This study aims to interpret the budgeting process in the policy-making of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) at PT Kaltim Industrial Estate (KIE). Using a qualitative-interpretive approach through a single instrumental case study, data were collected from interviews with key informants, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TJSL budgeting at KIE is not merely a technical process but rather a complex arena of meaning negotiation. This process reflects the company’s efforts to respond to institutional pressures while simultaneously building social legitimacy. Five main themes were identified: (1) the interpretation of TJSL as a commitment to sustainability and Creating Shared Value (CSV); (2) the integration of TJSL into corporate strategy; (3) a bottom-up and participatory budgeting process; (4) priority setting influenced by institutional pressures and financial capacity; and (5) program evaluation involving external parties. The study concludes that the interpretation of TJSL has shifted from a symbolic obligation to a strategic investment, substantively integrated into corporate governance to ensure business sustainability.

This research examines the effectiveness of using a repertoire class as a learning strategy in the Media Music course of the Film and Television Production Study Program at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta. The course, offered in the fourth semester, focuses on film music creation, mood development, and instrumental understanding. The study applies the Classroom Action Research method with the primary goal of improving students’ comprehension of film scoring components. Pre-cycle findings showed that students’ understanding was relatively low under previous teaching approaches. To address this, the repertoire class method was introduced. This strategy emphasises active learning through sound samples from various instruments, allowing students to directly experience and analyse how musical elements shape the mood of a film. The interactive design of this method provides not only theoretical insights but also practical, auditory experiences that deepen learning. The research was carried out in three CAR cycles, each evaluating student progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Results demonstrate a notable improvement in learning outcomes. The percentage of students achieving Excellent and Very Good categories increased significantly, while the number in the Poor category decreased. These findings confirm that repertoire classes, especially those incorporating instrumental sound samples, are highly effective in enhancing students’ understanding of the emotional dimension of film music. In conclusion, this approach enriches the learning experience and equips students with both technical knowledge and emotional sensitivity in film scoring. By integrating practice-based methods, the repertoire class proves to be a valuable strategy in media music education.

Enteric bacterial infectious diseases such as Escherichia coli are still a serious health problem in many countries, mainly due to the increasing cases of antibiotic resistance that cause the effectiveness of conventional therapies to decline. This condition encourages the search for safer and more effective natural alternatives, one of which is propolis produced by the Trigona sp. bee Trigona sp. Propolis is known to contain a variety of bioactive compounds, including flavonoids and phenolic acid, which act as antimicrobials. This study aims to test the antibacterial activity of propolis extract against E. coli by the sumpray diffusion method. The results of the study showed that there was an inhibition zone that varied according to the concentration of the extract. At a concentration of 10%, an average inhibition zone of 19.85 mm (strong category), a 20% concentration of 22.35 mm (very strong), and a concentration of 30% reaches 26.62 mm (very strong). In comparison, the positive control of ciprofloxacin produced 21.25 mm of resistance, while the negative control (DMSO) showed no activity. ANOVA analysis confirmed significant differences between treatments (p < 0.05). Background: Colostrum is the first natural food for newborns, containing essential nutrients and antibodies that protect against infection. Health education for pregnant women in their third trimester is crucial to enhance their knowledge and practices regarding colostrum provision. Despite the global decline in neonatal mortality, the rate remains high, partly due to limited access and low quality of neonatal care. In Indonesia, particularly in Semarang, although exclusive breastfeeding coverage has improved, many mothers still lack understanding of colostrum’s importance and remain influenced by misconceptions. Preliminary studies revealed insufficient knowledge among pregnant women about colostrum. Method: This study applied a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The intervention group received health education, while the control group did not. Results: Before intervention, most respondents in both groups had poor knowledge. After the intervention, knowledge in the intervention group increased significantly, with 88.8% reaching a good category, while the control group showed no significant change. Furthermore, 94.4% of mothers in the intervention group gave colostrum, compared with only 33.3% in the control group. Conclusion: Health education is an effective strategy to increase maternal knowledge and encourage colostrum practice, dispelling myths and promoting better neonatal outcomes.

The long-term care required by schizophrenia patients places a heavy burden on caregivers who are responsible for meeting the patients' needs. Performing these caregiving tasks often causes physical and emotional stress on caregivers, especially due to the long-term nature of the care. In situations like this, coping strategies play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of caregivers so that they are able to face the challenges that arise during the process of caring for schizophrenic patients. This study focuses on examining the correlation between coping strategies and the quality of life of caregivers who provide care for schizophrenic patients at the Aceh Mental Hospital Polyclinic. The research design applied was analytical with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 115 caregivers were sampled through accidental sampling from a total population of 4,035 families. Research data were collected using two measuring instruments, namely the Brief COPE questionnaire and The Schizophrenia Caregiver Quality of Life Questionnaire (SCGQoL). The research process took place at the Aceh Mental Hospital Polyclinic from March 6 to 24, 2025. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate methods. Based on the research results, it was found that 108 caregivers (93.9%) were in the low coping strategy category, while 80 caregivers (69.6%) had a moderate quality of life. Statistical testing with Chi-Square produced a p-value of 0.001, which indicates a significant relationship between coping strategies and the quality of life of caregivers. Therefore, it is hoped that health care institutions can improve mental health nursing interventions for patients' families, particularly through educational programs on managing schizophrenia patients at home and assistance in identifying adaptive coping resources for patients' families.
