This study aims to analyze and compare the poems Anant Prem by Rabindranath Tagore and Tentu, Kau Boleh by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach focusing on several literary aspects, namely the central theme, tone and atmosphere, diction, characterization, conceptual meaning of love, and philosophical perspective. The findings indicate that both poems share similarities in presenting love as a profound emotional experience, expressed through intimate and reflective nuances. Each poem portrays emotionally intertwined characters whose inner experiences revolve around the presence of love as a central force. Despite these similarities, the two poems differ significantly in how they interpret and narrate love. In Anant Prem, Tagore frames love as eternal and transcendent, surpassing the confines of time and space. This creates a contemplative and spiritual tone supported by metaphorical and symbolic diction. Meanwhile, Tentu, Kau Boleh portrays love as an immediate and personal experience rooted in everyday human interactions. Sapardi expresses love through calm, straightforward language that reflects simplicity and emotional closeness. Philosophically, Tagore positions love as part of cosmic existence, whereas Sapardi views it as a presence embodied in the warmth and intimacy of daily human life. These distinctions highlight how cultural background, worldview, and poetic tradition influence the depiction of love in both works.

The absolute nature of moral rights creates practical legal issues. Under the concept of a sales agreement, the ownership of the sold object is transferred from the seller to the buyer. Conversely, the concept of moral rights, as stipulated in Law Number 28 of 2014, dictates that moral rights cannot be transferred for any reason whatsoever as long as the creator is alive. The conceptual and juridical ambiguity arises from the contradictory nature of a copyright and/or copyrighted work sales agreement versus the absolute status of moral rights. The research methodology employed in this study is the normative juridical method. This method focuses on analyzing legal norms related to moral rights and sales agreements, specifically referencing Law Number 28 of 2014 (Copyright Law) and the Civil Code (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata). Normatively, the creator's moral rights are perpetual and non-transferable to other parties, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 28 of 2014, Articles 5 and 57. Nevertheless, within the context of private law, Article 5 of Law Number 28 of 2014 grants the creator the freedom to either maintain or waive these rights. If the agreement is reached consensually, the principle of pacta sunt servanda is applicable between the contracting parties. A clause involving the assignment of moral rights can render the agreement voidable (vernietigbaar) if it involves a violation of the subjective requirements (consent and legal capacity). This is particularly true if the consent was obtained through an abuse of circumstances (penyalahgunaan keadaan). A violation of this requirement indicates that the consent provided by the creator was not free and consensual.

In an employment relationship, there are rights and obligations attached to each party that must be fulfilled. However, in practice, employers often neglect to fulfill the rights of workers during their employment and after termination of employment, even though these obligations are regulated in the Collective Labor Agreement and Joint Agreement. Based on these issues, this study aims to examine and describe the legal protection for former employees who have been terminated with outstanding benefits in accordance with Indonesian labor laws, as well as to obtain an overview of the company's responsibility to fulfill the rights of former employees due to termination of employment in accordance with the agreements in the Collective Labor Agreement and Joint Agreement. This study uses a normative juridical approach based on the provisions of labor laws and regulations. Data was collected through a literature study by examining primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials relevant to the research issue. All data were then analyzed qualitatively to formulate comprehensive and implementable conclusions and recommendations for the benefit of former employees. The findings show that legal protection for former employees who experience termination of employment with outstanding benefits can be demanded based on labor law regulations in Indonesia. The company has the responsibility and obligation to fulfill the rights of former employees due to termination of employment in accordance with the agreement in the Collective Labor Agreement and Joint Agreement, whereby the payment of these rights must be aligned with and subject to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

The purpose of this discussion is to examine the expression of dynamic sports movements in deformative sculpture. Humans naturally produce various movements that have aesthetic value, both consciously and unconsciously. These movements appear in static daily activities and in structured physical activities such as sports, which are classified as dynamic movements. Dynamic movements have patterns, rhythms, and intensities that create strong, harmonious, and meaningful body expressions. Sports provide physical benefits while displaying beauty through variations in tempo, space, energy, and time. In sports such as swimming, running, and pole vaulting, athletes' movements demonstrate a combination of muscle strength, body flexibility, and balance that create high visual aesthetics. The beauty of these movements inspires the creation of works of art, particularly in deformative sculpture. Deformative styles are used to express human body movements at certain moments in sports. This sculpture aims to convey that sports are not only physical activities, but also as an expression of the beauty of body movements that can be appreciated artistically. Through this work, the author hopes to demonstrate that sports as a visual art has aesthetic value that deserves to be appreciated and interpreted more deeply.

This study aims to examine the application of behaviorism learning theory in enhancing student engagement in mathematics learning, particularly arithmetic sequences and series. The study was conducted at SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam with 24 tenth-grade students in a single meeting on September 17, 2025. The research team delivered the material, provided stimulus in the form of problems written on the board, and applied positive reinforcement by giving rewards to students who dared to and successfully answered. Data were collected through observation, field notes, and brief interviews. The results showed a significant increase in student engagement: more students volunteered to solve problems on the board, the classroom atmosphere became more lively, and participation in discussions improved. Although some students remained hesitant, the behaviorist strategy proved effective in enhancing motivation and engagement. These findings reinforce the theories of Thorndike, Pavlov, and Skinner, which emphasize the stimulus–response relationship and reinforcement as the basis of learning (Hamruni et al., 2021; Yusup, 2024).
