This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study were all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua, totaling 93 students, divided into 3 class. The sample in this study was class VIII-3 which consisted of 30 students. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a One group pre-test post-test design. . The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average value of the ability to write explanatory texts before applying the treatment was 53.66 belonging to the less category while the average value of skills to write explanatory texts by applying the treatment was 84.2 belonging to the good category. Based on the t test, a significance level value is obtained with dk = N-1 = 29, so that a ttable value of 2.045 is obtained. Thus it is concluded that tcount > ttable, namely 15.27 > 2.045 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

This classroom action research was motivated by the low ability of students in class VII-9 at SMP Negeri 11 Medan in writing folk poetry as evidenced by the results of the task of writing rhymes, the grades achieved by students in class VII-9 were still low. Only a few reached the minimum completeness criteria. The less than optimal student scores are due to several obstacles that arise from the students themselves. These obstacles are students having difficulty determining and finding ideas, having difficulty developing ideas that have been obtained in the form of rhymes due to lack of vocabulary mastery, and students who are not used to expressing their thoughts or imagination in the form of poetry. This research was conducted to investigate whether the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach was effective in improving the skills of writing folk poetry in class VII-9 students of SMP Negeri 11 Medan. The CRT approach used in research aims to improve the skills of writing folk poetry so that students are able to understand folk poetry and are able to write folk poetry well. The data in this study were obtained from a poetry writing ability test and then analyzed descriptively. The description of the research results based on the initial observation of learning students are less active, easily bored, and students pay less attention to the teacher's explanation, so that the average student score is only 63 with 22% learning completeness. After the first cycle of action, the average value of students increased to 67 with 69% learning completeness. In cycle II, the results of the action showed that the mastery of the material after being given a test of students' poetry writing skills increased to an average of 78 with 94% learning completeness. Learning completeness with percentage calculations in cycle II has met the success indicators set in this study and the cycle is declared discontinued. Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Bank Credit Agreement is the most important guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which is the main discussion in this Legal Writing. The method that the author uses in this legal research is normative juridical, where the documents used as guidelines in the preparation are primary legal documents and secondary legal documents. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. Syndicated credit is one of the types of credit, but the difference in Syndicated Loans is related to the number of creditors. In the Syndicated Credit Agreement, the creditor is more than one creditor. The discussion of Syndicated Credit Guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement between PT. JJP with PT. BNI Bank, PT. Bank Mandiri, PT. Bank BRI and PT. Bank BPD Central Java in terms of the construction of the Semarang Toll Road. The object of the Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement in the form of Concession Rights which is not a fiduciary or mortgage must be made in the agreement related to the risks that will occur as a result of the syndicated credit agreement, especially on the guarantee so that no party is harmed from the syndicated credit agreement and development can run smoothly. In this regard, the Government should always be innovative towards legal regulations in line with development progress so that they do not become legal problems in the future.

Language is the primary tool humans use to convey thoughts and messages, both verbally and in writing. According to experts, language is a system of sound symbols used for communication and interaction, consisting of phonology, lexicon, and grammar. Phonology studies the sounds of language and is a crucial aspect of linguistics, divided into phonetics and phonemics. Language plays an important role in daily life, not only as a communication tool but also as a reflection of individual or group identity. Language preserves cultural heritage and strengthens social relationships within a community. Proper use of language facilitates communication and influences the understanding of the interlocutor. The development of globalization makes language a means of cross-cultural connection, aiding in collaboration and participation between countries. However, every language faces challenges in pronunciation, word formation, writing, and sentence usage. Phonological disorders, such as in individuals with cleft lip and stuttering, affect speaking ability and language comprehension. A cleft lip causes difficulties in producing certain consonants, while stuttering causes disruptions in speech flow. Phonological error analysis helps to understand the patterns of sound production errors and design interventions to improve speaking abilities. This research is essential for identifying phonological disorders and developing effective therapy methods. The study titled "Phonological Disorders in Mustofa in the Wkwk Project Podcast by Genflik" aims to gain a deeper understanding of phonological disorders in individuals with cleft lip and stuttering, and to find solutions to improve their communication abilities.
