This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.

Education is learning and knowledge that is passed down from generation to generation through learning and training. One educational institution that is no less important to build is religion-based education, such as the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Education institution. At this time the tahfidz program was very popular and respected by various institutions. This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the tahfidz program starts with discussions with the leaders and all tahfidz teachers. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. This study aims to exam ine the effect of transformational leadership on turn over intention and OCB by considering the role of psychological empowerment and   affective commitment. Conducted at WS Warung Steak, this study involved 121  participants.  For the analysis of this study using SEM-PLS w ith SmartPLS version 3.0. The finding of this study is that  transformational  leadership  has  a  significant  negative effect  on  turnover intention. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee  OCB behavior. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment. Transformational leadership has a significant positive  effect on affective commitment. Psychological empowerment has a significant  positive  effecton employee OCB behavior. Psychological empowerment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Affective  commitment  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect on OCB. OCB behavior of  employees  has a negative  influence  on  turnover  intention. Psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership on employee OCB. Psychological empowerment has been shown to mediate the effect of transformational   leadership on turn over  intention. Affective commitment mediates transformational leadership in OCB . Further research is recommended to develop further research on the relationship of transformational leadership to turnover intention and OCB by considering other variables in order to obtain more in -depth results.

Performance Management is a procedure related to how to guide and develop the quality of employees at work. Where, the work of employees becomes a benchmark for the company’s budgeting system. By optimizing performance, good performance management is needed to realize the company’s goals. The research subject is Cafe Uncle Jack, has been operating for 5 years (2017) as a culinary business and consists of Mrs. Lina as Leader, Mrs. Lini as Manager, Barista, Cashier, Waitress, and Cooker. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of human resources at Cafe Uncle Jack including several series of activities provided by the new employment. In a series of activities that occur in Uncle Jack’s Cafe, a qualitative descriptive method will be formulated in the form of interviews related to performance management. Based on the results of the interview, Cafe Uncle Jack gives full attention ti it’s employees so that the quality of performance and customer satisfaction can be guaranteed.

The purpose of this study was to determine leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office. As for this type of research, it is causal quantitative research. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t-tests using as many as 32 samples,namely the apparatus who works in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office Office As for the results obtained, it shows that: 1. Leadership style affects the performance of employees in the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office 2. Work stress affects the performance of employees at the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office.

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Incentives on Employee Performance at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang." Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 82 respondents were employees at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang. Based on the results of the study, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.632 > 1.664, with a sig value. of 0.001 <0.05. Leadership style (β1) has a positive sign of 0.266 which means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-value that is greater than the t-table, namely 3.941 > 1.664, with a sig. By 0.000 > 0.05. Workload (β2) has a positive sign of 0.295 which means that the more appropriate the workload is, the better the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that workload has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Incentives have a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 8.699 > 1.664, with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Incentives (β3) have a positive sign of 0.590 which means that the higher the incentives given, the higher the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance is proven.

The research method in data collection uses primary data and secondary data and the technical model of data analysis uses an inductive model. The Week of Admission of New Members (PPAB) for the GMNI Luwuk-Banggai Branch Leadership Council will be held on 24-26 September 2022 at the General Assembly Hall (BPU) of Luwuk Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency with the theme "Forming Progressive Marhaenis Members Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045". The participants of the activity were students from Luwuk Muhammadiyah University, Luwuk Tompotika University and Luwuk Banggai Computer and Informatics Management Academy. There were 13 participants who passed the PPAB, namely Aprianto Dukalang, Gita Hi Musa, Moh. Nabil Saputra Samali, Aurel Juliana Sambuhak, Afriani Hamzah, Ronal Nang, Awaludin Mulayo, Wandrik Ndilaman, Rizki amaliyah, Yosua Arifin Wakim Avenda Gultom, Matias A. This study aims to determine and prove the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation on work productivity of employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for Southern Sumatra Region with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable either directly or indirectly. The population in this study were all employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for the Southern Sumatra Region, while the sample was part of the population that would be the object of research. In this study, the total population was 91 people. Sampling in this study used the Saturated Sample technique, namely sampling was carried out as a whole from the total population. In line with the opinion above, in this study, by considering a population of 91 people, the authors took a total of 91 people as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was to use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which was operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, communication, and socio-economics on community participation in cooperation activities in Nagari Batang Palupuah, Agam Regency. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents. This study uses data analysis techniques with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. The results of this study found that leadership has a positive effect on community participation in cooperation activities in Nagari Batang Palupuah, Agam Regency with a lower significance value of 0.000 so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Then communication has a positive and significant influence on community participation in cooperation activities in Nagari Batang Palupuah, Agam Regency with a set significance value of 0.000 so that the hypothesis can be accepted. Furthermore, Socio-Economic has a positive effect on community participation in cooperation activities in Nagari Batang Palupuah, Agam Regency with a smaller significance value set at 0.000 so that the hypothesis can be accepted. This research implies that good leadership and communication, as well as socioeconomic, can increase community participation in gotong royong activities.

Now a days tourism and hospitality industry especially in Hotel is growing fast, the writer take an observation as hotel X in Surabaya. The writer want to know   influence of consument on education,  level of service and policy as a leader on occupancy of Hotel X in front office Dept. front office one of central Dept in hotel as Relationship  between guest and others Dept. Because of front office as central therefore front office will be brandage of image of the hotel . that’s why front office staff  must have an experience and  out standing skill because customer need good service expectation  is priority. Hotel X in Surabaya can operates day to day operational  well. It showed  by result of hotel occupancy in stability over the everages. in case of this we conclude  that good sevice is one of main factor will cause effect relationship of level about high of occupancy  Hotel goes running well ,eventhough human resource minimizely. base in the above mater, impact of effect in the level on hotel occupancy in Surabaya because of  good service to the guest.

This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

Ideally, missiology education is applied to teachers and preachers who are positioned for adults who already have qualified literacy and religious abilities. In the application of youth and children's education, it is recommended to parents and teachers so that parents of these students or children can learn the rules of learning. Missiology is learning when someone gives testimony and a story about superpowers or outside forces reason (about the power of God, Prophets, and religious leaders), so that they provide a personal experience and story that can convince people, whether in any religion. Missiology learning is not part of the context of education in schools, but the context of missiology should have been taught by parents and teachers when the children studied religion. This study aims to reveal how simple missiology learning can be applied so that children in their development to adulthood have the ability and uphold the mind in upholding supernatural values.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

One of the assets owned by the company is employee work productivity, in order to produce good productivity for the company. To increase employee productivity, a good communication is needed in the company. A leader provides direction for his employees to communicate well and create a sense of comfort at work. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between work communication on employee work productivity at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional I . This study used a quantitative method with data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents who were the sample. Based on the values ​​obtained, it states that the T test with a significant value of work communication 0.000 <0.05 means that work communication has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in the HR & General services division for employees, so that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the results of the coefficient test determination is 82% while the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. So the advice that can be given is to improve work communication so that employees have good work productivity and understand the goals desired and trusted by the company.

Implementation of the Government's Strategy in Creating an Anti-Money Politics Village is a strategy carried out by the government, namely in the form of a Program to anticipate the practice of money politics or Money Politics in Elections. The aim of this research was to provide readers with an understanding of what strategies can be used to eradicate political money practices in a democracy. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research. The focus of the research is on what strategies or tactics are used by the government to eradicate the practice of money politics and what obstacles are experienced in implementing these strategies. The solution to this problem is encouragement for the government, community leaders and parents to launch this strategy.

The main problem of this research, discusses "Knowledge of Religious Moderation Class VI at Ats Tsaqofiy Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa". The main problems of the research are divided into two sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the Meaning of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) How is Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Santri Class VI Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the Purpose of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) To find out the Level of Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. This type of research is quantitative, with a normative theological approach. The sources of research data are primary data, data obtained using questionnaires, and several other community leaders. Second, from several books, journals, magazines, newspapers or online news. Supporting data are not taken directly from informants but through documents and research results that are relevant to this research problem to complete the information needed in the study. The results of this study can be seen that most of the respondents have a "sufficient" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 15 people (48.4%) and respondents have a "less" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 12 people (38.7%), and respondents have a "good" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 4 people (12.9%). So, according to Ari Kunto, the measurement of the level of knowledge about religious moderation in class VI students is categorized as "less" because the percentage of research results above is less than 55% (<55%).

Drink company (beverage shop) is one of the shops in Makassar that has various kinds of drink syrup and drink powder, and there are several complementary ingredients in the cafe.The agent who owns the drink company's shop is Mr. Deril Tunggal. The main reason Mr. Deril Tunggal opened this shop is because he is affected by the weather conditions in Indonesia, which always tends to be in the summer, so many people need fresh drinks.The purpose of this research in this store is to find out and observe the workings associated with the employees and store leaders of the drink company and customer satisfaction. And also this research was conducted to find out how  leaders  guide  their  employees  and  customer  satisfaction  in  receiving  services  at  this store.This research method is used to describe the situation and its circumstances by using observation and interviews. With this research, the data collection method. The results showed that: 1) the way of service 2) the way of the leader 3) the consumer 4) motivation 5) discipline.
