In the development of information and technology, there are motion marks circulating in Indonesia in the trade of goods or services. In fact, the moving brand has not received legal protection because moving brands are not regulated as one of the signs regulated in Law Number 20 Year 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications (Trademark Act) so that there is a legal vacuum and a motion marks can not be applied for registration which results in the absence of legal certainty for the community, but other Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore have protected motion marks. It is important to be considered by Indonesia, given the existence of free trade in the Southeast Asian region, namely the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA). This research uses normative juridical research method that analyses the legislation with literature study using comparative and conceptual approaches and analysed with descriptive analytical legal materials. The results of this study found that the regulation of the registration of motion marks in Indonesia is not regulated in the Trademark Act and the trademark registration application does not accommodate the registration of motion marks so that the registration of moving trademarks can not be filed in Indonesia and motion marks also do not get legal protection in Indonesia which results in legal uncertainty. If the motion marks in Indonesia get a legal protection and can be applied for registration, then the Trademark Act should be made changes related to the concept of the definition of trademark, the scope of the protected trademark, and trademark labels in the application for registration of trademarks so that the public get legal certainty related to the registration of motion marks.

This study aims to analyze the management of mangrove conservation areas in Sidoarjo Regency using the Community Based Conservation (CBC) approach. Mangrove forests play a vital role in maintaining coastal ecosystem balance, yet their existence continues to decline due to land conversion, weak regulations, and low public awareness. The CBC approach emphasizes active community participation in sustainable conservation efforts. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis focuses on four CBC indicators: Enabling Conditions, CBC Emergence, CBC Persistence, and CBC Diffusion. The findings indicate that mangrove conservation management in Sidoarjo is not yet optimal due to weak institutional structures, limited public participation, and a lack of cross-sectoral policy integration. It is necessary to establish local regulations, strengthen local institutions such as Community Forestry Groups (KTH), and foster multi-stakeholder collaboration, including the utilization of CSR funding, to support sustainable conservation. This study recommends the formulation of specific local policies and collaborative models for community-based mangrove conservation to promote sustainable coastal development.

The method used is qualitative descriptive with a stylistic approach and literature study techniques. The results of the analysis show that the dominant language styles in this short story include metaphor, personification, hyperbole, simile, litotes, euphemism, and epistolary. These language styles strengthen emotional expression and deepen the meaning of the story. In addition, the first person singular point of view creates a personal and intimate effect, so that the reader feels directly involved in the narrative of the character "I". This short story also shows the power of imaginative visualization in the context of cyber literature which allows the reading experience to be more interactive and reflective. This study concludes that SSUP's short story successfully utilizes the power of style and point of view to convey messages of love, longing, and existence deeply in a distinctive digital format.

In the digital era that increasingly emphasizes human-computer interaction, the existence of an interface system that is not only functional but also able to understand the emotional state of the user is becoming increasingly important. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of empathetic interfaces in chatbot systems designed to respond adaptively to user moods. Empathetic chatbots are defined as artificial intelligence-based conversational agents that are able to recognize and adjust their verbal responses to user emotional expressions through linguistic analysis and non-verbal data such as response time and word choice. This study uses an experimental approach involving 60 participants from among students who interact with two types of chatbots: standard chatbots (non-empathetic) and empathetic chatbots. The analysis methods used include measuring the level of user satisfaction, empathy perception, and emotional comfort through a Likert scale questionnaire and quantitative data processing using a paired T-test.

The protection of victims of sexual violence in Indonesia's national legal system is representative of the state's commitment to uphold human dignity, as mandated by the constitution. The constitutional basis for this protection is stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, especially Article 28G paragraph (1), which states that everyone has the right to protection of privacy, honor, dignity, and freedom from treatment that degrades human values. Currently, sexual violence can occur anywhere, especially in the scope of education. The purpose of the research is related to the effectiveness of law enforcement or the operation of the law and the background of the law. Whether a legal protection can protect the rights of victims of sexual violence, and provide proper protection that must be obtained for victims of sexual violence. This research uses emprical research methods and a case approach which is used to analyze the handling of cases of “Sexual Violence and Forced Abortion” as a real form of legal application. With the existence of legal protection for victims of sexual violence provided by the state, it does not guarantee victims get the promised justice. Social stigma is one that can exacerbate the suffering of victims, making them isolated and reluctant to seek help. Society often tends to blame the victim, creating an unsupportive and even demeaning environment. Therefore, it is important to address social stigma in the context of sexual violence to impact the well-being of the individual as well as society as a whole.

The background lies in the growing need for MSMEs to adapt to technological advancements in order to maintain their existence and improve business performance amid increasingly intense competition. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review method, data were collected from various credible academic sources published within the last five years (2019–2024), including journals, institutional reports, and relevant literature. The findings reveal that the adoption of technologies such as digital point-of-sale (POS) systems, cloud-based inventory management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) significantly contributes to operational efficiency, market expansion, and service quality improvement. However, the digitalization process among MSMEs still faces several challenges, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and inadequate access to training. In conclusion, the success of MSME digital transformation heavily depends on the collaboration between business actors, government, academia, and other stakeholders to build an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem.

This abstract discusses the characteristics of the true church according to Christian views, emphasizing the importance of faithfulness to the Word of God as the primary foundation. The true church is a community that faithfully proclaims the Gospel of Christ purely, without addition or subtraction from the teachings of the Bible. This faithfulness serves as the basis for the church’s existence as the living body of Christ, functioning to spread salvation to all people. Besides faithfulness to the Word, the proper administration of the sacraments is also an important characteristic of the true church. Sacraments such as baptism and the Lord’s Supper are conducted according to Christ’s commands and serve as means of grace that strengthen the faith of the congregation. The spiritual discipline practiced within the church maintains the holiness of the members and encourages repentance and restoration, so that the community continues to live in truth and love. Unity and holiness reflect the church’s calling to live in love and truth, while the apostolic nature shows its adherence to the teachings of the apostles. Catholicity affirms that the true church is universal and transcends cultural and geographical boundaries.

The phenomenon of street children, vagrants, and beggars is still a fairly complex social problem in Pasuruan City. The Pasuruan City Government has issued Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2021 as an effort to overcome the existence of street children, vagrants and beggars who are considered to disturb public order. This study aims to determine how the policy is implemented and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and uses the Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation theory as the basis for analysis. The results of the study show that although the policy has fairly clear standards and targets, its implementation has not been optimal due to the lack of resources, the unavailability of special rehabilitation facilities in Pasuruan City, and the weak ongoing commitment of the implementers. Coordination between implementing agencies is also not fully synergistic. Therefore, the successful implementation of this Regional Regulation requires improvements in aspects of resources, rehabilitation facilities, and strengthening cross-agency cooperation. A stronger commitment is needed from the local government so that handling street children, vagrants and beggars can be carried out more comprehensively and sustainably.
