Strategic management is an analysis, decisions and actions taken by an organization to create and maintain a competitive advantage. This research method uses literature review research conducted by collecting and analyzing related literature from international and national sources in the form of books, journals, and articles. Based on this research, the application of strategic management science in educational institutions can face various challenges due to continuous change and competition and produce educational products (outputs) that are able to display high performance. The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis related to the understanding and implementation of strategic management in creating a competitive advantage in the field of education, this research also aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the concept of strategic management and how its application can help educational institutions face the challenges of globalization and improve the quality of education. This research also highlights the urgency of implementing strategic management in educational institutions, given the challenges faced due to globalization and increasingly fierce competition. Strategic management is considered the key to creating a competitive advantage for educational institutions, enabling them to control their schools effectively and efficiently and produce superior quality graduates.

This research aims to find out whether the application of auxiliary media on an inclined plane mattress can improve the learning process and students' skills in learning floor exercise front rolls. The research method used to answer the research objectives was the class-room action research method. The subjects of this research were 33 students of class XI AKL 2 SMKN 6 Surakarta, consisting of 33 female students. The results of the pre-cycle research showed that the majority of students did not understand the front roll movement skill, so the pre-cycle scores were 42.42% (very good category), 15.15 (good category), 21.21 (fair category), 3 .03% (poor category) and 18.18% (very poor category. With an average student score of 7.0 (good category), and class learning completeness of 57.57% (low category). In the first cycle with learning through the application of incline mattress supporting media obtained a score from observations of student activities was 7 (good category), and the observation of teacher activities was also 7 (good category). The increase in students' skills in carrying out forward rolling skills is affected by the use of supporting media. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the application of supporting media in learning has been proven to improve forward rolling skills.

The aim of this research is to find out how e-Government based public services are and to find out various factors inhibiting services in the e-Pusluh application in the Extension Sector of Palu City. The location of this research includes the Palu City Food Security Service. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique for collecting data and information is in-depth interview observation using interview guides and documentation. Determining informants was carried out using purposive sampling. The number of informants in this research was 05 (five) people. The data collected is filtered and selected based on needs which are then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods.The theory used fromHarvard JFK School of Government, to implement the concept of digital-based public services, there are three elements of success that must be owned and taken seriously, namely Support, Capacity, and Value. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of E-Government based public services in the e-pusluh application in the Extension Sector of Palu City. Support or support from government leaders in the form of presidential regulations regarding the implementation of electronic-based government systems, regulations regarding the implementation of E-Government in general in Sulawesi Province Center and socialization of e-pusluh. Capacity or empowerment from the availability of information technology infrastructure resources such as computers, printing and WiFi is sufficient as well as the availability of competent human resources in carrying out e-government based services. The value element is the benefit felt by the Palu City Food Security Service instructors, namely providing convenience for both officers and instructors in reporting agricultural extension activities. The benefits felt by instructors include saving time without having to queue, online services can also save costs and transportation. The inhibiting factor for services in the e-Pusluh application is the lack of socialization from the Palu city government which is felt by the instructors, making many instructors still not understand how to use the e-Pusluh application. This is an obstacle in the process of implementing the e-pusluh application. Apart from that, the obstacles faced are the lack of familiarity of instructors, especially the elderly, with existing technologies and frequent maintenance on the e-pusluh application.  

In helping MSMEs, businesses, entrepreneurship, and others to enter the digital economy and be able to compete with foreign countries, namely by implementing e-commerce or electronic commerce. The presence of e-commerce plays an important role in this 5.0 revolution era and the State's ability to manage e-commerce can have an impact on the nation's competitiveness. However, we still find that many businesses, MSMEs and so on are still reluctant to use e-commerce with the opinion that e-commerce is a fraudulent business and there are still many people who don't know the role and benefits of e-commerce. The type of research in this article is descriptive qualitative research with a literature review methodology. This writing explains that there are benefits and challenges to e-commerce itself. The benefit of e-commerce is that there are several online applications, making it easier for consumers to shop, so consumers don't need to come to the destination area where the shop is located. One of the challenges is how to maintain customer privacy, security and trust

The aim of this literature study is to conclude that the use of fly ash as a replacement material for most of the functions of cement in concrete mixes meets the standards for using concrete mixes as environmentally friendly building construction materials in the context of sustainable development, reducing the risk of the greenhouse effect caused by carbon dioxide. The conclusion is that Fly ash, as waste from burning coal for power plants, can be used as a substitute for most of the functions of Portland cement, so that the waste material becomes an economic value and an effort to save the environment. And the mechanism for using HVFA-SCC concrete provides a work productivity solution in the construction sector in reducing the use of labor more efficiently and economically, as well as reducing the use of a large proportion of cement in the concrete composition. Fly ash contains physical and chemical elements with an equivalent composition that is similar to Portland cement. The softness of the fly ash grains is beneficial for filling empty spaces, making the concrete denser and more compact. The equivalent physical and chemical properties mean that fly ash can replace Portland cement.

Complementary food (MP-ASI) is very important for babies after the age of 6-24 months, because breast milk no longer provides the nutrients needed. In this case, the mother's knowledge of MP-ASI is very influential. The relationship between maternal characteristics and knowledge about providing MP-ASI includes maternal knowledge, maternal age, maternal education, maternal occupation and family income. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between maternal characteristics and knowledge about giving local breast milk and manufactured breast milk to babies aged 6 - 24 months in independent practice midwives in the working area of Kotabaru Health Center, Bekasi City in 2023. This research uses Observational Analytical research with a Cross-Sectional research design. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months in Independent Practice Midwives in the Kotabaru Health Center Work Area, Bekasi City, totaling 99 respondents. The sample used was total sampling. The instrument used in this research is a structured interview which is guided by a checklist which has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The research results from a sample of 99 respondents showed that 70 respondents (70.7%) gave high levels of MP-ASI, 24 respondents (24.2%) gave moderate MP-ASI, and 5 respondents gave low levels of MP-ASI. respondents (5.1%). The chi square test with a significance level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05 obtained a value of p = 0.038 < 0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of MP-ASI to babies aged 6-24 months in independent practice midwives in the working area of Kotabaru Health Center, Bekasi City in 2023.

Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 mengatur mengenai disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang dalam praktiknya menimbulkan sengketa kepegawaian yang merupakan bagian dari sengketa TUN dan yang menjadi pihak penggugat adalah PNS serta objek gugatannya adalah KTUN pada bidang kepegawaian yang dasar pengajuan gugatannya adalah karena dianggap bertentangan dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta AAUPB. Dalam penyelesaiannya, dapat ditempuh dari dua prosedur, yakni melalui jalur “Keberatan” dan jalur “Banding Administratif”.

Pregnancy is a natural physiological process that brings various physical and emotional changes, potentially leading to anxiety, especially among first-time mothers (primigravida). The level of anxiety often varies across trimesters, with higher anxiety levels commonly occurring in the first and third trimesters. Uncontrolled anxiety may negatively affect the labor process by increasing pain perception and disrupting uterine contractions.Previous studies have shown mixed results regarding differences in anxiety levels between primigravida and multigravida mothers, as well as its influence on labor preparedness. A preliminary survey conducted at Bidan Cikmah Lubis Clinic in Tanjungbalai City revealed that most third-trimester pregnant women were not adequately prepared for childbirth, which is suspected to be linked to high anxiety levels. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between maternal anxiety levels and childbirth preparedness. 

Catholic Young People (OMK) have a crucial role in the Church's mission and are the hope for the future of the Church and society. They are considered the backbone of the Church, tasked with guiding the people and participating in various ecclesiastical tasks and services. The age range for OMK is between 16 and 35 years and requires direction from the Church to fulfill its role as the next generation well. OMK can channel enthusiasm through spiritual activities such as prayer, Eucharist celebrations, and a deep understanding of the faith. In addition, liturgy has an important role in strengthening the relationship with God, while preaching is the main task of the Church to spread Christ's teachings throughout the world. OMK St. Christopher is actively involved in liturgy and preaching, to form the character of young people in the aspects of self-confidence, cooperation, and positive values. This research aims to understand how OMK is involved in spiritual life and why many students from outside the community join OMK Kristoforus. This emphasizes that the responsibility for the cadre formation of the younger generation and the culture of liturgical music is not only the task of the Church but also the collective responsibility of all church members in safeguarding and enriching future generations.    

UMKM Indah Rasa ini memproduksi banyak jenis makanan khas lampung selatan salah satunya adalah Dodol khas Lampung yaitu dodol Juwadah dengan proses pembuatan menggunakan mesin maupun manual dan sederhana, usaha ini sudah cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Banding karena selain untuk melestarikan adat dan budaya, banyak manfaat bagi konsumennya. Namun informasi seputar UMKM tersebut masih jarang diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Selain itu terdapat penurunan penjualan yang terjadi di masa pandemi ini. Dengan berkembang pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini maka kita diharuskan untuk bisa menguasai hal-hal terkait IT dan desa saat ini juga membutuhkan media informasi yang luas seputar Desa sehingga masyarakat dapat dimudahkan untuk memberikan informasi atau mendapatkan informasi yang ada di desa, terutama para pemilik usaha agar dapat berinovasi dengan usahanya kemudian dapat menyebarluaskan usahanya dengan adanya kemajuan dibidang teknologi informasi. Untuk di bidang teknologi, masyarakat di Desa Banding masih belum sepenuhnya mengetahui tentang manfaat dan kegunaan dari teknologi yang ada terutama bagaimana memasarkan produk melalui E-Commerce. Dengan memanfaatan teknologi yang tepat permasalahan diatas dapat ditangani secara efektif dan efisien.

Permasalahan kurang efektif dan efisien dalam proses produksi masih terjadi pada UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari. Terdapat 56 aktivitas produksi pada UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari, Ada beberapa aktivitas yang dapat berfungsi sebagai penyebab utama pemborosan, seperti, transportasi, motion dan delay. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengurangi pemborosan. Value Stream Mapping dan Process Activity Mapping. Metode tersebut dapat memetakan aliran proses produksi yang nantinya menghasilkan current value stream mapping dan process activity mapping untuk mengkategorikan jenis aktivitas produksi, kemudian telah dilakukan upaya untuk mengurangi pemborosan yang menghasilkan future value stream mapping. Mengurangi jumlah waktu yang dihabiskan untuk aktivitas adalah perbaikan yang dilakukan A1,A2,A7,A11,A15,B2,C1,C6 dan D1 untuk aktivitas yang dilakukan penyesuaian aktivitas C12 dan C15, adapun aktivitas yang dihilangkan yaitu aktivitas A3 dengan total waktu yang sebelumnya 7819,6006 detik menjadi 7511,121 detik.

Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Made Ferry Astawa, Bsc pada tanggal 06 Juni 1992 di Denpasar, namun dengan melihat peluang usaha dealer motor dengan merk Honda lebih menjanjikan, maka Made Ferry memutuskan untuk beralih sebagai dealer Honda dengan tetap memakai nama “Made Ferry Motor” pada Juni 1997. Cabang Denpasar mengalami perkembang yang pesat, sehingga Perusahaan memutuskan membuka cabang ada tahun 2000 Made Ferry Astawa, Bsc juga memutuskan untuk membuka cabang perusahaannya di Gianyar. PHBS is all health behavior carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities.This type of research uses qualitative research where this research uses questionnaires and interviews. This research design uses a phenomenology approach design, namely this approach seeks to reveal, study and understand the unique and unique phenomena and contexts experienced by individuals up to the level of belief of the individual concerned.Based on the research method carried out by the researcher, the researcher obtained the results that there were still some patient families who did not know what clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) was in the hospital and did not believe that in treating patients health workers always behaved in a clean and healthy lifestyle., Meanwhile, some patients already know about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in hospitals and believe that when treating patients, health workers always behave in a clean and healthy way.    

The development of technology is something that cannot be separated from humans at this time, it is based on technology that is increasingly growing. But on the problems faced in the search for facilities and services private tutoring is still an information manual so that it is difficult for the community to find facilities and services for private tutoring especially in non-academic fields. Then it needs to be specifically designed as a search system for facilities and private tutoring services through web-based media. Thus the community is not difficult to find a place or non-academic field private tutoring services because in this system there is a latitude of maps that will show the location and there are display fees and online payments via a bank account. In designing the system the author observes the company and the community as well as a bibliography that aims to be a benchmark. The author uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method with the support of system requirements elicitation, as well as modeling the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system to visually implement the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) program language with the MySQL database as a database server. With the design of a search system for facilities and private tutoring services, it can make it easier for people to find effective and efficient facilities or services in non-academic fields.

Desa Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang memiliki potensi besar di bidang batik dan makanan olahan. Salah satu kelompok pengrajin, batik Sanggar Tapak Dara, mengalami penurunan penjualan dan kurangnya daya saing. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, direncanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pendapatan, motivasi, ketrampilan menggunakan media sosial dan Marketplace dalam memasarkan, serta daya saing anggota pengrajin. Manfaatnya termasuk peningkatan motivasi dan ketrampilan, serta daya saing pengrajin. Dengan menerapkan metode-metode secara terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan, Sanggar Batik Tapak Dara dapat mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka dan menghadapi tantangan dalam era perekonomian digital. Diharapkan kegiatan ini akan membantu meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan usaha masyarakat pengrajin batik Tapak Dara.

Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas kesehatan primer bertanggungjawab terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan di wilayahnya, termasuk pelayanan SDIDTK. Pelayanan Kesehatan harus sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM). Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran evaluasi program pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batumandi. Metode penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian terdiri dari informan utama dan informan trianggulasi. Intrumen yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapatkan aspek input meliputi man yaitu bidan desa, bidan Puskesmas, gizi, aparat desa dan kader yang bekerja sesuai dengan tupoksi masing-masing. Money berasal dari APBD, DAK dan dana desa. Material yaitu alat-alat pengukur timbangan, pemberian makanan tambahan dan permainan edukatif. Machines yaitu komputer/laptop dan jaringan internet. Method yaitu buku-buku pedoman terkait pelaksanaan program pelayanan kesehatan balita. Aspek proses program pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan balita meliputi perencanaan yaitu pelaksanaan sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan sedangkan pelaksanaan sesuai dengan perencanaan dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Aspek output meliputi monitoring yaitu dengan melakukan rapat bulanan dan dilakukan secara berkala satu bulan sekali sedangkan evaluasi telah dilakukan dan mengalami kendala yaitu kekurangan tenaga kesehatan dan deteksi dini kesehatan balita.

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted healthcare systems worldwide, and one of the affected healthcare services is the immunization program. People are hesitant to undergo immunization due to the fear of contracting Covid-19 when visiting healthcare facilities. Midwives have duties and authority in providing healthcare services, including complete basic immunization. This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of midwives and the performance of complete basic immunization services. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach conducted offline at the Ciamis and Cijeungjing Community Health Centers. The study involved 47 midwife respondents. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between midwives' attitudes (0.000) and the performance of complete basic immunization, but knowledge is not significantly related to the performance of complete basic immunization services.

Wayan Suka Negara S.E., Ak., M.Acc & Fin, BKP, merupakan pendiri dari Kantor Synergy Bali Consulting yang memiliki lebih dari 13 tahun pengalaman di bidang akuntansi dan perpajakan. Tahun 2012 hingga 2016 beliau juga sebagai partner di SWS Consulting (Kadek Sumadi & Rekan). Beliau juga pernah sebagai partner di Sopindo Consulting pada tahun 2016. Beliau memegang Sertifikat USKP B (Terdaftar Konsultan Pajak). Beliau  juga mengajar diberbagai perguruan tinggi di Denpasar. Sejak tahun 2016 menjadi instruktur di Yayasan Widya Dewata, yang bergerak di bidang pelatihan pajak seperti Brevet A / B dan keuangan yang bekerjasama dengan Universitas Udayana. State defense is an effort made by components within a country to defend, uphold and maintain sovereignty and independence both territorially and in the lives of the people within it. Both outwardly and inwardly. Efforts to defend the country are based on a high sense of nationalism and national and state awareness, therefore efforts to defend the country are not only carried out by certain components within a country, but also by all components that have merged into one within a country as concrete evidence. that an individual has truly become part of a country. Students are no exception. This journal will discuss cases related to the essence of efforts to defend the country on a non-military basis carried out by students through efforts to educate the nation's life through normative juridical analysis methods. This method focuses on further literature study through sources published by legal experts so that their knowledge can be justified. In the process of preparing this journal, the author used a normative juridical analysis method. In general, the normative juridical analysis method is a type of research that focuses on further literature studies, whether from journals, articles, or secondary materials such as laws or literature by legal experts that have been published previously and whose scientific knowledge can be justified. The outcomes that the author hopes for readers through this journal are: 1) Creating awareness in efforts to defend the country, 2) Optimizing the role of students as one of the components of defending the country, 3) Inviting readers to become active participants in efforts to defend the country, 4 ) Raising issues related to the intelligent life of the nation and state in accordance with the goals of the Indonesian nation. It is hoped that this article can open and broaden readers' insight regarding awareness of national defense which is not only carried out on a military basis, but can also be carried out on a non-military basis. For example, through actions to educate the nation's life to support the survival of the nation, by creating future generations of the nation who are superior, competitive and able to compete on the world stage.
