This study aims to analyze Paul as an educator through an epistemological and methodological examination of his letters, as well as an examination of his teaching style within the context of the early church. This research approach is qualitative theological, employing exegetical and hermeneutic analysis of New Testament texts, particularly Paul's letters. This analysis reveals that Paul's educational epistemology is rooted in his encounter with Christ as the source of all truth and spiritual knowledge. According to Paul, knowledge of faith is not the result of human rationality, but rather God's revelation, understood through the work of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:10–13). Methodologically, Paul demonstrates a dialogical, argumentative, relational, and transformative teaching approach. He uses logical and communicative rhetoric to guide the congregation in a reflective understanding of the Gospel and emphasizes the importance of living examples as a means of learning faith (1 Corinthians 11:1). Paul also developed a Christocentric and communitarian teaching style, where the church is seen as a living, mutually edifying space for learning about faith, centered on the love of Christ (Colossians 1:28; Ephesians 4:11–16). The results of this study indicate that education, from Paul's perspective, aims for life transformation, not merely the transfer of knowledge. Paul views education as a process of discipleship that produces new life in Christ (Romans 12:2; Galatians 2:20). Thus, Paul's educational model provides theological and practical contributions to contemporary Christian education, placing Christ at the center of epistemology and love as the primary method of teaching.

The success of education delivery depends heavily on the quality of supporting elements, particularly educational facilities, which play a strategic role in supporting learning activities and achieving human resource development goals. This research is motivated by a gap in understanding regarding the effectiveness of the management process for facilities and infrastructure in improving learning quality, as well as the need to adapt to the dynamics of modern education. The purpose of this research is to examine the management process for educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to improving learning quality, based on the results of a literature review. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, where data was obtained through critical analysis of scientific journals and academic literature. The research findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, supervision, and disposal. Each stage is interrelated and plays a strategic role in supporting a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process. The implications of this research indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, carried out through a planned and sustainable process, plays a crucial role in supporting the improvement of learning quality.

The research was conducted at KSP Kopdit Obor Mas Maumere. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of employees’education level and work experience on the effectiveness of the internal control system. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research result show that the Education Level variable does not have a significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System, while the Work Experience variable has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that variations in the effectiveness of the internal control system can be explained by Education Level and Work Experience. These findings affirm that Work Experience plays is dominant role in enhancing the effektiveness of the intenal control system, whereas Education Level is not a key factor in the context of this study.

Bumi: Jurnal Hasil Kegiatan Sosialisasi Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2026 Asosiasi Riset Teknik Elektro dan Informatika Indonesia

This community service activity was carried out to overcome the problem of open and uncontrolled internet networks at SMK Islamiyah Serua. This condition poses security risks as well as inefficient bandwidth usage. The solution offered is the implementation of a network gateway system with a user-friendly web-based login portal, so that internet access can be limited only to educators through an authentication mechanism. The implementation method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation using MikroTik RouterOS and HTML/CSS/JavaScript-based web portals, system trials, and socialization to schools. The results showed a significant improvement in network security, bandwidth usage efficiency, and ease of access for teachers. In addition, this activity also increases educators' understanding of the importance of network security in supporting the learning process. The implementation of this system provides sustainable benefits for schools, both from a technical and educational perspective, because it is able to create a safer and more controlled digital environment. Thus, this community service activity not only solves technical problems, but also contributes to improving the quality of educational services at SMK Islamiyah Serua.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level on the quality of financial statements based on SAK EMKM, with accounting information systems as a moderating variable, focusing on coffee shop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kediri City, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 32 business owners or financial managers selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software.The results indicate that education level has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, suggesting that higher educational attainment enhances accounting understanding and compliance with SAK EMKM. However, accounting information systems were found to weaken this relationship, indicating that system complexity, limited digital literacy, and insufficient technical training may reduce the effectiveness of education in improving financial reporting quality. These findings highlight that improving financial reporting quality among MSMEs requires not only higher educational capacity but also appropriate technological support and continuous technical assistance. This study contributes to the accounting literature by emphasizing the contextual role of accounting information systems in shaping the relationship between human capital and financial reporting quality in MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) based on Islamic boarding school values ​​in strengthening educator professionalism and sustaining academic performance at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The study focuses on the process of internalizing Islamic boarding school values ​​in HRM policies and practices and their implications for educator professionalism and the sustainability of the institution's academic quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with madrasah leaders and educators, observations of institutional practices, and documentation studies of policies and human resource development programs. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that Islamic boarding school values ​​such as sincerity, service, discipline, exemplary behavior, and moral responsibility have been internalized normatively and practically in HRM policies, particularly in aspects of human resource planning, recruitment, coaching, and evaluation of educator performance. These values ​​shape educator professionalism that is not only based on pedagogical competence, but also an ethos of devotion and moral integrity. The human resource development and coaching system contributes to maintaining work motivation and consistent academic performance among educators. However, the internalization of Islamic boarding school values ​​still tends to be cultural and person-centered, and has not been fully institutionalized in written policies, standard procedures, and long-term strategic planning. Therefore, its sustainability remains dependent on leadership figures. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening the institutionalization of Islamic boarding school value-based human resource management (HRM) through formal policies, a sustainable human resource development system, and systematic managerial governance to ensure the sustainable maintenance of educator professionalism and the institution's academic performance.

This study aims to examine in depth the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers as agents of tolerant da‘wah based on Islam Nusantara within multicultural elementary school settings. The research was conducted at SDN 2 Margasari, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java, which represents the social, cultural, and religious diversity of students. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method to obtain a comprehensive understanding of PAI learning practices oriented toward tolerance values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers and the school principal, direct observations of classroom PAI learning activities, and document analysis of religious programs and activities implemented at the school. The results indicate that PAI teachers play a strategic role in instilling values of tolerance, religious moderation, mutual respect, and appreciation of local wisdom through the application of dialogical, contextual, and inclusive learning methods. The learning strategies applied include the use of local stories and traditions that align with the values of Islam Nusantara, as well as the habituation of tasamuh (tolerance) attitudes in daily interactions within the school environment. This study recommends strengthening the competencies of PAI teachers in understanding and applying the Islam Nusantara approach, as well as integrating values of religious moderation into the elementary school curriculum as a systematic effort to build a culture of tolerance in multicultural educational settings.

Obligatory prayer is a fundamental act of worship in Islam; performing it earns reward, while neglecting it results in sin for those who have fulfilled the required conditions, namely being of legal age (baligh), of sound mind, and free from ritual impurity (hadath). The background of this study is important for understanding how the values upheld by classical fiqh scholars and Islamic teachings can be interpreted in a way that connects traditional understanding with the needs of the Muslim community in the modern era. This research aims to identify, analyze, and compare the values of farḍu prayer based on the perspectives of different groups of scholars. The results show that classical scholars emphasize values such as obedience, order, legal aspects, discipline, and devotion (khushu’). In contrast, contemporary scholars place greater emphasis on personal transformation, social ethics, and the importance of prayer in shaping the character of the modern Muslim.The conclusion is that these two perspectives can be integrated to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the values of farḍu prayer that remain relevant for all times. Farḍu prayer holds a central position in Islam as the second pillar of Islam after the declaration of faith (shahada) and consists of five daily prayers: Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha.

This study discusses the opportunities for the development of Islamic education from the perspective of solutions offered by the philosophy of science in the era of technological advancement. Islamic educational institutions are confronted with complex problems that cannot always be resolved independently. The philosophy of science offers several solutions on how to address the challenges commonly faced by educational institutions. Often, educational institutions focus excessively on analyzing the challenges or problems they encounter, whereas there are other aspects that can be utilized as supporting factors for the development of Islamic education, namely by examining existing opportunities and implementing them effectively. This research employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach, complemented by case study analysis across various educational institutions. Many Islamic educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, have utilized opportunities as a primary strategy for developing Islamic education. Various solutions are proposed, including curriculum integration, strengthening institutional organizational structures, improving human resources as well as facilities and infrastructure, and presenting innovative ideas implemented by institutions in developing Islamic education.

This study aims to describe the implementation of multicultural education at SDN Bululawang 02 and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study consist of the principal and teachers. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews, while data analysis used an interactive analysis model that includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that multicultural education has been implemented through school policies, the learning process, and school culture. The school applies deep learning-based instruction that emphasizes meaningful learning experiences with the support of learning technologies such as smart TVs and smart boxes. Multicultural education is also realized through various religious, social, and national activities, such as routine religious activities, the commemoration of national and religious holidays, as well as the use of traditional clothing, which serve to instill values of tolerance, togetherness, and mutual respect. The role of the school principal is evident through classroom supervision, teacher training, and learning evaluation, while teachers integrate multicultural values through varied and enjoyable teaching methods. The challenges faced include the diverse characteristics of students, limited facilities, and differences in students' academic abilities. Efforts made by the school to overcome these challenges involve collaboration with parents and adjustments to learning strategies. This study concludes that multicultural education in elementary schools has been implemented well; however, it still requires strengthening in terms of facility support, teacher competence, and ongoing collaboration between schools and parents.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses adaptasi santri baru terhadap budaya pesantren serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor multidisipliner yang memengaruhi terjadinya fenomena boyong pada masa awal mondok di Pondok Pesantren Mansyaul Ulum Malang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan santri baru, santri yang boyong, pengurus, dan ustaz pesantren. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi santri baru merupakan proses kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, sosial, kultural, dan pendidikan keislaman yang saling berkelindan. Fenomena boyong terjadi sebagai akibat dari ketidakmampuan santri mengelola tekanan psikologis, lemahnya integrasi sosial, serta belum optimalnya pendampingan adaptasi berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengasuhan santri baru perlu dirancang melalui pendekatan multidisiplin agar proses adaptasi berjalan lebih humanis dan berkelanjutan.

This study describes the implementation of Field Work Lectures (KKL) in Muara Wahau Village, focusing on religious education, youth character building, and community economic and social empowerment. KKL students were directly involved in teaching at the TPQ (Islamic Religious Education Center), tutoring for elementary and kindergarten students, leadership development in junior and senior high schools, mentoring MSMEs, community service activities, group exercise, and family health data collection. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the KKL successfully improved the youth's Quran reading skills, understanding of religious values, discipline, leadership, and social awareness. Furthermore, economic and social empowerment through MSME mentoring and community activities strengthened community independence and synergy. Obstacles such as high rainfall and the absence of the village head were successfully overcome through intensive coordination and adjustments to the activity schedule. The KKL proved effective as a practical learning tool for students while also having a positive impact on the community.

Self-health education plays a crucial role in shaping the healthy habits, character, and behavior of elementary school students. This learning emphasizes not only physical hygiene but also the development of social and emotional skills that can prevent negative behaviors such as bullying. This study aims to examine teachers' strategies in implementing self-health education as an effort to prevent bullying behavior in elementary schools. The method used was a literature review by analyzing various relevant scientific sources from 2020–2025. The results of the study indicate that teachers' strategies in implementing self-health education include three main approaches: habituating clean and healthy living behaviors, integrating health values ​​into learning, and fostering social-emotional development through reflective activities in the classroom. These three strategies are effective in fostering students' awareness, discipline, responsibility, and empathy towards their peers. Self-health education also contributes to creating a safe, healthy, and respectful learning environment. Thus, self-health education can be used as a preventive strategy to prevent bullying in elementary schools. Teachers act as role models and facilitators who ensure the values ​​of health, empathy, and social responsibility are integrated into teaching and learning activities.

Islamic education in the digital era faces significant challenges in improving the quality of learning and developing students' critical thinking skills. One promising solution is the implementation of deep learning-based Islamic education, which can facilitate the teaching of religious material more effectively and easily accessible via the internet. Deep learning has the potential to strengthen students' critical thinking skills and understanding of Islamic values ​​in a more interactive and personalized manner. This study used a literature review method to analyze various relevant literature sources. The results indicate that deep learning can increase student engagement, enable personalized learning, and provide real-time evaluation of learning progress. However, the implementation of this technology also faces challenges, particularly related to the availability and quality of relevant data. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve data quality and develop learning models tailored to student needs to achieve optimal results in technology-based Islamic education.

The formation of Christian character in church-based education often faces challenges when disciplinary approaches rely heavily on punishment and external compliance. This article examines the relevance of behaviorism in shaping Christian character through the lens of positive discipline an approach that emphasizes reinforcement of desirable behavior, nurturing relationships, and the development of intrinsic moral awareness. Using a literature review and a small scale case analysis of contemporary church educational practices, this study evaluates how the principles of reinforcement, modeling, and behavioral consistency can be integrated with Christian values such as love, repentance, and the cultivation of conscience. The findings indicate that behaviorism remains useful when applied selectively within a holistic Christian educational theology. Positive discipline aligns more closely with biblical values because it promotes responsible character growth rather than mere obedience. This article contributes to the pedagogical discourse of church education by proposing an integrative framework that combines behavioristic principles with positive discipline to enhance effective and sustainable Christian character formation.

Facilities and infrastructure are essential components in the provision of education, functioning to support the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes, student comfort, and the achievement of quality learning outcomes. In boarding-based Islamic schools (madrasah), facility needs become more complex due to the integration of formal academic curricula with religious instruction and a full residential system. The National Education Standards (SNP) serve as the national reference for the fulfillment of educational facilities in Indonesia; however, the standards do not specifically regulate boarding facilities, resulting in a gap in facility fulfillment among pesantren-based madrasah. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Sunanul Husna, South Tangerang City, with the SNP and to identify inhibiting factors affecting the fulfillment of such standards. The research employed a qualitative case study design through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using interactive procedures, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that academic facilities are categorized as adequate, with classrooms, teacher rooms, administrative offices, computer laboratories, and a UKS room available and functioning, although the library and student sanitation facilities require improvement. Boarding facilities such as dormitories, worship areas, and kitchen facilities are categorized as good, despite not being covered in the SNP. The study reveals that financial limitations, centralized authority at the foundation level, and the absence of national standards for boarding education represent the main inhibiting factors. The study implies the need for the formulation of facility standards specifically for boarding madrasah and for strengthened collaboration among the government, foundations, and communities in fulfilling educational infrastructure.

This study was conducted based on the idea that understanding the values of worship contained in the Qur'an plays an important role in shaping the faith, obedience, and religious behavior of Muslims. Worship education is not only related to the formal and ritual implementation of religious commands, but also significantly influences the formation of attitudes, personality, and character in daily life. Therefore, an in-depth study of the ideas and foundations of worship education in the Qur'an is necessary so that these values can be properly understood and applied, especially in the field of education. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach, focusing on the analysis of Qur'anic verses related to worship. It is supported by various sources such as tafsir books, Islamic education literature, and relevant scientific references. The findings indicate that worship education in the Qur'an emphasizes strengthening faith in Allah, developing consistency in worship practices, and fostering noble character. Furthermore, worship education helps balance the relationship between humans and the Creator while also enhancing social interactions among individuals. The values of worship contribute to the development of spiritual awareness, discipline, moral responsibility, and positive social behavior. In conclusion, worship education based on the Qur'an serves as a fundamental foundation for shaping Muslims who are faithful, possess good character, and are able to practice Islamic values comprehensively in their daily lives.

Early childhood education is a fundamental phase in the formation of children's character, literacy skills, and social skills. However, children's basic literacy skills in various regions of Indonesia, including Aisyiyah 2 Aimas Kindergarten, Southwest Papua, are still relatively low, exacerbated by limited learning media, conventional teaching approaches, and teachers' lack of understanding of inclusive education and positive discipline. This study aims to analyze the implementation of basic literacy training with inclusive education and its impact on improving teacher competence. The method used is a one group pretest in the context of community service, involving six teachers as subjects. The program is carried out through three stages: pre-training (observation, interview, and pretest), training (literacy materials based on the DUBT model—Listen, Speak, Read, Write; inclusive education; and positive discipline), and post-training (posttest, classroom observation, reflection, and mentoring). The results showed a significant increase in teacher competence, as shown by the increase in the average pretest score from 57.5 to 84.8 in the posttest. In addition, 83% of teachers are able to implement literacy practices such as reading picture stories, letter cards, reading corners, and dialogue interactions with children. Teachers also began to show acceptance of children's diversity and applied positive discipline without punishment. These findings show that inclusion-based literacy training is effective in improving teachers' pedagogical knowledge and practices. This research emphasizes the importance of developing adaptive, humanist, and equitable literacy as the foundation of early childhood learning.

Community service in the neighborhood association (RT) of 07 Dusun/Village Pusat Damai is a concrete manifestation of loving service in Christian religious education. Sometimes, certain individuals in the neighborhood association (RT) are not directly involved in community service activities due to age and busy schedules. People who are not directly involved in community service activities indicate that their faith has not yet been expressed through concrete actions. The purpose of this community service research is to ensure that each person's faith is expressed through concrete actions in the neighborhood association (RT) as a form of loving service in Christian religious education. To produce good community service research, a qualitative research method is required through literature and documentation. The results found through this community service research are that faith that is expressed can be realized through community service carried out by all residents of RT 07 Dusun/Village Pusat Damai, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm. This community service research can be concluded that every believer must have faith that is expressed through concrete actions, namely community service in the neighborhood, to be further enhanced in the future.

This study aims to analyze in depth the quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in the learning process at schools and its implications for early childhood development. The quality of educators is viewed as one of the key factors determining the success of learning implementation and the achievement of educational objectives at the early childhood education level. This study employs a literature review method, which involves collecting various relevant scientific articles, books, and other academic sources related to the research topic, followed by systematic analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding and conclude the findings. The results indicate that the quality of educators has a significant influence on teachers’ success in performing their roles as facilitators, mentors, and educators in supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development. Therefore, the quality of early childhood educators needs to be continuously developed and improved through education, training, and professional development to maintain and enhance the quality of learning activities in schools. In addition, support from various stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, schools, and parents, plays a crucial role in efforts to improve the quality of early childhood educators in an optimal and sustainable manner.
