Various economic systems, including Islamic ones, have debated usury in financial transactions. Because it is considered detrimental to one of the parties and contrary to the principles of justice, usury, which literally means unfair additions or profits in transactions, is prohibited in Islam. By referring to primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the opinions of fiqh scholars, this research aims to study the Islamic perspective on the use of riba in recording financial transactions. Understanding the use of usury in recording financial transactions is the main objective of this research. The research results show that Islam emphasizes the prohibition of usury in recording financial transactions and encourages the use of a financial system that is based on the principles of balance, transparency and mutual benefit. Apart from that, this research also discusses alternative efforts that can be used by the Islamic financial system to replace the practice of usury, such as the application of fairer principles for results (mudharabah) and buying and selling (murabahah). This research highlights Islam's concern for health, particularly the aspect of taking care of the body on Friday. Hadiths in al-Kutub as-Sittah recommend practices such as bathing, using a tooth-stick, wearing perfume, and wearing the best clothes. Sunan Ibn Majah's hadith mentions bathing, dressing in the best clothes, and wearing perfume, while Muslim's narration adds tooth-stick. This study aims to understand the status and understanding of these traditions to provide theoretical and practical benefits. Using the literature research method with a thematic approach (maudhui), the analysis begins with the takhrij of the hadith using the book al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfadz al-Hadith. The research assesses the quality of the hadith as hasan, but because it is supported by Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, it rises to shahih lighairihi. An understanding of the Hadith shows the importance of maintaining cleanliness and respect for Friday through bathing such as taking a janabah bath, using a toothbrush, wearing fragrances to boost confidence, and wearing the best clothes. Inheritance distribution in Islam is one of the legal aspects regulated in detail in the Qur'an, hadith, and fiqh. Islamic inheritance law aims to provide justice and order in the distribution of a person's inheritance after death. This discussion is not only limited to the rights and obligations of heirs, but also includes dispute resolution mechanisms in various social and cultural contexts. In practice, inheritance problems from Muslims also intersect with non-Muslims, which can give rise to different perceptions among heirs or children of heirs who are not included in the heir group but receive a mandatory will in accordance with the provisions of positive law in relation to the distribution of inheritance of Muslims. In this study, the problem raised is how is the distribution of inheritance to non-Muslim children who receive mandatory testamentary rights over the inheritance of their Muslim parents, a case study of the Tigaraksa Religious Court decision Number: 1657/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Tgrs dated November 25, 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of inheritance to non-Muslim children who receive mandatory testamentary rights over the inheritance of their Muslim parents. The results of the study showed that even though they do not have the status of heirs, non-Muslim children of the testator receive a mandatory testamentary share from the inheritance of their deceased parents (Heir) which does not exceed the share of the smallest heir or is equal to the share of the inheritance of a daughter. The inheritance is reduced by the testator's debt and is then divided into two parts, part of which is the joint property of the Heir and his wife, then the inheritance rights and mandatory testamentary rights are divided.

This study aims to analyze the concept of "loving for the sake of Allah" based on the Qur'an and Hadith and examine its application in social life, particularly within the campus environment of Zainul Hasan Islamic University, Genggong Probolinggo. The concept of loving for the sake of Allah is a spiritual value that underpins interpersonal relationships in Islam, emphasizing compassion, brotherhood, and selfless sincerity. Using a qualitative approach with field studies and documentation methods, the research involves students, lecturers, and campus administrators as subjects. The findings reveal that the values of loving for the sake of Allah are applied in various social activities on campus, such as religious programs, organizational collaboration, and community service. Qur'anic verses like Surah Ali Imran (3:31) and Hadiths on Islamic brotherhood serve as the primary references for understanding this concept. The implications show that implementing the value of loving for the sake of Allah fosters a harmonious campus atmosphere, strengthens Islamic brotherhood, and motivates students to contribute positively to the community. However, challenges in consistently applying this value arise, particularly due to external influences and a lack of deeper understanding. This study examines the integration of Islam and science through the thoughts of key figures, namely Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi, Seyyed Hossein Nasr, Al-Ghazali, and Ibnu Khaldun. The main focus of this research is to understand their approaches to the relationship between religion and knowledge, highlighting key concepts such as iman (faith), Islam, and ihsan (excellence). This approach is explained based on primary sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and qoul ulama, which provide the philosophical and theological foundation for understanding the integration of both. Using a qualitative approach, this research aims to explore how these perspectives shape a balanced view between the scientific and spiritual realms within the context of Islamic thought. The results of the study show that although each figure has a different viewpoint, they agree that science does not conflict with Islamic teachings; rather, it should be understood as a means of drawing closer to God. This research is expected to contribute to the development of dialogue between religion and science, as well as provide insights into the development of Islamic education in the modern era.
