E-bisnis kini menghadapi era baru dengan hadirnya Industri 5.0. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana E-bisnis dapat memanfaatkan Industri 5.0 dan Asisten Virtual untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan pengalaman pelanggan. Studi literatur, studi kasus, dan analisis data menjadi landasan pembahasan. Industri 5.0, yang ditandai dengan hiperkonektivitas, otomasi, dan kecerdasan buatan, menawarkan berbagai peluang bagi E-bisnis. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan Asisten Virtual untuk menangani tugas-tugas seperti layanan pelanggan, pemrosesan pesanan, dan pemasaran. Integrasi keduanya berpotensi membawa E-bisnis ke level yang lebih tinggi. Asisten Virtual dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dengan mengotomatiskan tugas manual. Selain itu, ia juga mampu memberikan layanan pelanggan 24/7 dan meningkatkan engagement pelanggan melalui interaksi yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, Industri 5.0 dan Asisten Virtual menjadi terobosan yang dapat dimanfaatkan E-bisnis untuk meraih kesuksesan di era digital. Namun, dibutuhkan perencanaan matang, investasi yang tepat, dan komitmen terhadap perubahan agar dapat mengimplementasikan teknologi ini secara strategis.

Employee productivity is one of the determining factors for the company's success in achieving its goals. Proper leadership implementation can increase employee productivity, especially in the banking sector. A leader in the banking sector must be able to unite perceptions (perspectives) in every element of the company, both employees and leaders of institutions in an effort to achieve the goals of financial institutions. This can be seen from the leadership style applied to one of the banking institutions in Indonesia, namely PT. State Savings Bank Jombang Sharia Sub-Branch Office. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to implement the leadership model at PT. BANK BTN KCP Syariah Jombang in relation to increasing employee productivity. This study uses the literature review method. Based on the results of literature studies, it can be seen that the leadership model at PT. BANK BTN KCP Syariah Jombang implemented is a democratic, charismatic, and transformational leadership model. Leadership plays an important role in employee productivity. This is because the application of a good leadership model will affect the morale, loyalty, work ethic, and company culture. If employees have a high.

This research investigates the effectiveness of new methods in improving computer system performance through a rigorous scientific approach. The research method applied includes the steps of data collection, implementation of new methods, data analysis, and evaluation of results. The research results show that the proposed innovative approach successfully improves the performance of the computer system in various test scenarios. Key findings include significant improvements in data processing speed, with increased system responsiveness and more optimal resource use efficiency. Statistical analysis shows a 25% increase in data processing speed and up to 20% improved resource usage. These results provide a strong empirical basis for the recognition of a scientific approach in improving computer system performance, as well as demonstrating the potential for further application in the context of computer system performance optimization. Thus, this research provides a valuable contribution to the understanding and practice of computer system performance optimization.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Reward and Communication on Employee Work Productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were employees of the SPBE operator PT. Buana Energi Raya partners are 45 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the research show that Rewards and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Rewards partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya.

The development of information technology in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 necessitates accounting professionals to enhance their AI-based information technology knowledge supported by soft skills. This research utilizes primary data through questionnaire-based data collection. The study's population comprises employees of Lifetime Design Manufacture using Accurate software, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The research findings indicate that accounting knowledge, information technology knowledge, and soft skills significantly impact employee performance. The study has limitations that require refinement and development. Future research could identify additional variables influencing employee performance for a more comprehensive corporate strategy. 

Pendampingan Proses Produk Halal (PPH)  merupakan kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)  dalam kegiatan penguatan manajemen dan pengurusan sertifikasi halal pada program self declare/Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI).  Program tersebut merupakan program yang ditawarkan oleh Kementrian Agama (Kemenag) melalui BPJPH, tujuannya sebagai memberikan kemudahan pelaku UMKM untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal secara gratis, kegiatan  tersebut juga merupakan strategi mengakselasari peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai produk bersertifikasi halal di Indonesia yang diawai Lembaga Pemeriksa Halal.  PPH juga merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperluas  akses pasar  yang lebih luas. Salah satu pelaku UMKM adalah produsen produk jenang ayu Bu Sono melalui program PPH  dan produk yang tersertifikasi halal dapa diakses oleh pasar muslim yang lebih luas dapat dikatakan meningkatkan produktivitasnya melalui kegiatan memperluas pangsar pasarnya. Selain itu pendampingan ini juga membantu UMKM untuk melatih , UMKM dalam pengisian SPJH, mengisi aplikasi si Halal dan menginput data produksi pada aplikasi si Halal, pendamping juga melakukan verifikasi dan validasi pada produk yang akan didaftarkan pada program self declare (SEHATI). Pengabdian ini akan menghasilkan produk Jenang Ayu Bu Sono tersertifikasi halal dan memiliki nilai tambah produk dan terjamin.  

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department of the company CV Putra AR Ciamis. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 70 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity.

The duties and functions of a lecturer are to implement the Tri Darma of Higher Education which consists of teaching and education, research and community service. Community service is intended to participate in advancing community welfare and making the nation's life smarter. For this purpose, community empowerment is carried out through training in basic welding techniques to provide skills for people who have dropped out of school and employees who have been laid off by the Company due to being hit by the economic crisis as a consequence of the spread of Covid-19 globally and having a broad impact on various aspects of human life. The basic welding techniques training activity began with a socialization and discussion session together with educational and community leaders in Patekke Village, South Makale District. The results of the discussion are part of an analysis of situations and phenomena in society in general and for former of PT Malea Energy workers in particular. This training activity aims to provide training participants with skills and competencies so that they can work independently to activate and run the economic activities again. Training materials related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Industrial Materials, work facilities and equipment, and working drawings. The benefit of training is increasing HR capacity to increase productivity which is expected to improve the family's economic performance.

Centa Brasindo Abadi (CBA) is a company operating in the agricultural sector. To maintain and increase productivity, maintenance of production machines is required. Preventive Maintenance (PM) is an approach used in maintaining equipment and machines to prevent unwanted damage or failure. A sachet filling machine is a machine for packaging products that will be distributed in sachet packaging according to the predetermined product weight. Preventive maintenance helps identify potential problems, saves on costly repairs, and keeps equipment in optimal operational condition. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of preventive maintenance to maintain productivity in an effort to reduce downtime.

This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of discipline and cooperation on work productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Wilmar Nabati Padang. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Wilmar Nabati Padang. The research results found that there is an influence between discipline and job satisfaction. There is an influence between Collaboration on Job Satisfaction. There is an influence between discipline and work productivity. There is no influence between Collaboration on Work Productivity. There is an influence between Job Satisfaction and Work Productivity. Job Satisfaction mediates Discipline on Work Productivity. Job Satisfaction mediates Collaboration on Work Productivity.

This study aims to empower farmer groups in applying appropriate technology to rice farming productivity in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research methods used include field surveys and analysis of productivity data from farmers who apply this technology compared to those who do not. Primary data was collected through structured interviews with farmers and direct observation in the field during the research period. Data analysis was carried out by comparing rice production results, efficiency of using agricultural inputs, and farmer income before and after adopting appropriate technology. The research results show that the adoption of appropriate technology significantly increases rice productivity in terms of the number of harvests per hectare and reduces the costs of certain inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides. In addition, farmers who apply this technology also report better income increases compared to conventional methods. These findings support the importance of implementing appropriate technology in improving food security and the economy of farmers in rural areas such as Sukajadi Village. This research contributes to expanding understanding of the practical benefits of appropriate technology in the context of rice farming in Indonesia.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. This research is a quantitative research.The short-term goal in this study is to find out whether intellectual capital has a positive effect on productivity, while for the long-term goal is to know how much intellectual capital plays a role in improving company performance.The data used is secondary data from the annual report (annual report).Population in this research is company which go public in Indonesia which is listed in BEI.The samples are companies that go public in Indonesia listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2015, which includesinfrastructure, utilities and transportation.Sampling is done with purpose sampling.Variable used is independent variable that is intellectual capital and as dependent variable that is productivity.Data analysis using multiple linear regression.The result of this research is that there is negative influence of intellectual capital toward productivity in companies that go public in Indonesia.Keywords: intellectual capital,productivity

This research is intended to design a waste bank information system through an action research approach. The object in this study is a group of waste banks under the auspices of the Guwosari Training Center, Bantul Regency. The new system built will strengthen ease of use (easy to use). Two things are proposed in this study, namely improvements to the waste bank manual information system that is already running as an initial diagnosis and the transition from the manual recording system to digital recording through computer devices (applications) with centralized data in one database.

Pelemgadung Village is located in Sragen Regency, Central Java, where the majority of the population makes their living as farmers. According to the results of situation analysis and data collection, it was found that low back pain is one of the conditions that often occurs in the village. Low back pain is a musculoskeletal disorder that arises due to a static body position while working, resulting in pain in the lower back. The aim of this activity is to increase farmers’ understanding and knowledge of reducing lower back pain. The method used was education about low back pain using leaflets as a health promotion medium, as well as distributing pre- and post- questionnaires to assess farmers’ knowledge about low back pain. The results of the questionnaire show an increase in farmers’ understanding, which can be seen from the number of participants with the highest scores. During the pre-test, 24 people achieved the highest score, while in the post-test, the number increased to 35 people. Based on the education that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in farmers’ understanding of low back pain and how to overcome this condition.

The analysis method used is path analysis using smartpls. The results of the research obtained based on the Partial Test There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Safety and Employee Productivity. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Occupational Health and Employee Productivity.

This study aims to determine Performance Accountability, Security and Working Hours on Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob B Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. This research method is descriptive quantitative type by distributing questionnaires (Likert scale 1-5) to a sample size of 83 out of 500 respondents calculated by the Slovin formula and processed with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that the path coefficient and p-value of the Performance Accountability variable (0.228 and 0.005), Security (0.062 and 0.062), and Working Hours (0.226 and 0.007). This means that Performance Accountability and Working Hours partially have a significant positive effect on the Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob B Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. While Security partially has no effect on the Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. Furthermore, the path coefficient and p-value of the Work Discipline variable are 0.410 and 0.002. This means that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the work productivity of members of Satbrimob Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on the productivity of apprentice employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. KCU Harapan Indah Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. Partially, the training variable affects employee work productivity with a t-count> t-table value. Based on the test results and data analysis, the partial test calculation results show a value of 4.496 (t-count) > 2.022 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially, the work motivation variable has an influence on employee productivity with a t-count> t-table value. Based on the test results and data analysis, the partial count results obtained show a value of 2.491 (t-count) > 2.022 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test results obtained from this study from the training and work motivation variables, a value of 10.392 (f count)> 3.24 (f table) has been obtained.      

This research is aimed at measuring the direct and indirect effects of work stress on work productivity through motivation. This research implements quantitative research with the subject of wholesale traders who work at Mall The sequence used in this analysis is hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26 statistical tools. The results of the research state that the work stress variable partially influences work productivity with a calculated t value of 6,403 > 1.98217, work stress partially influences motivation with a calculated t value of 8,557 > 1.98217, motivation partially influences work productivity with a t value calculated 5,875 > 1.98217, and the indirect influence of work stress on work productivity through motivation has an influence with a total influence value greater than the direct influence value of 0.838 > 0.525.

Introduction: Digital transformation in the agricultural sector has become an urgent need to increase efficiency and productivity, especially in tropical regions that are rich in natural resources but face challenges in adopting technology. Purposed: To analyze the socio-economic factors influencing the adoption of precision agricultural technology by farmers in tropical agro-ecological areas. Research method: A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was used in this study, with a sample consisting of crop farmers selected randomly. The independent variables analyzed include age, education, income, land area, access to credit, and participation in farmer groups, while the dependent variable is the level of adoption of precision technology. Results: Logistic regression showed that education, income, access to credit, and participation in farmer groups have a significant impact on the adoption of precision technology. In contrast, land area did not show a significant effect on technology adoption. Access to credit and education had a very strong influence on the adoption decision, followed by income and participation in farmer groups. This study suggests the need for improving access to education, providing adequate financing schemes, and empowering farmer groups to enhance the adoption of precision agricultural technology in tropical areas. Thus, policies supporting precision agriculture technology are expected to improve productivity and sustainability in the region.
