Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

A brief history Adolescence is a time of at this point of time, between childhood and adulthood, sexual maturity sets in and the reproductive organs (in women) begin to function (Menarche). The goal of this research was to better understand how to better prepare young women for menarche. Method: This study employs a quantitative Cross sectional research strategy. There were a total of 33 female students included in the sample. Multivariate analysis with the t test and bivariate analysis with the chi square test are employed. Results: The study found that a significant proportion of adolescents (25 out of 83.3%; p = 0.043) were unprepared for menarche because of a lack of knowledge, that a similar proportion (84.6%; p = 0.041) were severely anxious about entering puberty, and that a significant proportion (23 out of 88.5%; p = 0.009) had little support from their parents. Conclusion: It follows that adolescent girls' preparedness for menarche is significantly impacted by their prior exposure to information about the process, their degree of concern about it, and the level of support they receive from their parents.

The main function of the kidneys under normal conditions is to regulate fluids and electrolytes and the acid-base composition of body fluids, remove metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulate blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008). Cases of chronic kidney failure in the world have increased by more than 50%, in the United States which is a very developed country every year there are about 20 million adults suffering from chronic kidney failure and undergoing hemodialysis in more than 100,000 patients, while in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Kidney Diatrans Foundation, YDGI), in 2007 there were about 100,000 chronic kidney failure patients but only a few patients were able to undergo hemodialysis. Kidney replacement therapy in Indonesia was started in 1972 in Jakarta (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/FKUI), in Bandung in 1976 (Hasan Sadikin Hospital/FK UNPAD).

Rosella flowers are generally processed into tea. Important ingredients in this flower make rosella tea has many benefits for human health. The use of rosella flowers in making lipscrub is expected to be a new innovation in cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to create a lip scrub based on rosella flowers which functions to remove dead skin cells and moisturizes the lips. This research was conducted by means of literature, documentation, experiments and public testing. This experiment resulted in three products with different compositions. The three products have been tested publicly on the 30 panelists who have an age range of 17 to 40 years. From 30 panelists who have tried 3 lip scrub products. It was found that most of the panelists preferred products with a composition of 1.8 grams of roselle flower powder, 1.7 grams of vaseline and 3.2 grams of honey. This can be seen from the public test average calculation score on the favorite indicator, namely 1.8. So it can be concluded that Rosella flower lipscrub has the opportunity to be developed as a new innovation in the world of cosmetics.

The inventory system is one of the most important managerial functions, because the majority of companies involve large investments in this aspect, as well as for PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia which uses a lot of inventory in the field of planning and controlling its inventory costs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is a company engaged in the ceramic industry. Problems that often occur so far include the company not determining the frequency of ordering raw materials and storing raw materials, as a result the costs incurred by the company for ordering raw materials are quite high, and the absence of a safety stock to anticipate uncertain inventory needs. The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. System design using Qlient Server which consists of input design, system design and procedure, output design fiber. This new system is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the previously used information system.

Earth, water and space as well as the natural resources contained therein under the control of the State are gifts from God Almighty whose functions and uses are for the prosperity of the people. Land for the Indonesian Nation is a source of livelihood and is regulated in the provisions of the Law. The Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1990 lays the foundation on providing legal certainty for land rights for the Indonesian people. Legal certainty is obtained after the land registration process. Land rights that have legal certainty can be transferred or transferred. however, in the process, disputes over land rights still occur in the community. Blocking of Land Rights Certificates is taken as an administrative step in the dispute resolution process, but there is a period of only 30 days to record the blocking of Peru, it is known how the factors of land blocking, how to know the position of the holder of the Land Rights certificate when the block is being blocked and when the period is 30 blocking day is over but the dispute has not been resolved. The type of research used by the writer is juridical normative and descriptive analytical research specification by collecting data by means of literature study and interviews which are presented in a descriptive manner and analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of the research and data analysis carried out show the factors that cause the blocking of Land Rights Certificates, namely: a. Gono-Gini distribution of assets, b. Land Rights Holders do not have good faith, c. Distribution of Inheritance, d. Lost Certificate, e. There is an investigation by the Police, f. Land rights confiscated by the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) in connection with the settlement of State Receivables. Legal protection & the position of the Land Rights Certificate Holder when the blockage is carried out is that the right holder cannot take legal action against the blocked land for 30 days after the block registration was carried out, article 19 UUUPA / PP 241997 regarding registration will not be lost The legal certainty of the rights holder remains attached to it as long as there has been no transfer of rights to the land they own. If the 30 day period of blocking is over but the dispute has not been completed, the blocking will not be removed by law and will remain in effect as long as there is no request for revocation by the applicant or the provisions -Other provisions which become the reasons for the removal of the block in accordance with article 14 of the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / Head of the National Land Agency No.13 of 2017 concerning the Procedure for Blocking and Confiscation, this is because in the Land Office (Semarang) there is no system that can identify or filter out expired blocks.   Keywords: Land Registration, Legal Certainty, Rightsholders, Blocking of Land Rights Certificates, Position of Rightsholders

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. Cloud computing is a technology that makes the internet a center for managing data and applications. With computer users are granted access (login). Cloud is a metaphor for the internet, as the cloud is often depicted in computer network diagrams. Gayo’s openwork cloud application is an android bases application that utilizes Cloud computing technology in the form of cloud Platform as a Service (SAAS) function as the main container or basis for running the system that will use in sales and providing notification services for the search for souvenirs typical of Takengon, namely Kerawang Gayo. Cloud computing is a technology that makes the internet a central storage server for managing data and information. This technology also allows users to freely manage and access information available on cloud storage which is of course connected to the internet network. This gayo filigree is now being created as a result of the home craft industry being embroidered on the cloth. The craft produces various types of souvenirs such as bags, key chains, women’s robes, men’s shirts, caps, bracelets, wallets, prayer mats, tablecloths, pillowcases, cellphone covers, and women’s and men’s traditional clothes, skirts, and scarves. Using the prototyping method is a software development method in the form of a physical working model of the system that functions as an early version of the system.

Virtual teachers are devices or agents with the function of replacing the role of humans (teachers) with their teaching skills. The virtual teacher also has a function as task facilitator and is presented during training, especially when the teacher is actually not present. The virtual teacher's objectivity is carried out by explaining the subject matter in a virtual environment, for example, virtual independent learning. In the western world, virtual schools are quite widely applied, especially to students who are homeschooling. In a virtual school, all materials, assignments and grades are accessed via the internet. The virtual teacher concept refers to a device that provides guidance and practice. Teachers who are equipped with interactive agent functions that can provide direction and feedback in order to improve student abilities. By utilizing natural language processing (NLP) and pattern matching to help students learn alone without being accompanied by a teacher. NLP is used as a learning tool as outlined in the text of the sentence as part of the learning material which is done virtually. Meanwhile, pattern matching is used to group the questions asked so that the computer can gain an understanding of the questions posed by students. This grouping aims to solve problems with different word order which basically have different meanings. The teacher has the facility to make material, make questions, and answer student questions. A teacher can add knowledge about the database to enrich the source of knowledge for students.

Chronic kidney failure is the failure of kidney function in maintaining metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. Chronic kidney disease initially does not show significant symptoms and signs but can develop rapidly into kidney failure. Kidney disease can be prevented and treated if known earlier. One way to find out chronic kidney failure is to detect using data mining. Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) algorithm is one of the classification methods and is a type of method that can map or separate two or more different classes. Based on the measurement of performance classification of 80% of training data from 400 data used, it shows that the accuracy value reached 96.25%. It can be concluded that the ID3 Algorithm method is feasible to be used in research predictions for chronic kidney failure.

Dry facial skin causes cracks on the skin surface and will feel dry to the touch. Dry skin is caused by genetic factors, aging, hormonal changes, and cold weather. The purpose of this study was to make a mask made from white radish and honey which functions to moisturize facial skin so that it can be used for dry facial treatment. The method used in this research is interview method, documentation, library method, experimental method. Experiments on making white radish and honey face masks for the treatment of dry skin were carried out at the Laboratory of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare's Makeup Study Program, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang. City. Experiments were carried out 3 times with the composition of 1) white radish 41.25 g, honey 35 g 2) white radish 41.25 g, honey 40 g 3) white radish 41.25 g honey 55 g. The results showed that the third experiment resulted in products: fresher aroma (honey scent), soft texture, dark brown color, stronger adhesion so that it is easy to apply. Tempe merupakan salah satu produk fermentasi kedelai tradisional yang cukup terkenal, dengan menggunakan jamur Rhizopus oligosporus. Tempe mempunyai berbagai macam manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Demikian juga dengan bekatul beras merah yang memiliki berbagai nutrisi yaitu kandungan antioksidan dan serat yang tinggi, mengandung banyak mineral. Di kalangan masyarakat, bekatul beras merah belum banyak dimanfaatkan terutama sebagai produk olahan yang memiliki nilai fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik kimia dan sensori tempe kedelai yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah dan lama fermentasi, menentukan formulasi yang tepat dari tempe kedelai yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah dengan lama fermentasi sehingga diperoleh tempe dengan aktivitas antioksidan dan serat yang tinggi serta disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah rasio kedelai dan bekatul beras merah (80:20; 70:30; 60;40), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah lama fermentasi (24, 36, 48 jam). Penelitian dimulai dari pembuatan tempe yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, aktivitas antioksidan, kadar serat, dan analisis uji organoleptik meliputi warna, rasa, aroma, kekompakan, dan kesukaan keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian yang terbaik adalah pada rasio kedelai dan bekatul beras merah 60:40 dengan lama fermentasi 48 jam didasarkan pada hasil pengujian kimia antioksidan dan serat terbaik. Pada perlakuan ini dihasilkan kadar air 51,34%, kadar abu 8,90%, kadar protein 21,62%, aktivitas antioksidan 72,03%, dan kadar serat 23,44%, sedangkan untuk pengujian organoleptik yang meliputi warna 3,66(merah bata); aroma 3,24 (aroma bekatul beras merah kuat); rasa 3,54 (rasa bekatul beras merah sangat kuat); kekompakan 3,73(kekompakan tempe sangat kuat); dan kesukaan keseluruhan 3,35 (suka). Kata kunci: Tempe, bekatul beras merah, antioksidan, serat, lama fermentasi.ABSTRACTTempeh is one of the well-known traditional soybean fermentation products, using the mushroom Rhizopus oligosporus. Tempeh has a variety of health benefits. Moreover, red rice bran which has a variety of nutrients that contain antioxidants and high fiber, and contain lot of minerals. Among the people, red rice bran has not been widely used, especially as a processed product that has functional value. This study aims to determine the chemical characteristics and sensory of soybean tempeh fortified with red rice bran and fermentation duration, to determine the appropriate formulation of soybean fortified soybean rice bran with fermentation duration so that tempe is obtained with antioxidant activity and high fiber as well as consumer preference. This research was conducted using two factorials Completely Randomized Design (CRD) The first factor was the ratio of soybean and rice bran (80:20; 70:30; 60:40), while the second factor was the duration of fermentation (24, 36, 48 hours). The study began with the making of tempeh fortified with red rice bran and then analyzed for water content analysis, ash content, protein content, antioxidant activity, fiber content, organoleptic test analysis including color, taste, aroma, compactness, and overall preference. The best results was at the ratio of 60:40 soybean and rice bran with fermentation duration 48 hour based on the results of testing the best chemical antioxidants and fiber. At this treatment produced 51,34% water content, 8,90% ash content, 21,62% protein content 72,03% antioxidant activity, and 23,44% fiber content, while for organoleptic testing which includes the color of 3,66 (brick red); aroma 3,24 (strong red rice bran aroma); flavor 3,54(flavor red rice bran very strong); compactness 3,73(compactness of tempeh is very strong); and overall preference 3,35 (likes). Keywords: Tempeh, red rice bran, antioxidant, fiber, long fermentation.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. In the data collection of students and the payment process takes a relatively long time, so that during the payment process results in long queues in the administration and requires a long time to make payment reports and arrears SPP and SPI which are needed quickly.Developments in the field of science and technology were developed with the aim of solving problems and making it easier for users to complete work tasks. Production of freshwater fish farming (ponds) in Kangkung Subdistrict in 2015 reached 4.42 tons or valued at 97.19 million rupiah and the condition is growing more and more. The number of fish seeds is measured conventionally by observing the senses of the eye and causing inaccurate (inaccurate) measurement results. This study offers a solution for counting fish by using a microcontroller based phototransistor technology. Phototransistor has a linear function of the received light intensity that is flowing current (ON) and if there is a condition of light intensity blocked by fish passing through it then the current does not flow (OFF). The trial results of the fish seed count tool have an accuracy of 97% so that it can be used by fish farmers.

Making prototype application product Electronic Filing System (e-filing) management system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software as a design media and as a programming language, and the SQL Server database as a storage media. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

SMS Gateway application as a service functioned to integrate systems between customers with automated information systems, the customer service with the administration in order to obtain valid information. Customers can order products and access information easily via SMS without having to come directly to the PT. FMS information regarding pricing, promotion information, product specifications and ordering products for customers who are already registered. SMS Gateway application can also help customer service in its duty to serve customers with data that is clear and ter updates can be seen in the administration module. With the SMS Gateway Application to deliver information more quickly when customers need information, generate reports on the stock with a clear to the administration

The need for land continues to increase so that it often causes very complex problems. To deal with these land issues, the government issued Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles which later became known as the UUPA, the birth of the UUPA was a new milestone for this nation in land law. In line with that, the government then issued government regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning land registration which reaffirmed the importance of the community registering their land, land registration functions to find out the status of the land parcels, who owns it, what rights are it, how much area, what is it used for. The importance of systematic, good and correct land registration through adjudication aims to reduce problems that arise with regard to land. The research method used by the writer is a juridical empirical approach with the intention of proving or testing to ensure the truth and rationalizing it through the results of research and experiences that have been found in everyday life. The results of the research found that more people register their land in a sporadic manner, because the community considers that systematic land registration does not necessarily occur every year, even though it is expensive for the community to register their land in order to obtain the rights to the land they own.   Keywords: PP No. 24 of 1997, land registration, adjudication
