Hemorrhoids are swellings of tissue containing veins located in the walls of the rectum and anus. Mass or bulge in the anal area accompanied by anal bleeding is the main symptom. Proper diagnosis and management of hemorrhoids is very important to reduce morbidity and improve the patient's quality of life. This case report was obtained from primary data through history taking, physical examination and supporting examination. The patient complains of a lump in the anus accompanied by bloody stools since 5 years. Initially the lump came out if the patient strained and could still go in on its own if the patient was not straining anymore. But since 1 year, the lump can't go in on its own, but must be helped to push it with a finger. Heavy bleeding from the anus since 2 months ago. On physical examination the rectal toucher found: good anal sphincter tone, palpable mass with a flat surface, solid, chewy consistency, reddish color, firm boundaries, tenderness (+), lumps can be inserted with fingers, blood on gloves (-), mucus (-), feces (-). Colonoscopy examination revealed grade III internal hemorrhoids. The treatment is hemorrhoidectomy.

Introduction : Mastoiditis is inflammation that occurs in the mastoid bone located in the temporal bone. Mastoiditis can affect all ages, both children and adults. The most frequent cause of the disease is stressptococcus pneumonia. This disease requires surgery as soon as possible. Mastoiditis can develop into a bezold abscess if left untreated. Case report: This case report is about a 31-year-old male patient complaining of swelling the size of a marble seed on the bone behind the right ear ± 1 week, swelling from the protruding bone behind the right ear to the neck. Swelling is accompanied by pain, redness, fluctuations (+), fever that disappears and decreased hearing function. Conclusion: The patient has a bezold abscess preceded by mastoiditis. The diagnosis in this patient is based on history, physical examination, and supporting examinations in the form of laboratory and mastoid X-rays with stenvers and schuller positions. In patients carried out drainage measures of abscesses as well as pharmacotherapy administration.

Hospitals as providers of health services for the wider community are required to provide health services with good quality health services. The quality of hospital services can be achieved one of them with SBAR communication, so that the information conveyed can be informative and well received which will improve the handover process so that patient safety can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between effective SBAR communication and the quality of handover implementation in the Inpatient Room of JIH Solo Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of respondents was 90 respondents divided into 72 nurses and 18 midwives who were given observation sheets using the SBAR communication method and observation sheets for the quality of handover implementation. Variable correlation assessment using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis of the relationship between variables are significant with a sig value of 0.000 (p=0.05). Then, the value of the correlation coefficient between variables is very strong, namely 0.979. The use of effective SBAR communication resulted in the majority of respondents namely 79 people or 85.7% being categorized as qualified. In its implementation, the majority of respondents with a total of 87 people (196.7%) were categorized as qualified.

Domestic violence (KDRT) is a serious problem that requires appropriate legal handling. This article aims to analyze aspects of criminal law in dealing with cases of domestic violence. The research method used is literature study by collecting data from various trusted sources such as journals, articles and other sources. The results of the analysis show that handling cases of domestic violence must be carried out firmly and fairly in accordance with applicable criminal law. Apart from that, prevention efforts also need to be made through education and outreach to the public about the importance of respecting human rights and avoiding acts of domestic violence. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to law enforcement and overcoming cases of domestic violence in Indonesia.

It is important to understand the true definition of sexual abuse of children. Child sexual abuse refers to behavior in which adults or older individuals take advantage of children to fulfill their sexual needs. Actions carried out on children can have long-lasting traumatic impacts that can disturb them and even the people around them. Sexual violence against children is so common that it has become a global problem today. In particular, Indonesia has its own law protecting children who experience sexual abuse. The purpose of this article is to explain the implications of criminal law and the challenges faced in dealing with sexual abuse of children. As well as explaining the impact of abuse on children. The aim of this research is to find out how the death penalty is applied to perpetrators of narcotics crimes in Indonesia and how the treatment of foreign nationals who commit narcotics crimes and/or Narcotics Precursor crimes, using normative legal research methods, is concluded. The application of the death penalty is part of law enforcement efforts, because if narcotics are not controlled and supervised strictly and thoroughly and are contrary to the provisions of the law, they will constitute a criminal act and cause great harm and danger. Narcotics crimes are transnational in nature and are carried out using high-level modus operandi. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the death penalty, life imprisonment, imprisonment and fines. Treatment of foreigners who commit narcotics crimes and/or narcotics precursor crimes must be expelled from the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and prohibited from re-entering the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Human Rights are basic rights or basic rights that humans are born with which are naturally inherent in every human being and cannot be contested because they are a gift from God Almighty, or it can be said that human rights are respect for the level and dignity of humans which is a necessary recognition. In this research the author uses the Library Research method (library research), studying libraries and other scientific works related to the problem being studied in order to obtain a theoretical and legal basis related to the discussion or problem of the problem being researched. Protection of human rights in criminal law aims to create a justice system that is fair, humane, and in accordance with universal human rights principles. This is an important foundation for preventing limitations on power by criminal institutions and for ensuring that the rights of every individual are respected in the legal process.

Appearance is an important aspect of social life, as appearance is seen as a form of self-expression. An individual must have the desire to show their best appearance to other individuals. But behind all that, not all individuals have the same self-confidence. Disabled people have physical limitations, they are shy to show who they are, afraid to appear in public spaces, and lack confidence. Mental development is stunted because they are closed off to other individuals who do not have anything in common with them. This situation can be overcome by means of entrepreneurship, where the role of entrepreneurship is a place for disabilities to establish relationships of interaction with the wider community. The daily adaptation and interaction between disabilities and the community provides a form of courage in presenting themselves on the social stage. The purpose of this study is to find out how a person with a disability gives his appearance to the public, as well as provide information on the influence of entrepreneurship on their struggle to achieve self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative method, ethnographic approach. The results of this study found that entrepreneurship provides a positive approach for people with disabilities in presenting themselves on the social stage. Entrepreneurship becomes a means of empowerment that can increase the confidence and mentality of disabilities, so that society can take from this solution to provide support to disabilities.

The method in this research is a qualitative method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach where this writing examines statutory regulations and examines legal concepts contained in the articles contained in legal regulations, especially regarding the role of notaries in determining rights and responsibilities. the heir's responsibility from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case, the Notary has an important role in a will because they ensure its legality, validity and execution in accordance with the law. The State Administrative Court is a judicial institution that acts as a supervisor of government administration actions. The State Administrative Court, which is the court of first instance, has the function of examining, deciding, and resolving state administrative cases. One of the cases that falls into the realm of the State Administrative Court is the case of the Banten Regional Police Chief Decree Number: KEP/773/XI/2021 concerning the dishonorable dismissal from the Police service on behalf of Ara Syafana due to a violation of the Police professional code of ethics. This research aims to find out 1) The judge's consideration for determining decision number: 12/G/2022/PTUN.Srg with a case of dishonorable dismissal of a police officer, 2) Legal implications arising from decision number: 12/G/2022/PTUN.Srg. The use of qualitative research as a method of this research which type is normative juridical research and uses a case approach and statutory approach. In data collection techniques using literature studies with data acquisition from various related literature and regulations. The results of this study show that: 1) The entire lawsuit of the plaintiff was rejected by the Panel of Judges on the grounds that the arguments in the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff were not legally sufficient or the legal principles were incorrect and the truth of the arguments was not successfully proven by the plaintiff. 2) The legal implications arising from decision number: 12/G/2022/ PTUN.Srg have a significant impact, both for the plaintiff and for the Police institution. The decision resulted in the plaintiff losing his job as a police officer, losing his status as a police officer which could affect his legal rights and obligations. Of course, this also has an impact on the Police institution where the existence of this case can be a bad image of the police in the eyes of the public. This may affect confidence in the professionalism and integrity of the Police.

Activities in this tourist village aim to contribute to the growth of the tourist village in addition to being a university service programme. Students can also collaborate and interact directly with all stakeholders, from village officials to Pokdarwis, and use the facilities provided to them to apply their knowledge. As a partner in this project, several organisations, including Cangkuang Tourism Village in Distrik Leles, Kabupaten Garut, have a one-month duration. The program's implementation resulted in the growth of social media, beginning with the creation of accounts, content, and the promotion of tourist communities. The activity concludes that Cangkuang Tourism Village has tourism potential that can be promoted and spread through the use of information technology, one of which is social media. The involvement of many parties in promoting this tourism village must be expanded.

Sexual harassment is an unexpected and unwanted action, but the rise of sexual harassment in society cannot be covered up starting from verbal and nonverbal actions. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that uses qualitative research methods and uses a phenomenological approach. We can know that the perpetrators of sexual harassment are dominated by men, but it is unfortunate that even though this sexual harassment has been widely known by the wider community and the authorities still cannot take serious attention or take legal action quickly.

Companies in making a decision require good consideration, therefore we need a system that helps provide information from good data processing so that it becomes the basis for decision making. This analysis aims to create a decision support system that can help the company to provide an overview of the decision to procure a new fleet that the company wants to buy.This decision support information system is implemented using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySsql as the database application so that the desired features are created and neatly stored in operating the information system.This decision support information system also uses the Weighted Product method which is used to assist in decision making in determining the procurement of new fleets.The end result of this decision support information system is to combine a programming language with the Weighted Product method which can be used for decision making in determining which new fleet to buy, where the calculations are based on several predetermined criteria so that their use is on target.

Tangerang Regency is a district located in Banten Province, Indonesia. Tangerang Regency is divided into 29 sub-districts, 28 sub-districts and 246 villages. The Tangerang Regency Opendata Portal is a DKAN-based platform, which is a community-based, free and open-source open data platform that provides freedom for organizations and individuals to publish and consume structured information. The Tangerang Regency opendata portal provides datasets that are useful for local communities to find out various types of information such as economic, social, educational, health, population and so on. So that this data can be processed into valuable information, tools are needed to visualize these data so that they can display information about population datasets, these tools include Business Intelligence (BI) software. This research aims to provide a clear picture or visualization of population data for the Tangerang Regency area from 2019 to 2021. This research was conducted using the Microsoft Power BI application with stages of data collection, data entry, data modeling and data visualization. The results of this research are in the form of a dashboard/summary report and detailed reports regarding population data for Tangerang Regency.  

An adolescent is someone between the ages of 10-24 years, which is a process of self-development where a person experiences the process of not being a child anymore and heading towards adulthood but cannot be said to be a mature adult and is someone who has not entered the category of marriage during that period. While depression itself is a condition in which a person who experiences emotionally characterized by sadness and feelings of meaninglessness and guilt, distancing himself from the environment, losing appetite, not being able to sleep peacefully and experiencing anxiety. In this study, researchers discussed how the role of counseling can overcome depression in adolescents where there is a very important role of counselors in helping and overcoming the problems of clients experiencing depression.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the role of village apparatus and community participation on accountability of village fund management (Nagari Bidar Alam, Sangir Sangir Jujuan District, South Solok Regency). This type of study uses quantitative methods, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 40 respondents The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, using instrument test testing, (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and test hypothetical with the help of SPSS application. The results of the study show that the role of village apparatus has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management, and community participation has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

The aim of this research is to find out and identify what are the sources of symptoms and causes of a conflict in an organization. The method used in this research is the literature review method which is taken from various sources such as magazines, newspapers, internet books and articles. In the literature study method, study related reference books and articles from previous research results that are relevant to the topic of this discussion. The results of this research are that conflict can originate from differences in personality, interactions, structural levels, cultural and ideological differences. In general, the symptoms behind the occurrence of conflict are disagreements between members of groups or organizations, norms that conflict with each other and conflicting actions between groups or organizations.
