This study uses a literature review approach by examining various academic sources related to laboratory management. The results of the analysis indicate that effective laboratory management includes five main strategies, namely management of equipment, materials, data, laboratory personnel training, and cost budgeting. The success of implementing this strategy depends on the implementation of supporting factors such as work safety, infrastructure quality, personnel capabilities and excellent data management systems. However, there are still many obstacles, including limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of professionals, inadequate budgets, and optimal planning and implementation of practices. Comprehensive improvements in laboratory management are expected to enable learning science to be implemented in a more optimal and sustainable manner.

Teachers are a crucial element that cannot be overlooked in the teaching and learning process, as they can determine the success or failure of that process. Therefore, in the process of education and instruction, it is essential to have qualified teachers. This means that, in addition to mastering the subject matter and teaching methods, teachers must also understand the fundamentals of education. These educational foundations are extremely important for teachers to know in carrying out their noble duties as instructors or educators. They serve as a means to inspire and motivate students in their learning process. Even if a teacher has excellent mastery of the subject matter, without knowledge of didactic factors, it can create obstacles for students in understanding what the teacher is conveying. On the other hand, teaching experience can actually make it easier for teachers to deliver lessons effectively, especially when supported by the use of appropriate and well-applied teaching methods.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2025 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This study highlights the paradigmatic shift in human resource management (HRM) in response to the complexities of globalization. Globalization has not only expanded the geographical scope of business but also reconfigured demands for competencies, technology, and cultural dynamics within organizations. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method, this article examines adaptive HRM strategies focused on three pillars: (1) developing global competencies through cross-cultural training and digital literacy, (2) integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment and performance evaluation, and (3) managing cultural diversity to create an inclusive work ecosystem. Analytical findings reveal that organizations with holistic HRM approaches combining strategic agility, investment in employee upskilling, and data-driven systems tend to excel in mitigating risks of global market disruptions. Critical insights emphasize that success relies not only on technology adoption but also on managerial capabilities to address cultural conflicts and facilitate cross-border collaboration. The research concludes that strategic HRM serves as a driver of organizational innovation and sustainability, with practical recommendations for companies to develop evidence-based HRM frameworks aligned with global trends.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed the landscape of language learning, particularly in the post-pandemic era where self-directed learning through mobile applications and online platforms is increasingly common. This study explores the effectiveness of two popular digital tools LuvLingua and YouTube in supporting independent Japanese language learning among Indonesian university students. LuvLingua offers a structured, gamified approach suitable for beginners, while YouTube provides authentic and contextual exposure through real-life content. Using a descriptive quantitative method, this research involved twelve students from non-language majors who actively use both platforms to study Japanese. The findings reveal that each platform has distinct advantages: LuvLingua excels in foundational vocabulary and pronunciation, whereas YouTube significantly enhances listening skills and cultural understanding. The combination of both platforms yields optimal learning outcomes, although success heavily depends on learners’ motivation, discipline, and time management. This study contributes to the growing body of research on technology-assisted language learning and provides practical recommendations for learners, educators, and content developers.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of seaweed seedling inventory management using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to enhance cost efficiency for farmers in Tarakan City. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, integrating EOQ with forecasting techniques (Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing) to predict raw material needs accurately. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel and POM-QM for Windows to ensure precision. The results indicate that EOQ yields an optimal order quantity of 878 ropes per order, with a frequency of 6 orders per year, a reorder point of 16 ropes, and a total inventory cost (TIC) of IDR 842,681. Compared to traditional methods (TIC IDR 2,132,083), EOQ reduces costs by 60.5%. Forecasting analysis reveals that Exponential Smoothing (MAPE 19.67%) outperforms Moving Average (MAPE 22.5%) in accuracy. These findings highlight EOQ’s effectiveness in minimizing waste, preventing stockouts, and improving productivity. The study provides practical insights for coastal small-scale farmers and policymakers in the marine sector.

This study aims to reveal how symbolic interaction between principals and teachers is interpreted as a social strategy in improving the employability of vocational high school students, especially in the Mechanical Engineering Expertise Competence. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research population was conducted at the Center of Excellence Vocational High Schools in Pasuruan Regency/City, while the sample was 4 vocational high schools that have mechanical engineering expertise competencies. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the symbolic interaction that occurs is not only verbal communication, but also reflects shared values, expectations, and visions in preparing graduates who are adaptive to the world of work. The principal builds meaning through symbols of consistent leadership actions, such as involving teachers in strategic decision-making and instilling an industrial work culture. Teachers, on the other hand, respond to these symbols with more contextual and work-oriented learning practices. This interaction forms a productive school habitus that is the basis for improving student employability

Learning strategies are crucial because this is the first step given by the teacher. The step that needs to be considered is determining the learning strategy that will accommodate the development of students. The main teacher can choose the best teaching methods and strategies to create excellent learning, adjust the material to the students' abilities, and enable students to receive knowledge transfer. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore project-based religious learning strategies applied in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan Denai. This approach was chosen to deeply explore the practices, experiences, and impact of learning on the religious awareness of the students. Interviews with students show that involvement in the project has made them better understand religious values in real life. Some students admitted to starting to pray on time, being more diligent in reading the Quran, and being more concerned about the social environment. This shows that the religious project encourages the internalization of values through direct experience, not just memorization or theory. This learning not only strengthens the understanding of Islamic material but also instills religious values through real practices that can be directly experienced by the students. Some forms of projects, such as mini-dawah, infaq movements, and adab campaigns, have proven to enrich students' experiences and enhance their awareness of Islamic values in daily life. Islamic education teachers play an important role as facilitators, not only guiding students in project activities but also providing space for reflection and evaluation. Students feel more motivated and actively engaged in the learning process, which leads to changes in their religious behavior, such as increased discipline in worship and a greater sense of care for their surroundings.

This study explores how a digital-based listen–response method—combining vibrant video stimuli with instant, game-like feedback on the Quizizz platform—can transform listening comprehension from a passive task into an energizing adventure. Involving 39 junior high students, the research gathered performance data from structured listening quizzes and direct teacher observations. With an impressive average score of 87.17—most students achieving “Good” to “Excellent” levels—and vivid improvements in focus and enthusiasm, the findings reveal that turning listening exercises into interactive challenges boosts both comprehension and motivation. Yet, to master higher-order inferential skills, follow-up discussions and reflection activities are essential. By harnessing this method, educators can reimagine listening lessons as interactive journeys that captivate learners and deepen their language skills.
