The world of work is an environment related to the work we are currently in. In other words, it is a place where various individuals perform an activity. The quality of college graduates is not only seen in terms of high or good grades / GPA. There are many other considerations, where large companies see a potential possessed by the person concerned. The dataset in this study was taken from student respondents about the world of work. One way to classify the influence of competence on the world of work in machine learning is to use datasets as training data so that performance testing can be carried out with the right classification method. From the results of the tests carried out, it is concluded that the results of the comparison are different, which shows the accuracy value of KNN which is around 96%, while the results of the SVM accuracy tested are 98%, so that the accuracy of SVM is better than KNN.

This article discusses the leva mass in Lamalera as one of the examples of the inculturation of the Catholic faith in local culture on the island of Lembata, East Nusa Tenggara. Inculturation is understood as a process of encounter between faith and culture, so that the proclamation of the gospel can be deeply lived in the context of the life of the local people. Through the leva mass, cultural elements such as sea symbols, boats (tena), traditional dances, traditional clothing, and regional songs are harmoniously integrated into the liturgy of the Catholic Church. For the Lamalera community, the sea is not only a source of livelihood, but a symbol of God's presence and power that blesses and protects human life. The celebration of the Mass emphasizes that God is present not only in the church building, but also in every aspect of human life, including work. The Leva Mass can also strengthen the spirit of brotherhood, solidarity, and the responsibility of the people towards His created nature. The people learn to be grateful for marine products, respect the environment, and work with the spirit of love and sacrifice. Thus, the leva mass is not just a religious ritual, but also a faith and cultural education that helps the people in understanding their call to live in harmony with nature and the will of God. Through the Mass of Leva, the Church in Lamalera portrays the living face of faith, the source of the gospel but rooted in the local culture.

The rapid development of the digital era has led to a major shift in the modern workplace, with over 1.5 billion people spending more than six hours daily in front of computer screens. This working condition poses significant occupational health risks, including Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) such as Low Back Pain (LBP) and neck strain, with a global prevalence of 60-80%. Furthermore, prolonged screen exposure and high workload contribute to mental health issues like chronic stress and digital fatigue. This community service aimed to increase awareness among PT. XYZ employees regarding the importance of integrated ergonomics to achieve optimal productivity. The method used was an informative sharing session through a presentation and discussion. The material emphasized a three-pronged intervention approach: physical ergonomics (workstation adjustment), technology-based interventions (wearable devices, break reminder apps, and electromagnetic radiation prevention), and mental well-being integration (mindfulness and relaxation techniques). The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding of the health risks and the practical steps to implement integrated ergonomic solutions. It was found that combining technology-based reminders and mindfulness exercises can reduce health complaints by up to 40% better than physical interventions alone. The implication of this service is the recommendation for PT. XYZ to adopt an integrated ergonomic policy that addresses physical, technological, and mental aspects to create a healthier, safer, and more productive work environment for its employees.

Job satisfaction is the positive or negative feeling employees have toward their work, which arises from evaluating various aspects of the job. This study aims to analyze and explain the role of organizational climate in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of Taman Prakerti Bhuana employees through an associative quantitative approach using saturated sampling (census) on 86 employees and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational climate, while organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and negatively mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. These findings have theoretical implications for Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, in which transformational leadership serves as a motivator factor that can increase job satisfaction, while negative perceptions of organizational climate reflect weaknesses in hygiene factors such as policies, communication, and working conditions, thereby potentially reducing satisfaction even when motivators are fulfilled. The practical implication for the management of Taman Prakerti Bhuana is the need for a comprehensive evaluation of internal policies, communication systems, and work environments to strengthen hygiene factors so that transformational leadership, which is already running effectively, can be supported by a more conducive organizational climate and sustainably enhance job satisfaction.

Negotiation is a strategic communication process in which multiple parties work to reconcile differences and reach mutually beneficial agreements through the exchange of information, interests, and viewpoints. Although traditional theories emphasize analytical elements such as developing a BATNA, crafting offer–counteroffer strategies, and employing persuasive framing, recent research underscores the growing importance of interpersonal competencies in shaping negotiation success. Through a qualitative literature-based approach, this study explores how empathy, assertive communication, and emotional regulation influence negotiation outcomes, examines their relevance in digital negotiation environments, and proposes an integrated training framework for professionals and entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that empathy strengthens a negotiator’s ability to interpret emotional cues, identify underlying concerns, and build trust, thereby minimizing miscommunication. Assertive communication supports clear expression of interests and boundaries while maintaining respect, which enhances collaborative problem-solving. Emotional regulation promotes composure and cognitive flexibility, particularly in high-pressure interactions. In technology-mediated negotiations conducted via email, messaging platforms, or virtual meetings, these skills must be adapted due to limited physical cues and higher risk of misinterpretation, requiring explicit wording and intentional emotional management. The proposed model incorporates empathy training, assertive communication development, emotional regulation practices, and digital negotiation skills to cultivate adaptive and emotionally intelligent negotiators.
