires. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS), the collected survey data were analyzed. 78 restaurant employees participated in this investigation as respondents. According to the findings of this study, servant leadership and affective organizational commitment have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, affective organizational commitment can substantially and negatively moderate the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intention. In this research, both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

Simply put, E-commerce is creating, managing and expanding commercial relationships online Judging from the phenomenon above, researchers are interested in researching the influence of E-commerce on Muslim clothing purchasing decisions among female students in the city of Palembang. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire, and the sampling technique uses a non-probability-purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that e-commerce has no influence on the purchasing decisions of Muslim clothing for Palembang city students.

This research aims to examine the influence of price and promotion on Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions through a case study of Primagraha University students. Students also often shop through this application by exploring e-commerce. With the prices and promotions offered, many factors influence consumer purchasing decisions. In this research, the author considers price and promotion factors. This research methodology uses quantitative research with Primagraha University student respondents, with 103 respondents who often shop using the Shopee e-commerce application. Then data was obtained using a questionnaire. The results of this research show that the price impact is 8.4% and the promotion impact is 72.8%. Although the combined impact of price and promotion is 60% the remaining 40% is explained by other variables not considered in this study, such as product, location, people, process, physical evidence, wom and others.

The toddler age is an age that is vulnerable to experiencing nutritional problems. In toddlers, there are many nutritional problems in the form of malnutrition and even stunting. Factors causing nutritional problems in toddlers are caused by suboptimal nutritional intake. Optimal nutritional intake in toddlers is influenced by the level or low knowledge of mothers about nutrition. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge about nutrition of mothers of toddlers and the nutritional status of toddlers. The research method uses an analytical observational method with a cross sectional design. The respondents to this research were 61 mothers and their toddlers. Collecting data on the mother's level of knowledge used a 20-question questionnaire, measuring the nutritional status of toddlers using the TB/PB index. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test. The results of research statistical tests show that there is a significant relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about nutrition and the nutritional status of toddlers, obtained p value = 0.002 < 0.05.

One of the basic materials that teachers must master is basic music theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative with pretest and posttest questionnaire data collection techniques, observation and interviews. This research explores the low political participation of students in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the State University of Medan in conveying their aspirations to the government. Characteristics of a democratic country highlight the active involvement of its citizens in political activities, including student political participation. Student organizations are considered small entities similar to the government. The literature review involves definitions of democracy, forms of democracy, and political participation. The research method uses a quantitative and descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research findings indicate that the majority of students rarely or never convey their aspirations, driven by a lack of confidence that their aspirations will be responded to. Respondent profiles show a majority from the Geography department and with student registration numbers from the year 2022. Factors influencing low participation include lack of trust, low awareness, and lack of support from student organizations. Recommendations include increasing courage, organizational support, student awareness, interdisciplinary networks, innovation, easily accessible communication platforms, and active government engagement. This research provides in-depth insights and offers recommendations to enhance student participation in conveying political aspirations.

Abstract. Public transportation is often considered a practical solution for reducing traffic congestion. However, initial surveys conducted after implementing the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2 showed low enthusiasm among commuters. Only 14.103% of them used the service. This study aims to identify areas for improvement to increase public interest in utilizing this service. Corridor 2 runs from Mall Panakkukang to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport and vice versa. The study focuses on four main categories of variables: service level, service quality, socialization/information, and stop services. To assess public interest in the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2, this study used observations and distributed questionnaires. The questionnaire data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) after undergoing validity and reliability tests. The study found that the variable of stop services was the primary factor contributing to the low level of public interest. Namun setelah beroperasi, berdasarkan hasil pra survei yang peneliti    lakukan,antusias masyarakat yang menggunakan TEMAN Bus masih sangat rendah untuk rute koridor 2 dengan persentase 14,103%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu perbaikan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 (Mall Panakkukang – Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin dan sebaliknya). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 4 kategori diantaranya tingkat pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan, sosialisasi/informasi dan layanan halte. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada trayek TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan TEMAN Bus. Data dari hasil kuesioner diolah dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Diarrhea remains a health problem in developing countries such as Indonesia and is a major cause of mortality and mobility, especially in children. The prevalence of diarrhea based on symptoms is calculated by combining diagnosed or symptomatic diarrhea cases. The incidence and prevalence of diarrhea in Indonesia are 3.5% and 7.0%. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge about diarrhea in children at SD Negeri 1 Sokaraja Tengah. This research method uses quasi experimental with One group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 56 students. Data was taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of female gender with 29 respondents (51.8%). There is a difference in the level of knowledge about diarrhea before and after being given health education. Based on statistical tests using the paired t test results in a p value of 0.000 which means there is a significant effect.

This study aims to determine the role of human resource audits on training and compensation on employee performance and career development as an intervening variable at PT XYZ. The research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT XYZ who were placed in outlets in Taman sub-district, Sidoarjo. The sampling technique in the study used Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria of employees who deal directly with consumers totaling 35 people. Data obtained by filling out a questionnaire. The data was processed using the SmartPLS statistical tool and analyzed using the inner and outer models. The results of the study found that training and compensation have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and training has a positive and significant effect on career development.

The aim of this research is to find out how this curriculum is implemented, in Indonesian language lessons in class VII MTs Negeri 3 Subang, how the independent curriculum is implemented. This research was conducted qualitatively and data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Project Based Learning (PBL) approach, formative evaluation and literacy improvement for students, are all used to adopt the independent curriculum. The implementation of this curriculum has resulted in increased student independence and the development of soft skills. Overall, the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Negeri 3 Subang supports student independence, facilitates critical learning, and develops Pancasila character. The obstacles faced require further attention to increase the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, although there are obstacles related to the availability of books and teacher understanding. The effectiveness of the curriculum is assessed through student self-evaluation and teacher observation. Limited resources and teachers' understanding of the curriculum are some of the obstacles. This research provides insight into the difficulties and opportunities of an independent curriculum to improve the quality of education at the secondary level.

It’s very important for students to be able to understand the basic concepts of chemistry and how they relate to one concept to another. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and examine the  nderstanding of grade XI MA Al Rohmah students in Tasikmalaya for understanding the concept of electrolyte and non electrolyte solutions. Descriptive research methodology with a quantitative approach is used. The study involved 22 students who were taken as samples by researchers. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire-based test consisting of 7 multiple-choice questions with Yes/No options. The results showed that 18 students (81.81%) had the ability to understand the concept of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions very well. But there are still 4 students (18.19%) who still do not understand the basic concepts of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials. This shows that a more interactive and in-depth learning approach is needed to increase students' understanding of electrolyte and non electrolyte solution materials which include phases and chemical bonds in a compound that can affect its electrolyte properties, lamp flame tests on electrolyte and non electrolyte compounds, and the ionization process of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions to strengthen the basic concepts of student chemistry.
