White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

This study aims to identify the influence of credibility dimensions (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise) of influencers on intention to buy on "Safi-Skincare" products. The type of data used is primary data, which refers to information obtained directly from research subjects through measurement tools or data collection methods. In this study, we obtained data by circulating questionnaires to 250 respondents aged 16 to 35 years, and then this data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of credibility (attractiveness and expertise) of an influencer on purchase intention, except for the dimension of trust in influencer credibility. There is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise) of an influencer on online customer engagement. There is a positive and significant influence between online customer engagement and purchase intention. This research has the potential to be expanded to present greater variation and increase the validity of existing theories. This can be achieved through the development of research objects, increasing the number of respondents, more in-depth research on various aspects of influencer credibility dimensions, as well as more detailed research on the influence of influencer credibility.

In the era of rapid development of digital technology, one of the marketing strategies that is increasingly being applied is through artists as advertising promotions for a product through television, including advertisements on Clear shampoo products. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of celebrity endorser analysis, brand image, brand trust and television advertising on shampoo purchase decisions at Mapur stores in Brebes District. The correlation method with the quantitative approach method carried out is based on positivistic research data (concrete data), namely numerical values that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem studied to produce a conclusion. The population of this study was Clear shampoo customers at the Mapur store, Jagalempeni Village, Brebes Regency. The sample was obtained by the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% of the population of 413 people, then a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The research instrument used was in the form of primary data from filling out questionnaires. The results of the t test in the study found that the brand trust variable did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand trust had an effect on purchasing decisions, television advertisements did not affect purchase decisions. Based on the F test, this value is obtained that brand trust has the most significant influence, followed by brand image, television advertising, and celebrity endorsers in order of significance of influence in a given analysis model. These results provide an idea of the relative contribution of each independent variable to the dependent variable simultaneously influencing the determination in purchasing decisions on Clear shampoo products.

This research investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. Through analysis of survey data, it was found that service quality, including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, positively influences customer satisfaction. These results provide insight for PT. Pawnshops to improve their services, strengthen ties with customers, and increase customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded from the five dimensions of service quality, the most important dimension for customers is guarantee, because customers prioritize security, comfort and trust in transactions with PT. Pawnshop. Conclusion This research has the implication that PT. Pegadaian must maintain and improve service quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian must also strengthen relationships with customers by providing services that are in line with customer expectations and needs

This research reviews the literature on green marketing and proposes a new conceptual framework on customer loyalty. It uses four constructs of perceived risk, customer trust, and customer loyalty. In environmentally friendly electronic products in Surabaya City. This study uses quantitative methods to prove the hypothesis. Data were obtained from 100 consumers who buy and use environmentally friendly electronic products, especially cell phones, computers, and laptops using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that risk perception and customer trust have a direct effect on customer loyalty

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction, service quality, celebrity endorsers, and brand trust on the interest in repurchasing Pepsodent toothpaste at Yogya Mall Brebes Regency. The population in this study was consumers of Pepsodent toothpaste in Yogya Mall. The number of samples used in this study was 136 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Pepsodent toothpaste consumers at Yogya Mall. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple regression tests. The results showed that the variables of consumer satisfaction and service quality did not have a positive effect on repurchase interest, on the contrary, celebrity endorser variables and brand trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction, service quality, celebrity endorsers and brand trust affect the interest in repurchasing Pepsodent toothpaste at Yogya Mall Brebes Regency.

Abstract.The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) How the Islamic dimension of service affects consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel, (2) Is there an influence of the Islamic dimension on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this quantitative method, research is carried out directly in the field or at the research location. The research approach used in this research is in the form of a direct survey to customers. Surveys are carried out by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of this research show that the Islamic dimension of service on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel is very influential. The better the Islamic dimension of service provided, the higher the level of satisfaction when using the services of the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. Hotel Indah Syariah Sibuhuan consistently provides high quality services to consumers, so that consumers feel satisfied with the service they receive. Aspects of service such as reliability, trust, appearance, empathy and responsiveness offered by the hotel, these are the Islamic dimension variables partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. With the regression coefficient for the Islamic dimension variable (X) being positive, the resulting t value of 5.076 is more than the t table of 1.672 with a significance of less than 0.558. This means that the Islamic Dimension variable (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y).

This research aims to analyze how E-Trust and E-Service Quality influence E-Loyalty in mobile banking services, as well as the role of customer satisfaction as a variable that mediates the relationship between E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-Loyalty. This research was conducted as a case study on FEBI UINSU students in 2019 who used mobile banking services. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to FEBI UINSU students who had used mobile banking services. The questionnaire contains questions about their perceptions of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, customer satisfaction, and their level of E-Loyalty towards mobile banking services. The collected data is analyzed using relevant statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, path analysis, or other appropriate methods to test the relationship between the variables in this research.

Financial institutions have played a very large role in the development and growth of modern industrial society. BMT is included in the Sharia Financial Institutions which are operated on the principle of profit sharing, trying to grow and develop micro, small and medium enterprises, in order to raise the level and dignity and defend the interests of the poor. The aim of this research is to determine the role of BMT in empowering micro businesses and the potential of businesses financed at Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT) to develop economic activities so that they provide positive, prosperous and of course more independent results. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive research type, and the research data is taken from first-hand data, namely customer perceptions and second-hand statements that can be trusted. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and information from books, articles, journals and theses. Research findings show that BMT plays an important role in empowering micro businesses by providing financing in accordance with sharia and cooperative work operational agreements. That way, MSMEs will become more advanced and able to absorb workers, which of course will help a lot in economic development and alleviating poverty due to reduced employment opportunities.

This research aims to determine sharia promotional strategies, inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales of ars snack msmes in jambi city. This research uses qualitative methods. This research is the owner of the msme ars snack. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. the conclusion results show that: the sharia promotion strategy carried out by msme ars has implemented the fathonah characteristic, namely being smart in innovating to update and add to its products. Maintaining and improving the quality of its products so as to create customer trust in ars snack msmes by always paying attention to sharia regulations. Advertisements carried out by ars snack msmes have implemented the characteristics of siddiq and trust both on social media and in brochures and must still prioritize honesty, truth and trustworthiness based on islamic economic perspective, personal sales carried out by umkm ars snack apply tabliq characteristics, namely meeting directly with customers and potential customers by conveying correctly using appropriate and easy to understand words without cheating about the products being sold. The public relations owned by msme ars snack jambi city is specifically to build good relationships with various groups, build a good company image and support each other among msmes and promote products to increase sales of each msme player.

This research is based on customer loyalty, which is an important factor in retaining guests or customers. Based on good customer experience and brand trust, of course, customer loyalty will increase in guest or customer satisfaction in a company or hotel. However, from this, there are findings in this research conducted on guests at Truntum Hotel Padang, namely that there are still some guests who are not loyal and provide unfavourable comments on their experience staying at Truntum Hotel Padang. Therefore, the goal of this study is to analyse the impact of customer experience and brand trust on guest customer loyalty at Truntum Hotel Padang. The sample size in this research is 365 people with the criteria that guests who have stayed more than twice and are more than 21 years old at Hotel Truntum Padang. Data analysis method used is logistic regression analyse with SPSS version 23.00. The research results indicate that customer experience and brand trust partially and significantly influence the customer loyalty of Truntum Padang Hotel guests.

Socio-economic relations are everything related to economic actions in meeting community needs such as clothing, food and shelter. In meeting economic needs, a person no longer looks at differences in ethnicity, race or religion. Kijang Island Village is the capital of Reteh District with land used as a coconut plantation by coconut farmers. The phenomenon that occurs is that farmers prioritize selling their harvest to tokeh in Kijang Island Village. This cannot be separated from the influence of a tokeh who is highly trusted by the community so that coconut farmers are very dependent on selling their harvest to the tokeh. The aim of this research is to find out about the socio-economic relations between farmers and coconut tokeh in Pulau Kijang Village, Reteh District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, as well as to find out the cooperative relationship between farmers and coconut tokeh in Pulau Kijang Village, Reteh District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. . In this study the method used was qualitative by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the socio-economic relationship between farmers and coconut tokeh occurs because they have the same relationship goals, namely the goal of needing each other's help in buying and selling and receivables and tokeh needs farmers to become regular customers.

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence religious commitment and Islamic product attributes have on customer trust in using the services of a case study sharia financial institution at Bank Sumut, Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub Branch. This research uses a quantitative type of research with one dependent variable, namely customer trust and two independent variables, namely religious commitment and Islamic product attributes. This research uses primary data, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), partial significance test (t-test) , simultaneous significance test (f-test) and multiple linear regression test)). The results of this research reveal that religious commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer confidence in using the services of sharia financial institutions based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 19,245 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.915 or smaller than 5 % (0.05). And Islamic product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer trust based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 6,125 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.108, meaning it is smaller than 5% (0.05). Islamic product attributes and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. From the results of the F test with df(n1)=k-1=2 and df(n2)=n-k=32, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than the ttable value, namely 189.181 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000, it means it is smaller than 5% (0.05).

Dui April Yani Simangunsong's research (2023) Thesis entitled "The Influence of Service Quality, Trust, and Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (Case Study of Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Lubuk Pakam)" with thesis supervisor 1 Mrs. Annio Indah Lestari, M,Si and supervisor 2 Mr. Muhammad Lathief Ilhamy Nasution, M.E.I This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty (case study of Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Lubuk Pakam) both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire data collection techniques with Likert scale measurements. The subjects used in this research were customers who saved at the North Sumatra Sharia Bank as many as 100 respondents and were taken using sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using Spss statistics 25. The results of this research show that: first, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, with a value of tcount > ttable (9.575 > 1.661) and a significant value of 0.042 < 0.05. Second, Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a value of tcount > ttable (8.748 > 1.661) and a significant value of 0.026 < 0.005. Third, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a value of tcount > ttable (7.300 > 1.661) and a significant value of 0.037 < 0.005. Fourth, Service Quality, Trust and Satisfaction, on Customer Loyalty with a value of Fcount > Ftable (37.449 > 2.47) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005.

The trust, service and communication that exist between PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Government segment and its customers will make this relationship marketing strategy key in efforts to maintain customer loyalty. The purpose of this internship activity is to find out and learn good relationship marketing strategies in maintaining customer loyalty. The research method carried out by the author is a qualitative method, while the data used is primary data and secondary data. The descriptive data analysis technique used in this research is to produce a systematic, realistic and accurate picture of the relationship marketing strategy carried out by PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Government Service segment in retaining customers. Results of interviews and observations of PT's Government Segment Relationship Marketing strategy. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta in Maintaining Customer Loyalty is a strategy of direct sales (direct marketing), customer service, loyalty programs, business visits and maintaining product quality.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of brand trust on brand loyalty (a study on FISIP USN Kolaka students). (2) The effect of consumer involvement on brand loyalty (a study on FISIP USN Kolaka students). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were FISIP students at the Nineteen November University of Kolaka. While the sample of this study amounted to 91 respondents by determining the sample using probability sampling technique. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model tests (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model). ) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the variable Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty as indicated by the P-Values of 0.000. As well as the variable Consumer Involvement also has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty as indicated by the P-Values of 0.003.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of brand identity on brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. (2) brand awareness of the brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using literature, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study was 100 customers of Bank Muamalat, Kolaka Branch. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between constructs of brand identity variables on brand trust in Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. The second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the construct variable brand awareness on brand trust of Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch.
