The success of government publications to the public cannot be separated from the role of public relations (public relations). Public relations or better known as PR (Public Relations) has a very large role and is very much needed by leaders. "Publication is very important, because then the public will know what the leaders or regional heads are doing. If there is no publication, it is as if the regional head is not working even though he has worked hard. This study aims to find out the role and function of Public Relations in Publication at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. while the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that one of the roles of public relations at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office is to make publications about the activities of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office which have an impact on how to create a good image for OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations). these publication activities are published through social media, print media or electronic media. The social media used include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, but it is still in personal content, not on the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. Later, after being thrown to the public, it will be entered into the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. The function of public relations in the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service is how to provide information to the public or community, in other words, how to invite other Regional Apparatus Organizations to popularize news about the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service, especially the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service.

The Indonesian government has implemented various programs to improve public welfare; however, social assistance often misses its target, primarily due to a lack of accurate data. Sirapit Subdistrict, as a government institution, has access to important population data for policy development, particularly in the distribution of aid based on community welfare levels. Factors such as education, age, number of dependents, and income play a significant role in determining an individual's welfare. To address this issue, this study proposes the use of the Apriori method to analyze the factors affecting population welfare. The Apriori method is a data mining algorithm useful for discovering association patterns within a dataset. The study results show that with a support value of 3% and a confidence level of 100%, a pattern was found where residents with a high school education, 1-2 dependents, aged 35-45 years, earning Rp 500,000 - Rp 999,999, and with a low welfare level tend to work as laborers. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating more targeted policies to improve community welfare in Sirapit Subdistrict.

The purpose of this study was to study how job characteristics, work ethic, and quality of life affect employee performance at the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang City. In addition, the purpose of this research analysis was to determine how the independent and dependent variables used in this study interact with each other. This study used the entire population as a sample. where the author used 31 employees at the Lowokwaru District Office as a research sample. The tool used in this study was the Likert scale, which consisted of five response options, each valued 1-5. This study used research instruments, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of Windows SPSS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that job characteristics, work ethic, and quality of life have a partial and positive effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that all independent variables in this study have an effect on the dependent variable.

This research aims to apply the K-Means Clustering method in grouping consumer interests regarding the use of services at the Binjai Post Office. The Post Office is part of a state-owned enterprise in North Sumatra Province with the main task of providing postal and logistics services. Postal services remain one of the most important means of communication, especially for sending packages, letters, and documents. However, with various services and diverse consumer needs, post offices can provide more effective and relevant services. The K-Means Clustering method is a classification technique based on machine learning algorithms used to identify patterns present in consumer interest data. The data used in this research includes various related variables, namely the type of delivery, total cost, and delivery time. The results of the clustering process conducted using 3 clusters indicate that there is a grouping of consumer data based on preferences for using delivery services. In group 1, there are (21 data points) with a centroid at coordinates (C1) 2; 4.3810; 3.5238. In group 2, there are (124 data points) with a centroid at coordinates (C2) 3; 2.0565; 3.1452. In group 3, there are (387 data points) with a centroid at coordinates (C3) 3.6925; 1.1370; 1.7209. This research shows that the application of K-Means Clustering can enhance the understanding of consumer interests and assist in the development of more targeted strategies to optimally meet needs.

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mendeskripsikan Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Implementasi Perwako No. 42 Tahun 2016 Bagian 3 Pasal 5 Tentang Tugas Dinas PUPR (Studi Kasus Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Prabumulih). Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Selama Tiga Bulan Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif. Pengumpulan Data Dilakukan Melalui Wawancara, Observasi, Dan Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data Dilakukan Dengan Cara Penyajian Data, Reduksi Data, Dan Penarikan Simpulan. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Salah Satu Permasalahan Yang Dihadapi Pegawai PUPR Adalah Pada Kondisi Tertentu Tidak Selalu Dapat Mengikuti Aturan Atau Tugas Pokok Dan Fungsi Yang Ada, Terkadang Pegawai Harus Lebih Fleksibel Dalam Menyesuaikan Diri Dengan Kondisi Di Lapangan Dan Terkadang Tidak Mengikuti Tugas Pokok Dan Fungsi Yang Telah Dibuat. Perwako No. 42 Tahun 2016 Bagian 3 Pasal 5 Tentang Tugas Dinas PUPR Yang Kemudian Diubah Menjadi Peraturan Wali Kota (PERWALI) Kota Prabumulih No. 10 Tahun 2017 Merupakan Suatu Kebijakan Yang Baik, Hanya Saja Bagaimana Dalam Pelaksanaanya Sangat Tergantung Pada Pegawai PUPR, Karena Kebijakan Tersebut Hanyalah Sebuah Aturan Yang Dibuat Berdasarkan Kesepakatan Bersama Untuk Dipatuhi. Lingkungan Kerja Pada Kantor PUPR Sudah Cukup Baik, Hal Ini Dapat Dilihat Dari Sikap Kerja Para Pegawai Yang Ada Di Kantor Tersebut, Kemudian Didukung Dengan Sarana Dan Prasarana Yang Memadai, Hal Ini Mengindikasikan Secara Empiris, Lingkungan Kerja Kantor PUPR Sangat Mendukung Untuk Membentuk Dan Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai. Ruang Kerja Pegawai Cukup Luas, Bersih Dan Dilengkapi Dengan Fasilitas Lainnya, Dengan Adanya Dukungan Tersebut, Sudah Pasti Akan Memberikan Kenyamanan Bagi Pegawai Dalam Menyelesaikan Segala Pekerjaan Dan Tugas Kantor. Kemudian Didukung Dengan Kemampuan Pegawai Dalam Bekerja Sama Dalam Tim, Pegawai Mampu Memahami Karakter Masing-Masing Dengan Setiap Kekurangan Dan Kelebihannya Sehingga Pegawai Mampu Bekerja Sama Dalam Menyelesaikan Suatu Pekerjaan Yang Menjadi Tujuan Atau Sasaran Organisasi. Davy Angreana. Analisis Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Plaju Ulu Kota Palembang di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Plaju Ulu Kota Palembang di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah hasil kerja pegawai kecamatan Plaju Ulu belum maksimal dikarenakan jumlah pegawai yang masih kurang, belum didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai serta situasi corona yang juga menjadi faktor penghambat. Kualitas kerja pegawai di Plaju Ulu tidak hanya didukung oleh kualitas individu dengan semangat kerja yang baik, tetapi juga kualitas pendidikan dan pengalaman pegawai menjadi nilai tambah bagi pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya secara optimal. Dalam melaksanakan tugas pegawai sesuai dengan aturan dan SOP, tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing pegawai ditujukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan dalam bekerja, kemudian disisi lain akan lebih memaksimalkan kinerja. Pegawai memiliki tanggung jawab yang baik terhadap pekerjaannya, pegawai menyadari bahwa ketika sudah dilantik menjadi pegawai memiliki beban dan tanggung jawab yang lebih banyak, dan tentunya yang memberikan gaji adalah rakyat, dari itu mereka akan bekerja secara maksimal. Faktor pendukung kinerja pegawai yang ada di Desa Plaju Ulu adalah kualitas sumber daya pegawai yang sudah berpengalaman, terlatih dan didukung dengan pendidikan yang memadai, sudah sarjana dan menengah maupun yang belum pada tahap pendidikan. Kemudian didukung dengan kemampuan kerja sama tim yang sudah terjalin dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor penghambat kondisi pandemi corona, membuat kinerja pegawai tidak maksimal, maka pengurangan jumlah pegawai menjadi masalah yang menghambat kinerja di Desa Plaju Ulu.

Iin Triyanti. Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Camat Rambutan bersifat partisipatif, dimana Camat Rambutan tidak mengambil keputusan secara sepihak melainkan melakukan koordinasi atau sharing kepada bawahan, mulai dari sekretaris, camat, camat dan staf, sehingga gaya kepemimpinan seperti itu dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, karena pegawai merasa dilibatkan dan dihargai. Bukan hanya sebagai suruhan. Camat mempunyai tugas melaksanakan sebagian kewenangan Pemerintah Kabupaten di wilayah kerjanya, yaitu meliputi bidang pemerintahan, perekonomian, pembangunan, kesejahteraan rakyat dan pembinaan kehidupan bermasyarakat serta urusan pelayanan umum lainnya yang diserahkan oleh Bupati. Dan peran Camat dalam hal ini sebagai pemimpin adalah memastikan segala sesuatunya berjalan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor pendukung dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai adalah adanya sistem koordinasi yang baik antara atasan kepada staf dan sesama staf, sehingga tidak terjadi salah pengertian. Faktor penghambat adalah kualitas pegawai dilihat dari jenjang pendidikan yang masih belum strata satu (S1).

Kinerja pegawai akan menentukan kinerja instansi secara keseluruhan. Masalah kinerja sangat perlu diperhatikan karena kinerja merupakan kontribusi terbesar yang diharapkan instansi dari aparaturnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hasil penilaian kinerja pegawai Badan Ketenagakerjaan dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah analisis interaktif miles dan huberman. Hasil penelitian ; (1) Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BKPSDM Kota Palembang cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari sikap dan ketegasan kepala BKPSDM dalam memantau perkembangan atau pencapaian target kinerja pegawai dan instansi, dimana secara keseluruhan target indikator kinerja terealisasi. Adapun pencapaian indikator kinerja yang melampaui target yaitu presentase indikator penanganan pelanggaran disiplin pegawai ASN, (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BKPSDM Kota Palembang adalah sebagai berikut: (a) faktor pendukung meliputi dimensi konteks, input, produk, dan (a) faktor penghambat yaitu dimensi proses.

This study aims to analyze the performance of human resources in the Directorate of Civil Service Status at the State Civil Service Agency in handling service problems or ASN status cases. Labor productivity is influenced by various factors related to the workforce itself as well as those related to the company environment and government policies as a whole, such as education, skills, discipline, attitude and work ethics. Research methods are classified based on the objectives and level of natural setting of the object, research methods can be classified into basic research objectives, applied research methods and research and development. In this study, the researcher chose the type of Qualitative research to present and describe in detail and in detail the analysis of employee productivity in serving ASN performance problems at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the BKN. Research Results Overall, the quality of service at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) can be categorized as very good, supported by clarity of information, ease of access through various communication channels, and employee responsiveness in handling complaints. The completeness of the files submitted by the proposing agency greatly affects the speed of the service process. When the files are complete, the process can run quickly and efficiently. However, incomplete files are often the cause of delays in service. and the use of technology, such as the ASN SI application, is very helpful in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Technology allows ASN to access information and services more quickly and easily.

This research is useful for ensuring transparency and accountability The use of sub-district funds at the Karang Berombak Village Head Office is distributed randomly broad and easily accessibleble to the public, especially the information presented in The format is simple to understand and listed in detail. As well as for increasing community empowerment in terms of utilizing these funds. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Technique Data collection used in this research was interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research were a total 5 people who were devices sub-districts at the Karang Berombak Village Head Office, namely Village Head, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Development, and Head of Environment XIII. The research results explain that Transparency and Accountability of Village Funds at the Lurah Office Karang Berombak, West Medan District, Medan City is transparent and accountability can be seen from a participatory process that involves all levels community by gathering and approving community aspirations although budget management is not made public, transparency and accountability is maintained through active community involvement and positive responses village head towards criticism and suggestions given by the community and them has supervised the use of sub-district funds. In this way, sub-district funds can be used appropriately to meet needs community needs and create a better and empowered environment.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan urban farming melalui pemanfaatan greenhouse di Kelurahan Wonolopo, Kecamatan Mijen. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan lokal serta memberdayakan masyarakat dalam praktik pertanian perkotaan yang berkelanjutan. Green house dibangun di area kantor kelurahan sebagai model pertanian modern yang dapat diaplikasikan di lingkungan perkotaan. Kegiatan melibatkan pelatihan intensif kepada warga setempat tentang teknik-teknik urban farming, termasuk pemilihan tanaman, penanaman, perawatan, dan pemanenan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam bidang pertanian perkotaan serta keberhasilan greenhouse sebagai fasilitas produksi tanaman yang efisien. Diharapkan, proyek ini dapat menjadi model untuk implementasi urban farming di wilayah perkotaan lainnya dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan ketahanan pangan secara berkelanjutan.

Employee performance can be seen from the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to analyze leadership, motivation, and discipline and employee performance in the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The sample in this study was 32 employees at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 19.0 for Windows software tools. The results of the partial research show that partial testing for the leadership variable shows a p-value of 0.303, meaning that partial leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The partial test results for the motivation variable show a p-value of 0.009, meaning that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The partial test results for the work discipline variable show a p-value of 0.000, meaning that discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The results of the simultaneous testing of the calculated F value are 512.757 which is greater than 3.33 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that leadership, motivation and discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head.

This research aims to empirically test the influence of field raids, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.The data source used in this research is primary data through the results of distributing questionnaires to motor vehicle taxpayers at the Ambon City Samsat Office. The total sample in this research was 100 taxpayers using a convenience sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research show that field raids have a positive effect on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Ambon City, taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Ambon City, and tax sanctions have a positive effect on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Ambon City. Ambon City.

Protecting the rights and interests of the people has an important role for the government. To prevent the increasing number and development of land conflicts in the community, it is very necessary to make definite resolution efforts, for example to meet the needs of the community which is usually used for residence, livelihoods and daily needs, it is necessary to provide legal protection for land rights, and especially property rights to land which are owned by many people. From the description above, land ownership certificates are very important to maintain, but up to now there are still requests for replacement certificates due to loss and damage, so the author is interested in studying in more depth the responsibility of the West Kotawaringin Regency BPN for issuing replacement certificates. The author uses empirical legal research. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively, qualitatively, namely by providing presentations and explaining in detail and in depth and for data collection by searching for data and information in relevant locations related to the research topic using interviews, literature studies and the internet.

After the enactment of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2020 and PP no. 21 of 2020 regarding Covid-19 and PSBB, many public services experienced disruption, including marriage services. To avoid crowds at the District KUA, the number of marriage ceremonies is limited to eight couples per day. However, the Kabanjahe District KUA reported an increase in marriage requests in recent times, especially during the pandemic. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on marriage contracts at the KUA Kabanjahe District in 2022, with a focus on the implementation of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2020 and PP no. 21 of 2020, especially the principle of mashlahah murlahah, is considered impermissible because it can cause harm or damage to humanity. This legal determination is based on the principle of ushul fiqh which states that "rejecting damage must take precedence over bringing benefit". In this context, the damage referred to is the risk of spreading Covid-19 among the Walimatul 'Ursy participants. Meanwhile, bringing benefit means continuing to carry out walimatul 'ursy as a form of notification to the public about the existence of a bond between the bride and groom's families. Supporting factors for this include good coordination between the KUA and assistants such as the Covid-19 officer unit, health educators and community leaders who are aware of social restrictions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of complying with regulations.

This research aims to determine the influence of career development variables (X1), competency (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) on employee performance (Y) at the Central Statistics Agency Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 34 respondents at the Central Statistics Agency Office. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test.  The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= -0.915 + 0.472X1 + 0.394X2 + 0.947X3 and the t test results of the variables career development, competence, job satisfaction had a partially significant effect on employee performance. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that career development, competence, job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics.

Protecting the rights, rights and interests of the people has an important role of the government. To prevent the increasing number and development of land conflicts in the community, it is very necessary to make sure solutions, for example, in order to meet the needs of the community which are usually used for housing, livelihoods, and daily needs, it should provide legal protection for land rights, and especially land ownership rights that are widely owned by the community. From the description above, the certificate of ownership of land is very important to maintain its existence, but until now there are still applications for replacement certificates because they are lost and damaged, so the author is interested in studying more deeply about the responsibility of the BPN in the West Kotawaringin Regency area for the issuance of replacement certificates. The author uses this type of empirical legal research. The data analysis technique is carried out in a descriptive, qualitative manner, namely by giving a detailed and in-depth presentation and explanation and for data collection by looking for data and information in relevant locations related to the research topic by interviews, library studies, and the internet.

This research is entitled the effect of Reward and Punishment on Work Discipline Through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable (Study on Employees of the Central Lombok Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office). This research aim to determine the effect and significance of reward and punishment variables on work discipline through work motivation as an intervening variable. The number of repondents in this study were 33 people from the Central Lombook Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office employees and this study used quantitative research methods. The  data analysis used is path analysis, as well as statistical test namely the F test, T test, and R Square test processed using IBM SPSS 20. The result of this research indicate that : 1) Reward has no significant effect on work  discipline, 2). Punishment has a significant effect on work discipline, 3). Work Motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, 4). Reward has no significant effect on work motivation, 5). Punishment has no significant effect on work motivation, 6). Reward has no significant effect on work discipline through work motivation, 7). Punishment has no significant effect on work discipline through work motivation.

The study uses a qualitative approach to examine the quality of public services at the Bulakwaru Village Head Office. This approach was chosen to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the dynamics and quality of the services provided. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with staff and service recipients, participant observation of the service process, and analysis of relevant documents. The research aims to measure and analyze the quality of services at the Bulakwaru Village Head Office, Tarub District, Tegal Regency, to identify factors affecting public satisfaction and provide recommendations for improving the quality of public services, particularly at the Bulakwaru Village Head Office. The study results indicate that while some elements of service are functioning well, several aspects need improvement, particularly in terms of speed and responsiveness. Recommendations from this study include staff training and facility improvements to support better service delivery. These findings are expected to assist stakeholders in developing strategies to enhance the quality of public services in this area.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work experience, professionalism and auditor education on consideration of the level of audit methodology for auditors working in public accounting firms in the South Jakarta and West Jakarta regions in 2024. The data sampling technique involves distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The research population was auditors who worked in 9 Public Accounting Firms and obtained 78 questionnaires and all questionnaires could be processed. The data processing used was multiple linear regression analysis, tested using the Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) program version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that organizational commitment (X1) and auditor education (X4) have a significant effect on consideration of audit materiality level (Y), while work experience (X2) and professionalism (X3) have no effect on consideration of audit materiality level (Y).
