Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) and the production process layout play an essential role in food production so that product quality complies with standards and food safety. The problem faced by the partner (UD Sumber Rejeki) is that there is no SSOP and a good production space layout. This community service (PkM) aims to assist partners in making SSOP and production space layouts so that the products produced comply with quality and food safety standards. The methods used are the active participation approach (partners play an active role during PkM), the activity orientation approach (assisting partners in making SSOP and production space layout), and the SSOP implementation approach and production space layout. The result of this PkM is the enthusiasm and activeness of partners during assistance in making SSOP and layout of production space. Another result is the availability of SSOP and the layout of the production room, which is placed in the production room.

Following the journey of mathematics at the elementary school level, students often hear complaints when they have to explore concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. In such a dilemma, the need for innovation becomes even more pressing, as a way to carve out a vibrant next generation. The author sees that in learning mathematics, grade 3 students at SD Negeri 4 Citeureup lack enthusiasm for mathematics because this subject is often considered difficult. Overall, the process of implementing community service with a focus on education uses the jarimatics method to increase enthusiasm or motivation in studying mathematics for Citeureup 4 public elementary school students. The results of community service activities include the following: (a) achievement of the target number of participants. (b) the accuracy and skill of students working on multiplication problems. (c) achievement of activity objectives. After a series of training activities were carried out, finally we provided feedback questions from students. Do they feel happy and more motivated in learning mathematics? They all agree that they are happy and feel more motivated. To increase students' interest and motivation in learning mathematics, teachers should use good and effective methods to move and motivate students to be active in learning mathematics.

By looking at the existing generations, it is very important to describe the great figures who were diligent in preparing generations, namely Moses educating Joshua in preparing the command of the line to go on a long journey, the same thing was done by Elijah by diligently educating professional cadres, namely Elisha, even the Lord Jesus too. He was active in educating his students and Paul was educating Timothy. This reminds us again that the Church should never neglect its obligations to young people because the risk is too dangerous, because the church will lose its strength, and even lose its young people. The study of science may give rise to doubt in the hearts of young people who are developing, because it seems like it is not in line with God's Word. True science will not conflict with the Bible, because scientific laws are from God and He is the one who inspired what is written in the Bible.  The theories put forward by scholars may conflict with each other, or may provide incorrect interpretations of the Bible. According to the educational dictionary, methods mean ways and procedures for carrying out an activity to achieve goals effectively.  And research aims to reveal phenomena in the field or in society so that they are clearly known and can be used as a basis for developing all kinds of needs for human life. rstabel Spearman with α = 5% and n = 9, then rstabel = 0.683 and from rstabel and rstabel it can be seen that rstabel ˂ rstabel is 0.658˂ 0.683 so it can be known for certain that Hi is rejected and Ho is accepted. This means there is no significant relationship between variable X (Counselor) and variable Y (student learning achievement). The regression coefficient is 0.482, meaning that each addition (because of the + sign) of one Counselor score will give an increase in score of 0.482. So, counselors can influence student learning achievement by 36.3%. The main foundation of the teachings disseminated to students by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers is the Bible, which is contained in II Timothy 3:16, so that teaching in the form of theory and practice must not deviate from this path. As a Christian Religious Education teacher, you must maintain that your teaching comes from God. With the aim of spreading the truth of God's Word (Matthew 28:19-20).

Fiqh learning is an integral part of the Islamic Religious Education subject which aims to provide students with an understanding of Islamic teachings, especially in terms of sharia law, and to guide them in forming beliefs and understanding Islamic law correctly. However, the implementation of Fiqh learning which is still dominated by a teacher-centered approach tends to cause low active student participation. In addition, the use of conventional lecture methods creates a monotonous impression which has an impact on low learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Talking Stick learning model in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at MI Ma’arif Sidasari. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is carried out in three stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes, with an average student score in cycle I of 73.2 which then increased to 83.5 in cycle II. The percentage of student learning completion also increased significantly. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Talking Stick learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject in fourth grade MI Maarif Sidasari.

Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games. Excessive smartphone use can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders associated with smartphone use cause neck muscle fatigue caused by poor posture. Using smartphones for a long time can cause muscle tension. Apart from using smartphones, household activities can also cause neck pain such as ironing and washing. Parenting is a parenting style that provides teachings to toddlers that will aim to shape the child's characteristics, provide education that can shape the toddler's personality and provide support in the development process, both growth and development and related to the toddler's skills. In implementing parenting patterns, parents discover the unique behavior of toddlers because the characteristics of children are very different, so parents need to pay attention to their children and provide different parenting patterns for each toddler. Parenting for toddlers will be carried out under the age of 5-6 years, during this time the attention given to the child must be more active where parents pay attention to their development and growth, mental, physical, social development and the interactions carried out every day (Rahmat, 2018). In line with previous research conducted by Sisri Landa Sari, entitled the relationship between parenting patterns and children's social development in Jorong Kampung VII District. South Rao District. Pasaman in 2019, where research results showed that there was a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and the social development of children under five with a correlation coefficient of 0.350 and a significant p-value of 0.010<0.05, which means that the higher the parenting pattern, the the higher the level of social development of the child, and vice versa, if the toddler receives low parenting, the social development of the toddler will be low (Sari, 2019).Based on the initial survey conducted at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Siantar Marihat District, Pematangsiantar City, it can be seen that there are two villages and there are toddlers whose language and social development is still lacking, this is because the parents of these toddlers are not often near their children all the time because the parents are older. there is a lot of time to work and farm to earn a living so that the development experienced by children is given less attention and the parents' knowledge about the development of toddlers is lacking. .Keywords: Parenting Patterns, Toddler Development.

The holding of simultaneous regional elections in 2024 and the postponement of regional elections from 2022 due to the expiration of the term of office result in the threat of vacancies in positions, especially positions as regional heads in Indonesia. To fill the vacancy, an acting regional head is appointed until a definitive regional head is elected in the simultaneous regional elections in 2024. The problem is that those appointed as acting officers are apparently from active TNI elements, this is of course contrary to the spirit of reform which wants to eliminate dual functions as regulated in the TNI Law. The aim of the research is to find consistency in norms in the appointment of active TNI officers and their juridical implications. This research is normative using a statutory and conceptual approach. The research results show that consistency between these norms is needed in regulating these appointments, considering that civilian positions can only be filled by TNI soldiers who have resigned or retired from active military service, in accordance with the required competencies and through an open and competitive selection process. This step is important to ensure the maintenance of TNI neutrality and professionalism, compliance with the law, and respect for the principles of reform.

What is meant by internal encouragement is encouragement that comes from within oneself and external is encouragement that comes from outside oneself, for example being able to carry out gambling activities or gambling interactions due to temporary access to friends. Internal encouragement is encouragement that originates from oneself, for example one's desire to experience entertainment, curiosity, eliminate feelings of loneliness and the urge from within oneself to get the main prize even though it is not certain. The gambling table, which is precisely located in Boncah Mahang Village, is currently still active, therefore gambling activities and interactions between players and spectators are still ongoing and active today and are still ongoing.

The lack of public knowledge about hypertension and information about drugs is an obstacle to success in the healing process. In line with this, Gebriet et al. (2017) explained that the level of knowledge and understanding of hypertensive patients regarding their disease can support the success of therapy so that the patient's blood pressure can be well controlled. The more patients understand their disease, the more aware patients will be in maintaining a lifestyle, regularly taking medication, and the level of patient compliance will also increase. Before conducting counseling, participants were given a pre-test to find out how much knowledge the community had about hypertension. During the implementation of the activity, participants paid attention enthusiastically and actively. This can be seen from the many questions from the participants and the right answers to questions from the community service team. At the end of the activity, participants conducted an evaluation. The results of the evaluation conducted from 10 participants showed that the pre-test results were 45% good, 55% fair value, the post-test results showed that 85% good 15% fair. So there has been an increase in knowledge from before and after counseling.
