       Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Bliss Soetta semarang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Bliss Soetta Semarang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kunsioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak manajemen dan karyawan. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistic kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen, uji model, uji hipotesis namun sebelumnya diuji dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisi regresi menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh kompensasi dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Bliss Soetta Semarang. Maka hasil uji analisis berganda menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan dengan  nilai korelasi determenasi square sebesar 0,690. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatan kinerja karyawan perlu adanya kompensasi dan promosi jabatan yang sesuai.

One of the pillars in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the 16 pillars covering legal development and governance. Governance in government is one part of this goal, because there are still relatively many forms of fraud in government. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation suitability, control system compliance and organizational commitment to fraud. This study took a sample of accounting officers and goods or asset managers throughout the OPD in the City of Salatiga. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study showsthat the suitability of compensation and control system compliance has no effect on fraud, while organizational commitment has an influence on fraud.Keywords: suitability of compensation, control system compliance, organizational commitment and fraud

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of Work Environment on Employee Loyalty; (2) Effect of Compensation on Employee Loyalty; (3) The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation Against Employee Loyalty in PT. Nawakara Arta Kencana. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires spread with the number of respondents 45 employees. Data analysis technique in this research using normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Working Environment variables have an effect on significant to employee loyalty variable with t value> t table (2,972> 2,016); (2) Compensation variable significantly influence Employee Loyalty variable with t value> t table (5,500> 2,016); and (3) Work Environment Variables and Compensation Variables together affect Employee Loyalty variable in test result showing that the value of f arithmetic> f table (20,343> 3,21) and value of determination coefficient (R2) equal to 0, 492 or equal to 49 , 2%, it means that Work Environment variable and Compensation variable simultaneously influence Employee Loyalty variable as much 49,2%.

BPR BKK BOYOLALI Sindika Galuh Candra Olivia 1) Y Djoko Suseno 2) Untung Sriwidodo 3) 1,2,3)Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. e mail: 1)olivia@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dilaksanakan di PD BPR BKK Boyolali dengan Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PD. BPR BKK di Kabupaten Boyolali sebanyak 194 orang, adapun berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh 140 karyawan PD. BPR BKK di Kabupaten Boyolali. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster sampling (area sampling). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, adapun pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. Pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. Pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Human resources is one of the determinants of the success of the company because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various operational activities of the company. The problem that arises when one manages human resources is one that can cause a decrease in focus which results in a decrease in employee performance, therefore the company needs to have several strategies to solve the problem. This study aims to find out strategies that can be applied by SMEs in Gunungpati in the face of reduced employee focus. Strategies that can be applied include factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, work compensation and stres. The object of this research is UKM in Gunungpati. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires by SME employee respondents in the Gunungpati region. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres partially have a positive and significant effect on employee focus. (2) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee focus.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of Work Climate, Interpersonal Communication and Workload and Compensation for Employee Job Satisfaction at Talang Health Center, Solok Regency, both simultaneously and partially and to find out the dominant variables that affect the Job Satisfaction. Talang Health Center, Solok Regency is a research location with 60 respondents. Based on the analysis of the analysis it is known that the variable work climate, interpersonal communication, workload, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with the compensation variable as the variable that has the biggest effect on job satisfaction.

This study examines the effect of motivation, organizational cultureand compensation on employee performance. The results of motivationresearch on employee performance showed no significant, There is asignificant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. And there is a significant influence between the provision ofcompensation on employee performance, employee compensation programsdesigned to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.
