The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Academic Year 2023-2024. The research method used is a quantitative research method and a pre-experimental design research type in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population was all class IX students of SMP N 1 Salak, totaling 146 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the Purposive Sample technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 17 items and 17 items of observation sheet for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning Model on the Motivation to Learn Christian Religious Education in Class IX of SMP N 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Year Teachings 2023-2024: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.547 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 3.576 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂=24.26+0.57X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 29.9%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 12.78 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the Reward And Punishment method has on the Learning Motivation of Christian Education for Class V Students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all grade V students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, totaling 35 people. This study is a population study because the subjects are less than a hundred people so all of them are taken. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 40 items, namely 24 items for variable X and 16 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that: 1) test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained value rxy = 0.517 > rtable(=0.05; IK=95%; n=35) which is 0.334 (0.517 > 0.334). b) A significant relationship test obtained a calculated value of 3.47 > the ttable price for an error of 5% of the two-party test and dk = n-2 = 35-2 = 33, then obtained ttable = 2.021 (3.47 > 2.021). 2) influence test: a) regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂=41.81+0.20X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 26.7%. 3) test the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcalculate = 11.58 and obtained Ftabel = (=0.05, dk numerator k k = 18, dk denominator = n-2=35-2=33) = 1.51 then Fcalculate > Ftable which is 11.58 > 1.51. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the Reward And Punishment Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Education for Class V Students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year.

This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study data collection techniques to investigate the impact of using learning technology on student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education. The purpose of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of how learning technology can be optimised to improve student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The results of this study have the potential to provide relevant recommendations that can help improve Mathematics and Natural Sciences education in the current digital era. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding of how learning technology can be used more effectively in increasing student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, so that it can provide maximum benefits in preparing students to face global challenges in the future.

The research method used is quantitative method with inferential descriptive data analysis. The population is all grade XI students of PGRI 20 Siborongborong High School in the 2022/2023 learning year who are Protestant Christians as many as 245 people and a sample of 49 people was determined using random sampling technique. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire as many as 40 items, namely 20 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the cooperative learning model of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Type on PAK Learning Activity of XI grade students of PGRI Siborongborong Private Senior High School in the 2022/2023 Learning Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.553> rtable (a=0.05, n=49) = 0.281. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 4.555> ttable (a=0.05, dk=n-2=47) = 2.021. 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y = 20.73 + 0.71X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 30.6%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel = (a=0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 49-2 = 47), namely 20.74> 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class. Quantitative research methods. The population of all class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 57 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: 1) regression equation. 2) The determination test revealed that the influence was 41.34%. 3) Testing the hypothesis obtained tcount=6.168>ttable=2.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

This type of research is an inferential descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were all XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti in the 2023/2024 Learning Year who were Protestant Christians totaling 198 people and the sample was taken 25% of 196 people, totaling 48 people. The instrument of this research is a closed questionnaire. The result of a simple linear equation is Y = 36.9 + 0.608x. The t test results show the value of tcount = 2.753 and ttable = 1.679, so it can be obtained tcount = 2.753> ttable = 1.679. Furthermore, data analysis for hypothesis testing with the f test obtained the value of Fhitung> Ftabel (5.94> 3.20) so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and based on the results of the coefficient of determination obtained the magnitude of the influence of the Probing Prompting model on the activeness of learning Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti School Year 2023/2024 is 14.13% and another 85.87% is obtained from other inherent factors that are not examined in this study.

Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of learning videos on conscience material: choosing the right on student learning outcomes in Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects in class VII SMP N 4 Pahae Julu. The research hypothesis is: "There is a positive and significant influence of learning videos on the material of conscience: choosing the right on PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year." The population is all students in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, totaling 110 people. The research sample was determined purposively, namely 36 students in class VII B as the experimental class who used video and class VII A, totaling 39 people as the control class who did not use video. The research approach uses a true experimental design method (experiment) with a post-test only control group design. The instrument used in this research was a test with 25 questions. Research data for the test questions were analyzed using the Pooled Variance t test formula. From the calculation results, the value of tcount = 6.483 > ttable(α=5%) = 2.000. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of learning videos on the material of conscience: choosing the right one on PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The difference in PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes in class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year is known from the average Christian Religious Education learning outcomes for students using learning videos on conscience material: choosing the correct one is 0,79 is higher than the average PAK and Characteristics learning outcomes for students who do not use learning videos on conscience material: choosing the right one, namely 0.67.

The study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of image media on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Learning Year.

The results of the data analysis were obtained: a) The value of rhitung=0.553>rtabel=0.312 and thitung=4.091>ttabel=2.021 shows a relationship between the use of image media and learning motivation Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon Learning Year 2023/2024. b) Regression equation . c) The determination test is known to have an effect of 30.58%. d) Test the hypothesis obtained Fcalculate = 16.693 > Ftable = 3.23 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of image media on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Learning Year.
