The digital era has transformed marketing strategies, particularly for tech startups targeting Generation Z (Gen Z). This study investigates the influence of guerrilla and viral marketing on Gen Z consumer perceptions and behaviors in the context of tech startups, focusing on a risk-based entrepreneurial marketing approach. A quantitative survey with 212 Gen Z respondents was conducted to analyze the effects of these marketing strategies on consumer engagement, brand perception, and purchasing behavior. The results show that guerrilla and viral marketing significantly enhance consumer engagement and brand perception, but they do not directly influence Gen Z behavior or purchasing decisions. The findings highlight the importance of emotional engagement and brand authenticity in shaping consumer perceptions. This research fills a gap in understanding how resource-constrained tech startups can leverage risk-based marketing strategies to engage Gen Z, providing practical insights for designing effective campaigns. Future studies should explore additional factors like brand trust and values to bridge the gap between engagement and behavior

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in economic growth, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). One of the main factors for entrepreneurial success is the effective implementation of the marketing mix. This paper discusses the concept of the marketing mix in entrepreneurship by highlighting the 4P elements (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) which have evolved into 7P with the addition of People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The discussion includes the implementation of the marketing mix, strategies for facing business challenges, and its impact on competitiveness and business growth. This study highlights how entrepreneurs can optimize marketing elements through product innovation, value-based pricing strategies, the use of digitalization in distribution, as well as social media-based promotion and marketing technology. Additionally, this paper reviews various challenges in the implementation of the marketing mix, such as limited capital, intense competition, and changes in consumer behavior, as well as adaptation strategies through guerrilla marketing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven approaches. The findings in this study indicate that the application of a flexible and innovative marketing mix can enhance business competitiveness and sustainability. By understanding the relationship between the marketing mix and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs can develop more effective marketing strategies to face the ever-evolving market dynamics.

Global phenomena highlight the increasing attention to entrepreneurship as a solution to reduce unemployment and promote sustainable economic growth (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth). On a local level, vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Indonesia face the challenge of low entrepreneurial intention, which has the potential to exacerbate youth unemployment rates. This study aims to explore entrepreneurship learning strategies and the contribution of teacher behavior in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The novelty of this research lies in integrating two key elements—innovative learning strategies and teacher behavior as role models—which have been minimally discussed in previous literature. The urgency of this research stems from its contribution to SDG 4 (Quality Education), by strengthening entrepreneurship education as a foundation for developing a competitive workforce. The method employed in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting and analyzing relevant journal articles using VOSviewer software based on selected keywords. The findings indicate that project-based and collaborative learning approaches enable students to directly experience real-world business challenges, such as developing business ideas and working in teams to solve practical problems. Teacher behavior, serving as both facilitator and motivator, plays a crucial role in encouraging students to dream big, believe in their abilities, and view entrepreneurship as an attractive career path. The implications of this research provide practical insights for educators and policymakers in designing effective entrepreneurship curricula while supporting the SDG agenda, particularly in promoting quality education, decent work, and inclusive economic growth. This study contributes to the reinforcement of sustainable entrepreneurship education in Indonesia.

The impact of social media on economic changes in society can be seen from various aspects. Social media has had a significant impact especially in consumer behavior, marketing and business interactions. Apart from that, social media also influences people's social and economic behavior patterns, such as adapting to new habits, communication patterns, and creating a digital entrepreneurial ecosystem. Social media also has positive impacts, such as making interaction easier, expanding reach, and obtaining information at lower costs. However, there are also negative impacts, such as decreased face-to-face interaction, potential for addiction, conflict, and privacy issues. The use of social media has also initiated changes in social and economic behavior, for example in the case of farmers switching to the agrotourism sector due to social media activities, as well as influencing the presence of agrotourism and collaboration with outside parties. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant role in shaping social and economic change in society, both in positive and negative terms.
