According to a survey in the United States conducted in 2019, only one-third of Catholics in the US agree with the Catholic Church that the Eucharist is the Body and Blood of Christ. Two-thirds do not believe in the Real Presence. They argue that the Eucharist is just a symbol, not really the Body and Blood of Christ, not Jesus Christ. This article seeks to answer doubts that the Eucharistic form (consecrated bread and wine) is the Body and Blood of Christ by reflecting on the meaning of the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi). This article is important to overcome the crisis of faith that is weakening the Catholic Church. The method used in this article is a literature study.

The study examines the theological meaning of the symbols of water, wine, and blood in the Gospel of John and their interrelation within the perspective of Catholic theology. Grounded in John’s distinctive use of symbolism as a medium of revelation, the study treats these three symbols not as isolated narrative elements but as an integrated theological sequence. The study employs a qualitative method, utilizing a literature-based approach and biblical-theological exegesis of key texts. The findings indicate that water signifies the renewal of life originating from divine grace and is closely associated with Baptism; wine expresses joy and abundance within the new covenant, finding its resonance in the Eucharist; while blood marks the culmination of divine love manifested in Christ’s redemptive sacrifice. Together, these symbols form a progressive dynamic of revelation: from renewal, to communion, and ultimately to redemption. In the light of sacramental theology, these symbols not only reveal the identity of Jesus as the incarnate Word but also mediate a concrete experience of faith within the life of the Church. Thus, the Gospel of John demonstrates that God’s salvific work unfolds in an integral and continuous manner, remaining relevant for the contemporary practice of Christian faith.

For someone who will reach a certain point in his life, he must have the courage to go through a certain process or dynamic that exists within it. Likewise, people who want to be baptized as followers of Jesus and join the Catholic Church must be open to a formation process and the steps they must go through which are called the catechumenate process. Furthermore, the church is also responsible for caring for and accompanying the person concerned in the early days after baptism.  This is what is called the mystagogical period. The process of mystagogy for adult baptism is the fourth period of the entire adult initiation process which can also be said to be a period of strengthening faith. The essence of this mystagogical period is to guide the newly baptized to better understand the meaning of the sacraments and to live them in their daily lives. This study specifically explores the role of catechists in efforts to assist baptized adults in times of mystagogy. It cannot be denied that catechists have a central role in accompanying baptized adults to become more intimate with the Catholic faith and to better understand the customs and rules of worship that apply in the Catholic church. By taking on this role, a catechist is carrying out one of the duties of preaching received from Jesus Christ through the church.

Pastoral ministry is not the exclusive property of the clergy but the laity are actively involved. Because everyone who has been baptized has the dignity of imami, rajawi and prophethood. So all believers, both Imam and Layman, have the same vocation but in different roles and positions without one surpassing and dominating the other. Each received the light of guidance from the one and the same Spirit. The Second Vatican Council understood the Church as an Organizational and juridical unity not only but rather as a unity of faith built together by all the Catholic faithful. The Church must be placed on the fact that its members are varied in everything but united in Jesus Christ.

Mixed marriages and people of different religions cause differences in values and beliefs which give rise to domestic conflicts, especially regarding childcare. This research aims to determine the influence, obstacles, roles and efforts to develop the appreciation of Catholic faith and traditions. This marriage can increase understanding and tolerance towards other religions. However, if tolerance does not occur, conflict will emerge. Religious conflict creates tension in families and even leads to divorce. So efforts are needed to maintain family integrity and children's faith education. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Information was obtained by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. From the results, it was found that Catholics maintained their faith and educated their children Catholicically with all their might. Efforts are visible in the testimony of faith when parents become examples and witnesses of faith in everyday life, whether at school, work, or social relationships, by practicing Catholic values in actions and words. Because it is considered dangerous, young people are advised not to choose to enter into mixed marriages or interfaith marriages because they are considered risky and endanger the Catholic faith, affecting the appreciation of the faith and the development of children's Catholic traditions in the family. Efforts to reduce this marriage are by being actively involved in activities in the Church, strengthening one's faith through prayer, practicing the praxis of Catholic life, believing that one's life partner is someone from God.
