Green accounting procedures have been adopted by numerous companies in response to the growing global focus on environmental responsibility. Nonetheless, monetary instability is still a major obstacle that can reduce productivity in Indonesia's manufacturing sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze industrial businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023 and see how green accounting, financial crisis, and earnings management affect financial performance. The population in this study consists of 68 industrial sector companies, with a sample of 7 companies selected through purposive sampling based on 4 criteria. We used EViews software and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) for a quantitative approach. First, financial distress has a significant impact on financial performance. Second, green accounting has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Third, earnings management does not moderate the relationship between financial distress and financial performance. Fourth, earnings management does not moderate the relationship between green accounting and financial performance. With an Adjusted R-Square value of 79.73%, the study model has a high level of explanatory power. It may be used to explain the majority of the variation in financial performance. This shows that the constructed model is applicable and fits the empirical data well. Transparent reporting and real sustainability initiatives are still vital for improving company results, according to these results, as profits management methods do not change the impact of environmental and financial variables, which are important drivers of performance.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between maternal anxiety levels and the timing of Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIBF) among primiparous mothers. EIBF, also known as Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), is a vital procedure that supports the establishment of effective breastfeeding and is recommended globally. Nevertheless, various maternal factors, particularly psychological conditions, may influence the implementation of EIBF. The main objective of this research was to determine whether increased anxiety during the peripartum period is associated with delays in initiating breastfeeding. A correlational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach was utilized in this investigation. The study population consisted of 77 eligible participants, while the final sample included 69 primiparous mothers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Participants were chosen through purposive sampling. The independent variable was the maternal anxiety level, and the dependent variable was the timing of EIBF implementation. Data were gathered using a structured self-administered questionnaire designed to measure both variables. Statistical analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. The findings demonstrated a p-value of 0.0389, which was below the significance threshold of 0.05 (p < 0.05), indicating the rejection of the null hypothesis. Therefore, the results revealed a significant relationship between anxiety levels and the timing of EIBF among primiparous mothers. Elevated anxiety was identified as a factor contributing to delayed initiation of breastfeeding. These findings highlight the importance of regular psychological screening and effective anxiety management for first-time mothers during childbirth to facilitate optimal postnatal care, particularly the timely initiation of EIBF.

The purpose of this study is to use the Theory of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) methodology to determine the elements that affect muzakki's faith in paying zakat through zakat institutions. Based on earlier research and literature, this study examines the relationship between the degree of muzakki trust and Islamic values such amanah (accountability), tabligh (transparency), fatanah (competence), and religiosity. Furthermore, additional elements like reputation, contentment, and service quality are examined as significant factors in establishing trust. The findings demonstrate that the majority of earlier research discovered a strong positive correlation between these factors and muzakki trust. Nonetheless, there are conflicting findings on the factors of openness and accountability, which in certain research actually indicate a detrimental impact. This discrepancy highlights the necessity for more study to reevaluate these two factors' roles in the context of zakat management. Theoretically, the adoption of Islamic Good Corporate Governance should boost muzakki involvement in zakat contributions by enhancing accountability, transparency, and public trust in zakat administration organizations.

as a process of managing all components of education so that they run in a directed, orderly, and coordinated manner. However, what often occurs in the field, educational administration does not always run in accordance with the principles of efficiency, justice, and transparency. Several forms of damage or problems often arise due to weak management, a lack of understanding of the philosophical values of education, and low integrity in the management of educational institutions, which also have a direct impact on the decline in the quality of education and the failure to achieve national education goals. Philosophy plays a major role in educational administration, serving as a foundation for thought, ethical guidelines, and determinants of direction at every stage of educational management. Philosophy helps educational managers to think rationally, critically, and reflectively in facing various problems, so that decisions taken are not merely technical, but also based on considerations of values and justice. This study aims to understand the relationship between philosophical administration values and educational practices in the context of decision-making. This study uses a qualitative approach, where data collection is carried out through a literature review derived from scientific articles relevant to the research topic. The study has shown that philosophical values play a significant role in shaping ethical principles in educational administration. The conclusion that can be given is that the integration between philosophy and educational administration can strengthen the moral basis and direction of the goals of educational institutions.

This study aims to analyze the influence of employer branding and digital capability on turnover intention, with employee engagement serving as a mediating variable, in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Central Java Province. The research design uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The research sample consists of 205 SMEs employees selected using purposive sampling techniques with criteria of a minimum of six months of service and active use of digital technology in their work. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that employer branding has a positive effect on employee engagement and a negative effect on turnover intention. Digital capability has a positive effect on employee engagement, but its direct effect on turnover intention is not significant. Employee engagement was found to mediate the relationship between employer branding and turnover intention, as well as between digital capability and turnover intention. These findings reinforce the relevance of Social Exchange Theory and the Resource-Based View in the context of human resource management in the SME sector, while also providing practical implications that strengthening employer branding and enhancing employees' digital competencies can reduce turnover intention.

This study explores how resource-constrained small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia’s advertising sector adapt digital transformation strategies to achieve sustainable development. Using the case of Roxy Maharewa, an SME in Makassar–Gowa, the research examines strategic trade-offs between investing in advanced digital platforms and operationally transformative physical assets. Guided by the Resource-Based View, Strategic Trade-off Theory, and Contingency Theory, this qualitative case study employs semi-structured interviews with key decision-makers. Findings reveal that prioritizing high-capacity production equipment eliminated structural cost disadvantages from outsourced printing, enabling twice to fourth times potential profit margin gains and strengthening market competitiveness. Rather than adopting a fully digital-first approach, the firm employed a hybrid strategy leveraging low-cost digital tools for internal efficiency while maintaining offline relationship management to align with client preferences and infrastructural realities. This asset-led hybrid model demonstrates how SMEs in emerging markets can integrate selective digital adoption with tangible investments to achieve both rapid returns and long-term sustainability. The paper contributes to the discourse on digital transformation by providing a context-sensitive perspective for policymakers and practitioners, emphasizing that in heterogeneous digital readiness environments, blended strategies can deliver superior economic and social.

This study develops a strategic information system plan to improve customer service at the Food Mood MSME in the food and beverage sector. The Ward and Peppard framework is used to map the business and technology environment through Value Chain, SWOT, PEST, and Porter's Five Forces analyses, which are then broken down into Critical Success Factors and measurable key performance indicators. The research design is a qualitative case study with semi-structured interviews with the owner and employees, observations during peak hours, and a review of operational documents. The mapping results in a prioritized portfolio that places a cloud-based point-of-sale system integrated with QRIS, a lightweight inventory and procurement module, a kitchen display system, and basic accounting as the foundation, followed by a mini customer relationship management and loyalty program, online channel integration, a sales dashboard, and simple demand forecasting. The formulated performance targets include a wait time of no more than eight minutes, an order error rate below one percent, stock-outs of less than one day per month, and 100% transaction recording. The suggested three-month roadmap is operational and provides immediate benefits in terms of increased service speed, data accuracy, and potential customer retention, while also confirming the relevance of Ward and Peppard's approach for the Indonesian MSME context.

Background: Patient safety culture forms the cornerstone of safe and high-quality healthcare delivery. However, its implementation often encounters barriers, particularly the persistence of a blaming culture that discourages staff from reporting patient safety incidents. Clinical leadership and the intensity of incident reporting are believed to play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a positive patient safety culture. Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of clinical leadership and patient safety incident reporting intensity on patient safety culture, with blaming culture serving as an intervening variable at Sentra Medika Cikarang Hospital. Methods: A quantitative research approach with an explanatory design was applied. The study involved 147 nurses selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test the direct and indirect relationships among variables. Results: The findings revealed that both clinical leadership and incident reporting intensity significantly influence patient safety culture, both directly and indirectly, through the mediation of blaming culture. Strong clinical leadership and a high level of incident reporting were associated with a more positive patient safety culture, while a high blaming culture weakened this relationship. Conclusion: The study underscores the importance of fostering supportive clinical leadership and cultivating a non-punitive reporting environment to strengthen patient safety culture. Hospital management should focus on leadership development and the creation of open, blame-free communication systems to enhance safety outcomes.
