The purpose of this study is to evaluate the readiness of cooperatives at the Al-Mu'awanah Islamic Boarding School in applying for halal certification for each of their goods. The results of the knowledge of cooperative management about UUJPH are 81% in the good category, SJH knowledge is 90% in the good category, and HACCP knowledge is 85% in the good category, measuring the level of adaptation of cooperatives to halal-certified cooperatives at the Al-Mu'awannah Islamic Boarding School, with 85% in the good category and ready for halal certification. With this readiness, Al-Mu'awannah Islamic Boarding School is believed to be able to provide the best halal product services to customers and the surrounding community.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

The PDAM service tariff covers the cost of water treatment, infrastructure management, and services to customers. In PDAM Magelang City, there are several public service tariffs, namely the service of drinking water needs to customers, new connection services, payment of drinking water accounts, water quality inspection services, and water tank services. In this case the author will discuss the public service tariff in the new connection service of PDAM Magelang City.For the research method in this case, the author analyzes the data from the research conducted using descriptive analysis method in which data from interviews and document studies are processed and analyzed to provide an overview of the factors that determine the new connection service tariff at PDAM Magelang City.The new connection service tariff of each PDAM is different, the PDAM Magelang City tariff is based on the customer class which has IV customer groups with different tariffs. The tariff for class I is lower and the tariff will be higher for each class II and so on. Classes are adjusted to the type of house, land area, building area, type of building, type of floor, and type of roof used. The factors for determining the tariff for new connection services at PDAM Magelang City are seen in terms of financial and non-financial factors. In terms of financial factors, it consists of registration fees, drawing planning fees, connection permit fees, transportation costs and construction costs of service and persil pipes. While in terms of non-financial factors in the form of inclusion of new prospective customers on the criteria of the group that has been determined.

AUTO2000 Basuki Rahmat is one of the branches dealer Toyota, which is located in the city of Surabaya, is engaged in services such as sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts whose management is fully handled by the Astra Group. The company always strives to provide fast and accurate service, but customers spend quite a long time waiting because the car service process is relatively long. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. The research results obtained weight waste motion or transportation of 0.1481; waiting or delay of 0.1325; incorrect inventory of 0.1273; lack of customer’s focus of 0.1195; defect of 0.1065; duplication of 0.0935; overproduction of 0.0779; unclear communication of 0.0675; underutilized employees of 0.0675; And variation of 0.0597. Research recommendations that can be proposed to reduce waste including repairs layout, adding monitors on the service floor for matters of sending and receiving information, increasing the number of mechanics, making plans booking with different hours, making and applying the system tracking of the presence of the tool. Therefore, lead time the initial service service process of 170 minutes becomes lead time 128 minutes.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital transactions in the School Procurement Information System (SIPLah) at PT. Intan Pariwara. The Covid-19 pandemic and the hospital class transition caused a decrease in the number of outpatient visitors at the Pandan Arang Hospital, Boyolali, except for the Gastroentero Hepatology (GEH) clinic. This study aims to determine the service quality by management to create patient satisfaction and loyalty, especially at the GEH clinic. In this study, the factors of service quality, customer experience, and customer perceived value that link trust and customer satisfaction to customers loyalty to find out motivate consumers or patients in the selection of hospitals. The methodology in this research is a mixed-method approach to Sequential Exploratory design, starting with interviews with the management and consultant doctors of GEH, followed by distributing questionnaires to GEH clinic patients with a total of 307 respondents at different and sequential times. The results of the study are Pandan Arang Hospital prepared infrastructure and competent human resources according to type B hospital qualifications. During the pandemic era, Pandan Arang Hospital provided outpatient services according to the recommendations of WHO and the Ministry of Health with a separate service flow between Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19 patients. The results of quantitative research found a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer experience, customer perceived value on trust; a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer perceived value, and trust in customer satisfaction; the positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

Excellent service is very important for companies to increase profits and competitive strategies with competitors. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Capella Daihatsu Pematangsiantar. This research is quantitative and  descriptive. The sample used was 94 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, t test, to determine the magnitude of the effect used a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of service quality is 36.4% on service satisfaction and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables not examined such as customer relationship management and others.

To measure quality of service that be given to customer, many company try to implement service excellence, but fail, meanwhile the company is given out cost, time, power no so a little to do some training for his employees, what problem ?, actually, just giving training is not one solution because, familiarization, and manner to save customer is not so enough will be paradigm and skill for front line to save the customer, but seriously, high commitment at each of organization especially top management service excellence must be implemented in structural oriented at each of company.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. This paper develops a research model to examine the relationshipamong e-service quality, quality customer problem management, customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. Data from a survey of Bukalapakcustomers were used to test the research model. Confirmatory factoranalysis was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of themeasurement model, and the structural equation modelling technique wasused to test the research model. The analytical results showed that thedimensions of e-service quality, quality customer problem management,affect overall customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, thelatter in turn are significantly related to customer customer loyalty.
