This article discusses the role of reason, spirit and passion in human life according to Islamic teachings, and how these three elements interact with each other to achieve a balanced life. The purpose of this research is to understand how Islam teaches the management of reason, spirit and passion as fundamental elements in human life, so that true happiness in this world and the hereafter can be achieved. The method used in this research is literature review and text analysis of the main sources of Islam, such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the opinions of relevant scholars and experts. The results of this study show that Islam emphasizes the importance of maintaining harmony between reason, spirit, and lust through worship, introspection, and self-control. The intellect functions as a tool for wise thinking and decision-making, helping humans understand religious teachings and controlling passions. The spirit as the spiritual essence connects humans with God, providing the impetus to do good and achieve spiritual happiness. Meanwhile, lust, which includes worldly urges, must be controlled so as not to lead humans to pleasures that violate sharia. The study concludes that the balance between these three elements leads to a meaningful life that is in line with the purpose of creation as servants of Allah.

Sharia management as the basis for the management of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Sharia management is an approach that integrates Islamic values in decision-making and operational implementation, emphasizing the principles of ethics, fairness, and transparency. The article examines the definition of sharia management, the basics of sharia bank management sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the implementation of sharia management principles in management functions such as organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating. The goal is to provide a more comprehensive understanding of sharia management in the context of sharia banking, as well as to encourage the improvement of the quality of sharia bank management in Indonesia so that it can play a more optimal role in encouraging sustainable and equitable economic growth.

Educational administration has a very crucial role in managing educational institutions in various areas. This research aims to identify the functions of educational administration, the importance of this role in improving the quality of education, as well as Islamic views on education. In this study, educational administration is considered as the foundation that supports the creation of an effective and efficient education system. Apart from that, this research also explains how the Islamic view prioritizes education as a means of creating individuals who are knowledgeable and have noble morals. This journal uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach and content analysis. This research explores Islamic primary sources such as al-Qur'an and Hadith, as well as relevant secondary literature. The results of this research show that the existence of good educational administration can improve the quality of teaching and learning, which ultimately contributes to students' personal development. By understanding the importance of educational administration and the Islamic perspective on education, it is hoped that educators and administrators of educational institutions can pay more attention to these aspects in their daily practice.

The educational environment is needed in the educational process, because the educational environment functions as a supporting the teaching and learning process. A comfortable environment will support the implementation of the teaching and learning process well. Educational environment can be divided into family environment, school environment, and community environment society. By using the literature review method, this study examines relevant theoretical sources including the relevant theoretical sources including the Quran, hadith, and recent scientific works. recent scientific works. The results show that the family environment plays as the foundation of a child's education, instilling basic values and shaping character. The school environment serves to develop academic potential, social skills and further character building. While community environment provides a practical context for the application of the values and skills that have been acquired. This study concludes that the three environments have a significant and complementary influence in shaping children's education holistically. This research recommends the importance of synergy between family, school and community in creating an optimalan optimal educational environment for children's growth and development.

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the legal protection of the wife's inheritance rights from unregistered marriages associated with the function of registering marriages with a comparative study of Islamic Fiqh and Law No. 1 of 1974. The research method of this writing is a normative juridical research that refers to the Qur'an. , Al-Hadith, Books of Fiqh, Legislation and related books that are relevant to this research. The data analysis technique used is a literature study which was analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study are that the second wife's inheritance rights from unregistered marriages are associated with the function of registering marriages. They have the right to inheritance which is owned jointly by the inheritance in the form of husband's innate property and joint property obtained by the second wife and her husband during the marriage period for the sake of a sense of justice and legal protection, legal protection of the second wife's inheritance rights in this study that to obtain inheritance rights and recognition to legalize marriages to religious courts. the results of the marriage itsbat as the legal basis for recording the marriage to the marriage registrar at the Office of Religious Affairs, then a Marriage Certificate Quotation Book is issued as authentic evidence that a marriage has been registered. So the legal protection and legal certainty of the second wife's inheritance rights from unregistered marriages associated with the function of recording marriages can obtain legal inheritance rights.

Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methos,so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching

Surah Al-Waqi’ah is one of the surahs in the Koran. This surah is in the 27th Juz. And is the 56th surah in the Al-Quran. Surah Al-Waqi’ah consists of 96 verses. Surah Al-Waqi’ah has still not been detected being introduced to children. In fact, studying surah Al-Waqi’ah has many functions. One of them is started in the hadith of Al-Baihaqi. This surah contains many lessons and wisdom that readers can take. Therefore, surah Al-Waqi’ah is deemed suitable to be introduced to children with an illustrated book. With the help of illustrations, children can better understand the contents of the reading in surah Al-Waqi’ah. This design uses the Glass Box method with several stages, like stage of preparation, incubation, illumination and verification.

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Empirical studies explain that the economic subsystem played by business actors has great energy to adapt quickly and utilize legal regulations and community culture to expand and develop their business. This article attempts to reveal the essence of social piety in the halalbihalal tradition in Indonesia, by focusing on tracing what is done in that tradition so that it can be mapped where the form of social piety is. The article is a finding from qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The results of the study show: that the halalbihalal tradition is an implementation of social piety, which functions as a complement to individual piety that has been forged before for one full month in the month of Ramadan. This refers to the hadith of the Prophet that sins against Allah can be forgiven directly by him, but sins related to other people must be lived by establishing direct communication with those concerned. Social piety in halal bihalal manifests in the act of apologizing, asking for halal, praying, and giving alms. The research implication, narrative understanding brings a bond of individual piety, and social piety is synergized in the personality of a Muslim so that he becomes a kaaffah Muslim. This research is expected to contribute to the conceptual of Islamic education.
