The word mission is derived from Misio Dei, meaning that the Triune God plays a role in it, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Understanding the role of the Triune God in Misio Dei will help a strong mission movement in the church. The church is the channel of God's mission to proclaim the good news that the Kingdom of God has come. The church is responsible for carrying out God's mission so that the mission movement remains sustainable. The younger generation is the only successor to the mission movement in the church, therefore it is necessary to discover the obstacles in the mission movement in the younger generation so that the church continues carrying on the mission. JKI Injil Kerajaan Church is one of the churches whose mission is to build a generation of disciple leaders who are pleasing to God and impact others. The younger generation at the JKI IK Church has not become missionaries since 2020. The factor that influenced the decline in missionaries at the JKI IK Church was the existence of an identity crisis. This self-identity crisis can be addressed by strengthening the relationship with the Holy Spirit. In addition, we must learn from the expansion of the early church where the supporting factors for the expansion of the early church were the renewing power of the Gospel, fruitful and reaping evangelistic motivation, context-appropriate service variations, conducive geo-political factors and recruiting workers for the expansion of church missions.

Self-defense is still a matter of debate among Christians, some agree and some disagree.  This is because there are no references to Bible verses that directly explain this.  Including the lack of studies on self-defense from a Christian perspective.  This research wants to find out how Christians view self-defense.  In it, are Christians allowed to participate in martial arts, be allowed to become martial arts trainers, and give tithes from their work as martial arts trainers? The research was conducted using qualitative methods, which collected data by interviewing Christians. As a result of the research, the informants were of the opinion that self-defense can be practiced by Christians as long as there is no mystical element. Christians may become martial arts trainers, and may tithe the proceeds of their work as martial arts trainers.

Respect for ancestors is a key aspect of Chinese culture, expressed through the practice of Kong Tek, a ritual ceremony that includes prayers, offerings, and the burning of symbolic items to support the well-being of ancestral spirits in the afterlife. In contrast, Christian theology emphasizes salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and prohibits practices that involve contact with spirits. This journal analyzes the differences and similarities between Christian teachings and Kong Tek practices and offers advice for Chinese Christians in balancing their faith and culture.

This study aims to examine the life and influence of Simon Petrus, one of the closest disciples of Jesus Christ, in the context of Christian theology. From an ordinary fisherman, Petrus  underwent a significant transformation into an early Church leader, marked by the change of his name to "Petrus," meaning "rock." This study explores Petrus important role in the spread of the gospel and the development of Christian doctrine, as well as the impact of his teachings on the understanding of Christian faith today. The method used is a qualitative approach with an analysis of literature, including biblical texts and relevant theological sources. The findings show that Petrus experience of denying Jesus and his restoration after Jesus' resurrection reflect human vulnerability and the power of forgiveness. Petrus teaching on salvation through faith is the basis for many Christian doctrines, including the concepts of redemption and eternal life. This study concludes that a deeper understanding of Petrus authority and role in various Christian traditions can provide valuable insights for modern church practice, as well as emphasize the importance of forgiveness and perseverance in faith for Christians today.

Religious beliefs and culture cannot be separated from one another because religion exists within a particular culture, and local culture influences religion. Although religion is supposed to encourage humanity to create peace and prosperity on Earth, it has instead become one of the factors causing violence and the destruction of humanity, necessitating actions to prevent these issues from arising. Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an educational, social, and participatory role in the life of a pluralistic society. Essentially, PAK is an effective learning medium to instill Christian principles in every member of the church, serving as a foundation for their existence in society. The method used in the writing of this paper is a descriptive qualitative method.

Christian Religious Education (CRE) plays a significant role as a means of character formation for students within the complex multicultural context of Indonesia. CRE not only emphasizes understanding Biblical teachings but also instills values such as love, tolerance, and moral responsibility, which are relevant to cultural and religious diversity. In a diverse society, character education through CRE aims to shape individuals who respect differences, are able to live harmoniously, and serve as "salt and light" in society. Through an inclusive and dialogical approach, CRE teaches students to appreciate diversity without losing their Christian identity. The results show that a multicultural approach in CRE creates space for interfaith dialogue, helps prevent intolerance, and shapes a generation committed to values of peace and love. Thus, CRE not only plays a role in students' faith formation but also in building the tolerant character needed in a pluralistic society

This study examines the dynamics of Christian families in navigating modern lifestyles, focusing on the congregation of GKII Efata Bonet Engkabang. Modernity characterized by digitalization, high mobility, economic pressure, and shifting social values has significantly influenced family communication patterns, emotional relationships, and spiritual formation within Christian households. This article discusses the importance of developing a Christian Religious Education (PAK) model based on Christian theology and implemented through the active role of the church in carrying out the Great Commission. True Christian education does not only convey doctrinal information, but also forms the character, spirituality, and calling of the people based on the word of God. The church is positioned as a learning community and the main implementer of the contextual, transformative, and biblical theology-rooted faith education process. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach and literature study, this paper emphasizes that theological foundations, such as God as the source of education, the Bible as the basis of teaching, Christ as the focus, and the church as the implementer, are inseparable elements of PAK. Christian Religious Education based on theology provides clear direction in designing content, methods, and learning objectives that are in line with God's will. Thus, this education model is expected to be able to answer the challenges of the times, strengthen the faith of the congregation, and produce strong and relevant followers of Christ in society.

The attitude of Christians to live righteously and live holy is very necessary amidst the lives of people who live evil and unclean lives. Roman Emperors and their followers in ancient times rejected John's prophecies written in the Book of Revelation, so they continued to carry out evil and dirty deeds. Likewise, some members of the Christian congregation in Asia Minor were unwilling to endure suffering because of it offended Jesus Christ through their sinful actions. Christians were constantly intimidated into denying Jesus, so that some did not faithfully follow Jesus to the point of death. The aim of this research is to encourage readers and listeners of the essence of the Book of Revelation not to do evil and unclean things in their lives. The research methodology used is qualitative research with a literature research approach. The result obtained is that if Christian educators become more loyal in teaching Christians (Christian students) in educational institutions, then Christian students will increasingly free themselves from the evil and uncleanness they once practiced. Conclusion: Christians (Christian students) must be taught continuously through the word of God to experience repentance, live righteously, live holy, and not to deny Jesus Christ in their lives.
