Mother and Child Health (MCH) requires efforts through a holistic approach known as Continuity of Care (COC). Continuity is essential throughout a woman's life cycle, including during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. To achieve COC, it can be implemented through monitoring and services such as ANC, INC, PNC, and Newborn Care, as well as connecting healthcare facilities to ensure prompt and accurate handling of emergencies. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women in the third trimester, during labor, postpartum, care for the newborn, neonates, and family planning. The study was conducted from April to May 2023 at the Special Regional Hospital for Mother and Child, Siti Fatima, Makassar. The care method in this research involves interviews, observations, and management of the subject's care. The subject in this care is Mrs. "H," a woman in her second pregnancy, who has given birth once, is currently at 37 weeks and 4 days gestation. The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "H" during the third trimester of pregnancy showed well-preparedness for childbirth. Normal delivery occurred, followed by normal care for the newborn and neonatal care. The conclusion of this research is that comprehensive care allows for data collection, determination of actual and potential diagnoses, and timely referral or collaboration with other healthcare providers in case of issues.

Panorama Sileme-Leme is a tourist destination in Humbang Hasundutan Regency, precisely in Huta Sileme-Leme, Parsingguran 2 Village, Pollung District which is at an altitude of approximately 1,600 meters above sea level. The beautiful natural panorama with the background ofLake Toba and surrounded by gardens, is very feasible to be used as a place of recreation. However, supporting facilities in this area are not yet adequate to support various recreational activities that have the potential to be carried out in the area. Therefore, it is necessary to do landscapeplanning and provide tourist facilities so that it attracts more tourists to visit. The initial idea of this concept is to plan the Sileme-leme panorama area as an attractive tourist destination and equipped with various supporting facilities for tourist activities. However, because it is located in a hilly area prone to landslides, the concept of pine forest tourism is applied, which in addition to aesthetics and visitor comfort, the main function is to minimize landslides because pine trees are known as good soil retaining vegetation. In addition, the pine forest tourism landscape can also have interesting spots such as tall shady pine trees, restaurants or cafes with pine forest views, and also play areas for children. This helps to enhance visitors' tourism experience and makes them feel close to nature and the beauty of the pine forest. The planningof Sileme-leme Panorama Area uses the concept of a semi pine forest which is added with various tourist facilities. The application of this concept has been considered through various analyses conducted previously. With the application of the semi pine forest concept, it is expected that the natural potential will not change much, and the preservation of nature in this area will be maintained. The existence of this planning isexpected Sileme-leme Panorama to be a tourist attraction that is more developed and more attractive to tourists to visit. In addition, this planning is expected to improve the economy of the local community.

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that threatens and intimidates someone, often driven by an individual's sense of superiority. Research indicates that verbal bullying, especially among teenage girls, is associated with factors such as lack of family attention, social pressure, and exposure to violence through social media. The impact of bullying includes mental health disorders, disruptions in interpersonal relationships, and negative influences on education. Children who are victims of bullying face social challenges, fear of attending school, high absenteeism rates, and academic difficulties. The current era's developments have given rise to cyberbullying, resulting in serious implications for mental and physical health, as well as potential dangers to an individual's safety. Despite experiencing negative effects, some bullying victims still achieve satisfactory academic performance, demonstrating resilience. Solutions involve multi-party interventions, with roles for teachers, counselors, students, and parents. Teachers need to manage interactions in the classroom, counselors provide psychological support, and class discussions create an open environment. Parental involvement is crucial in providing support to students experiencing ostracism. All aim to create an inclusive classroom environment, minimize bullying, and promote positive behavior among young people.

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a reflection of a person's lifestyle who always pays attention to and maintains their health. Pulmonary TB is an inflammatory disease of the lung parenchyma due to infection with the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. Schools have the potential to increase the incidence of pulmonary TB if students do not maintain personal and environmental hygiene. The aim of this community service is to educate students about clean and healthy living behavior for elementary school students, especially preventing TB transmission in Oelomin Village, Nekamese District, Kupang Regency. The activity was carried out at SDN 2 Tunfeu, Oelomin Village, where students from grades 1 to 6 were educated about preventing TB disease, how the disease is transmitted, how to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle to avoid tuberculosis. Before the activity took place, students were given a questionnaire about tuberculosis to determine the level of student knowledge. Then practice the behavior of washing hands with soap at school. At the end of this activity, students were asked questions about preventing tuberculosis and how to wash their hands properly. After the activity is finished, students are given another questionnaire to measure student understanding. The results of this activity show that the percentage of students who are not good at carrying out PHBS practices for preventing pulmonary TB is more often found in the group with the poor knowledge category (52%) compared to the group with the good knowledge category (20%). Students' lack of knowledge about pulmonary TB and PHBS is that 75% of students do not know the symptoms of pulmonary TB, namely coughing for more than 3 weeks. As many as 66.5% of students did not know the cause of pulmonary TB, namely Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. As many as 40% of respondents did not know about the transmission of pulmonary TB disease when sufferers sneezed and 54% did not know about the transmission of pulmonary TB disease when sufferers spoke. As an outcome of this activity, it is hoped that students will be able to implement clean and healthy living habits at home, as well as using masks when they are sick to prevent tuberculosis.
