Sumerta Kaja Traditional Village is one of the traditional villages in Bali which has quite large tourism potential. The beauty of traditional Balinese spa culture is one of the main attractions for tourists visiting this area. However, in this traditional village there is a group of PKK women who have limited knowledge and skills to develop independent economic businesses. Therefore, spa training for the Sumerta Kaja Traditional Village youth organization is important in order to improve their economic quality. This village has significant tourism potential, but the youth organizations in this traditional village are still unable to utilize this potential optimally. They have limited knowledge and skills in the spa sector, making it difficult for them to be involved in developing the tourism sector in their traditional villages. Apart from that, youth organizations are also a group that has an important role in the family and society. Through spa training, they can be economically empowered and have the opportunity to earn additional income. This will give them pride and increase their role and self-confidence in society.

This study aims to analyze the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) models on student learning outcomes in the material of force and motion. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of junior high school students who were divided into an experimental group with the PBL model and a control group with conventional learning. The results showed that students who learned with the PBL model had a deeper understanding of concepts and were able to apply concepts in solving everyday problems compared to the control group. The implications of this study confirm that the application of PBL can improve students' learning outcomes and critical thinking skills in physics learning.

Penelitian ini mendalami pentingnya memahami karakteristik individu peserta didik dalam merancang proses pembelajaran yang efektif agar pembelajaran dapat mencapai tujuan secara menyeluruh untuk peserta didik. Karakteristik peserta didik adalah faktor-faktor yang ada pada diri peserta didik yang tiap individunya memiliki ciri berbeda dengan individu yang lain. Dengan mengkaji berbagai teori dan penelitian, studi ini menyoroti peran krusial perbedaan individu dalam menentukan keberhasilan belajar. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran dengan karakteristik kognitif, afektif, psikomotor, dan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini juga membahas berbagai metode untuk menilai karakteristik peserta didik melalui assesmen diagnostik kognitif maupun assesmen diagnostik nonkognitif seperti melalui observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Selain itu, dibahas pula penerapan penilaian ini dalam merancang pembelajaran yang berdiferensiasi dan berbasis proyek. Dengan menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan individu, pendidik dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan prestasi peserta didik sehingga apa yang menjadi tujuan dari suatu pembelajaran dapat secara maksimal. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang karakteristik peserta didik sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan efektif. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor seperti gaya belajar, minat, dan pengetahuan awal, pendidik dapat memupuk pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih berpusat pada peserta didik sehingga pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Puspahiang. The method used in this research is cuntitative through a survey approach. In this study, the sample taken was the entire population of teachers at SMPN 2 PUSPAHIANG, the population of which was 42 teachers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the research show that the Leadership Style obtained from the Teachers of SMPN 2 Puspahiang has good criteria. Work Motivation for SMPN 2 Puspahiang Teacher products has good assessment criteria, Teacher Performance for SMPN 2 Puspahiang Teachers has good assessment criteria. Together Leadership Style and work motivation have a significant influence on Teacher Performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant influence on Teacher Performance. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the teaching style of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the learning motivation of class Xl students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborong-borong, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative descriptive inferential research methods. The population was all students who were Protestant Christians in class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the teaching style of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the learning motivation of class rxy value = 0.494 > rtable(a=0.05,n=50) = 0.279, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=48)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable .81X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 24.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 15.45 > 1.92. Thus, Ha, that is, there is an influence of the teaching style of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the learning motivation of class.

Ritasari. This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the village head in increasing the work motivation of the village head in Tuan Kentang Village. The study used qualitative methods with data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the leadership style of the village head of Tuan Kentang village had no signs that indicated an authoritarian leadership style, because in this case the employee was given the freedom to work even though he still had to comply with the main tasks and functions, on the other hand the Lurah was also a leader capable of employee morale. to work. In addition, the village head of Tuan Kentang as a leader is able to set an example and motivate employees to improve their performance for the better. The inhibiting factor for the Lurah's leadership style in motivating employees in Tuan Kentang Village is the lack of performance supporting facilities and infrastructure, namely the work room and service room that is not so, and less supported, such as computers and printers to support administrative services. In principle, the existence of complete facilities and infrastructure can increase employee work motivation for the better.

This research aims to analyze the leadership style of the Head of Tosora Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. Leadership at the village level has a significant influence on the performance of village officials and the quality of services to the community. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collected data through interviews with village officials and the community. The research results show that the leadership style applied includes a clear vision, responsiveness to community needs, and the ability to motivate and develop team capacity. These findings underline the importance of character and effective leadership methods in achieving organizational goals, as well as the vital role of village heads in carrying out government functions efficiently.

The use of technology also plays an important role in selling companies and consumers to dig up information and provide positive or negative opinions about the desired product, which will affect consumer purchasing interest before buying the product. This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, brand image, and e-wom on Unisba students' purchasing interest in Skintific skincare products. The population of this study was 150 management students. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distribution. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle, brand image, and e-wom have an effect on Unisba students' purchasing interest in Skintific skincare products. Students feel that buying skincare is a lifestyle and necessity, as well as brand image, and e-wom built from Skintific products make consumers continue to use the product. Skintific itself already has a good brand image, uses good quality ingredients, and has a good opinion in the eyes of consumers so that this good product quality can increase purchasing interest.

Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Camat Rambutan bersifat partisipatif, dimana Camat Rambutan tidak mengambil keputusan secara sepihak melainkan melakukan koordinasi atau sharing kepada bawahan, mulai dari sekretaris, camat, camat dan staf, sehingga gaya kepemimpinan seperti itu dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, karena pegawai merasa dilibatkan dan dihargai. Bukan hanya sebagai suruhan. This study aims to examine the effect of applying the command teaching style on the ability to kick the ball in soccer among students at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano. The research question is whether the command teaching style can enhance the ability to kick the ball. This experimental study uses a "Randomized Control Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design." The sample consists of 30 students, divided into an experimental group (15 students) receiving the command teaching style, and a control group (15 students). The study was conducted over one month with sessions held three times a week. The instrument used is the "wall pass test," and the tools include a wall, soccer ball, stopwatch, whistle, and writing materials. Data collection involved pre- and post-tests of the ability to kick the ball, with results recorded and analyzed. Statistical analysis using t-test shows a t-value of 9.98, compared to a critical t-value of 2.48 with 28 degrees of freedom. Since the t-value is greater than the critical t-value, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is that the command teaching style significantly improves the ability to kick the ball in soccer.

This research aims to determine whether leadership style can influence the progress and decline of employee performance at the Sirime Rice Refinery Business, Pidoli Lombang Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The number of samples used was 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research uses the Saturated Sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method for this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests, partial tests and coefficient of determination tests. All of these tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sirime Rice Refinery Business. Pidoli Lombang Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency is indicated by a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05, the R Square value is 0.817, which means that the independent variable or leadership style variable (X) is able to explain the dividend variable or employee performance variable (Y) of 81, 7% while the remaining 18.3% is influenced by other factors. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table (11,169 > 1.701) on employee performance at the Sirime rice factory, Pidoli Lembang village, Panyabungan sub-district, Mandailing Natal district.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource competence, leadership style and use of information technology on the quality of financial reports of Parish Churches in the Maumere City area. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study was the Financial Council taken from 5 Parish Churches in Maumere City, namely 32 respondents. The sampling method used in this research was saturated sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 32 respondents. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, where the research instrument used a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results of this research show that the variables of human resource competency, leadership style and the use of information technology partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of the Church's financial reports. Maumere City Parish.

Background: The prevalence of gouty arthritis has increased significantly by 2023, reaching 33.3% according to WHO. In Indonesia, 35% of cases occur in men aged over 45 years, while Central Java has a prevalence of 26.4%. In Sukoharjo District, Mandan Village recorded the highest number of gout patients with 150 cases, followed by Gayam (75 cases) and Sukoharjo (35 cases). The use of warm water compresses is recommended to relieve joint pain due to gouty arthritis by increasing blood flow and reducing joint stiffness. Objective: Knowing changes in the pain scale in two respondents with gouty arthritis before and after a warm compress method: This research is applied research with a case study using pre-post test results: There was a decrease in Mrs. S's pain scale which initially 6 decreased to 3 while in Mr. T, the pain scale 7 decreased to 5. Mr. T is a pain scale of 7 decreasing to 5. Conclusion: After the application of warm compresses on Mrs. S and Mr. T, there was a decrease in the pain scale. T there is a decrease in the pain scale. Mrs. S from moderate pain to mild pain, Mr. T from severe pain to moderate pain. T from severe pain to moderatepain. This shows that warm compresses can reduce pain in people with gout.

Human Resources is the most privileged asset in a company. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline at FKK UMJ, an institution that operates in the medical education service sector. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sample involving 45 respondents. The data collection technique uses observation through questionnaires. The results of this study show that leadership style (X1) has a positive effect on work discipline (Y) by 86.4%, this is evidenced based on the t-value of 16.555 > t-table 2.017 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational culture (X2) has a positive effect on work discipline (Y) by 78.2%, this is evidenced by the t-value of 12.430 > t.017 table with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously (together) had a positive influence on work discipline (Y) by 88.4% and the remaining 11.6% were influenced by variables outside this study. This is evidenced based on the F value of 159.517 > the F value of table 3.22 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

In the current era of information technology development, product competition in the smartphone manufacturer market is increasingly rapid. Humans are also very dependent on technology, including smartphones. So manufacturers are working hard to meet these needs by producing various smartphones, one of which is the Apple iPhone. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle on iPhone repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with the iPhone consumer population in Mojokerto. The sample was 200 respondents with a questionnaire as data collection and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) 4.0. The results of the research show that brand image positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions, lifestyle positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions, consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions have a significant and positive influence, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in moderating brand image on decisions repeat purchases, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence in moderating lifestyle and repurchase decisions.

This study aims to analyze leadership styles and working motivation in improving teacher work discipline in Madrasah Tsanawiah (Mts) Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. The research method used a qualitative method with data collection observation, interviews and documentation involving directly to the principal headmaster and teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiah (Mts) Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.  The results of this study indicate that in improving teacher work discipline in Madrasah Tsanawiah (Mts) Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon, the principal applies a democratic leadership style and intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

Researchers know that many generation Z use SPaylater to make purchase transactions on the Shopee application. The types of products purchased are not all basic necessities, but they follow current trends and some even buy items because they are cute. The use of SPaylater can be influenced by the lifestyle of generation Z who follow trends without measuring their abilities. Therefore, financial literacy is really needed by society, especially generation Z. From this background, this research was conducted with the title "The Influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Use of SPaylater in Generations Z in Magersari District, Mojokerto City." This research uses quantitative research methods and primary data collection is carried out using data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Sampling method The researcher chose to use Purposive Sampling. In this research, the technique used to determine the sample size was the Solvin technique and resulted in a sample size of 389 respondents. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant effect on the use of spaylater. Lifestyle has a significant influence on the use of spaylater. Financial literacy and lifestyle together have a significant effect on spaylater use.

One issue concerns the communication style of vice-presidential candidate Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the fourth round of the vice-presidential debate. The aim of this study is to identify the communication style demonstrated by Gibran Rakabuming Raka during the discussion. The data used for this research was taken from Kompas TV programs on the YouTube channel. The theoretical approaches used include Gibran’s Communication Style Theory and Carl Gustav Jung’s Communication Style Approach to better understand the characteristics and dynamics of communication. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with content analysis, analyzing data from the discussion videos which serve as the main source of information. The results show that Gibran Rakabuming Raka's communication style in the fourth round of the vice-presidential debate reflects a unique blend of control style theory and social style theory elements.

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on the buying interest of Shopee application users in Banjarmasin City.The research method used is quantitative method. The number of samples used by 106 respondents was taken by purposive sampling. Data collection using online questionnaires. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistics, instrumental testing, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. This test uses the help of SPSS 26 statistical software.The results of this study show that lifestyle variables (X1) have a significant positive influence on buying interest variables. The hedonic shopping motivation variable (X2) has a positive influence on the buying interest variable. Based on simultaneous testing, lifestyle variables (X1) and hedonic shopping motivation variables (X2) on the buying interest of shopee application users together have a significant influence.
