This research aims to determine character education in Islamic boarding schools and the prevalence of issues of violence in Islamic boarding schools, so the researcher wants to discuss in more depth about character education and issues of violence that are currently widespread in Islamic boarding schools with the object of research being the Al-Rahmah Islamic boarding school. . The approach method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected by researchers is more focused on several research objectives, namely: 1) describing modern Islamic boarding schools based on the times. 2) describe Islamic boarding school institutions in character education 3) analyze more deeply the issues of violence in Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding schools are places where education about the Islamic religion focuses on Islamic religious studies and does not eliminate contemporary elements in the current era. more modern, especially in modern-based Islamic boarding schools.

The church is a fellowship of saints, called by God to fulfill His mission of teaching sound doctrine to believers in accordance with the Bible. Christian education (PAK) is one of the teaching tasks in the church. This must be done continuously to meet the needs of the faithful. To remain relevant, the church must develop by considering the influence of modern developments that befall the church. In addition, the congregation has shown changes in behavior and lifestyle that are always up-to-date. In addition, the church also encounters teachings that deviate from the Bible and the correct theological foundation. In the development of PAK, the church cannot be separated from theology which is the content of PAK itself. The teaching practiced in the church focuses on God and His work. To understand this, a theology is needed that makes it easy to explain what God's will is for His people. By making theology the basis for the development of biblical PAK, the church grows into a productive congregation that produces more mature congregations who can live out their faith in their daily lives. This article is written using a qualitative descriptive method through literature research. The conclusion of this article is that the church must understand that PAK is a very important mission of the church and needs to be further developed. PAK is part of the church's theological work, so the church must develop PAK based on theology, and theology becomes the basis for the development of PAK in the church.

The Change in 21st Century Education Project proposes a transformation in learning approaches to support students and liberate them in the learning process. By integrating the principles of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thinking with the demands of modern education, this project aims to ensure that every  individual has fair and relevant access to education. The results of this research show planned strategic steps through projects that can provide independent learning experiences, allow students to explore their ideas and personal strengths, and improve their ability to solve problems and think critically.

This journal discusses the influence of modernization on the management and maintenance of Minangkabau customary land. Modernization itself is a change that occurs over time. Its relationship with humans is how humans adapt to all changes to meet all their life needs. Customary land management is carried out by traditional communities by following the laws that apply in the community or often called customary law. With modernization, existing laws in the community and updated laws will adapt to each other, because laws exist for humans, not humans for the law. The main topic of discussion is how the modernization system applies to Minangkabau land management and what influence modernization has on Minangkabau land management. The existing data to answer this main problem is empirical data originating from journals, books, or applicable laws and regulations.

The rapid advancement of science and technology in the global era is currently felt in various fields of community life, especially in the fields of education, social and culture, including in boarding school education. In order to face the demands of society, community educational institutions including Islamic boarding schools must be functional, because educational institutions as a forum in society can be used as a gateway in facing the demands of society, science and technology that continue to change. Therefore, in order to become an ideal boarding school, it is necessary to organize the management and development of the boarding school. Islamic boarding school as one of the educational institutions that combines these three aspects, not only emphasizes the cognitive intelligence aspect, but also emphasizes the affective and psychomotor aspects, namely by teaching values and norms in accordance with Islamic law and equipping students with various skills (life skills). The development of management and management of education at PPMI Assalam consists of management elements including man, money, material, method, macine, and market. The intense competition in the cafe business that is currently emerging has resulted in a problem often faced by business people, the first of which is a lack of attention to marketing strategies. "This is because in concept, one way to achieve business goals is to know what the needs and desires of consumers or target markets are and provide the expected satisfaction more effectively and efficiently than competitors" (Kolter and Keller, 2013: 18).

Through this research, the author succeeded in finding that the creative and innovative strategies implemented by Pempek Syamil cover all dimensions of innovation and creativity, namely product, process and marketing. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, to understand the phenomenon of what is happening in the field. The traditional school in Sihaporas Village has an important role in preserving Toba Batak culture so that the younger generation continues to understand their culture and makes the younger generation the next generation of their parents. So that the customs inherited from their ancestors can be preserved. Parents must also invite their children to follow traditions and all ritual events carried out from ancient times. Because with this traditional education, the younger generation will know more about how important it is to preserve culture

This research aims to assess the impact of the implementation of measured marketing strategies in Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah, particularly in increasing the number of male and female students (santri) and enhancing public awareness nationwide. The research methodology involves both quantitative and qualitative analyses, incorporating data collection from marketing campaigns, feedback from prospective students, and the evaluation of public responses. The findings indicate that the implementation of marketing strategies at Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah has successfully achieved its objectives, leading to a significant increase in student enrollments and heightened awareness among the public. Digital media, including the official website, social media, and online advertising campaigns, proved to be effective tools in reaching the target audience. The success factors involve strong collaboration between the marketing team and the pesantren management, along with active involvement of the pesantren officials in promotional activities. However, challenges were identified in adapting to changing trends in digital marketing and increasing competition within the pesantren sector. Future opportunities lie in the development of creative content, collaboration with influencers, and the utilization of emerging technologies. Recommendations include enhancing collaboration with media outlets, optimizing online advertising campaigns, and continuous monitoring of digital marketing trends. This research contributes to a better understanding of the effectiveness of marketing strategies in religious educational institutions, with the hope that Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah continues to thrive and becomes a nationally recognized center for education.

Life in the modern era is characterized by rapid lifestyle changes, including the 'skena' trend that becomes an integral part of student culture at the University of Jember. This research aims to analyze the lifestyle trend "skena" in the socio-cultural framework in the modern era, with a focus on Jember University students as a case study. A qualitative approach is used to collect and analyze data through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. The results show that the 'skena' trend reflects patterns of behavior, values, and norms that develop in student society. Social and cultural factors such as technology, globalization, identity, and self-expression play an important role in shaping and influencing these trends. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of "skena" and its implications for student culture at the University of Jember and provides a foundation for further research on lifestyle trends in the socio-cultural context.

This research investigates the important function of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) in directing and regulating the social interactions of modern teenagers. This research is based on historical narratives in the Islamic tradition and the importance of Jurisprudence in overcoming problems such as juvenile delinquency. In addition, this research emphasizes how important it is for the principles of Fiqh to be applied practically in everyday life. According to this research, Jurisprudence education goes beyond theoretical understanding and requires the application of knowledge in the real world, which integrates theory and action. The aim of this research is to reveal methods for improving relationships in an era of disruption through the science of jurisprudence. This research uses library research methods, reviewing relevant literature to analyze the concept of adolescent social interaction from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The results of this research indicate that Islamic principles are not in accordance with current teenage trends, such as changing clothing styles, increasing premarital relationships, drug propaganda, and materialistic transmission. This article emphasizes that parents and teenagers must help children bridge the gap between Islamic values ​​and modern lifestyles, with the importance of fiqh education in adolescence as a basis for living a life in accordance with Islamic values.

Tujuan penulis adalah mempelajari dan mencari perbedaan bahasa tersebut yang digunakan oleh pelaku transaksi jual beli di pasar tradisional dan pasar modern (swalayan) yang ada di kota Semarang.

Nowadays, plastic has become a material that is inseparable from human life. Plastic is considered an easily available, practical, light and modern material. ‎In order to be able to make a plastic product that suits what we want, of course we need adequate technology, both in terms of injection machines, injection molding, materials, methods and people. The way this injection molding machine works is by putting plastic pellets into a barrel which is then heated until it melts. The melted plastic is injected into the mold which is then cooled. After that, it is released from the mold and a plastic product is formed. Current analysis produces values of 23.2 A and 20 A, which are then used to calculate power in the injection molding process. The calculation results show a power of 8.7 KW and 7.5 KW based on the data obtained.

This paper explores the application of SWOT analysis in the context of CRE, acknowledging its pivotal role in shaping individual character, values, and spiritual beliefs. Tracing the historical trajectory of CRE from ancient churches to contemporary times, the analysis underscores the foundational principles upon which CRE stands. Within the framework of CRE, SWOT analysis serves as a potent tool to discern existing dynamics and chart future trajectories. By identifying internal strengths such as robust faith traditions and biblically grounded curricula, opportunities for enriching CRE education emerge. Simultaneously, weaknesses such as resource constraints and technological integration challenges highlight areas ripe for improvement. Furthermore, SWOT analysis illuminates potential opportunities for CRE advancement, including technological integration and policy shifts. However, it also unveils threats such as societal value shifts and information overload that impede effective CRE delivery. In navigating these dynamics, effective educational management emerges as paramount. Without strategic oversight and management, the pursuit of excellence in CRE remains elusive. Hence, this study delves into the pivotal role of educational management in fostering the quality and efficacy of CRE. Utilizing an analytical methodology, this research delves deep into existing literature and textual sources to unravel insights and generate new knowledge. Through systematic analysis and interpretation, this study seeks to enrich the discourse on CRE and underscore the imperative of strategic planning and management. In conclusion, SWOT analysis emerges as a cornerstone in the enhancement of CRE. By systematically evaluating internal dynamics and external trends, SWOT analysis paves the way for informed decision-making and strategic interventions. Thus, this paper advocates for the systematic integration of SWOT analysis in CRE, heralding a new era of excellence and relevance in religious education.
