The church is a fellowship of saints, called by God to fulfill His mission of teaching sound doctrine to believers in accordance with the Bible. Christian education (PAK) is one of the teaching tasks in the church. This must be done continuously to meet the needs of the faithful. To remain relevant, the church must develop by considering the influence of modern developments that befall the church. In addition, the congregation has shown changes in behavior and lifestyle that are always up-to-date. In addition, the church also encounters teachings that deviate from the Bible and the correct theological foundation. In the development of PAK, the church cannot be separated from theology which is the content of PAK itself. The teaching practiced in the church focuses on God and His work. To understand this, a theology is needed that makes it easy to explain what God's will is for His people. By making theology the basis for the development of biblical PAK, the church grows into a productive congregation that produces more mature congregations who can live out their faith in their daily lives. This article is written using a qualitative descriptive method through literature research. The conclusion of this article is that the church must understand that PAK is a very important mission of the church and needs to be further developed. PAK is part of the church's theological work, so the church must develop PAK based on theology, and theology becomes the basis for the development of PAK in the church.

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the intersection of transformational leadership with visionary and situational leadership. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the transformative leadership model is a leadership model that can be an alternative to be applied in the current organizational system with various organizational dynamics and changes in line with the increasingly high demands of society. This is in line with the need for leaders who are able to bring about change. Transformative leadership is a leadership model that is different from traditional leadership models which view the relationship between leaders and employees (leadership and followership) as based solely on reward and punishment. A visionary leader is also understood as a leader who has a clear vision and mission in the organization. He has the ability to predict future events and express them in a clear and measurable vision and mission. Visionary leaders are able to raise the enthusiasm of their members with their motivation and imagination, to make the organization more alive and growing. Another situational leadership model is known as the Situational Contingency leadership model which revises the behavioral approach which is considered unable to explain ideal leadership. This approach illustrates that the style developed depends on the leader himself, the support of his followers, and a conducive situation. By analyzing the basic motivations of their subordinates, leaders can place them in appropriate situations. Transformative, visionary and situational leadership models have several elements in common, both in terms of systems, processes and objectives of Islamic Education Management. From the system side, there are elements of education unit leaders, educators, education staff, and various other elements; It is hoped that they can synergize in a process that is conducive to achieving goals.

Ensuring the preservation of human rights and the coherence of law enforcement's tasks are predicated on the pre-trial provisions of the criminal procedure legislation. As part of its mission to ensure that the criminal justice system is fair, the pretrial facility has put safeguards in place to monitor the effectiveness with which police officers carry out their tasks. All eyes are on the judge's evaluation of the law's applicability in light of pre-trial judgment 4/Pid.Pra/2022/PN.Kla. Normative and empirical theories of law are both used in this study's methodology. Primary data collected from the field and secondary data collected from various relevant legal sources are both used in this study. The study team included a law school professor, a prosecutor from the South Lampung District Prosecutor's office, and a judge from the Kalianda District Court. The court considered the following factors in rendering pretrial decision 4/Pid.Pra/2022/PN.Kla, in accordance with the study's conclusions: Instead of using the seizure reports and records that initially connected the suspect to the South Lampung District Prosecutor's Office ( Respondent) as evidence, the judgment was based on legal, social, and philosophical factors. Beyond that, the applicant was not suspected of being the subject of an official audit by the State Financial Loss Calculation Audit (PKKN). In order to establish a monetary loss to the state, the investigator must explicitly recognize a critical component that forms the foundation or risk of the inquiry. All of the applicant's pretrial requests were therefore granted by the court. The officials tasked with carrying out the pretrial decision's enforcement have finished their task. Kla is based on the multi-stage execution of criminal legislation.

Catholic Young People (OMK) have a crucial role in the Church's mission and are the hope for the future of the Church and society. They are considered the backbone of the Church, tasked with guiding the people and participating in various ecclesiastical tasks and services. The age range for OMK is between 16 and 35 years and requires direction from the Church to fulfill its role as the next generation well. OMK can channel enthusiasm through spiritual activities such as prayer, Eucharist celebrations, and a deep understanding of the faith. In addition, liturgy has an important role in strengthening the relationship with God, while preaching is the main task of the Church to spread Christ's teachings throughout the world. OMK St. Christopher is actively involved in liturgy and preaching, to form the character of young people in the aspects of self-confidence, cooperation, and positive values. This research aims to understand how OMK is involved in spiritual life and why many students from outside the community join OMK Kristoforus. This emphasizes that the responsibility for the cadre formation of the younger generation and the culture of liturgical music is not only the task of the Church but also the collective responsibility of all church members in safeguarding and enriching future generations.

This paper seeks to analyze the Black Lives Matter social movement that emerged from the anxiety of the American people towards various acts of racism that were rampant and even carried out by state officials. One of the most crowded cases was in 2018 when the arrest of George Floyd, who is black, experienced acts of violence committed by white police officers. Black Lives Matter began to emerge in 2013, becoming a form of community resistance that was initially initiated by three women from the black community who had a mission to eradicate white supremacy and build strength to overcome the rampant discrimination felt by the black race. The paper is wrapped in new social movement theory to help the author describe how Black Lives Matter became a small social movement that later went global and influenced political conditions in the United States.
