This type of research is quantitative research with Quasi-Experimental methods. This research was conducted at MTs Yaspi Labuhan Deli. The sampling technique in this study uses Purposive Sampling techniques, namely class VII-A as a class taught with a Discovery Learning learning model and class VII-B as a class taught with a conventional learning model. The data collection instrument used was in the form of observation sheets and student mathematical reasoning ability test sheets in the form of 3 essay questions. Data analysis in this study used t-Test with Independent Sample t-Test technique with the help of SPSS 20 program. The results of this study showed that the average score of classes taught using the discovery learning model was 78,01 and classes taught using conventional learning models were 72,22. For hypothesis testing carried out using a t-test, from the calculation results obtained a value of  (2.664) >  (1.66757) with a Sig.2-tailed level of 0.010 < 0.05, which means that  rejected and  was accepted, so that it is concluded that there is a significant difference in the average mathematical reasoning ability of students using the Discovery Learning learning model and the Conventional learning model. Based on the analysis of the process of completing students' answers to the mathematical reasoning ability test that get Discovery Learning learning is better than students who get conventional learning.

This Research Used 1 (One) Person As An Informant Who Was The Head Of Administration At Pmi Surabaya. Data Collection Methods Use Observation, Interview And Documentation Techniques. The Results Of This Research Show That The Variance Analysis In The Pmi Surabaya Expenditure Budget In 2018 Resulted In Favorable Deviations. In 2019 And 2020 There Were Unfavorable Deviations. So The Budget That Is Set Is One Of The Preparations If These Disasters Occur And Is Often Not In Accordance With The Budget Because We Ourselves Cannot Predict How Many Disasters There Will Be In One Year. However, This Can Be Overcome By Pmi Surabaya Because Pmi Uses Contingency Plans. This Contingency Plan Was Prepared As A Guide For Disaster Management During Emergency Response So That It Takes Place Quickly And Effectively.

Family planning is an action that helps individuals or married couples to achieve certain objectives to avoid unwanted births, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the timing and births in the husband and wife relationship and determine the number of children in the family. Family planning is an effort to space out or plan the number and spacing of pregnancies by using contraception (Manuaba, 2009). Contraception is an effort to prevent pregnancy. This effort can be temporary, it can also be permanent. Contraceptive use is one of the variables that influences fertility (Wiknjosastro, 2005). The main objective of the national family planning program is to meet public demand for quality family planning and reproductive health services, reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), as well as overcoming reproductive health problems in order to build quality small families (Arum, 2011) . This research was carried out at the Riska Dewi Art Midwife, Wampu District, Langkat Regency in 2023, which provides quality health services. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that for the educational variable, mothers with elementary school education have no influence on users of non-hormonal contraceptives at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 1%, mothers with junior high school education also have no influence on users of non-hormonal contraceptives. at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 41%, while mothers with high school education have no influence on non-hormonal contraceptive users at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 81%.

Contraceptive use is one of the variables that influences fertility. Contraception can be interpreted as an action that helps married couples to avoid unwanted pregnancies, get the birth they really want, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the timing of pregnancy and relate to the age of husband and wife and determine the number of children in the family (Hasliana, 2020) Program targets KB is a couple of childbearing age (PUS) which is more focused on the group of women of childbearing age (WUS) who are in the age range of 20-35 years. Family planning services are carried out through the use or use of contraception (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2015). Based on the comparison of the Chi-Square Calculation with the Chi-Square table, the results of the analysis obtained a Chi-Square Calculation of 47.0 while it is known that the Chi-Square Table value for α = 5% (0.05), db = 1 is 3,481. Because the Chi-Square Square Count > Chi-Square Table then Ho is rejected. From the analysis results, it is known that the Asymp.Sig value is 0.005, where this value is smaller than the value of α = 5% (0.05). Thus it was decided to reject Ho. This means that the conclusion is that there is a relationship between the use of implant contraception and weight gain in family planning acceptors at the Pardamean Community Health Center, Siantar Marihat District, Pematangsiantar City in 2023. Based on the initial survey conducted at the Pera clinic, there were 10 mothers who used contraceptive implants, of these 10 people, 6 people experienced weight gain and 4 people did not experience weight gain, so from here the researchers were interested in taking the title "Relationship with Use "Contraceptive Implant with Weight Gain in Women of Childbearing Age at the Pardamean Health Center, Siantar Marihat District, Pematangsiantar City in 2023."

Immunization is an act of providing immunity to children against diseases that can be prevented by immunization before the age of 12 months, namely tuberculosis, polio, hepatitis B, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus and measles. Complete and regular basic immunization by receiving all types of basic immunization when children are less than 11 months old can reduce morbidity and mortality rates for toddlers by around 80-95%. Incomplete basic immunization, maximum can only provide 25-40% protection. The role of a mother in the immunization program is very important, because the use of health facilities by babies/children is related to factors that influence the mother. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between factors that influence mothers on basic immunization status in babies aged 12-24 months. This research uses a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 40 people. Sampling was taken using the total population. This research was conducted in Nauli Village, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency in 2023. The instrument in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square. From the research results, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between maternal age with a value of p=0.001, education with a value of p=0.004, employment with a value of p=0.001, number of children with a value of p=0.000, and knowledge with a value of p=0.000 on basic immunization status . From this research, it is hoped that health workers will improve the quality of health services, health promotion efforts in the form of social support, namely improving the quality of health education, providing motivation in utilizing health services, especially immunization.

In contemporary environmental discourse, the role of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and collaborative efforts between Public Relations (PR) practitioners and environmental experts hold significant relevance. This study explores the pivotal role of communication strategies in environmental campaigns and the collaborative mechanisms between PR and environmental specialists within various organizational contexts. Estaswara (2000) underscores the strategic necessity of integrated communication in marketing, emphasizing its transformation from a mere promotional tool to a strategic business process. The findings highlight the insufficiency of environmental awareness alone in inciting tangible action. Discussions center around designing campaign messages to effectively drive concrete and sustainable behavioral changes. Collaboration between PR and environmental experts is articulated through several methods. Firstly, monitoring emissions involves joint efforts to develop and manage  emission monitoring systems like Continuous Industrial Emission Monitoring Information System (CISPEK) and Continuous and Networked Effluent Water Quality Monitoring System (SPARING). Secondly, Performance Rating Program for Environmental Performance (PROPER) is used by PR to establish cooperation and enhance public trust in environmental management. Thirdly, effective communication and community engagement leverage social media and communal activities to disseminate information and amalgamate feedback from the public. The jurnal asserts the vital role of PR in fostering public participation, guiding communities on critical issues, and encouraging their contribution to sustainable development. By providing pertinent explanations, PR elevates societal awareness regarding crucial issues like environmental sustainability, climate change, and public health, stimulating active involvement in sustainable development endeavors..
