Digital transformation in the tourism industry is an important element in increasing competitiveness and tourist destinations. One sector that has great potential to adopt digital technology is religious and cultural tourism, which has high historical and cultural value. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation in the management of religious and cultural tourism with a case study in the Sultanate of Banten, a historical site that is an important part of Indonesia's historical journey. The Sultanate of Banten has adopted several digital technologies, such as marketing via social media, mobile applications for tourist information, and the use of technology-based visitor management systems. However, the application of digital technology is still limited to promotional and information aspects, while digital-based tourism experience management such as augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) has not been fully implemented. The challenges faced include limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and understanding the long-term benefits of digital transformation. It is recommended that local governments and related parties increase human resource capacity in the field of technology, strengthen digital infrastructure, and develop more interactive digital platforms to improve the quality of tourism experiences. Effective digital transformation can contribute to the management of religious and cultural tourism that is more sustainable and attractive to the younger generation.

Misconduct is an act that violates applicable legal provisions and contravenes professional norms. In the context of banking, violations of financial discipline and professional standards can have a serious impact on the financial stability and reputation of the institution. This research analyzes violations of financial discipline law committed by employees in lending at Bank BRI, based on a case study of Decision No. 10/G/2013/PHI/PN.KPG. These violations included non-compliance with lending procedures, abuse of authority, and violation of professional ethical standards set by the bank. This research uses a normative juridical approach, which focuses on the study of applicable legal norms through the analysis of legal documents and related literature. In its decision, the panel of judges considered evidence and witness testimony that showed negligence and non-compliance by the Account Officer. The implementation of sanctions for these violations is expected to provide a deterrent effect and improve compliance with financial discipline and professional standards. The study also identifies the steps taken by Bank BRI to improve its supervisory system and training for employees to prevent the recurrence of similar violations in the future. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of financial discipline law violations in the banking sector and the remedial measures that need to be taken.

Using a qualitative-descriptive research method through a literature study approach, this study analyzes the historical journey of the curriculum from pre-independence to reform, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in innovation in Islamic higher education. The results of the study indicate that innovation in Islamic religious education curriculum is very important to improve the quality of education, integrate Islamic values with technological advances, and form competent individuals in the era of globalization. However, challenges such as resistance to change, gaps in technology adoption, and the need to maintain the authenticity of religious teachings require a strategic approach. This study aims to identify the accountability and transparency of sharia financial management in non-profit organizations, especially SD IT Yarsi Mataram, so that the implementation of financial management can be carried out in accordance with sharia principles. This study is a literature study, where relevant solutions to the conditions that occur at SD IT Yarsi Mataram are compiled based on relevant references that can be collected. Accountability and transparency of financial management have specifically been explained in Surah Al Baqarah Verse 282. Accountability in Islam is closely related to Amanah. And the transparency of financial management will affect the level of management accountability to stakeholders. SD IT Yarsi Mataram in recent years has not been transparent about financial management. The lack of transparency efforts in the allocation of funds obtained from student guardians as stakeholders and school committee bodies, has the potential to reduce the level of accountability of financial management. This minimal transparency and low level of accountability can trigger turmoil and distrust of stakeholders over the performance of school management. By conducting financial management transparency as part of accountability to stakeholders, it will increase trust and assessment of school management performance.

Overcrowded condition is a condition where correctional institutions or State Detention Centers have too large a capacity because the increasing number of inmates is not comparable to the prison or detention center facilities. Permenkumham Number 11 of 2017 is used as a reference for implementing an action plan for handling overcrowded in Indonesia, which includes four main programs: regulatory arrangement, institutional strengthening, provision of infrastructure, and empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the methods used to handle overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center and to find barriers that hinder the process. The researcher used a qualitative research method to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center. The results of the study indicate that handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center has been going well because of remissions, solid internal institutions, good relationships with government institutions or organizations, and empowerment of correctional officers. In addition, handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center faces several obstacles. The demand for real-time performance monitoring in the Industry 5.0 era encourages organizations to adopt integrated approaches to management control systems. This study aims to develop and validate a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based performance evaluation model integrated with computerized accounting systems to enhance managerial decision-making quality. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following systematic stages of model development including needs analysis, system design, prototype construction, and expert validation. Primary data were obtained from three management accounting experts and two information system practitioners who evaluated the model using five key criteria: accuracy of key performance indicators (KPI), ease of use, indicator relevance, data visualization quality, and implementation feasibility. The findings reveal that all criteria achieved average scores above 4.0 on a five-point scale, indicating a high level of expert consensus and confirming the model’s conceptual validity. The highest scores were recorded for KPI accuracy (4.5) and implementation feasibility (4.4), demonstrating the model’s potential for real-world application. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of BSC metrics with real-time accounting data processing through the R&D approach, resulting in a systematic framework for performance monitoring. Future research is recommended to enhance dashboard interactivity and conduct field implementation testing to measure the model’s impact on decision-making quality.

The application of fiqih jinayah in Aceh is the implementation of Islamic criminal law regulated in Qanun Jinayat as part of the implementation of Islamic law in the region. This is based on the special authority granted by Law Number 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh. Qanun Jinayat includes various criminal provisions such as hudud, qisas, and ta'zir that regulate certain offenses, including zina, gambling, alcohol consumption, and khalwat. Punishments include flogging, fines, and imprisonment. However, the implementation of fiqh jinayah in Aceh faces various challenges, such as resistance from certain groups, limited public understanding, and issues of compatibility with human rights principles. On the other hand, this implementation is considered successful in reducing the level of certain crimes and strengthening the Islamic identity of the people of Aceh. Thus, fiqih jinayah in Aceh is an example of how Islamic law can be integrated into the national legal system, although it requires evaluation and adaptation to ensure its implementation is fair, transparent, and in accordance with the social context of the community.

Document forgery is one of the criminal offenses that can damage the integrity of the legal system, affect public trust, and disrupt social order. This study aims to review the criminal law regulation related to document forgery in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and identify challenges in law enforcement. Based on the analysis of Articles 263 and 264 of the Criminal Code, it is found that criminal law in Indonesia has clearly regulated document forgery, by providing criminal sanctions to perpetrators who create, alter, or use fake documents for fraudulent purposes. However, the implementation of criminal law related to document forgery cases still faces various obstacles, such as limited evidence and the development of information technology that requires regulatory adjustments. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen the law enforcement system, improve legal education to the public, and adjust the rule of law to technological developments. This research provides suggestions to improve the efficiency of handling document forgery cases through strengthening coordination between legal institutions and updating relevant regulations.
