Pengelolaan obat sangat penting dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga penerapannya harus dilakukan secara tepat dan bijak. Berbagai permasalahan terkait obat dapat dikarenakan masyarakat kurang paham tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat dengan benar. Masalah penyalahgunaan obat-obatan di masyarakat merupakan faktor yang perlu menjadi perhatian terutama daerah pedesaan dengan fasilitas kesehatan terbatas. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan edukasi dan informasi tentang cara mendapatkan obat, menggunakan obat, penyimpanan obat hingga pada proses membuang obat dengan baik dan benar. Metode penyuluhan ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan ceramah dan diskusi secara interaktif. Diskusi dilakukan dengan metode tanya jawab terkait materi serta konseling berdasarkan masalah setiap individu terkait penggunaan obat. Materi selain disajikan secara presentasi juga diberikan melalui leaflet terkait cara pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar (DAGUSIBU). Kegiatan penyuluhan ini telah dicapai dengan menambah wawasan dan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang cara pengelolaan obat yaitu DAGUSIBU dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This research is motivated by several problems that the author found at the Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten, students often lie, every time they say a word, many children don't want to be honest, and also lie, if asked, many also answer by lying, children don't want to admit their mistakes, because children are afraid of being scolded. and are afraid of being punished by the teacher, therefore children are afraid to be more open or honest. The purpose of this research is to find out how class teachers try to instill honest character education through the method of telling stories to children at the Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. This research is descriptive qualitative field research (filed research). The research was located at Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. The key informants were the class teachers and the supporting informants were the study teachers and the school principal. This research technique is snowball sampling, and the data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that class teachers and field teachers tell stories through the Sikancil & Simonyet fairy tale and the Honesty Cup because fairy tales, one of the intrinsic elements in fairy tales, is that they have a message or moral message. Fairy tales can really be used as social media that can shape a character. children because fairy tales have moral values that children can learn. Telling stories using puppets can improve children's pronunciation because it can attract students' attention so that students are happy and can easily understand what is being told and taught. Telling stories using picture media, students will be able to read the contents of the story by looking at the pictures shown by the teacher, telling stories using picture media, students will be more enthusiastic about listening to stories presented by the teacher, telling stories using picture media will help to clarify messages or events so that children pay more attention to the story being told.

This research aims to understand and analyze how criminal law is applied and enforced in the context of palm oil theft cases in the North Penajam Paser area, Indonesia. The focus of this research is on the case of an individual with the initials MY who has repeatedly committed acts of theft on land owned by PT. WKP (Waru Kaltim Plantation), but only received verbal and written warnings. This research uses empirical legal research methods, by collecting primary data through interviews and direct observation in the field, as well as secondary data through the study of relevant literature and legal documents. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight into the application of criminal law and how increased effectiveness and fairness in law enforcement can be achieved, especially in cases of criminal acts of palm oil theft. Children from scavenger families generally have relatively low education, some children even receive no education at all because the children of scavenger families come from families with a low social and economic life so they are unable to provide education to their children. In this case, it turns out that there are children who can survive and set a good example even though they live in a scavenger's stall with all their limitations, namely children who excel. This research aims to determine social support for children from scavenger families who excel. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Determining informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research are emotional support in the form of attention, care and affection, appreciation support such as receiving praise and recognition of achievements, instrumental support in the form of meeting school equipment needs, information support for help when learning is difficult and social support in the form of being involved in group activities. Supporting factors are due to the desire of children who excel to continue school and inhibiting factors arise from the nature of the children and limited time to meet to provide support.

The presence of globalization accompanied by an increasingly sophisticated technological advancement has increased the need for information. Social media is one of the technological developments that has advances in the field of communication. With social media, users can communicate two-way online. In addition, social media is also often used by users as an identity building or online self-profile so that it can be recognized by other users in other parts of the world. A very popular social media used by teenagers is Instagram. Instagram is a social media platform used to share moments or channel expressions. This research has the aim of knowing how they express themselves on the second account of Instagram, considering that they upload themselves more often on the second account than on the first account. In analyzing this research using qualitative methods and dramaturgy theory that explains about the front stage and back stage. The results showed that the first account as a front stage because users maintain their image by limiting Instagram posts, while the second account as a back stage is used to express their true identity without any imaging.

Social advocacy is carried out to provide change by defending victims of injustice. One of the social problems is the number of street children which increases every year. Children spend their time on the streets, without complete identification as their civil right, so it is difficult to be identified. Therefore, the Pertiwi Child Development Foundation provides social advocacy services to assisted children to achieve child welfare. This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of social advocacy carried out by the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation in fulfilling the right to identity and analyze obstacles in social advocacy. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the implementation of social advocacy in fulfilling children's rights to identity at the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation includes identifying problems, formulating solutions, building awareness and political will, implementing policies, and evaluating. The inhibiting factors for social advocacy are lack of funding and lack of human resources. The supporting factors are external and internal parties who are able to work together in the relief process.

Tropical ocean tourism destinations are very common in Indonesian waters and are one of the main attractions for foreign tourists from abroad, especially for tourists who are looking for exclusive experiences such as cruise ship travel. Through this research, the author will discuss the challenges of environmental incident management for tropical marine tourism destinations, with a focus on the incident of the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship's collision with coral reefs. In this research, the author will focus on the obstacles and challenges that exist in the process of resolving the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship case which is reviewed in various aspects, namely international and national law. By combining the methods of policy analysis, case studies, and library research, the author will identify aspects related to the Caledonian Sky Cruise Ship incident. Indonesia, an archipelago located in Southeast Asia, has long been known as a country with tremendous maritime potential. With more than 17,000 islands stretching along the equator, Indonesia occupies a unique position as the largest archipelago in the world. Papua, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, has enormous maritime potential that offers a variety of deep and broad development opportunities. Located at the eastern tip of Indonesia, Papua has a long and diverse coastline that runs along its territory. The maritime potential in Papua includes abundant fishery resources, rich marine ecosystems, and the potential for a promising tourism sector. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. data collection method used in this study is the method of literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study is content analysis or content analysis in which researchers use materials or literature in the form of books and journals related to the research topic. Papua has the potential to be a pioneer in sustainable economic development through the maritime sector. With prudent policies, strong collaboration, and attention to sustainability principles, Papua can harness its rich marine and mineral resources to achieve sustainable economic growth, environmental conservation, and the well-being of local communities. It is important to remember that the future of Papua lies in their own hands, with the full support of the government, private sector, and local communities, Papua can serve as an example for other regions in harnessing their maritime potential to achieve these same goals.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and the social environment on the financial behavior of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is the coefficient of determination test. The samples in this study were 96 samples of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi class of 2019-2022. The results of the study show that partially, financial literacy has no effect on financial behavior and the social environment has a positive effect on financial behavior. Simultaneously, it shows that financial literacy and social environment variables have a significant effect on the financial behavior of FEBI students at UIN STS Jambi. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that financial literacy and social environment variables have an influence of 24.8% and the remaining 75.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

This community service activity is based on an understanding of the importance of religious education and the formation of a Qur'anic generation from an early age. Reading and memorizing the Qur'an is an effective method to ensure that the younger generation has a strong understanding and deep connection with the holy book of Islam. In addition, it also helps to form individuals who are committed to religious teachings and have good morality This activity was conducted in several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The preparation stage included observations and interviews to identify the problems faced. The results of the observation showed that the management of Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal had difficulty in encouraging the interest and participation of children in Pasar I, Jl. Setia Budi, Tj. Sari, Kec. Medan Selayang, Medan City, North Sumatra to read the Qur'an. To overcome this challenge, efforts were made to increase the interest and participation of children in the Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal, totaling 22 people. This was realized through the implementation of outbound activities and giving rewards to children, with the aim of increasing their enthusiasm in learning the Qur'an. Evaluation was carried out after the activity was completed, and the results showed that the children at Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal were very enthusiastic in participating in each activity. This enthusiasm can be seen from the participation and interest in learning the Quran which is increasing day by day. The children's parents also feel helped and happy to see the children's participation in the activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja karyawan, teknik random sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dengan perolehan hasil 71 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis linier dengan mengaplikasikan perangkat lunak SPSS 26 untuk analisis data, dan uji sobel tes yang digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis menggunakan program Kalkulator Test Sobel Online. Hasil riset yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1), kemampuan karyawan (X2), dan motivasi kerja (Z) berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), kemudian hasil riset ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (Z) dapat memediasi gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan kompetensi karyawan (X2) dalam kinerja karyawan (Y), dan perubahan pada budaya organisasi (X3) tidak memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan tidak dapat dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja (Z).

Sasmita Jaya 2 Vocational School is an educational institution under the auspices of the Sasmita Jaya Foundation. In the last few years, this vocational school has experienced changes in a quite good direction with the change of leadership of a new principal, however there are several problems, especially the organizational culture which has not been optimally internalized among the teachers and the teacher commitment which can be said to be not yet optimal. Because of this, the research team, armed with the results of research related to organizational culture and professional commitment, offered to provide a workshop on strengthening organizational culture for teachers at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2. In detail, the team found various things that made SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 not optimal in internalizing organizational culture among the teachers, these include: 1) the lack of symbols that are not yet visible; 2) organizational culture rituals that have not yet been formed; 3) a reward and punishment system that has not been implemented optimally 4) lack of equal teacher participation in school activities. Solutions that can be offered to Sasmita Jaya Vocational School are: (1) Providing FGDs with the school principal regarding how to build organizational culture, (2) Conducting sharing sessions and (3) providing examples of organizational culture.

Management of traditional villages by local communities (community based tourism) is the most important element because the community can become a driving force if it is managed and developed through the concept of tourism. The lack of variety in tourist activities in traditional villages and the activities that can be done are relatively the same, causing tourists who visit to feel bored and bored. Qualitative research was used in this study to describe factually, systematically and in detail regarding the management of community-based traditional villages in Sijunjung Regency (CBT). Data was collected using observation techniques, interviews, using 5 informants and documentation. Data was obtained from primary data in the form of the number of tourist visits to traditional villages, secondary data in the form of the organizational structure of traditional village management, and other documents. Based on the research results, it is stated that the management of traditional villages uses 4 basic management functions, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.

The human resource base is key to determining the strength or resilience of an organization. In the business world, commitment to the organization is very important. Career and organizational culture negatively affect organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of organizational culture and career development on organizational commitment at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. Quantitative and causal associative research examines cause-and-effect relationships. Validation and reliability assessments were conducted on ninety people using the saturated sampling method. A type of data analysis known as multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate the effect of organizational culture and career development on employee commitment. The results showed that organizational commitment at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is strongly influenced by career development and organizational culture.

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.

Research has been carried out on the use of wood sawdust as an adsorbent for ikat weaving liquid waste. This research aims to determine the effect of using wood sawdust as an adsorbent on ikat weaving liquid waste. This research was carried out at the IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere Laboratory and the Maumere Health Service Laboratory. The sample in this study was ikat woven liquid waste which was divided into four treatments, namely Control (K) and the other three were treatments (P1, P2, P3) with the addition of 1,2 and 3 grams of activated charcoal. The method in this research is an experimental method with the research design being True Experimental in the form of Posttest Only Control Group Design. The characteristic tests in this research include a water content test with a value of 0.0833%, and a yield test with a value of 1.9634%. The test parameters used include the degree of acidity (pH), Manganese (Mn) content test and organoleptic test. The research results showed that the pH value before contact with activated charcoal was 9.63 (alkaline pH), and after contact with activated charcoal at a dose of 3.0 grams the pH value became 8.01 (alkaline pH). In testing Mn levels before contact with activated charcoal, the value was 4.60 mg/l and after adding 1.0 grams, 2.0 grams and 3.0 grams of activated charcoal, there was a decrease in Manganese levels respectively, namely from 3 mg/l. , 2.78 mg/l and 1.83 mg/l. Furthermore, for the organoleptic test, there was a change in the color of the ikat woven liquid waste from initially black to clear yellow. Thus, it can be concluded that the addition of activated charcoal from sawdust can have an effect on ikat weaving liquid waste.

This article explains the numeracy literacy abilities of junior high school students in solving word problems in algebraic operations material. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar with a total of 32 students. Data was obtained through numeracy literacy skills tests and interview results, then the data was analyzed using descriptive study quality. The research results show that the ability of students with the highest scores can fulfill two to three indicators, while students with low numeracy literacy skills test scores only fulfill one indicator test. Failure to fulfill indicators is caused by student errors, including: 1) Not writing down the data information that is known and being asked, 2) Making mistakes in solving problems, 3) Making mistakes in calculating, and 4) Not writing conclusions on the questions obtained from the answers.

The research was conducted against the backdrop of students' difficulty understanding the subject matter and their lack of enthusiasm for teaching and learning activities, which affected their learning results when they participated in class. This study uses the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in Pancasila Education courses with mutual cooperation materials to investigate whether or not there are changes in learning outcomes and student performance. Descriptive analytical research methodology using a qualitative approach is employed. This study's findings showed a 13.5% rise. The average score was 77.5% before receiving the Team Games Tournament (TGT) therapy; following the Team Games Tournament (TGT) treatment, the average score increased to 91%.  In session 1 the number of students who met the good criteria was 68%, while in session 2 it was 100%.

The study is intended to identify the use of figures of speech (majas), describing the words of heri isnaini's "love maqomat" poem. The source of data on this study is one of the poems of the heri isnaini poem called "light meditation," published in July 2017. This type of research involves qualitative methods. The theory used is that of sticism with the approach of sticism. The poem "maqomat of love" is analysed and discussed in a theological way to learn the implied meaning of the language heri isnaini through the application of style (majas), thus revealing the meaning of the poem "maqomat of love" clearly by the writer. This study of heri isnaini's maqomat love poem mentions that the language (majas) used is a form of retraction. The "reiteration" is a "pararism"; it is the "prescriptive" that describes something by repeating a word or a few words over and over again. A type of pararism applied to the poem "maqomat love" is anafora magician.

Literary works are depictions of the reality of life which are used as tools to express imagination and thoughts around them. In this research, the author aims to reveal the character values ​​contained in the short story entitled "Sacred Tree" by Yus R. Ismail and then relate them to real life. In his research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, which in the process displays the data as it is without manipulation or other treatments. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. The steps for collecting data in the short story "Sacred Tree" are by (1) reading the short story intensively, then (2) analyzing the character values ​​and (3) presenting the data. Apart from using qualitative descriptive methods, the author also uses a mimetic approach, namely research that connects the content of literary works and real life. In this short story the author finds character and moral values ​​depicted in each character, as well as a real storyline that occurs in life. A difference of opinion which then becomes the cause of a dispute, but can be resolved by a figure who has a wise nature. Then the policy leads to changes that cause regret in the future. And the moral value presented in this short story is not to force change on a group or person if we cannot be responsible for the change. This short story by Yus R. Ismail is a simple short story that describes real life clearly without engineering and contains several useful lessons for the reader.
