Theology is the foundation of life, which can be applied in a multicultural sense. Many teachings teach about God, as well as teachings about the relationship between God and the world and humans. Tells us that God is multicultural, exists in the midst of humans, and His relationship with humans is interpersonal. Christian religious education, on the other hand, reflects the teaching of truth from the Word to children, to create deeper intimacy with God. Today’s church planting is no longer as expected as the early church. Where they do pioneering on the basis of truth. Church transfers occur due to the existence of a new church that facilitates the church which triggers people to move from the local church to another church. For this reason, this article aims to answer problems that ofthen occur in the church today. This research was written using qualitative  methods, as well as documents to support this writing. Based on the results of the study above, the Apostle Paul’s strategy in carrying out church planting was first, evangelizing to cities, secondly visiting synagogues, thirdly preaching around and fourthly in planting the apostle Paul’s church using his colleagues in church growth. Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran Truth Or Dare Math berbasis strategi heuristik dalam materi peluang pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Parindu yang mencapai tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model rancangan pengembangan 4D, yang terdiri atas define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Parindu sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, angket, dan soal Posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan truth or dare math berbasis strategi heuristic terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam materi peluang pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Parindu tergolong valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan.

The Order for Termination of Investigation or hereinafter referred to as SP3 is the authority given attributively to criminal investigators. This paper intends to provide an analysis in terms of normative law regarding the validity of the termination of an investigation carried out based on reconciliation between the suspect and the complainant in the case of ordinary offenses. Research is a main means in developing a science and technology with the aim of revealing the existence of a truth both systematically, methodologically, and consistently through the research process as well as conducting analysis and construction of the data that has been processed and then concluded. Article 109 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) states that there are three conditions to stop an investigation of a criminal act. First, there is not enough evidence. Second, the act committed by the suspect is not a crime. Third, the investigation was stopped for the sake of law. The fact that the revocation of the police report resulted in the case being discontinued or terminated, as evidenced by the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order or SP3.

The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The need for land continues to increase so that it often causes very complex problems. To deal with these land issues, the government issued Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles which later became known as the UUPA, the birth of the UUPA was a new milestone for this nation in land law. In line with that, the government then issued government regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning land registration which reaffirmed the importance of the community registering their land, land registration functions to find out the status of the land parcels, who owns it, what rights are it, how much area, what is it used for. The importance of systematic, good and correct land registration through adjudication aims to reduce problems that arise with regard to land. The research method used by the writer is a juridical empirical approach with the intention of proving or testing to ensure the truth and rationalizing it through the results of research and experiences that have been found in everyday life. Juridical aspects are based on the existing legal umbrella and judge as the applicator, sociological aspects, namely the application of the law concerning the values ​​of society in order to create legal justice, and philosophical aspects that are based on the value of truth and justice.           This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms.           The problem in this study regarding the basis of the judge's consideration in imposing criminal sanctions against perpetrators of trafficking in persons and the comparison of judges' considerations related to criminal imposition of perpetrators of human trafficking in decisions No. 632.K / PID.SUS / 2016 and Decisions Number 1447.K / PID.SUS / 2016.           From the results of this study indicate that, the application of the law where the judge as the applicator is in accordance with the values ​​of the law, and the community, but still very minimal or the need for more policies on victims of trafficking, namely the right to restitution (restoration of the rights of victims from trafficking).

The questions about relation between philosophy and religion always raise discussions among scholars and philosophers. It is not only about “philosophic” and “religious” problem but aslo extends to the truth and role of both in a society. Maimonides offers his solution to resolve this issue. He proposes a harmonization of both “truths” since they came from the same  Source.  In  Maimonides’  mind,  philosophy  and  religion  have  an essential role in establishing a society. Maimonides, of course, does not stand  alone  to  resolve this probem.  His main  sources are  Platonic  and Aristotelian  philosophy  interpreted  by  Arabic  masters  in  Arabic philosophical tradition particularly by Al-Fārābi. Maimonides tries as he can to analyze Judaism philosophically. He establishes his concept on relation between philosophy and religion on the thesis natural division of human beings.

Abstract The frame of reference of this research is that by the regulation of criminal rule on the Constitution of No. 9, 1992 jo No 37,2009, on the immigration(abstract-condemnation), intended the rule to have a power of reinforcement to be obeyed. And towards those of domestic as well as foreigners breaking the law will be enforced to have criminal sanction when they were proved of legelly giuilty and convincincing without any reasons of truth and excuse and also able to be responsible for the judge( as a punisher of inconcrete criminal). It’s needed a judge’s consideration  based on the law, social, economic and other factors enfluecing law enforcement , to enforce the criminal law. ----The considerationsthe taken for the decision making  are acquired from the facts attended at the trial session and the facts clarified at the authentication step. Then, the facts are evaluated and corrected with  letter of accusation, demand, plea, counterplea, rejoinders found as a fact, so that the judge convinced that the accused did the criminal law of immigration. Decision support systems based on fuzzy logic may be used to solve problems to find optimum solution on  fuzziness environmental. The differences with old decision support system is we can find optimum solution that more realities, because in fuzzy logic not use absolute  truthful right or false. Goal of this article is how to construct model base on decision support system based on  fuzzy logic.
