Language development is one of the main pillars in early childhood growth. Strong language skills are not just about being able to speak, but also include the ability to listen, understand, and use language to think and interact. This ability becomes an important foundation for children's future success, both in formal education and social life. In the early childhood stage, the role of teachers in kindergartens (TK) is very crucial. Teachers are the child's first social environment outside the home, and the interactions they have every day will greatly influence the child's language development. This research will thoroughly explore the various strategic roles played by teachers in stimulating children's language development, and how these roles can be effectively applied in the classroom environment.

This study aims to examine the values of etiquette (adab) of students towards teachers as viewed by three prominent Islamic scholars: Imam Ghazali, Imam Az-Zarnuji, and Imam An-Nawawi. Etiquette towards teachers is considered a fundamental aspect of the teacher-student relationship in Islamic education, which emphasizes not only academic achievement but also moral values and ethics. Imam Ghazali, in his works, stresses the importance of respect, humility, and sincere intention in learning. Imam Az-Zarnuji, in his book Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, offers practical guidelines on student etiquette, including how to speak and behave appropriately towards teachers. Meanwhile, Hadrotus Syaikh Hasyim Asy’ari, in Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim, advises students to always maintain proper manners with their teachers as a form of respect for both the knowledge and its possessor. This research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis to explore and compare the views of these three scholars regarding student-teacher etiquette. The findings reveal that, despite differences in expression and detail, all three scholars agree on the significance of etiquette as a foundational element in the learning process. These values of etiquette include politeness, exemplarity, respect, and loyalty in the pursuit of knowledge. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education, particularly in strengthening the harmonious relationship between students and teachers based on the etiquette values espoused by these scholars.

This research examines the challenges of professionalism of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) through literature review. BK services have an important role in supporting students' academic and psychosocial development, but face obstacles such as the limited number of professional BK teachers and educational backgrounds that are not in accordance with the BK field. The non-ideal ratio of teachers to students and high workload also hamper the effectiveness of services. In addition, the management of services that are not yet based on student needs and the lack of continuous training are significant challenges. This study used a literature review method with descriptive analysis to identify these factors. The results suggest improving the quality of human resources through professional training, strengthening service management, and policy support from madrasahs and the government. The professionalism of counseling teachers has a direct impact on the quality of services that affect students' academic achievement and psychosocial well-being. The main recommendation is to increase the recruitment of qualified counseling teachers and continuous competency development to support effective and relevant counseling services in MAN.
