Education is a conscious and planned effort aimed at developing students' potential to achieve a better life. In the context of physical education, quality learning plays an important role in increasing students' interest and creativity. Physical activity, as taught in PJOK subjects, is very important for students' physical-motor development, especially in junior high school age children. However, observations show that the gross motor development of 7th grade students is not optimal and teachers are less innovative in the use of media and games. Traditional games, such as black and green, can be a solution to improve students' gross motor skills while creating a fun learning atmosphere. This study aims to explore the application of the black and green game in improving the gross motor skills of 13-year-old students, with the hope of making a positive contribution to PJOK learning.

The success of education for children is determined by education carried out from an early age. The purpose of education in general is to provide an environment that allows students to develop their talents and abilities optimally. Because every child has different abilities and talents. School is one source of children's learning, unfortunately, most schools today focus more on academic aspects and evaluation, while outdoor learning by utilizing nature as a learning medium can help explore children's hidden talents and potentials. The environment has an important role in children's growth and development, because children will first learn and understand various things through interaction with their environment. In this case, the environment becomes a source of learning that greatly influences the physical, skill, social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual development of children

Heavy metals are chemical elements that can be toxic even at low concentrations. The presence of non-essential heavy metals in the environment can contaminate soil, water, and air. The consequences of this contamination affect the living organisms in the surrounding area. For instance, heavy metals in soil and water can contaminate plants growing in the region, which may then be processed as daily food sources, potentially impacting the health of those who consume them. Heavy metals such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), and arsenic (As) are non-essential heavy metals that are of primary concern due to their toxic nature. The presence of heavy metals in food can hinder the growth and development of children, making it crucial to implement educational initiatives and preventive measures to reduce heavy metal contamination in daily consumed foods. This activity involves educating people about the dangers of heavy metal contamination in food and the actions that can be taken to reduce the concentration of heavy metals in the food we consume.
