food service in higher education institutions has an important role in supporting the health and well-being of students and staff. However, often the lack of attention to nutritional needs and the variety of menus can lead to health problems and lack of user satisfaction. In the context of increasing awareness of the importance of nutrition in supporting health and academic performance, this study fills a knowledge gap on how food services in higher education institutions can meet nutritional needs by presenting a nutritionally balanced menu. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the nutritional needs and plan a balanced nutrition menu in food services in higher education institutions. This study used observational study design. The Data was collected through a survey of 300 students and 100 staff from several higher education institutions in a particular city. The survey included questions about eating habits, food preferences, nutritional knowledge, and satisfaction with existing menus. In addition, direct observation was also made of the menu served in the campus cafeteria. Analysis of the data showed that the majority of respondents had limited nutritional knowledge and tended to consume fast food. The variety of menus offered is also limited, with deficiencies in serving nutritionally balanced meals. However, the majority of respondents expressed a desire to have more access to a nutritionally balanced menu. The results of this study highlight the importance of raising awareness of nutrition and offering a balanced variety of menus in higher education institutions. The discussion also includes the practical implications of these findings in improving the health and academic performance of the campus community. This study confirms the importance of nutritional needs analysis and balanced nutrition menu planning in food services in higher education institutions. Providing a balanced menu can improve the health and well-being of students and staff.

The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values = 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values = 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values = 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values = 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values = 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values = 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values = 0.813.

This research aims to examine the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction of the Grab online application in Purworejo. In the research, the population was Grab users in the Purworejo Regency area. The number of Grab users is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the hope that the researcher will obtain a representative sample based on the specified criteria. So the total research sample was 97 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, t test and f test. The research results from the multiple linear regression line equation produce the equation Y=-4.136+0.888X1+0.262X2. The constant coefficient value obtained is -4.136. This means that if the value of the e-servicequality and price variables is equal to 0, then the level or magnitude of the customer satisfaction variable is -4.136. The e-service quality variable has a coefficient of 0.888. A value of 0.888 means that if the value of the e-service quality variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.888. The price variable has a coefficient of 0.262. A value of 0.262 means that if the value of the price variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.262. Determination analysis produces an Ajusted R Square of 0.837, this figure means that 83% of the level of customer satisfaction can be explained using the e-service quality and price variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 17% may be influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example company image, promotion and brand ambassador factors. The t test shows that the e-service quality variable shows that the calculated t is greater than the t table (12,636> 1,661). This means that hypothesis 1 (H1) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between e-service quality on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The price variable obtained by t calculated is greater than t table (3267 > 1,661). This means that hypothesis 2 (H2) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The f test shows that F count > F table or (247,816 > 3.09) which means Hypothesis 3 (H3) which states that simultaneously there is a significant influence between e-service quality and price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected.

This research aims to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence between Grab's service quality and consumer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this research is Grab users in Purworejo whose number is unknown, while the number of samples in this research is 40 people. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques use simple correlation tests, simple linear regression, determination tests and t tests. The results of a simple correlation test show that service quality X and customer satisfaction Y have a significance value of 0.659, which means that the two variables have a strong correlation. Based on a simple linear regression test, the resulting regression coefficient X is 0.410, which states that if there is an increase of 1 point in the value of the regression coefficient The results of the determination test showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) had a value of 0.435, this means that 43.5% of consumer satisfaction was influenced by the service quality variable, while 56.5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example competition with other online motorcycle taxis, tariffs. or price, customer experience in using grab services, etc. Based on the t test, tcount is 5.408 while ttable is 2.02439. With these data, tcount > ttable, so it can be concluded that the Ha hypothesis is acceptable, namely that there is a significant influence between service quality variables on customer satisfaction and can be accepted.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.
