Biru Semesata Abadi is a company engaged in refill drinking water, one of the many drinking water companies in Semarang, and has many branches (10 branches) and one head office in Semarang (in the Bugangan area, East Semarang district), because this company has franchise system. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. September 13, 2019, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicine Agency (EMA) issued a warning through the official FDA website, that contaminants were found that were thought to trigger cancer. It is known that the contamination is an impurity or nitrosamine compound or commonly called N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) which is included in chemical contamination originating from chemical elements or compounds that can endanger human health. Symptoms that appear are the skin and the whites of the eyes turning yellow, fatigue, darker urine, and abdominal pain. Based on this, there is a problem that needs to be analyzed, namely how the law protects consumers from consuming these materials, especially in the city of Semarang, are there any obstacles in the effort to protect consumers from consuming drugs containing NDMA. The methodology used in this research is juridical normative with secondary data, which is analyzed by analytical descriptive. The results of the analysis, it is known that the state through various provisions has protected consumers from consuming hazardous materials, including those in Article 8 "Regarding actions that are prohibited for business actors; Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Articles 98, 99, 104 & 106 "Regarding the Security and Use of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Medical Devices" AND Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 101 / MENKES / PER / XI / 2008 concerning Drug Registration. That in this protection effort, the government c.q BPOM is experiencing internal and external obstacles. The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. Background: Implementation of the family planning program still faces several obstacles. Factors that cause PUS to be reluctant to participate in family planning include: In terms of service, up to now, there is still a lack of quality, as evidenced by family planning participants who stopped using contraception. As well as in terms of delivery of counseling, it puts forward rational, effective and efficient contraceptive choices. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between family planning services and counseling on obstacles to the implementation of family planning programs in the Bajeng Community Health Center, Gowa Regency. Methods: This study used a Cross Sectional Study method. The sample in this study was PUS who did not participate in family planning. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were processed using SPSS and descriptive and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: This study shows that there is a relationship between family planning services and obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the p value is obtained. There is a relationship providing counseling to obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the value of p =, 000. This means that the p value <? (0.05) because the p value is less than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a Relationship between Family Planning Services and Counseling Providing Against Barriers to Implementing Family Planning Programs in the Work Area of the Bajeng Community Health Center.

For blind people, assistive devices to carry out daily activities are needed. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. The validation test shows the value of 31.5 is between 31- 40 which means that it is located in a Very Good (Valid) value. The growth of financial technology is filled by digital wallet competition in the industry, one of the most known digital payment in Indonesia is OVO. Even so, the obstacles that OVO has can make users switch to another mobile payment provider. This research aims to analyze the impact on continuance usage intention by customers’ trust, and examine factors that influence trust in terms of gender moderation, the theories developed in this study are Innovation Diffusion Theory and Trust Building Framework. The method used to process data in this study are SEM and PLS. The findings of this research state that continuance usage intention is positively influenced by trust. Trust is significantly influenced by reputation, followed by customization, security, and mobility.

CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Islands Province experienced several obstacles in developing their MSMEs. Data for 2018 shows that the number of MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Kepulauang Province has decreased dramatically. The decreasing number of MSMEs from active to inactive, because these MSMEs are less able to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, so only MSMEs that survive are MSMEs that have creations and innovations according to needs of community Weak dimensions in the big five personality reflecting the unpreparedness of SMEs to compete and synergize. This study wants to see how the objective conditions dimensions big five personality SMEs in City of Pangkalpinang. The sample of study was Pangkal Pinang City SMEs practitioners with quantitative research methods processed from results of questionnaires. results of study showed that Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, and Agreeablenss, had a positive and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City, while Neuroticm had a negative and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City.

In village development, the availability of accurate village profile data has an impact on its consistency policy direction.  However, there are some problems that are encountered to be able to update it including the quality of human resources, finance and infrastructure. Therefore, Community Service Program (PKM) activity is intended to provide knowledge about the importance of updating data in planning village development and helping the government update profile data and potential of their villages. The method used is training in updating basic data based on family data which is carried out by providing material and its implementation in the field. Community Service Program can be carried out according to the planned schedule, especially in the provision of training materials. Meanwhile, implementation of material in the training could not be carried out because it was constrained because lack of information technology. However, in general the Community Service Program in Neglasari Village was going well, marked by an increasing participant knowledge and an acceleration of online data updating assisted by students who were doing Community Service Program. Indirectly, this achievement at the same time show that the obstacles faced by Neglasari Village were not only on its human resources but rather on aspects of financial support and infrastructure. The actual presence from the government is needed to support the updating of the profile and potential data of this village because it is not only the village institution that requires it, but rather the central and regional governments.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran masyarakat dalam manguatkan pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan.2)Mengidentifikasi hambatan yang ditemui masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan bagi pendaki gunung lawu tahun 2019. 3)Untuk mengetahui pendekatan dan upaya yang digunakan masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan bagi pendaki gunung lawu tahun 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data menggunakan data primer maupun data sekunder. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Desa Gondosuli Kecamatan Tawangmangu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Peran masyarakat dalam menguatkan pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan yaitu tokoh masyarakat Desa Gondosuli sudah menghimbau mendaki merupakan kegiatan untuk mengenal alam bebas sehingga menimbulkan rasa cinta kepada alam yang menjadikan mereka pantang berbuat kerusakan dengan presentase 42,86% sangat memahami dan 14,28% kurang memahami.2) Faktor-faktor yang hambatan  masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan bagi pendaki gunung lawu yaitu pendaki jail yang kurang sadar akan rasa tanggung jawab sesuai dalam kode*etik kepecinta alaman dengan presentase sebesar 42,86%, faktor ekonomi sebesar 28,57%, terbatas nya sumberdaya manusia dalam melaksanakan pengawasan secara langsung sebesar 28,57%.3)Upaya pendekatan yang digunakan masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan yaitu memberi dan menambah rambu-rambu peringatan, memperketat peraturan dalam pendakian, melakukan pengawasan rutin dengan besar presentase pemahaman sebesar 71,43% Sangat memahami dan 28,57% cukup memahami.Kata Kunci: Peran Masyarakat, Karakter Tanggung Jawab dan Peduli Lingkungan, Pendaki ABSTRACTThe research were aimed at: (1) to know how the role of community in strenghtening character of liability and care of environment in mountain climbing activity (2) identify obstacles that faced by community in strengthening character of liability and care of environment to lawu mountain climbers in 2019 (3) to know approach and efforts doing by community to strengthen character of liability and care of environment to lawu mountain climbers in 2019. The research method used wae qualitative descriptive, source of data used primary and secondary data. The subject og this research were people in gondosuli village tawangmangu subdistrict. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity technique used were source triangulation and method triangulation. The technique og analiysis data used was interactive analysis model. Based on finding, it can be concluded that (1) the role of community in strenghtening character of liability and care of environment from the public figure of gondosuli who has been explained that climbing in an activity to understand wild that initiate love feeling to nature which make them aware of doing damage with 42,86% in the level of very undwerstand, and 14,28% less of understanding. (2) The obstacles factor are ignorant climbers who are less aware og their liability based on the ethics regulation in 42,86%, economic factors 28,57%, limitation of human resources who directly supervise 28,57%. (3) efforts that has been done by community in strenghtening character of liability and care of environmentto lawu mountain climbers are giving and adding the warning signs, tightening climbing regulations, doing regular supervision with the level of understanding 71,43% very understanding and 28,57% qiute understand.Â

Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

Cash book, if you want to print financial statements and still use a lot of Microsoft Excel as data storage and printing a report, it takes too long for information system data to be a lot of completion data is not timely and makes it less efficient. With this information system, it is expected that all recording processes will be easier by using the Base Accrual Method, reports can also be printed accurately dated or per period. This information system is also more secure because it is equipped with a security system where not everyone can access it, and only people who have a login can access the data. The system built will later contribute to the District faster in work.

Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

Breast milk is the best food for babies, because breast milk contains nutrients and all the nutrients with the amount and composition needed by the baby. one of the obstacles in the process of lactation on the first day is the mother does not produce enough breast milk or the baby does not want to suck so that the mother does not want to breastfeed the baby. Way that can be done to increase milk production is by doing the technique  marmet. This case study aims to illustrate the increased production breast milk in post partum mothers after nursing with marine techniques in hospitals Bougenville Room TK III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subjects in this study were two patients with postpartum mother with criteria of primiparous mother, postpartum mother who breastfeeding, mother who is willing to be respoden, babies performed nursing. The analysis was measured based on an observed sheet of fluid milk production. the results of case studies show an increase in milk production from a score of 12 categories not smooth to score 19 categories smoothly on subject I and score 13 categories not smooth to score 20 categories smoothly on subject II. Recommendations need to be consistent nurses in taking action marmet techniques to increase milk production in primipara mother.

Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. Prostitution involving parties such as pimps, commercial sex workers, and service users comes from various circles due to economic factors and lack of mental strength in dealing with global changes in society that changed to the modern era, as well as lifestyle demands where values ​​and norms exist in in society began to be eroded by the changing times that are increasingly developing. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.
