The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought major changes to the world of education, especially in terms of the media used to support the teaching and learning process. The use of ICT-based media offers various advantages, such as fast access to information, more interesting learning materials, and a more flexible and personalized approach. This article aims to analyze the role of ICT-based media in improving student learning outcomes. In this discussion, it is explained how the use of ICT can enrich learning experiences, increase student motivation, and support more collaborative and independent learning. Even though there are various benefits, this article also identifies several challenges faced in implementing ICT-based media, such as gaps in technology access, limited infrastructure, and a lack of digital skills among teachers and students. Based on this analysis, this article concludes that although ICT-based media has great potential to improve learning outcomes, the success of its implementation is very dependent on infrastructure readiness, training for teachers, and awareness of the importance of technology integration in the education curriculum. For this reason, there needs to be a more planned strategy and support from all parties to maximize the use of ICT in education

This study explores the influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media on student motivation and learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Sreseh. The quasi-experimental method was used to compare the effectiveness of ICT-based learning with conventional methods in grade X students. Data analysis also indicates a significant relationship between motivation levels and student learning outcomes. The study concludes that the integration of ICT in economic learning can improve student engagement, learning effectiveness, and their academic achievement, especially when supported by adequate infrastructure and training..  

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has increased the risk of cybercrime in Indonesia. Law enforcement against this crime faces various obstacles and challenges, both in terms of regulations, the capacity of law enforcement officials, and public awareness. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and challenges in law enforcement against violent crime in Indonesia and provide recommendations to improve its effectiveness. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study uses primary data from interviews with law enforcement officials, academics, and cybersecurity practitioners, as well as secondary data from laws and regulations and related reports. The results of the study show that existing regulations, such as the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE Law), still have weaknesses in accommodating the development of cybercrime. In addition, limited human and technological resources in law enforcement institutions, as well as low public awareness of cybersecurity, also hinder the effectiveness of law enforcement. To address these challenges, the study recommends more adaptive regulatory revisions, capacity building of law enforcement officials through more advanced training and technology, and public education campaigns to increase public awareness of cybersecurity. In addition, international cooperation needs to be strengthened to deal with transboundary crimes.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of information and communication technology (ICT)-based learning media, especially E-Learning, on student learning achievement and learning motivation in Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Utara. The study delves into the challenges that arise in the use of E-Learning, including the lack of direct interaction and supervision, which has an impact on student motivation. The study found that although E-Learning provides flexibility in learning, its effect on improving learning achievement and motivation is not significant. Challenges such as limited access to technology and the digital divide are also factors that affect student learning outcomes.

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in procurement services is one of the efforts to realize good governance. The electronic procurement system is present by simplifying the stages of the procurement process, the vendor search stage, price comparison from each vendor, approval, monitoring, billing, to payment, all of which are done digitally. Thus, it is hoped that procurement activities for goods/services will be carried out with good procurement principles, namely effective, efficient, transparent, open, competitive, fair, and accountable. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an electronic-based procurement system for goods/services at the Aceh Industry and Trade Service and the obstacles faced in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that although the electronic-based procurement system can increase the transparency and efficiency of the procurement process, its implementation still faces challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and lack of technical competence of human resources. The implications of these findings indicate the need to increase human resource capacity and strengthen ICT infrastructure to support more optimal implementation.

This Community Service activity aims to introduce Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and apply it to Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in English courses for students of the Public Health Study Program at STIK Bina Husada Palembang. The focus of this training is on the use of ICT in this case the Canva and Google Translate applications. The methods used include lectures, discussions and practices, with the ultimate goal that students can produce technology-based projects in the form of educational posters in English. The results of the study showed a significant increase in ICT skills, self-confidence, and the ability to communicate using English. Students also showed good collaboration in groups, and were better prepared to face the challenges of the world of work that increasingly utilizes technology and cross-cultural communication, especially in the public health sector. This Community Service activity concluded that the integration of ICT and English in project-based learning can strengthen student competencies and prepare them to contribute effectively to the completion of students' English projects.

Analysis of the Impact of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in Improving Employee Performance at the Republic of Indonesia Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) "Bung" LLDIKTI Region IX Sulawesi. This research was conducted using data collection through direct observation and interviews; The data collection methods used were interviews and direct observation. is based on qualitative data, where this research is subjective. The sample in this study was the administration section, and the manager of the Republic of Indonesia Employees Cooperative (KPRI) "Bung" LLDIKTI Region IX Sulawesi. The data analysis methods used are narrative analysis and discourse analysis.  The results of this research show that information and communication technology (ICT) has a significant impact on improving employee performance.

This study examines the impact of advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on cultural values, focusing on changes and the preservation of local cultures. The method used is descriptive analysis based on interviews, observations, and document studies. The results reveal that ICT has significantly influenced local cultural values, including shifts in cultural identity among younger generations, increasing individualism, and cultural homogenization due to social media. On the other hand, ICT offers opportunities for cultural preservation through digitalization and the promotion of local cultures on digital platforms. Nonetheless, challenges persist in maintaining traditional cultural values rooted in collectivism, given the dominant influence of global culture. This study recommends the need for prudent strategies in utilizing ICT to preserve local cultures without compromising their cultural identity.

We anticipate that human resource practices will evolve in tandem with information and communication technology. In this age of globalization, proficiency with ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is crucial. The ability to access, process, and display information via computers, whether it be an intranet, an international network, or the internet, is essential for many organizations and has grown in importance over the years. Since information and communication technology (ICT) has far-reaching societal effects, it naturally gives rise to ethical questions in many domains. This essay aims to help readers comprehend the role of education in reducing the detrimental effects of immoral use of information and communication technologies. With more and more people becoming smarter in data and communication innovations, it's crucial that morality becomes a central tenet of how these technologies are used, and that the general public understands this.

Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid faces challenges in developing limited Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning. The main problems faced are inadequate ICT infrastructure, lack of teacher ICT knowledge and skills, and lack of structured ICT curriculum. To overcome these problems, community service was carried out using the Community Partnership Program (PKM) method. This PKM includes ICT teacher training, improving ICT infrastructure, and preparing an integrated ICT curriculum. The implemented solutions successfully increased the use of ICT in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, improved teacher competence in teaching ICT, and provided a strong foundation for further development in ICT learning. In conclusion, community service with the PKM approach is effective in increasing ICT capacity and infrastructure in madrasahs, supporting the improvement of the quality of education in the digital era.ICT infrastructure

English proficiency is a crucial skill in the globalization era, especially in business, communication, and industry sectors, which demand this international language as a competitive advantage. Over the past decade, advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have significantly impacted English learning, including through online platforms like YouTube and Canva. This study examines the utilization of these two platforms in English teaching at MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya, particularly on the topic "Word Order of Adjective." The methods used include visual presentations with Canva and interactive videos from YouTube. In its implementation, students engaged in dialogues, watched instructional videos, and participated in quizzes as a form of comprehension assessment. The study results indicate that using YouTube and Canva significantly enhances students' participation and learning motivation while reinforcing vocabulary acquisition and comprehension through an interactive approach. Recommendations are provided for the application of these digital media in high school English learning, with suggestions for further research involving long-term impacts and variations in teaching methods across different educational contexts.

Reading is an interactive process where readers construct meaning from texts, relying on various skills, including comprehension. It is fundamental for learning and daily life, and its importance is underscored by the rise of information and communication technology (ICT), which facilitates access to information through tools like the internet. Online platforms, such as Wattpad, have emerged as popular resources for improving literacy among students, particularly in narrative texts. At SMPN 28 Bekasi, English is a compulsory subject, yet students face challenges in reading comprehension, especially in understanding narrative texts. Despite the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, which focuses on project-based learning, many students struggle to meet reading standards. This research aims to investigate the impact of the Wattpad application on students' reading comprehension of narrative texts, given their difficulties and lack of engagement with traditional reading materials. The survey revealed mixed preferences among students, with strong leanings towards novels (45%), fiction (56%), and romance (44%). Short stories are less popular but still attract the interest of some readers. The majority of students (46.7%) use Wattpad daily, spending mostly 30-60 minutes per session. Many read 2-4 texts per month and often follow specific authors. About 60% of students use bookmarks regularly, while 66.7% prefer texts recommended by Wattpad. The note-taking feature shows mixed use, indicating varying levels of engagement. Reviews and ratings are very important to 83.3% of students when selecting texts. Students generally felt confident in following the storyline (83.3% often or always), analyzing characters (83.3%), and identifying the main conflict (83.3%). Most students apply information from texts in real life, frequently reread for clarity, and often create summaries. Overall, these findings demonstrate high engagement and understanding among Wattpad students, demonstrating their diverse reading habits and interactive use of the platform.

Digital transformation in village governance has become a primary strategy for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in human resource (HR) management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology in village government HR management and its impact on productivity and administrative efficiency. Employing a systematic literature review method, this research examines implementation trends, success factors, challenges, and optimal strategies for digitalization in HR management at the village level. The findings indicate that the adoption of technologies such as electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM), cloud computing, and village information systems contributes to faster administration, increased accountability, and optimized performance of village officials. However, challenges remain in technology adoption, including low digital literacy among village officials, limited information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, as well as regulatory and policy constraints. To overcome these hurdles, a comprehensive strategy is required, encompassing capacity building through training, strengthening digital infrastructure, and fostering collaboration among central government, village governments, and the private sector. With appropriate policy implementation, the integration of digital technology in village-level HR management can improve public service quality and support more modern and responsive governance.

In this context, the active role of society in the education process becomes increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine in depth how the administration of school and community relations is implemented in the digital era, as well as identifying factors that support or hinder its success. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the understanding of education. Education is no longer solely seen as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, but rather as a holistic individual development effort. Society, as a social environment where individuals grow and develop, has a very significant role in shaping the character and competence of students. Therefore, building strong and synergistic relationships between schools and society is the key to realizing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times. This research has the main aim of analyzing, identifying, evaluating, identifying matters relating to school and community relations. This research uses a literature review approach. Research data was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, popular articles, research reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was carried out systematically by identifying main themes, comparing findings from various sources, and drawing conclusions based on existing evidence. The research results show that the implementation of administration of school and community relations in the digital era has experienced rapid development. The use of social media platforms, school websites, and mobile applications has facilitated more effective communication between schools and the community. In addition, many schools have involved the community in various school activities, such as extracurricular activities, personal development programs, and decision making regarding school policies.

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed many aspects of life, including education. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of learning. One promising technology is Augmented Reality (AR), which offers interactive elements to clarify complex concepts. Based on conversations with a history teacher at SMK Media Informatika, the teaching methods currently used tend to be traditional. Therefore, an AR-based history learning application focusing on the Ancient Mataram Kingdom in Indonesia was developed using the ADDIE Method. This application was created using Unity 3D and the C# programming language. It serves as an interesting addition for students, aiming to increase their interest in learning. The hope is that this research will significantly contribute to the history learning process, providing innovative, effective, and enjoyable media.  

This study aims to analyze the extent of the use of ICT in Islamic religious education learning, what are the obstacles and constraints faced and how the YouTube application contributes as an additional learning resource to the understanding of students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research was conducted at MDTA Ilyas Al-Fath where students in grade 1 were the subjects of this study. The data collection method used observation, interviews and literature studies. The qualitative data analysis was carried out through the approach of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especially infocus, laptops, and the YouTube application in Islamic Religious Education learning at MDTA Ilyas Al-Fath has been effective. This is manifested in the implementation carried out through learning through videos of ablution procedures and prayer movements and readings that are implemented. Furthermore, the teachers directly teach students to do what they have seen to then be practiced in real life. The obstacles or constraints faced include the difficulty of teachers in managing student discipline, uneven knowledge of students and infrastructure conditions that are not yet fully adequate. Meanwhile, external obstacles include parents who are still less attentive and environmental conditions that affect the discipline of students in applying what they have learned. The implementation of ICT using the help of the YouTube application has produced real contributions. This can make it easier for teachers and students. In terms of making it easier for teachers because with the help of ICT, learning can be carried out efficiently so that it is possible to apply theoretically and practically to students.

The low quality of learning and learning assessment, has not been integrated into a system properly. So that the ideal learning process cannot occur. The purpose of this study is to determine the ICT learning media Adobe Flash Cs6 for class VII students of Smp Negeri 8 Sorong Regency Based on Video that is Valid and Effective to use. This study uses the development method (Research and Development). Data was collected by observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were 21 students of Smp Negeri 8 Sorong Regency class VII. Based on the results of the research on the development of video-based learning media using Adobe Flash Cs6, the validation results were obtained from two validators, including material experts, namely an average percentage of 75% and media experts, namely an average percentage of 94% which is included in the "Very Valid" criteria. the level of effectiveness of learning media was obtained from the respondent questionnaire, the results obtained were an average percentage of 86% which was included in the "Very Effective" criteria. The results of this study indicate that the development of video-based learning media Adobe Flash CS6 is valid and effective to use.    

This article discusses the Public Relations (PR) strategies implemented by the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Binjai City to enhance the positive image of the Binjai City Government. This study adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing primary data from interviews with the head of the news and audiovisual division and the IKP (Public Communication and Information) team members of Diskominfo Binjai, along with secondary data from related documents. The analysis reveals that Diskominfo Binjai has employed various PR strategies, including information campaigns, social media activities, public events, and collaboration with local mass media. It was also found that the use of information and communication technology (ICT) is an integral part of their PR strategy. This study highlights the importance of PR in building and maintaining a positive image of local government in the current digital era, particularly concerning sensitive issues.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) offers new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to innovate and enhance their competitiveness through various aspects such as products, processes, and business models. MSMEs play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing approximately 60% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing over 97% of the workforce. Despite this, MSMEs often face challenges such as limitations in capital, technology, and market access. Digital transformation presents great potential to address these challenges by improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and developing more relevant products and services. Business model innovation, which involves the use of digital technology to create effective solutions, can enhance MSME performance, as demonstrated by previous research. However, barriers such as limited resources and digital skills often hinder technology adoption. This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the development of MSME business models in the digital era, focusing on the utilization of digital technology, success factors of innovation, and impacts on business performance. Additionally, the study will explore strategies to overcome obstacles in the innovation process. The research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs in developing innovative and sustainable business models in the digital era.

This article discusses the application of national defense in civic education learning in the midst of the technological revolution. This study uses a qualitative approach with the literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant literature sources. The results of the analysis show that information and communication technology (ICT) has made a significant contribution in improving the interactivity and accessibility of civic learning. However, the challenges faced include the potential erosion of national values by the influence of globalization and individualism reinforced by technology. Solutions to address these challenges include the development of relevant curricula, training for educators in the use of technology, and the implementation of practical and contextual learning activities. This research contributes to the development of more effective and relevant learning methods to the times, and emphasizes the importance of utilizing technology to strengthen the spirit of national defense and civic awareness among the younger generation.
