This study intends to ascertain the potential, issues, and requirements for learning English for marketing majors at vocational schools. It also seeks to evaluate the feasibility of the Busworld website, which was created as an alternate medium for this research. English communication abilities must be improved by vocational students. Issues that arise with marketing majors at vocational schools show that the same materials are still used in both general education and vocational education. A notable example of technology use in this study is the technology-based learning medium, which took the shape of a website centered around telecommunications. The Sugiyono Model is the model that is adapted for this research, which employs the Research and Development (R&D) technique. Finding Potential, Problems, and Data Analysis, Design Validation, Product Design, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Product, and Publication are the steps that have been modified. The SMK Pemuda 1 Kesamben, SMK PGRI 2 Sutojayan, and SMKN 1 Kademangan served as the research's field sites. This study's data is quantitative in the form of teacher and student answers and product validation results, and qualitative in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings suggest that using the Busworld website as an alternate medium can help marketing students expand their vocabulary related to business. The results of the media validation and material validation, which were completed by three experts each, and which yielded a score of 98%, indicating high validity, serve as evidence for this. Additionally, 88.5% of the replies from thirty marketing students and three teachers were included in the results of the teacher and student surveys. In summary, the Busworld website, which offers resources such as 100 lists of verbs, 100 lists of nouns, 50 business abbreviations, and 50 conversations with business themes, is a valuable tool for improving the business vocabulary proficiency of marketing students at vocational schools.

The issue of plastic waste in Indonesia has reached alarming levels with annual production reaching 64 million tons, the majority of which ends up in the oceans, making Indonesia the second largest contributor to global marine plastic pollution after China. Increasing awareness and reducing daily waste generation are crucial to protecting the environment from the serious impacts of plastic's slow decomposition. This research employed accidental sampling with 20 to 30 respondents to investigate the influence of green marketing and green consumerism on purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products. Data analysis included data exploration to identify patterns and trends, and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression testing to evaluate the linear relationship between independent variables (green marketing and green consumerism) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the Green Consumerism variable (X2) has a positive regression coefficient of 0.260, although it is not statistically significant (p = 0.148), suggesting that consumer adoption of environmentally friendly behavior marginally contributes to purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products. However, the low Adjusted R Square (0.031) indicates that the model only explains approximately 3.1% of the variability in purchase decisions. Therefore, companies need to consider other factors such as price and product quality, and integrate more holistic marketing strategies to enhance consumer preference for environmentally friendly products. Further research using more sensitive analytical methods could provide deeper insights to support more effective decision-making in dynamic markets.

Social media marketing activities are important for companies to market their products in this digital age, where they can help companies continue to compete in the market. Therefore, this study aims to determine the size of the influence of social media marketing activity, brand awareness, brand image to willingness to pay premium price which is mediated by brand equity in Skintific products. The population in this study were people who had bought Skintific products once or more in the Jabodetabek areas. This research is a quantitative study using primary data as well as data collection techniques carried out in this study, namely using questionnaires distributed questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-5 and distributed to 114 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings in this study show that social media marketing activity, brand awareness, brand image, brand loyalty have a significant effect on willingness to pay premium price. Then, this study has limitations, namely the number of samples that are still not large enough to describe the actual situation.

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence between product quality, social media marketing, brand trust on purchasing decisions among J.Co Donut's & Coffee consumers in Indonesia. The method used is Path analysis using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with data collection using a questionnaire distributed online to 190 respondents who are active social media users and customers of J.Co Donut's & Coffee. The results of the analysis show that product quality and social media marketing have a direct positive influence on brand trust and purchasing decisions, while brand trust does not have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Brand trust is not proven to be a mediating variable between product quality and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. These findings provide important insights for companies in developing marketing strategies and understanding the factors that influence consumer purchasing behavior, emphasizing the importance of product quality and marketing strategies via social media in building brand trust and influencing purchasing decisions.

As human habits change due to advances in technology and information, technology is increasingly important in various aspects of life. Companies must keep up with development trends in the globalization era to develop their products and compete with fierce business competition. Artasari UMKM produces a variety of chips located in one of the villages in Purbalingga Regency. This UMKM still conducts sales and marketing traditionally. Bookkeeping and recording of transactions are still done manually, which causes many problems, such as consumers not trusting the results of calculations. A cashier information system is needed to improve operational efficiency and transaction security. It can help with data collection, bookkeeping, and recording transactions as well as creating financial reports as needed. In this research, the prototyping model is used to design a cashier application at UMKM Artasari. It is considered to help overcome this problem. This research is expected to improve the operational efficiency and security of UMKM Artasari transactions and increase consumer confidence in the calculation results. The result of the design is a system display consisting of several pages which include the login page, transaction data, sales reports, help, and prototype proof of transactions to be printed.

Today's technology is increasingly sophisticated and can even be used as a means for marketing media. Many business owners utilize this technology as a medium for product promotion. One of them is Nadiraa who participated directly to do online marketing at TikTok Shop. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the SOSTAC model in the online marketing strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The method used in the research is qualitative research method with descriptive method. The subject of this research is Nadiraa's TikTok Shop account, and the object of this research is the Analysis of the Use of the SOSTAC Model on the Online Marketing Strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The data collection technique in this research is using content analysis on Nadiraa's account at TikTok Shop. The results in this study show that there are results of an analysis of online marketing strategies using the SOSTAC method on Nadiraa's account as a whole starting from Situation Analysis using SWOT analysis, then Objectives with 5S analysis, Strategy with STP analysis, Tactics using 4P, Action analysis of actions taken by Nadiraa, and finally controlling as material for evaluation to be able to increase profits.   Keywords: , ,

Mruwak is one of the villages in Madiun Regency where the majority of residents work as farmers. The food commodity most widely grown in the village is rice, while the rest are corn, sweet potatoes and peanuts. With the existence of a supply chain system, it is hoped that it can help farmers determine rice marketing routes effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to determine the supply chain system for rice produced by farmers in Mruwak Village. This research is qualitative in nature and the sample was selected purposively and using snowball sampling. The research results show the rice process, starting from land processing, rice planting, to maintenance and harvest. The farmers in the village have experience in growing rice, on average they have been growing rice for more than 10 years so they understand how to grow rice properly, including selecting superior seeds. The supply chain distribution channel used is a simple distribution channel model (1 to 3 level distribution channel model). Determination of selling prices based on agreements between farmers and buyers through demand and supply mechanisms (market mechanisms).

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Keywords: Contract istishna, cash on delivery (COD), buy and sell online   Abstrak. Penjualan online  adalah  pola perdagangan  yang telah merevolusi cara hidup masyarakat umum pada zaman sekarang. Penjualan online menjadi lebih umum karena penjualan ini menggunakan internet untuk menyediakan  pengetahuan yang  berpotensi  berguna  untuk memperlancar pola hidup. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia transaksi yang terus berkembang, terbuka banyak peluang kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam kegiatan berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah melalui jual beli online yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). Seeing what is described above, marketing is one of the activities carried out by a company to maintain its survival, develop and gain profits and can strengthen its position in facing competing companies. This research aims to find out whether the factors price, image, model, quality, service and spare parts can significantly influence consumers to be loyal to Honda brand motorbikes partially or together, and between these factors. What factors have the most significant influence on consumers. The pursue of this research is to analyze correctional relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) as quality of service and marketing mix to customer loyalty of ADA Swalayan in Bogor. The primary data are collected through questionnaire of 52 respondents who have made transactions in ADA Swalayan and analyzed the data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using software SPSS. The results of the research show that Customer Management Relationship has an influence on customer loyalty of the ADA Swalayan as well.

This research aims to discuss the development of the canvas business applied by Gen-Z in start-up businesses. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a business model canvas which is needed to design and build a model concept that can be understood. The results of this research are the development of the canvas business, which is one way for the FnB business to compete by creating good and appropriate business development strategies,- so that the company has a good business model. Good recommendations or suggestions for FnB business development are needed to design and build a business model concept for company development. The canvas model business innovation strategy and marketing strategy model play a significant role in the sustainability of a company as a guide to achieving a goal. This research activity plays an important role for Gen-Z as young entrepreneurs in the FnB sector. The results of this research are for the development and utilization of start-up-based FnB business opportunities among gen-z in the city of Blitar which shows progress.

Maintaining the best possible relationship with customers is part of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The goal is to keep customers loyal and make the company make more money. Leading companies have incorporated CRM into their marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales. The Farmers Market company has implemented a customer relationship management (CRM) system; however, there has been no evaluation of their CRM model to identify profitable marketing strategies or customer retention opportunities. To conduct this investigation, a survey had to be conducted on a sample of 55 current Farmers Market consumers. Using the partial least squares method, the analysis will be conducted with the help of the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The findings of the analysis show that, overall, CRM variables relating to the impact of human resources on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction provide satisfactory results. Customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by each HR variable. While all other variables did contribute to the results, they were not statistically significant. This section of the study concludes with an analysis of the impact of Farmers' Market management and suggestions for improvement.

Sales of coffee drinks from opening stands at bazaars and through social media have fluctuated. In November the target was exceeded. However, from December to April the target was not met. Based on these obstacles, there is a need for sales innovation that will increase sales of Aroma Kahuripan coffee drinks. This research uses qualitative research. After processing the data using ISM Professional software, the results showed that the obstacles that occurred in Aroma Kahuripan sales were unfriendly customer service and unattractive marketing. Apart from that, there are main actors in the sales process, namely marketing staff and baristas.

This research examines the influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products, by considering two moderating variables: perceived quality and religiosity. Quantitative methods were used by collecting data through bold questionnaires via Google Form to 190 respondents who understand sharia financial products. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on behavioral finance theory. The research results show that there is a positive influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products. Perceived quality and religiosity do not moderate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions, but have a direct effect. The implication is that sharia financial literacy influences positive investment decisions. Perceived quality and level of religiosity also influence investment decisions in sharia financial products. These findings are important for the Islamic finance industry in developing effective marketing and service strategies, as well as for educational institutions to increase sharia financial literacy.

Rangawak Atelier is a furniture brand founded by Mr. Widi, combining handcrafted quality with the aesthetics and cultural identity of Minangkabau. The brand produces furniture such as chairs and tables that highlight beauty and sustainability, reflecting a spirit of adventure and social contribution. This final project aims to create promotional media in the form of Augmented Reality (AR) filters to ensure the Rangawak brand remains well-known and relevant. The 4-D Model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) is employed, involving stages of definition, design, development, and dissemination. Augmented Reality allows consumers to view products in unique 3D designs through Instagram filters, thereby expanding the promotional reach without requiring additional applications. Supporting promotional media include posters, foam boards, motion graphics, postcards, Instagram reels, and catalogs, all aimed at enhancing consumer interaction with the Rangawak Atelier brand. By using these innovative AR filters, Rangawak Atelier provides a distinctive and engaging promotional tool, helping consumers visualize the products in their own spaces and thereby making informed purchasing decisions. This approach not only maintains the brand’s presence in the market but also aligns with modern marketing trends, leveraging digital technology to create a memorable and interactive consumer experience.

The development of the times is constantly changing, marked by the existence of various applications that have online promotion and sales features. competition in online sales is getting tighter, making online business people look for the right strategy to market their products, such as in the TikTok strategy application so that consumers are easy to make a purchasing decision, namely with its latest feature, namely live streaming, which can be seen from direct marketing and trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct marketing on purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable in an Islamic business perspective. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in literature review, questionnaires and Likert scales. The population used in this study is generation z in Bandar Lampung City. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used, determined by the formula according to Widianto, amounted to 97 respondents. The data analysis method uses Partial Last Scructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and data processing using smartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between direct marketing on purchasing decisions. And trust does not moderate the relationship between direct marketing and purchasing decisions. In the perspective of Islamic business direct marketing on purchasing decisions on live streaming tiktok has implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, including unity, balance, free will, responsibility, and benevolence so that it is something that Muslim business people need to pay attention to.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, many companies are now using the Internet as a major platform in their marketing strategy of skincare products, mainly through social media. The research aims to explore the factors that influence the intention of buying skincare products on the TikTok platform by considering the role of brand image as a moderation variable. The research method uses descriptive causality with a quantitative approach, and uses purposive sampling techniques. Primary data obtained from 267 respondents active TikTok users who were interested in skincare products and collected through online questionnaires. Data analysis is done using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Research findings show that social media marketing activities, online customer reviews, influencer endorsement, brand image can improve purchase intention, while price consciousness does not affect the purchase intent of skincare products on Tiktok platform. Implications, skincare manufacturers and marketers should pay attention to branding strategies on TikTok's platform to boost purchasing intentions. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that can influence the intention of buying skincare products in the digital age.

The improvement of performance for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) is a must to achieve business performance growth. To achieve business performance successfully, the MSEs partly need to investigate factors that influence it. This study aims to examine whether or not financial access, digitalization adoption, product innovation, and market orientation influence MSEs' business performance. The source of data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 135 women who engaged in MSEs in Belitung Regency as one of the main locations of women MSEs in Indonesia. These data were then analyzed statistically by applying the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM. The main findings of this research are: (i) the path coefficient of the variables financial access, product innovation, and market orientation has a positive and significant effect, (ii) the path coefficient of digitalization adoption has a positive but not significant effect on MSE business performance. The results of this research provide input for women's MSEs in Belitung Regency to be able to improve their market orientation to overcome marketing obstacles that may be experienced and to improve the business performance of women's MSEs in Belitung Regency.

Industrial development management must be implemented optimally by business actors, it is an absolute requirement for companies to be able to develop rapidly. The strategies implemented are certainly needed by business actors, starting from utilizing market digitalization, building distribution channels, to providing services that make it easier and satisfy consumers. This research was carried out at a home industry (UMKM) for Bintang Mas Mushroom Chips in Kauman Srengat, Blitar Regency. This research is to find internal and external factors and determine alternative strategies for developing MSMEs in the Bintang Mas mushroom chips industry. The method in this research is a descriptive analysis method. With interviews, documentation and observations at the research location. As a result of the research, several internal factors were found that encouraged the development of the Kauman gold star mushroom chips industry, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. The company has employees who are competent in their fields, utilize digital marketing, fast distribution, and a friendly and good customer service model. Furthermore, external factors include increasing company income, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and adopting various strategies implemented by competitors. Alternative strategies used by the company, namely increasing production capacity and quantity in a continuous improvement framework to meet market demand, expanding cooperative relations between companies and farmers, companies and customers, signifying various promotions, discount strategies for chips mushrooms on certain days, product packaging quality innovation that is more creative and attractive
