Perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha dan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan  untuk menentukan harga jual produk. Selain itu perhitungan harga pokok produksi dapat menunjukan besar laba yang diperoleh dari setiap produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual dari setiap produk di UMKM Empat Bintang.  Perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang digunakan adalah metode harga pokok proses (Process costing method), sedangkan untuk penentuan harga jual produk menggunakan metode cost plus pricing. Sistem informasi penentuan harga pokok produksi dibutuhkan untuk penentuan harga jual produk yang tepat, menghitung biaya produksi yang dibebankan setiap produk supaya mengetahui perolehan laba yang sesungguhnya. Rancang bangun sistem informasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sitem informasi ini yaitu dapat memperhitungkan harga pokok produksi sesuai jenis produk

SAE Kerupuk Bawang adalah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner (makanan). Pengelola SAE Kerupuk Bawang hanya mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan secara global serta tidak menggunakan perhitungan yang terperinci sehingga dalam menentukan laporan masih dikatakan belum memenuhi standar akuntansi. Penulisan laporan keuangan perlu diperhatikan karena akan berpengaruh pada perhitungan rasio untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perbandingan rasio menggunakan metode Profitabilitas yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Sistem informasi untuk pengolahan harga pokok produksi dan laporan keuangan dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menghetahui perbandingan rasio, sehingga dapat mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio .Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem informasi ini yaitu dapat memperhitungkan perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan periode bulan ini dengan periode bulan sebelumnya

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai  melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami  oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua  platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk untuk membantu memajukan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. BWI dapat membentuk perwakilan di provinsi, kabupaten atau kota sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kecamatan Rangkasbitung merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berada di bawah naungan BWI perwakilan Kabupaten Lebak. Pendataan tanah wakaf di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung saat ini belum terorganisir dengan baik. Masih banyak tanah wakaf yang belum memiliki akta wakaf dan belum dikelola dengan baik. Hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf tersebut. Untuk membantu penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dibangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Pemetaan Tanah Wakaf berbasis Web di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini adalah prototype. Aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter, GeoJSON dan LeafletJS, untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari analisis persebaran ini berupa peta digital web untuk pengetahui informasi lokasi tanah wakaf secara lebih tepat, sehingga dapat membantu untuk melakukan pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf menjadi lebih mudah. Kemajuan teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat menjadi alat yang dapat membantu proses pengelolaan data. Pengelolaan dan penggunaan data yang tersistematis dapat menghasilkan informasi yang rinci. Pengelolaan data yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang diolah. Pada perancangan database, terdapat hal-hal penting yang harus diperhatikan, diantaranya adalah constraint, type data dan relasi yang dibutuhkan untuk masing-masing table yang ada pada database. Constraint, type data, dan relasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan performasi dari database yang dimiliki. Fokus pembahasan pada paper kali ini adalah optimisasi table dari database yang digunakan pada aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital. Optimasi yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini mencangkup optimasi penggunaan constraint yang tepat untuk setiap kolom untuk masing-masing table yang ada pada sistem pencatatan keuangan digital yang ada, selain constraint, hal yang dilakukan adalah optimasi untuk type data yang sesuai untuk masing-masing kolom yang ada pada setiap tabel database. Pada tahap percobaan nantinya database yang ada akan di ekspor ke dalam database MySQL menggunakan aplikasi XAMPP. Data yang akan digunakan untuk pengujian sebesar 1.585 data catatan keuangan yang dilakukan user melalui aplikasi.

Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

Over time, the Riau Kepualaun Provincial Tax Management Office which lives in Batam City underwent a name change to become a Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the Riau Islands Province (BP2RD). This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

The recruitment of new mechanics at Mataram Sakti is no longer through the training process at the head office, but new mechanics are placed at the dealership accompanied by the chief mechanic as a supervisor, with the aim of providing training to new mechanics in order to be able to service or periodically repair Yamaha products especially the latest motorbikes namely Yamaha NMAX, because of the flurry sometimes the mechanical head is not in place so that when the mechanic is experiencing problems it cannot directly ask the mechanical head causing the handling of repairs to be less effective and efficient. One way to overcome this is to create a web-based expert system application with a forward chaining method so that the chief mechanic can transfer the knowledge he has into the computer. Forward chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts and then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-Then rules, so that conclusions can be drawn. This expert system was built using supporting software including, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP script language, MySQL database and WAMP server. The expert system for diagnosing damage to Yamaha NMAX motorcycles using the forward chaining method can be used as a new mechanical learning media in diagnosing damage to NMAX motorcycles and as a means of chief mechanics transferring their knowledge.

Kebutuhan air bersih merupakan suatu hal yang mendasar bagi masyarakat, terlebih bagi masyarakat yang berada di wilayah perkotaan. Salah satu jenis sumber air yang digunakan sebagai air bersih adalah air tanah. Namun ketersediaan lahan terbuka hijau untuk membuat sumur semakin berkurang. Hal ini menjadi salah satu latar belakang sekelompok masyarakat berisisiatif untuk membangun sebuah sumur pompa agar dapat digunakan secara bersama-sama. Salah satu daerah yang membangun sumur pompa artesis lengkap dengan jaringan pipa ke masing-masing rumah telah dilakukan oleh warga di komplek Jl Candi Prambanan Timur Kelurahan Kalipancur Semarang. Meski dilakukan secara swadaya, namun semua warga di kompleks tersebut merasa terbantu dengan adanya fasilitas tersebut Dikarenakan kesibukan warga, mereka sepakat menginginkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi berbagai permasalahan di atas. Warga berharap dapat melihat informasi jumlah biaya pemakaian tanpa harus menghubungi petugas pencatat. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang berbasis server agar informasi dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Aplikasi pengelola data server dengan web service menggunakan PHP dan MySql dibuat mencakup fungsi dasar yaitu pendataan user, pendataan pelanggan, input pemakaian dan laporan pemakaian. Aplikasi pada sisi android dengan antarmuka sederhana untuk mengakses data menggunakan pustaka Volley.
